Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a deodorizing absorbent dressing according to an embodiment of the present application. The application provides a deodorizing liquid absorbent dressing comprising a backing layer 10, a silicone gel layer 20, an intermediate layer 30, and a release film 40.
One side of the silicone gel layer 20 (the side of the silicone gel layer 20 away from the backing layer 10) has adhesiveness for adhering the deodorizing type liquid absorbent dressing to the skin of an affected part, so that the deodorizing type liquid absorbent dressing has self-adhesion, is not required to be fixed by means of a bandage, a medical adhesive tape or other foreign objects during use, and the self-adhesion enables the deodorizing type liquid absorbent dressing to be repeatedly used, thereby facilitating the observation of wounds of patients. The release film 40 covers one side of the silicone gel layer 20 for adhering to the skin of the affected part, and the release film 40 as a protective film can protect one side of the silicone gel layer 20 for adhering to the skin of the affected part when the liquid absorbent dressing is not used, so that one side of the silicone gel layer 20 for adhering to the skin of the affected part keeps adhesive.
The edge of the other side of the silicone gel layer 20 (the side of the silicone gel layer 20 adjacent to the backing layer 10) is connected to the edge of the backing layer 10 to form a receiving space between the silicone gel layer 20 and the backing layer 10. The intermediate layer 30 is provided in the accommodation space, and the intermediate layer 30 is laminated in this order from the side near the silicone gel layer 20 to the side near the backing layer 10: a first hydrophilic nonwoven layer 31, a second hydrophilic nonwoven layer 32, a polymer composite absorbent paper 33, a deodorizing nonwoven layer 34, and a water-repellent layer 35.
The three-layer non-woven fabric layer can increase the softness and the comfort of the whole deodorizing type liquid absorbent dressing, and especially the deodorizing type non-woven fabric layer can adsorb the malodor smell emitted from a wound part, so that the malodor smell emission is reduced, the replacement frequency of the liquid absorbent dressing is lower, the wound injury and pain are reduced, and the life quality of patients is improved. The polymer composite absorbent paper 33 also enhances the liquid absorbing ability of the deodorizing type liquid absorbing dressing.
The first hydrophilic nonwoven layer 31 and the second hydrophilic nonwoven layer 32 are arranged between the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 and the silicone gel layer 20, so that on the one hand, the flexibility of the deodorizing type liquid absorbent dressing is increased, and on the other hand, the hydrophilicity of the hydrophilic nonwoven layers enables wound liquid absorbed from the silicone gel layer 20 to be conducted into the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 with higher liquid absorption rate. The deodorant non-woven fabric layer 34 has water repellency, so that the deodorant non-woven fabric layer 34 cannot be arranged between the silicone gel layer 20 and the polymer composite absorbent paper 33, so that wound liquid cannot be absorbed by the polymer composite absorbent paper 33, and meanwhile, the deodorant non-woven fabric layer 34 is arranged on one side of the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 far away from the silicone gel layer 20 by utilizing the water repellency of the deodorant non-woven fabric layer 34, so that the wound liquid can be effectively locked in the polymer composite absorbent paper 33, and the penetration of the liquid can be prevented.
Since the adhesive is generally smeared on the backing layer 10 to adhere the backing layer 10 to the silicone gel layer 20, the adhesive is easy to react with water when in direct contact with water, and the adhesive on the backing layer 10 is reduced, the water-repellent layer 35 is arranged between the backing layer 10 and the deodorant non-woven fabric, so that the liquid absorbed by the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 can be prevented from flowing onto the backing layer 10.
In one embodiment, the side of the silicone gel layer 20 facing the first hydrophilic non-woven layer 31 is also tacky, and the side of the backing layer 10 facing the silicone gel layer 20 is tacky, such that the edge of the side of the silicone gel layer 20 adjacent to the first hydrophilic non-woven layer 31 is bonded to the edge of the side of the backing layer 10 adjacent to the water repellent layer 35. The silicone gel layer 20 and backing layer 10 may also be joined by other means, such as ultrasonic, heat or glue, for example, four-sided sealing.
In one embodiment, the silicone gel layer 20 is a mesh structure, so that the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 can absorb the liquid discharged from the affected part through the mesh structure of the silicone gel layer 20, and the silicone gel layer 20 has a good air permeability in the mesh structure. In particular, the holes of the mesh of the silicone gel layer 20 may be circular, for example, but may also be of other shapes, such as oval, rectangular or parallelogram.
Preferably, the silicone gel layer 20 should not be too viscous to ensure that the silicone gel layer 20 is secured to the wound and that it does not adhere to the wound during removal, thereby avoiding skin damage. Thus, the surface of the silicone gel layer 20 in this embodiment exhibits low tackiness. Low tack means: the peel force of the adhesive spline, which is 25mm wide, is between 0.2N and 1.5N. The silicone gel layer 20 is treated with low viscosity, so that pain caused by dressing change can be reduced, and the silicone gel can be repeatedly adhered, so that doctors can observe wound conveniently.
In one embodiment, the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 is a toilet paper wrapped wood pulp mixed deodorizing polymer absorbent resin, or the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 is a hydrophilic non-woven fabric wrapped wood pulp mixed deodorizing polymer absorbent resin. Compared with some super absorbent resin composite layers in the prior art, the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 has larger liquid absorption amount, and especially the core layer formed by wrapping the toilet paper is softer, so that the product is more comfortable and more fit in the use process. Compare in the structure of toilet paper parcel wood pulp, still wrapped up deodorant polymer water absorbent resin (Super Absorbent Polymer, SAP) in the polymer composite absorbent paper 33 of this application, the high absorbent resin not only can absorb wound seepage liquid betterly, can also adsorb the foul smell that wound position gives off, reduces the foul smell and gives off for the change frequency of imbibition dressing is lower, has reduced wound damage and pain, improves patient's quality of life.
In one embodiment, the surface of the deodorizing nonwoven layer 34 has a porous structure, and the surface of the nonwoven layer may be treated to have pore diameters, and the porous structure has a larger surface area, so that the odor may be physically adsorbed by the porous structure, thereby providing the deodorizing function to the nonwoven layer.
In one embodiment, the first hydrophilic nonwoven layer 31 and the second hydrophilic nonwoven layer 32 are PP (polypropylene) nonwoven or ES (Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side) nonwoven or hot air nonwoven, and the deodorizing nonwoven layer 34 is a deodorized PP nonwoven layer or a deodorized ES nonwoven or a deodorized hot air nonwoven.
In one embodiment, the water repellent layer 35 is a PP composite PE (Polyethylene) breathable film or SMS (spbond+meltblow+ Spunbond Nonwovens) nonwoven.
In one embodiment, the first hydrophilic non-woven layer 31, the second hydrophilic non-woven layer 32, the deodorizing non-woven layer 34 and the water-repellent layer 35 are sealed at four sides by means of ultrasonic waves or heating, and the polymeric composite absorbent paper 33 is disposed in the space of the four sides sealed. The side of the first hydrophilic nonwoven layer 31 remote from the second hydrophilic nonwoven layer 32 is bonded to the silicone gel layer 20, and the side of the water-repellent layer 35 remote from the deodorizing nonwoven layer 34 is bonded to the backing layer 10.
In one embodiment, the release film 40 comprises a folded release film 40 and a straight edge release film 40 side by side with the folded release film 40, one end of the folded release film 40 is adhered to the silicone layer 20 and the other end is folded outwardly to form a folded edge for tearing. The edge of the side of the straight edge release film 40 connected with the edge folding release film 40 is overlapped at the edge of the edge folding release film 40. The release film 40 may be a Polyethylene (PE) film.
In one embodiment, the backing layer 10 is a Polyurethane (PU) film, such as a thermoplastic polyurethane (Thermoplastic Poly Urethane, TPU) film, which has high air permeability and also functions as a waterproof and antibacterial film.
The foregoing description of the utility model has been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and is not intended to be limiting.
