In addition, the connection between the second connection part 320 and the chassis 200 is opposite to the front panel 700, and a technician can disconnect the connection between the second connection part 320 and the flange of the chassis 200 after removing the front panel 700, thereby improving the convenience of the technician in assembling and disassembling the wind guide ring.
Further, in this embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 1 to 9, the connection direction of the second connection portion 320 and the flange of the chassis 200 forms an included angle with the connection direction of the second connection plate 312 and the top cover 100, and tends to be perpendicular to each other, when the motor 600, the compressor or the external force factor causes the air guiding ring 300 to vibrate, the stress direction of the second connection portion 320 and the second connection plate 312 forms an included angle, so that the air guiding ring 300 can maintain good stability in the horizontal vertical direction, and is more resistant to torsion and vibration, thereby reducing the deformation and damage risk of the structure. Of course, in other embodiments, the first and second connection portions 310 and 320 are connected to a flange at an edge of the top cover 100 and a flange at an edge of the bottom chassis 200, respectively, or the first and second connection portions 310 and 320 are opposite to and connected to the top cover 100 and the bottom chassis 200, respectively.
Further, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 9, the flange of the chassis 200 is provided with a second mounting protrusion 210 protruding toward the second connection portion 320, and the second connection portion 320 is connected to the second mounting protrusion 210. It will be appreciated that the presence of the second mounting tab 210 of the chassis 200 may increase the strength of the overall structure, which increases the contact area between the connection components and the number of connection points, thereby enabling more force to be dispersed and absorbed, reducing the risk of deformation and damage to the structure. In this way, the second mounting protrusion 210 on the chassis 200 is connected with the second connection portion 320, so as to achieve a stable connection effect, and the connection manner can ensure the firm connection between the chassis 200 and the second connection portion 320, so as to enhance the stability of the whole structure. In addition, the second mounting protrusion 210 also provides a positioning function for the installation of the wind guiding ring 300, so that the positioning and alignment of the chassis 200 of the wind guiding ring 300 are easier, and the design can reduce the assembly steps and time and improve the production efficiency. Of course, in other embodiments, the second connecting portion 320 may be directly connected to the flange of the chassis 200.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, an abutment flange 321 is disposed at the lower end of the second connecting portion 320, and the abutment flange 321 abuts against the bottom wall of the chassis 200. In this way, after the wind-guiding ring 300 is mounted on the casing, the abutting flange 321 can provide a supporting effect for the wind-guiding ring 300, so as to weaken the stress between the second connecting portion 320 and the second mounting convex portion 210 in the vertical direction, and cooperate with the second connecting plate 312 and the first mounting convex portion 110, thereby ensuring the stability of the wind-guiding ring 300 in the vertical direction.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the first connection portion 310 and the second connection portion 320 are connected to the casing by means of screw locking, or one of the first connection portion 310 and the second connection portion 320 is connected to the casing by means of screw locking. Through the mode of using the screw lock to attach, form firm connection between first connecting portion 310 and top cap 100, form firm connection between second connecting portion 320 and the roof, simultaneously, when need to repair the equipment or change the part, the screw can be untied easily, and the side makes the maintenance work more efficient and has reduced the maintenance time. In addition, by loosening or tightening the screws, the tightness between the first connection portion 310 and the top cover 100, and between the second connection portion 320 and the chassis 200 can be adjusted, ensuring that the tightness of the connection is adapted to different demands and environments. Of course, in other embodiments, the first connecting portion 310 and the second connecting portion 320 are respectively connected to the top cover 100 and the chassis 200 by means of a clamping connection.
