The existing electric water heater is mainly divided into a water storage type electric water heater and an instant electric water heater.
The water storage type electric water heater is generally provided with a liner with larger capacity and is used for heating and storing water, an electric heating pipe is arranged in the liner and is used for heating water entering the liner, cold water enters the liner through a water inlet pipe and is controlled by a temperature controller, when the temperature reaches a set temperature, the heating is stopped, and an insulating layer wrapped outside the liner is used for insulating the water, so that hot water can be discharged through a water outlet pipe at any time.
Namely, the water storage type electric water heater is used for heating the water in the whole inner container to high temperature. The structure and the working mode of the water storage type electric water heater lead to that when the water consumption of a user is small, a large amount of heat contained in the residual hot water in the inner container is wasted, and the use cost of the water heater can be increased.
The instant electric water heater does not store water, can avoid the problem of wasting heat by a large amount of surplus hot water, and generally comprises a pipeline through which water passes, wherein a high-power heating wire is arranged in the pipeline to heat a local pipeline so as to generate hot water.
In this way, although hot water is not required to be stored, the problem of heat waste caused by more residual hot water does not occur. However, this kind of high-power heating mode is great to the restriction of water consumption, and it easily appears the problem that the temperature can't heat to appointed temperature when the play water is many, can't adapt to the circumstances that the water consumption is great, and the power of the high-power heater strip that its used is extremely big, and the wire line requirement in the family is extremely high, and many households use the electrical apparatus of such high power of having not used, makes the scope of instant heating type electric water heater use limited, and in addition, in winter, the intake temperature is lower, also leads to the play water temperature after heating hardly to reach preset high temperature state, influences user's use.
In order to avoid the problem that more heat is wasted when the water storage type electric water heater has more residual hot water, the application provides an electric water heater, the inner container for storing water is arranged, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, the first electric heating element is further arranged in the inner container, the second electric heating element is arranged in the water outlet pipe, the first electric heating element is used for heating water in a matching way with the second electric heating element, namely, the first electric heating element is used for preheating the water first, so that the water reaches a proper temperature, and then when the hot water is used, the water in the water outlet pipe is subjected to secondary heating through the second electric heating element in the water outlet pipe, so that the water leaving the water outlet pipe reaches a specified temperature, namely, the water stored in the inner container is not high in water temperature, only needs to be warmed up, the required heat is less, namely, under the condition of less water consumption, too much heat can not be wasted, and the water heated by the second electric heating element is heated by the second electric heating element to reach a certain temperature.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how the technical solutions of the present application solve the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an external structure of an electric water heater according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of an electric water heater according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides an electric water heater, which is substantially identical to the current water storage type electric water heater, and includes a housing 100, an inner container 400, a water inlet pipe 300 and a water outlet pipe 200, wherein the housing 100 is wrapped outside the inner container 400 to protect the inner container 400 (wherein, the specific connection structure of the housing 100 and the inner container 400 is the same as that of the current water storage type electric water heater, and can be directly used, so that the details of the connection structure are not shown in fig. 2).
Wherein, the inside cavity of inner bag 400 forms the cavity of water storage, and inlet tube 300 one end extends to the inner bag 400 inside, and the other end extends to the shell 100 outside for with cold water send into inner bag 400 inside, outlet pipe 200 also one end extends to the inner bag 400 inside, and the other end extends to the shell 100 outside, is used for sending out the water after the inner bag 400 internal heating inner bag 400 and uses.
Of course, the water inlet pipe 300 and the water outlet pipe 200 are hermetically connected to each other when connected to the liner 400 and the housing 100.
The inner container 400 can be treated by an enamel process, so that the influence of rust of the inner container 400 on the use effect of the inner container 400 is avoided.
The difference between this embodiment and the conventional water storage type electric water heater is that the first electric heating element 500 is disposed in the inner container 400, and the second electric heating element 600 is disposed in the water outlet pipe 200.
The first electric heating element 500 is used for heating water in the inner container 400 once, that is, preheating the water in the inner container 400 to a proper temperature, and storing the preheated water in the inner container 400. When the user needs to use hot water, the preheated water enters the water outlet pipe 200, and at this time, the second electric heating element 600 heats the water flowing through the water outlet pipe 200 to reach a specified temperature.
Of course, in order to ensure the heating effect of the hot water in the outlet pipe 200, the water inlet of the outlet pipe 200 may be disposed at the top of the outlet pipe 200, that is, the outlet pipe 200 may extend to an end opening of one end of the inner container 400, or a water inlet may be disposed at the end.
Fig. 5 is a partial enlarged view at a in fig. 2.
In order to better mix the water entering from the water inlet pipe 300 with the water in the liner 400, as shown in fig. 5, the water inlet pipe 300 may extend into the liner 400 by a certain length, and a plurality of water outlet holes may be formed along the length direction of the water inlet pipe 300 on the portion of the water inlet pipe 300 extending into the liner 400, so that the water in the water inlet pipe 300 uniformly enters into the liner 400 through the water outlet holes.
In addition, in order to make the water entering the water inlet pipe 300 be the water preheated to the designated temperature, the length of the water outlet pipe 200 entering the inner container 400 may be longer than the length of the water inlet pipe 300 entering the inner container 400, that is, the water inlet hole is located above the water outlet hole.
When the electric water heater of the present embodiment is used, the water is filled in the inner container 400 through the water inlet pipe 300, and the first electric heating element 500 is used for preheating the water in the inner container 400, so that the second electric heating element 600 does not work. When the overall water temperature in the inner container 400 is heated to the specified temperature, namely the overall water temperature in the inner container 400 reaches a warm state, the heating pipe can stop working at this time.
The water outlet pipe 200 is generally connected with a water outlet switch or a shower head and other parts for use, when the water outlet switch or the shower head is turned on, the second electric heating element 600 starts to work, and warm water flowing through the water outlet pipe 200 is heated for the second time, so that the water temperature can reach high temperature, and the long-time output of high-temperature hot water can be ensured for use.
Of course, when the device is used in winter, the entered cold water is still preheated to the designated temperature, and the hot water supply can be ensured.
In general, compared with the existing water storage type electric water heater and instant heating type electric water heater, the electric water heater in the embodiment has the following advantages:
the existing water storage type electric water heater heats water in the whole inner container 400, the heating time required for heating to high temperature is long, the waiting time is long, and a large amount of hot water is wasted under the condition of small using amount of hot water.
The existing instant electric water heater has high heating power, high requirements on decoration lines and difficult use for users with partial lines which cannot meet the requirements, and cannot output high-temperature hot water for a long time, so that the requirements of users who need a large amount of hot water cannot be met.
When the electric water heater provided in this embodiment needs to use high-temperature water, only a short-time integral preheating is needed, and the water outlet switch or the shower head is opened without integral heating to a high-temperature state, so that the water entering the water outlet pipe 200 is secondarily heated by the second electric heating element 600 to reach a high temperature, and compared with the water storage type electric water heater, the heating waiting time for using hot water can be greatly shortened, meanwhile, the water in the inner container 400 is not directly heated to the high temperature, but only preheated, the integral temperature is not high, and even if the water consumption is small, too much heat is not wasted.
Meanwhile, the power of the first electric heating element 500 and the second electric heating element 600 used in the embodiment is not high, and compared with the instant electric water heater, no special requirement is required for a circuit used for the instant electric water heater, and most of household use environments can be met.
In addition, when the water inlet temperature is low in winter, the first electric heating element 500 is still used for preheating, so that the water in the liner 400 also reaches the preset preheating temperature, and the second electric heating element 600 is used for heating, so that the electric water heater can still stably and largely output high-temperature hot water in winter, and the use requirement of a user is met.
As a specific embodiment of the first electric heating element 500, the first electric heating element 500 may be an electric heating tube, which may be disposed in the inner container 400 in a bent state, so as to heat water at different positions inside the inner container 400, thereby improving heating uniformity.
Of course, the first electric heater 500 may be configured as an electric heating plate, etc., as long as the water inside the inner container 400 can be preheated.
Of course, the second electric heating element 600 may be an electric heating tube or an electric heating plate, or may be an electric heating wire, where the shape of the electric heating wire is changeable, the adaptability is strong, the volume is small, and the installation and the use are more convenient.
The second electric heating element 600 may be directly disposed outside the water outlet pipe 200, i.e. attached to the outer sidewall of the water outlet pipe 200, which has poor heating effect and is easy to accumulate scale on the second electric heating element 600, so as to affect the use effect of the second electric heating element 600.
Fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of a water outlet pipe 200 of an electric water heater according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 4 is a partial enlarged view at B in fig. 3.
As a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the water outlet pipe 200 may include an outer pipe 201 and an inner pipe 202.
The outer tube 201 and the inner tube 202 are hollow, and the outer tube 201 is sleeved outside the inner tube 202, so that a mounting cavity 203 can be formed between the inner tube 202 and the outer tube 201, and of course, the second electric heating element 600 can be mounted in the mounting cavity 203, and two ends of the mounting cavity 203 are closed.
After the water in the inner container 400 enters the water outlet pipe 200, the water flows through the inner pipe 202, and when flowing through the inner pipe 202, the second electric heating element 600 works to heat the water, so that the water can reach the designated use temperature when leaving the water outlet pipe 200, and the second electric heating element 600 can be effectively protected.
In order to enhance the heating effect, when the second electric heating element 600 is an electric heating wire, it may be bent and arranged in the mounting cavity 203.
Illustratively, the second electrical heater 600 may be serpentine in shape to conform to the outside of the inner tube 202.
Illustratively, the second electric heating element 600 may be disposed around the outer side of the inner tube 202 in a spiral shape, which facilitates both installation of the second electric heating element 600 and uniform heating.
In addition, in order to facilitate the installation, a sealing head can be detachably arranged at one end of the installation cavity 203, and the installation cavity 203 is sealed by the sealing head 204.
That is, the second electric heating element 600 is installed in the installation cavity 203, and then the installation end enclosure 204 seals the installation cavity 203, and the end enclosure may be disassembled when the second electric heating element 600 is maintained or inspected.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the length of the inner tube 202 may be smaller than that of the outer tube 201, that is, the top of the inner tube 202 and the top of the mounting cavity 203 are located at the same height, and the second electric heating element 600 is spirally arranged outside the entire inner tube 202.
The water in the inner container 400 enters the inner tube 202 through the outer tube 201, and can be effectively heated in the whole process of flowing through the inner tube 202.
Of course, a connector for sealing connection with the liner 400 is provided at the lower end of the water outlet pipe 200, and the lower ends of the inner pipe 202 and the outer pipe 201 can be sealed connected at the connector.
When the heating wire is installed, the heating wire can be firstly wound on the inner tube 202, then the inner tube 202 is inserted into the outer tube 201, and then the two ends of the installation cavity 203 are sealed through the sealing head and the connector, so that in the use process, the second electric heating element 600 cannot be directly contacted with water, the second electric heating element 600 is effectively protected, and the installation of the second electric heating element 600 is convenient.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to further improve the heating effect of the second electric heating element 600, a heat insulation cotton layer may be disposed on the outer side of the second electric heating element 600, that is, on the side of the second electric heating element 600 away from the inner tube 202, so that heat cannot be directly dissipated into the inner container 400, but is used for heating water in the inner tube 202.
Of course, the insulation cotton layer may also be directly disposed on the outer tube 201, for example, on the inner side of the outer tube 201, and may also be understood as being disposed on the side wall of the installation cavity 203.
Of course, an insulation layer wrapping the outer tube 201 may be disposed outside the outer tube 201, so long as the insulation layer can prevent heat generated by the second electric heating element 600 from overflowing.
In one possible embodiment, the electric water heater further comprises a controller and a temperature sensor.
The temperature sensor is a sensor that converts a temperature variable into a transmittable standardized output signal, which can be purchased directly from the market, and will not be described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, a temperature sensor is installed in the inner container 400 to monitor the water temperature inside the inner container 400 in real time.
Of course, the temperature sensor may acquire the water temperature in the liner 400 at intervals of a certain time, for example, 1min, 3min, etc., and may specifically be set according to the actual use requirement.
The controller is electrically connected to the temperature sensor, the first electric heating element 500, and the second electric heating element 600, so as to receive the water temperature in the liner 400 transmitted by the temperature sensor, and control the first electric heating element 500 to be turned on or off according to the water temperature, and simultaneously control the first electric heating element 500 and the second electric heating element 600 to perform alternating operation.
Of course, in order to facilitate the adjustment of the temperature according to the needs of the user, the electric water heater is further provided with an interaction module, such as a touch display screen, or a combination of the display screen and the keys, which are all of course electrically connected with the controller.
The following description will be given by taking a touch display screen as an example:
the controller may display the actual water temperature in the inner container 400 on a display screen, and a user may set a desired outlet water temperature and a target temperature at which the first electric heating member 500 is desired to be preheated through the touch display screen.
In the use process of the water heater, the controller obtains the real-time water temperature inside the inner container 400 through the temperature sensor, and controls the first electric heating element 500 to be turned on or turned off according to the water temperature, so that the water temperature inside the inner container 400 reaches the preset preheating temperature, and the second electric heating element 600 is controlled to be turned off in the preheating process of the water inside the inner container 400.
When a user uses hot water, the first electric heating element 500 is controlled to be turned off, the second electric heating element 600 is controlled to be turned on, and the power of the second electric heating element 600 is controlled, so that the second electric heating element 600 heats water flowing through the water outlet pipe 200 to a preset water outlet temperature, and normal water use of the user is ensured.
The electric water heater of this application is a water storage formula water heater, and it needs to store the warm water after preheating in the use, in order to reduce the heat loss, can set up the heat preservation between shell 100 and inner bag 400, carries out supplementary heat preservation to the water in the inner bag 400 through the heat preservation, reduces its heat exchange with the external world.
The heat-insulating layer can be formed by foaming materials so as to fill the gap between the outer shell 100 and the inner container 400 better and perform heat insulation effectively.
Specifically, the casing 100 may be composed of a housing, an upper end cap, and a lower end cap, wherein the housing is hollow, and both ends of the housing are hermetically connected to the upper end cap and the lower end cap.
When the heat insulation layer is installed, the lower end cover is connected with the shell, the cushion layer contacted with the lower end cover is placed in the shell, then the liner 400 is placed in the shell, the liner 400 is supported by the cushion layer, then the upper end cover is covered, the foaming material is filled into a gap formed between the shell and the liner 400 through holes formed in the upper end cover or the lower end cover, and the gap is filled with the foaming material after foaming, so that the heat insulation layer is formed.
