A compressor core stator baffle structure for a compressor of a compressor station, comprising: a multi-stage separator, an O-shaped sealing ring, a sealing strip and a plurality of guide vanes; the O-shaped sealing ring is sleeved between the outlet and the inlet of the compressor, and the outer circumferential surface of the partition board close to the inlet side is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the partition board;
the sealing strip is arranged on the lower half part of the partition plate on the middle split surface of the compressor;
the positioning mode of seam allowance positioning and joint pin adding is adopted between the partition boards of the multistage partition boards;
each guide vane is independently embedded and arranged in the partition plate.
2. The compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure of claim 1 wherein the O-ring is in the form of a rubber seal ring made of:
natural rubber, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, ethylene propylene diene rubber, polyurethane rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, and acrylate rubber.
3. The compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure of claim 1 wherein said seal strip comprises in cross-section: any one of hollow sealing strip and solid sealing strip.
4. A compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure according to claim 3 wherein said seal strip has an O-shaped cross-sectional shape.
5. The compressor core stator partition board structure according to claim 1, wherein the stop buckle positioning mode of the spigot positioning and saddle pin positioning mode is a boss structure and a groove structure, and the boss structure and the groove structure are matched for connection positioning, so that 5 degrees of freedom except axial rotation are limited, and concentricity during partition board assembly can be ensured.
6. The compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure of claim 1 wherein the form of the dowel pin in the spigot locating and dowel pin locating form is a cylindrical pin, the cylindrical pin and the diaphragm are in transition fit or interference fit, and the axial rotation of the diaphragm is limited by 1 degree of freedom.
7. The compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure of claim 1 wherein the diaphragm material is low alloy high strength structural steel 16Mn.
8. The compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure of claim 1 wherein the material of the guide vane is stainless steel or carbon steel with a surface rust-proof treatment.
9. The compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure of claim 8 wherein the surface rust inhibitive treatment of carbon steel is of the type:
zinc-plated steel sheet.
10. The compressor cartridge stator diaphragm structure of claim 1 wherein the volute material at the inlet is cast steel ZG16Mn.
