As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the wirecord fabric processing system of the present application includes a frame 50, and the below-described cord fabric trimming devices 60 are provided on both sides of the frame 50.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the curtain trimming device in the present application includes a mounting assembly 10, a positioning assembly 20, and a cutting assembly 30. The positioning component 20 is arranged on the mounting component 10, at least one part of the positioning component 20 can move relative to the mounting component 10, and the positioning component 20 is provided with a positioning channel for the curtain cloth to pass through; the cutting assembly 30 is provided on the mounting assembly 10, the cutting assembly 30 is located downstream of the positioning assembly 20 in the moving direction of the curtain and cuts the curtain passing through the positioning channel, and the cutting assembly 30 can cut the curtain from both sides in the thickness direction of the curtain.
When the curtain cloth trimming device is used, the curtain cloth trimming device is provided with the installation assembly 10, so that the curtain cloth trimming device can be installed at a position where the curtain cloth 600 passes through the installation assembly 10, and the side edge of the curtain cloth 600 is cut. And, because the curtain cloth deburring device still has locating component 20, so when the curtain cloth passes through the positioning channel of locating component 20, locating component 20 can be adjusted the position of curtain cloth to change the relative position of curtain cloth and cutting component 30, and then can adjust the cutting position of cutting component 30 to the curtain cloth, guaranteed that curtain cloth deburring device in this application can cut the side of curtain cloth in a flexible way. Meanwhile, since the cutting assembly 30 in the present application can cut the curtain from both sides in the thickness direction of the curtain, the cutting thickness of the curtain trimming device in the present application can meet the thickness of the giant tire wirecord. Therefore, the curtain cloth trimming device effectively solves the problem of poor giant tire wirecurtain cloth trimming effect in the prior art.
In one embodiment of the present application, the cord fabric trimming device is mounted to the frame 50 of the wirecord fabric processing system by the mounting assembly 10.

In the present application, since the conveying device for transporting the curtain fabric does not convey the curtain fabric along the horizontal direction in the process of cutting the curtain fabric, but conveys the curtain fabric along the vertical or approximately vertical direction, the curtain fabric moves along the vertical or approximately vertical direction when passing through the curtain fabric trimming device, so that the two sides of the curtain fabric in the moving direction can be limited by arranging at least two sets of roller sets 21 which are oppositely arranged, thereby ensuring the stability of the cutting assembly 30 when cutting the curtain fabric. The roller group 21 is provided with a plurality of rollers 211, that is to say, the rollers 211 can rotate relative to the curtain when the curtain passes through the positioning channel, so that the resistance of the curtain when the curtain passes through the positioning channel is effectively reduced.
In addition, the two sets of rollers 21 disposed opposite to each other in the present application can also support the curtain.
Alternatively, the axial direction of the roller 211 is the same as the width direction of the curtain. Through the arrangement, the positioning effect of the roller group on the curtain cloth can be further guaranteed, so that the curtain cloth can move along the preset direction. Meanwhile, the resistance between the roller and the curtain cloth can be further effectively reduced through the arrangement, so that the stable operation of the curtain cloth trimming device is ensured.

And through the drive of the first drive assembly 22 to the first positioning protrusion 212 or the second positioning protrusion 213, the positioning gap between the first positioning protrusion 212 and the second positioning protrusion 213 can be changed, so that the first positioning protrusion 212 and the second positioning protrusion 213 can clamp the steel wires in the curtain fabric, and the position adjustment or the limiting of the curtain fabric can be realized. In this application, the position adjustment of the curtain cloth can be achieved by selecting the steel wire clamped by the first positioning protrusion 212 and the second positioning protrusion 213. And after the first positioning protrusion 212 and the second positioning protrusion 213 clamp the selected steel wires, the curtain cloth can be limited.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the roller sets 21 are two sets, each roller set 21 has three rollers 211, wherein the rollers 211 located at both sides of the three rollers 211 of one roller set 21 have a first positioning protrusion 212, respectively, the rollers 211 located in the middle have a second positioning protrusion 213, and the positioning assembly 20 further includes a first driving assembly 22, and the first driving assembly 22 is in driving connection with the rollers 211 having the second positioning protrusion 213 to adjust the distance between the first positioning protrusion 212 and the second positioning protrusion 213. In this embodiment, two first positioning protrusions 212 and one second positioning protrusion 213 of the three rollers 211 form staggered V-shaped protrusions for embedding on both sides of a single wire near the edge of the curtain, preferably the second wire at the extreme edge of the curtain. And the second positioning protrusion 213 is driven to slowly clamp the curtain cloth so as to realize the positioning and guiding functions.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the positioning assembly 20 includes a second driving assembly 24, and the second driving assembly 24 is in driving connection with at least one roller set 21 of the two oppositely disposed roller sets 21, so as to move the two oppositely disposed roller sets 21 in a direction approaching or separating from each other. By this arrangement, the positioning unit 20 can position the curtain cloth having different thicknesses. That is, when the thickness of the curtain to be trimmed is different, the roller set 21 may be driven by the second driving assembly 24, so as to ensure that the positioning channel of the positioning assembly 20 can be adapted to the thickness of the curtain to be trimmed. That is, in the present application, the second driving assembly 24 is provided to drive the roller set 21, so that the adjustment of the size of the positioning channel, that is, the size of the positioning channel corresponding to the thickness direction of the curtain to be trimmed, is achieved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the positioning assembly 20 includes a positioning plate 23, and the positioning plate 23 is L-shaped and includes a first section and a second section connected in sequence, the first section being connected to the mounting assembly 10, and all of the roller sets 21 being disposed on the second section.
