In view of the foregoing, an embodiment of the present application provides a cleaning device and a floor brush, which can facilitate a user to take down an upper cover of the floor brush. As will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a cleaning device of the present application, and fig. 3 is a schematic exploded structural view of an embodiment of a floor brush of the present application.
In one embodiment, the cleaning apparatus 10 may be a cleaning device such as a floor scrubber. The cleaning device 10 includes a main body 20 and a brush 30 connected to the main body 20, and the brush 30 is used for cleaning. Floor brush 30 is also referred to as a cleaning head or suction head. A user can clean the area through which the floor brush 30 passes by holding the main body 20 and pushing the floor brush 30 to move over the surface to be cleaned. The surface to be cleaned can be the floor, or the surface of other objects to be cleaned, etc.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, the floor brush 30 includes a base 31. Base 31 is the basic carrier of brush 30, specifically base 31 is connected with host computer 20. The floor brush 30 has a preset direction. The floor brush 30 further includes an upper cover 32, and the upper cover 32 is abutted with the base 31 in a predetermined direction (as indicated by an arrow X in fig. 4, the lower is the same). Further, the upper cover 32 and the base 31 are locked by the lock catch 35, wherein the specific design of the lock catch 35 is understood by those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein. The floor brush 30 further includes cleaning members 34, and the cleaning members 34 are used for cleaning work. The cleaning member 34 may be a cleaning member such as a roll brush, a brush, or the like. The cleaning member 34 may be provided to the base 31 and/or the upper cover 32. The embodiments herein are described by taking the cleaning member 34 disposed on the base 31 as an example, which is only needed for discussion, and is not limited thereto.
The floor brush 30 further includes an electric device 33, and the electric device 33 is provided on the upper cover 32. The electric device 33 may be an illumination lamp, etc., and the electric device 33 is used for illuminating the front cleaning area of the floor brush 30 during cleaning, so as to ensure that a user can still see dirt such as dust on the surface to be cleaned when using the cleaning device 10 in an environment with insufficient light, and further ensure the cleaning effect of the surface to be cleaned. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the electric device 33 may be an atmosphere lamp, or the like, or the electric device 33 may be any device that is disposed on the upper cover 32 and needs to be connected to a power source, which is not limited herein.
The power supply can be a battery arranged on the host 20 and is electrically connected with the power utilization device 33 on the upper cover 32 through the base 31; alternatively, the power source is an external power source independent of the cleaning device 10, and the base 31 provides an interface to the external power source such that the power consuming device 33 on the upper cover 32 is connected to the external power source through the base 31. In view of this, the ground brush 30 further includes a socket assembly 40, and the socket assembly 40 is used to achieve the electrical connection between the base 31 and the upper cover 32. When the upper cover 32 is docked with the base 31, the electric device 33 is electrically connected with the power supply through the plugging assembly 40, so that the power supply can supply power to the electric device 33 to support the electric device 33 to work normally.
The plug assembly 40 of the embodiments of the present application is described below.
In one embodiment, the plug assembly 40 includes a first connector 41, a second connector 42, and an elastic member 43. One of the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 is disposed on the base 31 and is electrically connected to the power source, and the other is disposed on the upper cover 32 and is electrically connected to the electric device 33, and the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 are abutted along a predetermined direction, so that the electric device 33 is electrically connected to the power source. When the user docks the upper cover 32 with the base 31, the first connector 41 and the second connector 42 are docked simultaneously. The elastic member 43 is connected to the first connecting member 41 and/or the second connecting member 42, and the elastic member 43 serves to make the base 31 and the upper cover 32 have a tendency to be apart from each other in a predetermined direction.
In this way, the elastic member 43 of the present embodiment is used to make the base 31 and the upper cover 32 have a tendency to be away from each other in the preset direction, that is, the resultant force of the elastic restoring force provided by the elastic member 43 and the picking force applied by the user to the upper cover 32 drives the upper cover 32 and the base 31 to separate from each other. In other words, in this embodiment, the elastic member 43 assists the user to separate the upper cover 32 from the base 31, so that the user only needs to provide a smaller taking force (less than 15N) to remove the upper cover 32 of the floor brush 30, which is convenient for the user to remove the upper cover 32 to replace and maintain the cleaning member 34, and is beneficial to improving the user experience.
In addition, since the floor brush 30 outputs the cleaning liquid such as clean water to assist the cleaning operation or the liquid dirt exists on the surface to be cleaned, the interior of the floor brush 30 is inevitably water, which causes the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 to be corroded easily due to electrochemical corrosion, and the separation between the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 becomes difficult, so that the user needs to provide a larger taking force to remove the upper cover 32. In view of this, the present embodiment assists the user to separate the upper cover 32 from the base 31 through the elastic member 43, and the technical problem of difficulty in taking the upper cover 32 due to rust of the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 42 can be solved. Even if the first and second connection members 41 and 42 are rusted in this embodiment, the user can easily remove the upper cover 32 of the floor brush 30.
In one embodiment, the plug assembly 40 further includes a first plug receptacle 44. The first socket 44 has a first socket cavity 441 and a first opening 442 that are in communication with each other. The first inserting cavity 441 and the first opening 442 are disposed opposite to each other along a predetermined direction. The first connector 41 is movably accommodated in the first inserting cavity 441, the elastic member 43 is respectively connected with the first connector 41 and the first inserting seat 44, the second connector 42 is embedded into the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442 to be abutted with the first connector 41, the first connector 41 can move in the first inserting cavity 441 along with the abutting action of the first connector 41 and the second connector 42, and the elastic member 43 enables the second connector 42 to have a trend of being separated from the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442.
Specifically, the elastic member 43 is sandwiched between the first connector 41 and the first socket 44, and the first connector 41 can compress the elastic member 43 along with the abutting action of the first connector and the second connector 42. The elastic member 43 may be an elastic element such as a compression spring, and the elastic member 43 is also accommodated in the first inserting cavity 441. The second connecting member 42 is inserted into the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442, and the second connecting member 42 drives the first connecting member 41 to move away from the first opening 442, so that the first connecting member 41 compresses the elastic member 43. The elastic restoring force provided by the elastic member 43 makes the first connecting member 41 have a tendency to move toward the first opening 442, and further makes the second connecting member 42 have a tendency to be separated from the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442, that is, the elastic restoring force provided by the elastic member 43 makes the base 31 and the upper cover 32 have a tendency to be separated from each other in the preset direction.
In this way, the resultant force of the elastic restoring force provided by the elastic member 43 and the taking force applied to the upper cover 32 by the user drives the upper cover 32 and the base 31 to separate from each other, and the elastic member 43 assists the user to separate the upper cover 32 from the base 31, so that the user can conveniently take down the upper cover 32 of the floor brush 30. Also, the elastic restoring force provided by the elastic member 43 also maintains stable and reliable contact between the first and second connection members 41 and 42. Even if the ground brush 30 is in a vibration state, the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 can still keep stable and reliable contact, the power supply process of the electric device 33 can be ensured to be stable, the risk of virtual connection ignition between the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 can be reduced, and the service lives of the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 can be prolonged.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the first connector 41 includes a docking portion 411 and a limiting portion 412. The docking portion 411 is for docking with the second connector 42. The limiting portion 412 is connected to a side of the abutting portion 411 facing away from the first opening 442. The elastic member 43 is located at a side of the abutting portion 411 facing away from the first opening 442, and the elastic member 43 is sandwiched between the abutting portion 411 and the first socket 44. The cross-sectional area of the abutting portion 411 perpendicular to the preset direction is larger than the cross-sectional area of the limiting portion 412 perpendicular to the preset direction, so that the elastic member 43 can be clamped between the abutting portion 411 and the first plugging seat 44, and the elastic member 43 is sleeved on the periphery of the limiting portion 412.
Further, referring to fig. 7 together, the end of the first connecting member 41 near the first opening 442 has a limiting slot 413, and the notch of the limiting slot 413 faces the first opening 442. The limiting groove 413 is configured to enable the second connector 42 to be inserted therein to limit the relative position between the first connector 41 and the second connector 42 after the two are docked.
In the process of butting the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42, the second connecting piece 42 is embedded into the limiting groove 413 of the first connecting piece 41, so that the relative position between the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 can be limited, the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 are prevented from sliding relatively, adverse effects on the butting process of the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 are avoided, and the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 are ensured to be stably and reliably butted. The groove wall of the restricting groove 413 is a slope, and the second connector 42 can be guided to be inserted into the restricting groove 413.
For example, the embodiment of the present application is described by taking the example that the first connecting member 41 is disposed on the upper cover 32 and the second connecting member 42 is disposed on the base 31, which is only needed for discussion, and not limitation. The first socket 44 is disposed on the upper cover 32. The first receptacle 44 includes a base 443 and a cover 444. The base 443 is abutted with the cover 444 along a predetermined direction to form a first plug cavity 441, and the first opening 442 is located at an end of the base 443 away from the cover 444. The second connector 42 moves from the side of the base 443 away from the cover 444 along a predetermined direction to be inserted into the first insertion cavity 441 through the first opening 442 to be abutted with the first connector 41. In this embodiment, the first connecting member 41 and the elastic member 43 are installed in the first inserting cavity 441, and then the cover 444 is covered on the base 443. The base 443 includes a seat body 4431 and a stopper 4432. The seat body 4431 encloses a first socket cavity 441. The limiting portion 4432 is connected to one end of the seat body 4431, and the limiting portion 4432 encloses the first opening 442. The stopper 4432 has a stepped surface 4433 facing the first insertion cavity 441, and the stepped surface 4433 serves to restrict the first connector 41 from being removed from the first insertion cavity 441.
The first connecting member 41 and/or the elastic member 43 are electrically connected to the electrical device 33. Fig. 3 shows an example in which the electrical device 33 is soldered to the elastic element 43 by means of a wire. After the first connecting piece 41 is abutted with the second connecting piece 42, the second connecting piece 42 is electrically connected with the elastic piece 43 through the first connecting piece 41, and then is electrically connected with the electric device 33, and finally, the electric device 33 is electrically connected with the power supply. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the elastic member 43 may be an elastic element such as a tension spring, and the installation position of the elastic member 43 may be adaptively adjusted, which is not limited herein.
The plug assembly 40 further includes a second socket 45, and the second connector 42 is fixed to the base 31 through the second socket 45. The base 31 has a receiving cavity 311 adjacent to the cleaning member 34, and specifically the receiving cavity 311 is located rearward of the cleaning member 34. One of the first connector 41 and the second connector 42 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 311, and specifically the second connector 42 is fixed in the accommodating cavity 311 through the second socket 45.
The number of the plugging components 40 in the embodiment of the present application may be one or two or more. Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a cleaning device 10 comprising two sets of plug assemblies 40. The electrical device 33 is electrically connected with the power supply through two or more groups of plug-in components 40, which is favorable for reducing the internal resistance of the circuit and reducing the risk of serious heating caused by overlarge internal resistance, thereby being favorable for prolonging the service lives of the electrical device 33 and the plug-in components 40. Furthermore, each plug assembly 40 may include one or two or more sets of first connectors 41 and second connectors 42. Fig. 3 shows an exemplary case in which each plug assembly 40 includes two sets of first connectors 41 and second connectors 42.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10 together, fig. 8 is an exploded view of another embodiment of the floor brush of the present application, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the floor brush of fig. 8, and fig. 10 is a view of another state of the floor brush of fig. 9.
In an alternative embodiment, the difference between the present embodiment and the above embodiment is that the first connector 41 and the elastic member 43 are both accommodated in the first inserting cavity 441, the second connector 42 is embedded into the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442, such that the second connector 42 is respectively abutted with the first connector 41 and the elastic member 43, and the elastic member 43 makes the second connector 42 have a tendency to be separated from the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11 and 12 together, the first connector 41 has a second plugging cavity 414 and a second opening 415 that are mutually communicated, and the second opening 415 is located at an end of the second plugging cavity 414 facing the first opening 442. At least a portion of the resilient member 43 is received in the second socket 414. During the process of abutting the first connector 41 with the second connector 42, the second connector 42 is inserted into the second insertion cavity 414 through the second opening 415, and the second connector 42 can compress the elastic member 43 along with the action of inserting the second connector into the second insertion cavity 414. The elastic member 43 may be an elastic member such as a compression spring. The second connecting member 42 is inserted into the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442, and the second connecting member 42 is also inserted into the second inserting cavity 414 through the second opening 415, so that the second connecting member 42 is abutted with the elastic member 43 and the second connecting member 42 compresses the elastic member 43 along with the action of inserting the second connecting member 42 into the second inserting cavity 414. The elastic restoring force provided by the elastic member 43 makes the second connecting member 42 have a tendency to be separated from the first inserting cavity 441 through the first opening 442, i.e. the elastic restoring force provided by the elastic member 43 makes the base 31 and the upper cover 32 have a tendency to be separated from each other in the predetermined direction.
The second socket 414 is configured to enable the second connector 42 to be inserted therein to limit the relative position between the first connector 41 and the second connector 42 after the two are mated.
Further, the first connector 41 further includes a main body portion 416 and a resilient clamping portion 418. The elastic clamping portion 418 is connected to an end of the main body portion 416 facing the first opening 442. The main body portion 416 and the elastic clamping portion 418 are combined to form a second plugging cavity 414, and the second opening 415 is located at an end portion of the elastic clamping portion 418 away from the main body portion 416. The elastic clamping portion 418 is electrically connected by clamping the second connecting member 42.
The elastic clamping portion 418 has an elastic structure or is made of an elastic material, so that the elastic clamping portion 418 is elastically contacted and matched with the second connecting piece 42. The elastic restoring force provided by the elastic clamping portion 418 maintains stable and reliable contact between the first connector 41 and the second connector 42.
The second plugging chamber 414 has a central axis O, and the extending direction of the central axis O is parallel to the preset direction. The resilient clamping portion 418 includes a clamp portion 4181 and an adapter portion 4182. The clamping sub-portion 4181 is close to the central axis O relative to the main body portion 416, and the clamping sub-portion 4181 is used for abutting the second connecting member 42 and limiting the elastic member 43 from being removed from the second inserting cavity 414 through the second opening 415. The clamp portion 4181 is connected to the body portion 416 by an adapter portion 4182. The clamp portion 4181 and/or the adapter portion 4182 are of resilient construction or are themselves made of resilient material. The clamping sub-portion 4181 provides sufficient interference between the resilient clamping portion 418 and the second connector 42 to ensure intimate contact between the resilient clamping portion 418 and the second connector 42. Moreover, the elastic restoring force provided by the elastic clamping portion 418 is perpendicular to the central axis O, so that the first connecting piece 41 and the oxide layer on the surface of the second connecting piece 42 can be cleaned automatically in the process that the second connecting piece 42 is embedded into the second plugging cavity 414 of the first connecting piece 41 or is separated from the second plugging cavity 414, stable and reliable contact between the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 can be ensured, and the problems of overlarge internal resistance and the like caused by the oxide layer between the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 42 can be avoided as much as possible.
The number of elastic clamping portions 418 is at least two. The elastic clamping portions 418 are sequentially spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the second opening 415, and each elastic clamping portion 418 is matched to clamp the second connecting member 42. Fig. 11 and 12 exemplarily show a case where the number of the elastic clamping portions 418 is three, each elastic clamping portion 418 is uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the second opening 415, that is, each elastic clamping portion 418 is uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the central axis O.
The end of the elastic clamping portion 418 away from the main body portion 416 extends outward away from the central axis O, so as to guide the second connector 42 to be inserted into the second insertion cavity 414.
Further, the first connector 41 further includes a connection portion 417. The connecting portion 417 is connected to an end of the body portion 416 facing away from the first opening 442. One end of the elastic member 43 abuts against the connection portion 417, and the other end of the elastic member 43 is used for abutting against the second connection member 42. In other words, the elastic member 43 is accommodated in the second plugging cavity 414 of the first connector 41, one end of the elastic member 43 abuts against the connecting portion 417, and the clamping sub portion 4181 of the elastic clamping portion 418 is used for limiting the other end of the elastic member 43 from being pulled out of the second plugging cavity 414 through the second opening 415.
The power consumption device 33 is electrically connected to the power source through the connection portion 417, and the elastic member 43 is electrically connected to the connection portion 417. The connection portion 417 is specifically an inwardly curved structure. The lead wire led out from the electric device 33 is clamped by the connection portion 417, so that the electric device 33 is electrically connected to the connection portion 417. One end of the elastic member 43 abuts against the connection portion 417, so that the elastic member 43 is electrically connected to the connection portion 417. In other words, after the second connector 42 is inserted into the first inserting cavity 441 to be abutted with the elastic member 43, the elastic member 43 elastically contacts with the second connector 42 in response to its elastic restoring force. The second connecting member 42 maintains a stable and reliable contact with the elastic member 43. Even if the ground brush 30 is in a vibration state, the second connecting member 42 and the elastic member 43 can still maintain stable and reliable contact, and the power supply process of the electric device 33 can be ensured to be stable.
