Claims (9)

1. The rotary valve capable of isolating the lubricant comprises a rotary valve shell, an inner rotary valve body and a rotary spindle, wherein an upper flange feeding port is formed in the upper side of the rotary valve shell, a lower flange discharging port is formed in the lower side of the rotary valve shell, the inner rotary valve body is arranged in a cavity of the rotary valve shell, the rotary spindle is arranged on the right side of the cavity of the rotary valve shell, and the rotary spindle is rotatably mounted with the side wall of the rotary valve shell through a bearing;
one end of the inner rotary valve body, which is close to the visual inner rotary valve, has an outer diameter larger than that of the other end, and one side of the prismatic mounting groove, which is close to the lock nut, is provided with an inner valve inner gap adjusting gasket;
the outer side of the rotary main shaft in the middle of the bearing is provided with a bearing box, the outer sides of two ends of the bearing are respectively provided with a front framework oil seal and a rear framework oil seal, a material packing sealing piece is sleeved on the rotary main shaft close to the cavity of the rotary valve shell, and a lubricating grease overflow adsorption paper sleeve piece is arranged between the material packing sealing piece and the front framework oil seal.
2. The floating head quick release lubricant isolatable rotary valve of claim 1 wherein the visual inner rotary valve is fixedly mounted to the rotary valve housing by a quick release access nut.

The floating head quick release lubricant isolatable rotary valve of claim 1 wherein the torque limiting drive assembly comprises a drive gear, a torque limiter gear and a variable gear motor, the drive gear being fixedly connected to an end of the rotary spindle, the drive gear being driven by the torque limiter gear via a drive chain, the torque limiter gear being fixedly connected to an output of the variable gear motor.

The rotary valve of the floating head quick-dismantling type isolatable lubricant according to claim 1, wherein the part of the rotary main shaft in the prismatic mounting groove is a prismatic shaft body, the external contour of the prismatic shaft body of the rotary main shaft is mounted in a non-rotating fit with the prismatic mounting groove, the rotary main shaft outside the prismatic shaft body is provided with a small-diameter shaft body, and the gap adjusting gasket in the internal rotary valve is sleeved on the small-diameter mounting shaft body.
5. The floating head quick release lubricant isolatable rotary valve of claim 4 wherein the internal rotary valve internal clearance adjustment shims are provided with a plurality of gauges of different thickness.

The floating head quick-dismantling type lubricant-isolatable rotary valve according to claim 1, wherein a flash cleaning bin is arranged between the inner rotary valve body and the valve chamber, a compressed air pipe joint is arranged at the top of the flash cleaning bin, and the bottom end of the flash cleaning bin is communicated with the lower flange discharge port.
7. The floating head quick-dismantling type lubricant-isolatable rotary valve according to claim 1, wherein the bearing housing is connected to the lubricant inlet and outlet pipes of the lubricant radiator through a lubricant inlet pipe and a lubricant outlet pipe.
8. The floating head quick release lubricant isolatable rotary valve of claim 7 wherein one side of the bearing housing is provided with a filtering evacuation muffler and the other side of the bearing housing is provided with an oil level indicator window.
9. The floating head quick detachable lubricant isolatable rotary valve according to claim 8, wherein a metal filler woven mesh air filter is provided at an end of the lubricant radiator, and a metal activated carbon woven mesh air filter is provided at one side of the lubricant radiator.
