The intelligent electronic seal according to claim 5, wherein the display module (16) is configured to be an ink screen (161) and a two-dimensional code (162) configured on the seal body (1), the ink screen (161) is in signal connection with the data transmission unit (123) and is used for displaying takeout order number information and user information corresponding to a paper receipt from the data transmission unit (123), the two-dimensional code (162) is in signal connection with the data transmission unit (123) and is used for storing data information signals from the data transmission unit (123), and a mobile terminal can perform information identification by scanning the two-dimensional code (162) and output an unlocking command signal to the data transmission unit (123).
