The external cantilever structure 11 is arranged on the face casing 10, and a five-layer waterproof structure can be adopted to realize waterproof reliability of the remote controller.
The first layer is waterproof: the face shell 10 is of a sealed waterproof structure, a circle of first ribs 15 are arranged on the periphery of the inner side of the cutting groove 12 of the face shell 10, and external water is prevented from flowing into the remote controller from the cutting groove 12 during splash test. The height of the first ribs 15 is 2mm or more to improve the waterproof effect of the second ribs 41.
The second layer is waterproof: the partition plate 40 is provided with a circle of second ribs 41 outside the first ribs 15, and the second ribs and the face shell 10 are sealed to form water resistance;
the third layer is waterproof: the partition plate 40 is provided with a plurality of second ribs 41 which are extruded with the waterproof surface 54 of the silica gel key 50 to form a waterproof structure.
Fourth layer is waterproof: the partition board 40 is provided with a sealing platform 45 and an outer ring of the silica gel key 50 to form a waterproof structure by water-proof extrusion.
Fifth layer is waterproof: the third ribs 43 and the clamping grooves 42 are arranged on two sides of the partition board 40 and are buckled with the rabbets of the bottom shell 80, so that an outer waterproof structure is formed.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided an air conditioner including the remote controller as described above or the remote controller as described above.

Claims (15)

1. A remote control, comprising:
the face shell (10) is provided with a plurality of pressing keys, the pressing keys are integrally formed on the face shell, and the pressing keys are of an outer cantilever structure (11);
the outer cantilever structure (11) comprises a free end and a fixed end, and the side edge of the free end away from the fixed end is positioned on the outer side edge of the face shell (10).
2. Remote control according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer cantilever structure (11) is provided in plurality and is arranged side by side in sequence along the side of the face-piece (10).
3. Remote control according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least two slits (12) are provided in the lateral centre of the face housing (10), the parts between adjacent slits (12) constituting the cantilever structure (11).

The remote control according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a bottom shell (80), wherein the surface shell (10) and the bottom shell (80) are buckled to form a placement cavity, a partition plate (40) is arranged in the placement cavity, and the partition plate (40) is in sealing abutting connection with the surface shell (10) and the bottom shell (80).
5. The remote control according to claim 4, characterized in that a first rib (15) is provided on a side of the face housing (10) abutting the partition (40), the first rib (15) being provided around the outer cantilever structure (11) and being in sealing abutment with the partition (40).
6. The remote control according to claim 5, characterized in that a second rib (41) is provided on the side of the partition (40) facing the face casing (10), and the second rib (41) is provided on the periphery of the first rib (15) and is in sealing abutment with the face casing (10).
7. A remote control according to any one of claims 5-6, characterized in that the partition (40) is in sealing abutment against the side edge of the bottom shell (80) and corresponds to the side edge of the cantilever structure (11).
8. The remote control according to claim 7, wherein a third rib (43) is provided on a side of the partition (40) facing the bottom case (80), and the third rib (43) is in sealing contact with an inner side wall of the bottom case (80).
9. The remote control according to claim 4, wherein a silica gel key (50) is further arranged in the placement cavity, and the partition board (40) is arranged between the face shell (10) and the silica gel key (50) and is in sealing abutting connection with the silica gel key (50); the silica gel button is characterized in that a through hole is formed in the partition plate (40), a first button body (14) is arranged on the side face, facing the partition plate (40), of the outer cantilever structure (11), and the first button body (14) penetrates through the through hole to be in contact with the silica gel button (50).
10. The remote control according to claim 9, characterized in that both ends of the through hole are provided with protruding annular fifth ribs (47), and the fifth ribs (47) facing the silicone keys (50) are in sealing abutment with the silicone keys (50).

The remote control according to claim 10, characterized in that the lateral outer periphery of the silica gel key (50) facing the partition board (40) is provided with a protruding waterproof ring, and the waterproof ring is in sealing contact with the partition board (40); the fifth rib (47) facing the silica gel key (50) is positioned inside the waterproof ring.

The remote control according to any one of claims 9-11, wherein a positioning groove (51) is provided on the silica gel key (50), and the first key body (14) is inserted into the positioning groove (51); and/or the face shell (10) is provided with waterproof ribs which are in sealing abutting connection with the silica gel keys (50).

The remote control according to claim 12, wherein a side of the silica gel key (50) away from the partition board (40) abuts against a main board (60) of the remote control, a key sinking table (55) is arranged on the abutting side, and the key sinking table (55) is arranged opposite to the positioning groove (51); the key sinking table (55) is internally provided with a second key body (56), and the second key body (56) corresponds to the key switch position on the main board (60).
14. The remote controller according to claim 13, wherein a distance between the key sinking table (55) and the positioning groove (51) is set to H, and a height of the second key body (56) protruding the key sinking table (55) is set to I, satisfying 0.5mm < H <1mm, i=0.3 mm.
15. An air conditioner comprising a remote control as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14.
