The connection hole 121 may be a finger hole structure for connecting with the first connection portion 21, and the connection hole 121 is disposed on a side of the abutment portion 12 facing the second case portion 102, so that when the first connection portion 21 is connected to the connection hole 121, at least a portion of the second case 10 can be locked on the side of the abutment portion 12 facing the second case portion 102.
The positioning ring groove 122 may be an annular groove for disposing the sealing member 3, so that the sealing member 3 is convenient in installation, which is beneficial to saving installation time by disposing at least part of the sealing member 3 in the positioning ring groove 122. By providing the retaining ring groove 122 on the side of the abutment 12 facing the second housing part 102 and around the first connection part 21, it is possible to achieve a positioning of the seal 3 on the side of the abutment 12 facing the second housing part 102 and around the outer periphery of the first connection part 21 by providing at least part of the seal 3 in the retaining ring groove 122.
In some embodiments, the first connection portion 21 is screwed to the connection hole 121.
The first connecting portion 21 is in threaded connection with the connecting hole 121, may be that the connecting hole 121 is set to be a threaded hole, and an external thread matched with an internal thread of the connecting hole 121 is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the first connecting portion 21, so that the locking member 2 can be connected with the connecting hole 121 in a screwing manner, and the locking member 2 and the connecting member 1 are convenient to connect.
In some embodiments, an end of the support portion 11 remote from the abutment portion 12 is connected to the first housing portion 101.
Through keeping away from the one end of supporting part 11 and holding portion 12 and being connected with first box portion 101 for connecting piece 1 is connected respectively in first box portion 101 and second box portion 102 at the both ends of supporting part 11 and holding portion 12 direction of arranging, makes connecting piece 1 can also support when being connected first box portion 101 and second box portion 102, is favorable to making both relative positions keep stable.
In some embodiments, a second connection portion 111 is provided at an end of the supporting portion 11 away from the abutting portion 12, and the supporting portion 11 is connected to the first case portion 101 through the second connection portion 111.
The second connection portion 111 may be a structure provided on the support portion 11 for connection with the first case portion 101. The second connecting portion 111 is convexly disposed at an end of the supporting portion 11 away from the abutting portion 12, and the supporting portion 11 is connected with the first box portion 101 through the second connecting portion 111, so that an end of the supporting portion 11 away from the abutting portion 12 can be firmly connected to the first box portion 101.
Illustratively, the second connection 111 is threadably connected to the first housing portion 101.
The second connecting portion 111 is in threaded connection with the first box portion 101, which may be that a threaded hole is provided in the first box portion 101, an opening of the threaded hole faces the second box portion 102, an external thread matched with an internal thread of the threaded hole is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the second connecting portion 111, and the second connecting portion 111 can be connected to the threaded hole in a screwing manner, so that the second connecting portion 111 is convenient to be connected with the first box portion 10.
In some embodiments, the abutment portion 12 protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the supporting portion 11.
By projecting the abutting portion 12 from the outer peripheral surface of the supporting portion 11, the abutting portion 12 and the first box portion 101 have a larger contact area, which is beneficial to reducing the pressure at the contact surface and reducing the possibility of damage of the first box portion 101 caused by crushing.
Illustratively, the supporting portion 11 and the abutting portion 12 in the connecting member 1 may be both provided in a cylindrical structure, and the central axes of the supporting portion 11 and the abutting portion 12 are coaxially provided, and are connected in the axial direction, wherein the diameter of the abutting portion 12 is larger than that of the supporting portion 11, so that not only can the pressure intensity at the contact surface of the abutting portion 12 with the first tank portion 101 be reduced, but also the arrangement of the connecting hole 121 and the positioning ring groove 122 on the end surface of the abutting portion 12 away from the supporting portion 11 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the supporting portion 12 is provided with a polygonal groove 123, and the polygonal groove 123 is disposed on a side surface of the supporting portion 12 facing the second box portion 102, and a central axis of the polygonal groove 123 coincides with a central axis of the second connecting portion 111.
The polygonal groove 123 may be a groove structure with a regular polygon cross section, which is disposed on a side surface facing the second box 102, and the central axis of the polygonal groove 123 and the central axis of the second connecting portion 111 are overlapped, so that an operator can drive the abutting portion 12 to rotate through the polygonal groove 123. Illustratively, the polygonal groove 123 may be a regular hexagonal groove, and the operator may screw the supporting portion 12 with an internal hexagonal wrench engaged with the regular hexagonal groove, so that the second connecting portion 111 may be screwed to the first box portion 101, so that the connection between the connecting member 1 and the first box portion 101 is convenient.
Illustratively, the central axis of the polygonal groove 123, the central axis of the connecting hole 121, the positioning ring groove 122 and the central axis of the second connecting portion 111 are coaxially disposed, facilitating positioning and machining of these structures on the connecting member 1.
In some embodiments, the battery 100 is provided with a blind rivet nut 4 mounted to the first case portion 101, and the support portion 11 is screw-coupled to the blind rivet nut 4.
By providing the rivet nut 4 to the first case 101 and screwing the support 11 to the rivet nut 4, the strength of the connection between the support 11 and the first case 101 can be improved. In some embodiments, threads may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 11, and the support portion 11 is directly screwed to the blind rivet nut 4; the second connecting portion 111 provided on the end surface of the support portion 11 remote from the abutting portion 12 may be screwed to the blind rivet nut 4.
Some embodiments of the present application provide an electric device, where the electric device includes the battery 100 provided by the above technical solution, and the battery 100 is used for providing electric energy.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided a battery 100, the battery 100 including a case 10, a connector 1, a sealing member 3, and a locking member 2, a case body 1011 in a first case portion 101 of the case 10 is provided with a receiving recess in which a reinforcing beam 1012 is fixed, and a second case portion 102 is covered on the case body 1011 to form a receiving space. The abutting portion 12 in the connector 1 abuts against the second box portion 102, and the second connecting portion 111 on the supporting portion 11 is screwed to the blind rivet nut 4 on the reinforcing beam 1012. The side of the supporting portion 12 facing the second box portion 102 is provided with a connection hole 121 and a positioning ring groove 122 wound around the connection hole 121, at least a part of the sealing member 3 is disposed in the positioning ring groove 122, the first connection portion 21 of the locking member 2 passes through the second box portion 102 and is in threaded connection with the connection hole 121 of the supporting portion 12, and the locking portion 22 of the locking member 2 compresses at least a part of the second box portion 102 against the supporting portion 12, so that at least a part of the second box portion 102 is clamped between the supporting portion 12 and the locking portion 22.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the embodiments, and are intended to be included within the scope of the claims and description. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the respective embodiments may be combined in any manner as long as there is no structural conflict. The present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed herein, but encompasses all technical solutions falling within the scope of the claims.
