Description

Locking piece for fixing appliance and fixing appliance using same
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of orthodontic treatment, in particular to a locking piece of a fixed appliance and the fixed appliance using the locking piece.
Background
Orthodontic (Orthodontics) is the correction of teeth, the removal of teeth staggering and deformity. Orthodontics mainly researches the etiology mechanism of misjaw deformity, diagnoses, analyzes, prevents and treats oral diseases, and can also achieve the effect of attractive teeth. Among them, the fixed appliance is widely used as a conventional orthodontic appliance having a remarkable orthodontic effect.
The fixed appliance comprises a bracket and a buccal tube. The correction method comprises the steps of adhering the fixed correction device on the tooth surface, connecting the fixed correction devices of all the tooth positions in series by using the memory metal wire, and driving the teeth to move and deflect by using the restoring force of the memory metal wire so as to achieve the effect of correcting the teeth. In some cases, it is desirable to achieve static friction between the memory wire and the individual fixed appliance, with traction mechanisms attached to pull other teeth into movement. In some cases, a torque force is required to be generated between the square memory wire and the inside corners of the slots of the individual fixed appliances to effect deflection of the teeth to which the fixed appliances belong.
To meet this requirement, the existing bracket is usually provided with a locking component fixedly thereon, such as a pressing spring plate arranged on the inner side of the cover plate, or a convex spring plate or an elastic roller arranged on the side wall of the archwire slot. However, in such an arrangement, the internal dimensions of the slot are constantly reduced and the full dimensions of the archwire slot cannot be fully utilized. That is, the lock function cannot be released.
In order to solve the technical problem, the applicant filed the Chinese patent publication No. CN105982745A discloses a traction bracket and orthodontic system and an orthodontic method thereof, wherein the traction bracket and orthodontic system comprises a main body part and a cover body part, and a locking traction hole is arranged on the main body part so as to be matched with a locking lock bolt or a traction bolt. However, this technique requires tapping holes in the brackets, i.e. deep processing of the original brackets, which on the one hand necessarily detracts from the yield and increases the cost, and on the other hand, when the stop bolts or the traction bolts are not used, the holes may be filled with food residues, which may impair oral hygiene and also disable the hole function.
