Mounting device for angular space
Technical Field
The utility model relates in particular to a mounting device for angular spaces.
Background
As is known, it is easy to fix an elongated component to a planar mounting surface, but it is difficult to mount it to a mounting surface in an angular space. In particular, for a long-strip-shaped power rail, if it is fixed at a corner (such as a wall corner, a cabinet corner, or a desk bottom corner), it is often difficult to achieve a stable fixing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model mainly solves the technical problem of providing a mounting device for angular space.
The technical scheme adopted by the utility model for solving the technical problems is as follows: the present utility model provides a mounting device for an angular space, which facilitates the stable mounting of an elongated piece to be assembled in the angular space, thereby solving the above-mentioned technical problems.
The present utility model provides a mounting device for an angular space having a first wall surface and a second wall surface extending distally from a top corner of the angular space. The mounting device includes: a first mounting panel mounted to a first wall surface of the angular space; a second mounting panel mounted to a second wall surface of the angular space; and an attachment member for attaching the to-be-assembled member. The attachment member has a body portion connected to and located between the second end of the first mounting panel and the second end of the second mounting panel. The first mounting panel, the second mounting panel and the body portion together form a bracket structure. The attachment member also has a pair of rails disposed in a first direction parallel to the extending direction of the top corners and extending distally from the body portion. The pair of guide rails has an assembly face for mating with the piece to be assembled. The mounting device thus facilitates a stable mounting of the strip-shaped component to be assembled in the angular space.
In one or more embodiments, the component to be assembled is a power rail. The mounting device thus enables a stable mounting of the power rail in the angular space.
In one or more embodiments, the first mounting panel and the second mounting panel are integrally formed at the first end; either the first and second mounting panels are hinged together at a first end to facilitate adjustment of the angle between the first and second mounting panels, or the first and second mounting panels have free first ends, respectively. The mounting means thus provides a stable support structure for the angular space.
In one or more embodiments, the mounting face of the rail extends inwardly at an oblique angle relative to the body portion of the attachment member, preferably in the range of 85-90 degrees. The mounting surface of the guide rail can thereby provide a sufficient holding force for the component to be assembled.
In one or more embodiments, the mounting surface of the rail is provided with a first inwardly facing detent for mating with a second detent on the power rail; and/or the distal free end of the mounting surface of the guide rail is provided with an outwardly extending guide portion. Therefore, the clamping fit can provide a holding force for the to-be-assembled piece and prevent the to-be-assembled piece from falling off. The guide portion facilitates guiding the assembly to be smoothly fitted onto the fitting surface of the guide rail.
In one or more embodiments, the attachment component is provided with a stop that engages a stop feature on the part to be assembled. Thereby, the position-restricting portion is provided to be able to restrict displacement of the to-be-assembled member and to better hold the to-be-assembled member.
In one or more embodiments, the inner surface of the first mounting panel and the inner surface of the second mounting panel are each provided with a mounting member for attaching the resilient member. The provision of the resilient member thereby provides an adjustable retention force for securely retaining the component to be assembled.
In one or more embodiments, the attachment member is further provided with a reinforcing portion on the main body portion for increasing the strength of the attachment member. Thereby, the provision of the reinforcing portion increases the strength of the attachment member to provide a sufficient supporting force.
In one or more embodiments, the mounting device is mounted with sealing plates connected to both the first and second mounting panels at both ends perpendicular to the first direction, respectively. The arrangement of the sealing plate is convenient for increasing the supporting force of the installation device, and can also provide attractive appearance and prevent foreign matters from entering the installation device.
In one or more embodiments, the mounting devices have different sized lengths to accommodate different lengths of the to-be-assembled pieces in different combinations. Thus, different lengths of mounting devices may be combined to meet different mounting requirements.
