The pressing part and the sliding seat are arranged on the shell, and the sliding part is arranged on the sliding seat, so that the sliding seat is connected with the sliding seat, and the sliding seat is connected with the sliding seat. Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with figures 2-5.
The terminology used in the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the present application. Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terms "first," "second," and the like, as used herein, do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another.
The embodiment of the application discloses a hidden bolt structure. Referring to fig. 2, the blind bolt structure includes a housing 2, a guide 3, a bolt mechanism, and a driving mechanism, the guide 3 is fixedly connected with the housing 2, and the guide 3 is used for fixing the housing 2. The bolt mechanism is movably connected with the shell 2, the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the bolt mechanism, and the driving mechanism is movably connected with the shell 2. When the hidden bolt structure is installed, an inner groove is formed in the side wall of the door and window, the shell 2 is installed inside the inner groove, then a bolt hole for inserting the bolt mechanism is formed in the top of the door and window, and the opening of the bolt hole is aligned with and communicated with the opening of the inner groove of the door and window. The bolt mechanism is driven to stretch out and draw back by the driving mechanism, so that the bolt rod 6 can be conveniently inserted into or separated from the bolt hole. In order to improve the plugging strength of the plug rod 6 and the plug pin hole, a fixing sleeve 10 is arranged in the plug pin hole, a guide part 12 is fixed on the fixing sleeve 10, and the guide part 12 is used for guiding the insertion of the plug rod 6.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the housing 2 includes a first housing 21 and a second housing 22, and the first housing 21 and the second housing 22 are connected by a pin 26. The number of the pins 26 is two, and the two pins 26 have a limiting effect on the first shell 21 and the second shell 22, so that convenience in installing and dismantling the shell 2 by a user is improved, and the overhaul of parts in the shell 2 is facilitated.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the guide 3 includes a guide portion 31, the guide portion 31 is located inside the housing 2, two ends of the guide portion 31 are integrally formed with turning portions 32, the turning portions 32 are perpendicular to the guide portion 31, a side wall of each turning portion 32 is abutted to an inner side wall or an outer side wall of an end portion of the housing 2, and the two turning portions 32 are clamped to the upper end and the lower end of the housing 2, so that the guide 3 is fixed on the housing 2. Each turning part 32 is provided with a connecting part 33 which is formed by integrally forming the side wall of the guiding part 31, the connecting parts 33 are arranged in parallel with the guiding part 31 and are separated by a certain distance, the two connecting parts 33 extend out of the shell 2 to be connected with the frame of a door window or a window sash, when the concealed bolt structure is installed, an inner groove is firstly formed in the side wall of the door leaf, then the shell 2 is installed in the inner groove, and the guiding part 3 is fixed to the door window through the connecting parts 33, so that the shell 2 is fixed in the inner groove.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the opposite sides of the guiding portion 31 are uniformly formed with plug-in blocks 35, and the housing 2 is correspondingly provided with plug-in grooves 24, and the plug-in blocks 35 are in plug-in fit with the plug-in grooves 24. The plug-in block 35 has a positioning effect on the plug-in groove 24, thereby having a positioning effect on the housing 2, and increasing the efficiency of the worker to install the housing 2.
Referring to fig. 3, the latch mechanism includes a latch driving seat 5 and a latch lever 6, and the top end of the latch driving seat 5 is detachably connected with the bottom end of the latch lever 6. The driving mechanism is arranged on the shell 2 and is used for driving the bolt driving seat 5 to move along the vertical direction, and the bolt driving seat 5 drives the bolt rod 6 to move along the vertical direction, so that the bolt rod 6 is convenient to control to stretch and retract.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the plug driving seat 5 includes a driving moving portion 51 and a plug rod seat 52 provided outside the housing 2, and the driving moving portion 51 includes a penetrating portion 511 and a releasing preventing portion 512 provided from top to bottom, and a bottom end of the penetrating portion 511 and a top end of the releasing preventing portion 512 are integrally formed. The casing 2 is provided with a threading hole 25 corresponding to the threading part 511, the threading part 511 extends out, the anti-falling part 512 is positioned in the casing 2, and the anti-falling part 512 is still positioned in the casing 2 after the threading part 511 extends out of the casing 2 to the maximum displacement. In the process of upwards sliding of the driving moving part 51, the penetrating hole 25 has a guiding effect on the penetrating part 511, so that the stability of sliding of the penetrating part 511 along the vertical direction is increased, and the stability of sliding of the driving moving part 51 along the vertical direction is further increased; meanwhile, in the process of sliding upwards, when the upper surface of the anti-falling portion 512 abuts against the inner side wall of the top end of the housing 2, the top end of the housing 2 has a blocking effect on the anti-falling portion 512, so that the anti-falling portion 512 cannot slide upwards continuously, and the driving moving portion 51 is prevented from sliding out of the housing 2.
The inserted link seat 52 is provided with an inserting hole 53, and an internal thread is arranged in the inserting hole 53. The bottom of bolt pole 6 is provided with the external screw thread, and the external screw thread of the bottom of bolt pole 6 and the internal screw thread screw-thread fit in jack 53 have increased the dismouting convenience of bolt pole 6 and bolt drive seat 5. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the side wall of the socket 52 is integrally formed with a reinforcing seat 54, the reinforcing seat 54 is located below the insertion hole 53, and the bottom end of the latch rod 6 abuts against the upper surface of the reinforcing seat 54. Because the external threads at the bottom end of the latch rod 6 are in threaded engagement with the internal threads in the receptacle 53, the convenience of the user in servicing the latch rod 6 is increased. Because the inserted link seat 52 is provided with the reinforcing seat 54, the reinforcing seat 54 is positioned below the jack 53, and the bottom end of the inserted link 6 is abutted to the upper surface of the reinforcing seat 54, so that in the process that the inserted link seat 52 drives the inserted link 6 to move upwards, the reinforcing seat 54 has upward thrust to the bottom end of the inserted link 6, thereby preventing the relative movement of the inserted link 6 and the inserted link seat 52, and increasing the connection firmness between the inserted link 6 and the inserted link seat 52.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the driving mechanism includes a sliding seat 4, the sliding seat 4 moves relative to the housing 2, and one end of the sliding seat 4 abuts against the surface of the guide portion 31, so that the sliding stability of the sliding seat 4 in the vertical direction is increased. The guiding portion 31 is provided with a guiding groove 34, the guiding groove 34 comprises at least two positioning clamping grooves 341, a sliding groove 342 is arranged between the two positioning clamping grooves 341, the two positioning clamping grooves 341 are communicated with the sliding groove 342, and the width of the positioning clamping groove 341 is larger than that of the sliding groove 342. The casing 2 is provided with a slot 23 corresponding to the position of the guide slot 34, and the sliding stability of the sliding seat 4 is improved by sliding fit of the sliding seat 4 and the slot 23. The sliding seat 4 comprises a sliding column 41, two connecting columns 42 are integrally formed at one end, close to the guide part 31, of the sliding column 41, the two connecting columns 42 can reciprocate along the length direction of the guide groove 34, and the two connecting columns 42 are in sliding fit with the guide groove 34, so that the sliding stability of the two connecting columns 42 is improved. One end of the two connecting posts 42 far away from the sliding seat 4 is fixedly connected with the anti-falling part 512 of the bolt driving seat 5, the bolt driving seat 5 is driven to move along the vertical direction by the sliding seat 4, and the bolt driving seat 5 drives the bolt rod 6 to move along the vertical direction, so that the bolt rod 6 is convenient to control to stretch and retract.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 5, the drive mechanism further includes a push button key 7, the push button key 7 including a pressing portion 71, a sliding portion 72, and a positioning portion 73, which are disposed in this order. The sliding seat 4 is provided with a sliding hole 43 in a penetrating manner, the button key 7 is arranged in the sliding hole 43, the width of the sliding part 72 is equal to or smaller than the groove width of the sliding groove 342, and the width of the positioning part 73 is equal to or smaller than the groove width of the positioning clamping groove 341 and larger than the groove width of the sliding groove 342. The sliding portion 72 of the button key 7 passes through the guide groove 34 and can reciprocate along the length direction of the guide groove 34, the pressing portion 71 is located at one side of the guide groove 34, and the width of the pressing portion 71 is larger than the groove width of the positioning card groove 341. The button key 7 can reciprocate in the hole depth direction of the sliding hole 43 so that the positioning portion 73 can be positioned at the other side of the guide 3 near the latch lever 6 or in the positioning catching groove 341. The inner side walls of the two connecting posts 42 are provided with the avoidance grooves 44, and when the positioning part 73 moves between the two connecting posts 42, the avoidance grooves 44 prevent the positioning part 73 from contacting the connecting posts 42, so that the connecting posts 42 and the positioning part 73 are protected.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 5, one end of the positioning portion 73, which is far away from the sliding portion 72, is fixedly connected with a blocking member 8, the width of the blocking member 8 is larger than the groove width of the positioning slot 341, the blocking member 8 is located between the guiding member 3 and the latch driving seat 5, meanwhile, two side walls of the blocking member 8 are respectively abutted against the inner side walls of the two connecting columns 42, and the two connecting columns 42 perform a positioning function on the blocking member 8. A spring piece 9 is arranged between the positioning part 73 of the button key 7 and the bolt driving seat 5, one end of the spring piece 9 is fixedly connected with the blocking piece 8, and the other end of the spring piece 9 is fixedly connected with the surface of the bolt driving seat 5. When the pressing portion 71 is located at the positioning slot 341, the elastic pressing portion 71 of the spring member 9 moves in a direction away from the positioning slot 341, and at this time, the blocking member 8 can abut against the surface of the guiding portion 31, preventing the pressing portion 71 from being separated from the positioning slot 341, and maintaining the locking state of the latch mechanism.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the driving mechanism further includes a positioning member 45, a positioning slot 46 is formed in the positioning member 45, and the sliding seat 4 passes through the positioning slot 46 and is fixedly connected with the positioning member 45, wherein the length of the positioning member 45 is greater than that of the positioning slot 46. The positioning groove 46 on the positioning piece 45 has a positioning function on the sliding seat 4, so that the sliding seat 4 is convenient to mount on the positioning piece 45. In this embodiment, when the top end of the positioning element 45 abuts against the upper turning portion 32, the elastic force of the spring element 9 drives the blocking element 8 to abut against the surface of the guiding portion 31, and the positioning portion 73 is located in the upper positioning slot 341, so that the door and window are in a locked state; when the bottom end of the positioning member 45 abuts against the lower turning portion 32, the elastic force of the spring member 9 drives the blocking member 8 to abut against the surface of the guiding portion 31, and the positioning portion 73 is located in the positioning slot 341 just below, so that the door and window is in an unlocked state.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the driving panel 11 of the driving mechanism protrudes from the front end of the housing 2, and the latch lever 6 is located at the rear end of the housing 2. It should be noted that the front end here means the side of the housing 2 close to the door frame in the horizontal direction, and the rear end here means the side of the housing 2 deep into the door in the horizontal direction. The specific driving panel 11 is a portion of the pressing portion 71 protruding from the housing 2 of the sliding seat 4, which is convenient for use and operation.
Since the pressing portion 71 and the portion of the sliding seat 4 protruding from the housing 2 are the driving panel 11, when the door and window needs to be opened or locked, the pressing portion 71 is pressed first, the pressing portion 71 drives the sliding portion 72 and the positioning portion 73 to move towards the housing 2, in this process, the positioning portion 73 passes through the positioning slot 341 below to move between the guide member 3 and the housing 2, at this time, the sliding portion 72 is located in the positioning slot 341, because the sliding portion 72 of the button key 7 can reciprocate along the length direction of the guide slot 34 when passing through the guide slot 34, and the positioning slot 341 is communicated with the sliding slot 342, at this time, by pushing the pressing portion 71 and the portion of the sliding seat 4 protruding from the housing 2 upwards, the pressing portion 71 and the portion of the sliding seat 4 protruding from the housing 2 drive the button key 7 and the sliding seat 4 to move vertically at the same time, at this time, the button key 7 drives the sliding portion 72 to move along the length direction of the guide slot 34, and the button member drives the sliding seat 4 to reciprocate vertically, and the latch pin driving seat 5 and the lever 6 reciprocate vertically, thereby realizing the door and window opening or door and window locking.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving panel 11 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 47. The plurality of protrusions 47 increase friction between the hand and the slide base 4 in pushing the driving panel 11, thereby saving labor.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the distance between the latch rod 6 and the side wall of the door and window is greater than the width of the housing 2 in the horizontal direction, thereby ensuring that the distance between the latch through hole and the side wall of the door and window is greater than the width of the housing 2 in the horizontal direction, and further increasing the overall structural strength of the door and window. In this embodiment, the distance between the latch lever 6 and the connection portion 33 is 10-30cm, and the distance between the latch lever 6 and the connection portion 33 may be 10cm, 15cm, 25cm or 30cm. The installation method of the structure does not influence the strength of the door and window, the bolt rod 6 can penetrate into the door and window, the side edge of the door and window has a wider distance, and the strength of the bolt rod 6 after being inserted into a socket on a door leaf frame is improved.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the hidden bolt structure is installed, an inner groove for installing the shell 2 is formed in the door and window, a bolt through hole is formed in the door and window corresponding to the position of the bolt rod 6, and the bolt through hole is communicated with the inner groove; the parts except the bolt rod 6 are firstly arranged in the inner groove, and then the bolt rod 6 is inserted into the bolt through hole at the top of the door and window to be connected with the bolt driving seat 5, so that the installation is completed; the installation method of the structure does not influence the strength of the door and window, the bolt rod 6 can penetrate into the door and window, the side edge of the door and window has a wider distance, and the strength of the bolt rod 6 after being inserted into a socket on a door leaf frame is improved; the hidden bolt structure is installed through the hidden installation method, when the whole structure is installed, only the driving panel 11 is seen from the outside of the door leaf frame, and the rest part is wrapped in the door leaf frame, so that the structure is more compact, attractive and good in hiding performance; meanwhile, as the driving panel 11 protrudes from the surface of the door and window, the driving panel 11 is pushed to move along the vertical direction, the driving panel 11 drives the driving mechanism to reciprocate along the guide groove 34, the driving mechanism drives the bolt driving seat 5 to reciprocate along the vertical direction, and the bolt driving seat 5 drives the bolt rod 6 to reciprocate along the vertical direction, so that the bolt rod 6 is driven to realize up-and-down telescopic movement relative to the shell 2, and the door and window is opened or the door and window is locked; during this process, the guide slot 34 increases the stability of the movement of the drive mechanism in the vertical direction; because the top of bolt drive seat 5 can be dismantled with the bottom of bolt pole 6 and be connected, increased the staff and overhauld the convenience of bolt drive seat 5 and bolt pole 6.

the bolt mechanism comprises a bolt driving seat (5) and a bolt rod (6), and the bolt driving seat (5) is detachably connected with the bolt rod (6); the guide piece (3) is provided with a guide groove (34) along the vertical direction, and the driving mechanism part penetrates through the guide groove (34) and is fixedly connected with the bolt driving seat (5); the driving mechanism comprises a sliding seat (4) and a driving panel (11) which are fixedly connected, the driving panel (11) protrudes out of the shell (2), the sliding seat (4) partially penetrates through the guide groove (34) and can reciprocate along the length direction of the guide groove (34), and the driving mechanism is used for driving the bolt driving seat (5) to move along the vertical direction so as to drive the bolt rod (6) to realize up-down telescopic motion relative to the shell (2).

A concealed latch structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the guide groove (34) of the guide piece (3) comprises at least two positioning clamping grooves (341), a sliding groove (342) is arranged between the two positioning clamping grooves (341), the positioning clamping grooves (341) are communicated with the sliding groove (342), and the groove width of the positioning clamping grooves (341) is larger than that of the sliding groove (342); the driving mechanism comprises a button key (7) and a sliding seat (4), the button key (7) is movably arranged on the sliding seat (4) and can reciprocate along the horizontal direction, and the button key (7) comprises a pressing part (71), a sliding part (72) and a positioning part (73) which are sequentially arranged; the width of the sliding part (72) of the sliding hole (43) is equal to or smaller than the groove width of the sliding groove (342), and the width of the positioning part (73) is equal to or smaller than the groove width of the positioning clamping groove (341) and larger than the groove width of the sliding groove (342); the sliding part (72) and the positioning part (73) of the button key (7) penetrate through the guide groove (34) and the sliding part (72) can reciprocate along the length direction of the guide groove (34) to slide the hole (43); one end of the positioning part (73) close to the bolt driving seat (5) is fixedly connected with a blocking piece (8), the width of the blocking piece (8) is larger than the groove width of the positioning clamping groove (341), and the positioning part (73) can be positioned in the positioning clamping groove (341) or positioned outside the positioning clamping groove (341).

The concealed latch structure as claimed in claim 4 wherein: the guide (3) comprises a guide part (31), the guide part (31) is positioned in the shell (2), and the guide groove (34) is arranged on the guide part (31); a slot (23) for installing a driving mechanism is formed in the position, corresponding to the guide groove (34), of the shell (2); the driving mechanism is provided with a sliding seat (4), the sliding seat (4) comprises a sliding column (41), one end of the sliding column (41) is provided with a connecting column (42), and the connecting column (42) penetrates through the guide groove (34) to connect the connecting column (42) with the bolt driving seat (5) fixedly; the guide piece (3) comprises two connecting parts (33), and the two connecting parts (33) are fixedly arranged at two ends of the guide part (31) respectively; the connecting part (33) extends out of the shell (2) to be externally connected with a frame of a door leaf or a window sash.

The concealed latch structure as claimed in claim 5 wherein: a turning part (32) is arranged between the connecting part (33) and the guide part (31), the connecting part (33) and the guide part (31) are arranged in parallel and at a certain distance, and the turning part (32) is clamped at the upper end and the lower end of the shell (2); the side wall of the shell (2) is provided with a plug-in groove (24), the guide part (31) is correspondingly provided with a plug-in block (35), and the plug-in block (35) is plugged with the plug-in groove (24).

A concealed latch structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein: the bolt driving seat (5) comprises a driving moving part (51) and a inserted rod seat (52) arranged outside the shell (2), a jack (53) is formed in the inserted rod seat (52), and internal threads are formed in the jack (53); the lower end part of the bolt rod (6) is provided with external threads, and the external threads of the bolt rod (6) are in threaded fit with the internal threads in the jack (53); the top end of the latch rod (6) extends along the upper end part of the door leaf or the window sash; the plug rod seat (52) is provided with a reinforcing seat (54), the reinforcing seat (54) is positioned below the jack (53), and the plug rod (6) is connected with the reinforcing seat (54).

A concealed latch structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein: the bolt driving seat (5) comprises a driving moving part (51) arranged in the shell and a inserted rod seat (52) arranged outside the shell (2), and the bolt rod (6) is detachably connected with the inserted rod seat (52); the driving moving part (51) comprises a penetrating part (511) and an anti-falling part (512) which are arranged downwards from top to bottom, the shell (2) is provided with a penetrating hole (25) corresponding to the penetrating part (511) and used for the penetrating part (511) to stretch out, and the anti-falling part (512) is positioned in the shell (2) and still limited in the shell (2) after the penetrating part (511) stretches out of the shell (2) to the maximum displacement.
