Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the technical solutions of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the specific embodiments of the present disclosure. Like reference numerals in the drawings denote like parts. It should be noted that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without the need for inventive faculty, are within the scope of the present disclosure, based on the described embodiments of the present disclosure.
Possible implementations within the scope of the present disclosure may have fewer components, have other components not shown in the drawings, different components, differently arranged components, differently connected components, etc., than the examples shown in the drawings. Furthermore, two or more of the elements in the figures may be implemented in a single element or a single element shown in the figures may be implemented as multiple separate elements.
Unless defined otherwise, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. The terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and in the claims, do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another. Where the number of components is not specified, the number of components may be one or more; likewise, the terms "a," "an," "the," and the like do not necessarily denote a limitation of quantity. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that elements or items preceding the word are included in the element or item listed after the word and equivalents thereof, but does not exclude other elements or items. The terms "mounted," "configured," "connected," or "connected" and the like are not limited to physical or mechanical mounting, configuration, connection, but may include electrical mounting, configuration, connection, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc. are used merely to denote relative positional relationships when the apparatus is in use or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and when the absolute position of the object to be described is changed, the relative positional relationships may be changed accordingly.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of an electronic expansion valve according to the present application, showing a first conduit 2 (direct conduit) for connection to a first port 11 of a valve seat 1 and a second conduit 3 (bent conduit) for connection to a second port 12 of the valve seat 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the valve seat 1 includes a body having a first port 11 and a second port 12. The valve seat 1 comprises a valve core 14, which valve core 14 is mounted to the first port 11, e.g. the valve core may be welded or crimped to the first port. The valve core 14 has a passage therethrough having a first opening 141 and a second opening 142, the passage being sized to taper from the first opening toward the second opening and then taper to a greater size so that the narrowest opening is formed in the passage.
The electronic expansion valve comprises a rotor assembly, a valve seat and a housing 4. The housing 4 is mounted to the valve seat 1 and a rotor assembly is provided within the housing 4, the rotor assembly having a valve needle 6 which is extendable to the passage of the valve seat. The rotor assembly further comprises a magnetic ring 5, which magnetic ring 5 is arranged in the housing.
The electronic expansion valve provides for movement of the valve needle 6 in a vertical direction by the magnetic ring 5, thereby effecting valve opening and closing operations, i.e. when closing the valve, the valve needle 6 extends through the narrowest opening of the valve cartridge, thereby not allowing fluid flow between the first and second conduits; upon opening the valve, the valve needle 6 moves away from the narrowest port of the valve spool such that the first and second conduits are in fluid communication. Such processes will be well known to those skilled in the art and are not of importance to the present application and are therefore not described in detail herein.
The valve seat 1 includes a porous member 13 having a plurality of orifices 131 and mounted to, e.g., welded to, the second opening of the valve element. Through a plurality of apertures of the porous member, the fluid entering the valve sleeve can be thinned, and noise reduction treatment can be effectively performed.
Fig. 3 shows a plate-shaped porous member 13 welded to the second opening. Alternatively, fig. 4 shows a porous member 13 of another structure having a plate body 132 and a peripheral wall 133 extending perpendicularly from the plate body 132, the peripheral wall 133 extending from the plate body at a position inward of the edge of the plate body so as to rest against the spool when the peripheral wall 133 is inserted into the spool.
The valve sleeve of the valve sleeve refines the fluid at the first port through the porous piece, and noise is reduced.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the utility model is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present utility model may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the utility model being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present disclosure describes embodiments, not every embodiment is provided with a separate embodiment, and that this description is provided for clarity only, and that the disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described in detail below, and that the embodiments described in the examples may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments that will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
