Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning system according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is an exploded schematic diagram of a first charging assembly and a second charging assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. The cleaning system 000 may include: laundry appliance 100 and cleaning appliance 200. For example, the cleaning apparatus 200 may be a sweeping robot or a sweeping and mopping robot, and the washing apparatus 100 may be a washing machine or a dryer.
The laundry device 100 in the cleaning system 000 may have a first charging assembly, which may include: a first magnetic sheet 101, and a first charging contact 102 connected to the first magnetic sheet 101. By way of example, the first charging contact 102 may be provided at a side of the first magnetic sheet 101 facing away from the laundry device 100.
The cleaning apparatus 200 in the cleaning system 000 can have a second charging assembly, which can include: a second magnetic sheet 201, and a second charging contact 202 connected to the second magnetic sheet 201. By way of example, the second charging contact 202 may be arranged on the side of the second magnet 201 facing away from the cleaning device 200. The first charging contact 102 and the second charging contact 202 each include positive and negative contacts.
Wherein, after the first magnetic attraction piece 101 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetic attraction piece 201, the first charging contact 102 in the first charging assembly is contacted with the second charging contact 202 in the second charging assembly, so that the laundry device 100 charges the cleaning device.
In this embodiment, by providing the first charging assembly in the laundry apparatus 100 and providing the second charging assembly in the cleaning apparatus 200, after the cleaning apparatus 200 moves to the target position, the first magnetic attraction piece 101 in the first charging assembly can be magnetically attracted to the second magnetic attraction piece 201 in the second charging assembly, so that the first charging contact 102 in the first charging assembly is in contact with the second charging contact 202 in the second charging assembly. In this way, the power supply module in the washing device 100 can charge the cleaning device through the first charging assembly and the second charging assembly in the cleaning device 200, so that the integration of the washing device 100 and the cleaning device 200 is higher, and the use experience of the user is improved. In addition, the cleaning apparatus 200 is charged through the laundry apparatus 100, so that the cleaning apparatus 200 is not required to be separately connected with the utility power by a power supply system, and the structural complexity of the cleaning apparatus is simplified.
In summary, embodiments of the present application provide a cleaning system, which may include: laundry washing appliances and cleaning appliances. By arranging the first charging assembly in the washing equipment and arranging the second charging assembly in the cleaning equipment, after the cleaning equipment moves to the target position, the first magnetic attraction piece in the first charging assembly can be magnetically attracted and connected with the second magnetic attraction piece in the second charging assembly, so that the first charging contact in the first charging assembly is contacted with the second charging contact in the second charging assembly. Thus, the power supply module in the washing equipment can charge the cleaning equipment through the first charging assembly and the second charging assembly in the cleaning equipment, so that the integration of the washing equipment and the cleaning equipment is higher, and the use experience of a user is improved. In addition, the cleaning equipment is charged through the washing equipment, so that the cleaning equipment does not need to be separately provided with a power supply system to be connected with the mains supply, and the structural complexity of the cleaning equipment is simplified.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of another first charging assembly and a second charging assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. At least one of the first magnetic attraction sheet 101 in the first charging assembly and the second magnetic attraction sheet 201 in the second charging assembly may include: a support a, one side of which may have charging contacts, and a magnet B, which may be located on the side of the support a facing away from the charging contacts. By way of example, the first magnetic sheet 101 in the first charging assembly may include: the first charging contact 102 may be disposed at a side of the first support A1 facing away from the laundry device 100, and the first magnet B1 may be disposed at a side of the first support A1 facing away from the first charging contact 102. Thus, after the first charging assembly is magnetically connected to the second magnetic sheet 201 through the first magnet B1, the first charging contact 102 contacts the second charging contact 202, and the laundry apparatus 100 is able to charge the cleaning apparatus 200. Alternatively, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second charging assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. The second magnetic attraction sheet 201 in the second charging assembly may include: a second support A2 and a second magnet B2, the second charging contact 202 may be provided at a side of the second support A2 facing away from the cleaning device 200, and the second magnet B2 may be provided at a side of the second support A2 facing away from the second charging contact 202. In this way, after the second charging assembly is magnetically connected to the first magnetic sheet 101 through the second magnet B2, the first charging contact 102 contacts the second charging contact 202, and the laundry apparatus 100 is able to charge the cleaning apparatus 200. Alternatively, the first magnetic sheet 101 in the first charging assembly may include the first support A1 and the first magnet B1, and the second magnetic sheet 201 in the second charging assembly may also include: a second support A2 and a second magnet B2. Wherein the first charging contact 102 may be disposed at a side of the first support A1 facing away from the laundry device 100, and the first magnet B1 may be disposed at a side of the first support A1 facing away from the first charging contact 102; the second charging contact 202 may be disposed on a side of the second support A2 facing away from the cleaning device 200, and the second magnet B2 may be disposed on a side of the second support A2 facing away from the second charging contact 202. Thus, the first charging assembly and the second charging assembly are connected by the magnetic attraction of the two magnets, and then the two charging contacts are contacted, so that the laundry apparatus 100 can charge the cleaning apparatus 200.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the first magnetic attraction piece 101 in the first charging assembly may include: in the first support A1 and the first magnet B1, there may be various alternative implementations of the magnet in the first magnetic attraction piece 101, and the following embodiments are schematically illustrated by taking two alternative implementations as examples:
in a first alternative implementation, the first magnet B1 in the first magnetic attraction piece 101 may be an electromagnet. In this way, the electromagnet in the first magnetic sheet 101 can generate a magnetic field after being energized, and magnetically connected to the second magnetic sheet 201 by the magnetic force of the magnetic field. In this application, when the first magnet B1 in the first magnetic attraction piece 101 may be an electromagnet, the electromagnet may include: a conductive coil is provided on a side of the first support A1 facing away from the first charging contact 102, and the conductive coil and the first charging contact 102 may each be electrically connected with a power supply module (not shown in the drawings) in the laundry device 100. In this case, by providing a conductive coil on a side of the first support A1 facing away from the first charging contact 102, the conductive coil can be electrically connected with a power supply module in the laundry device 100. As such, the conductive coil is capable of generating a magnetic field for magnetically coupling with the second magnetic sheet 201 upon energization, while the power module in the laundry appliance 100 is capable of providing electrical energy to the cleaning appliance 200 through the first charging contact 102 and the second charging contact 202.
In a second alternative implementation, the first magnet B1 in the first magnetic attraction piece 101 may be a permanent magnet. In this case, by setting the first magnet B1 of the first magnetic sheet 101 as a permanent magnet, the permanent magnet can provide a permanent magnetic field, and after the cleaning apparatus 200 moves to the target position, the first charging assembly is magnetically connected to the second magnetic sheet 201 of the second charging assembly through the permanent magnet, and thus the laundry apparatus 100 can provide electric power to the cleaning apparatus 200 through the first charging contact 102 and the second charging contact 202.
Note that, when the second magnetic sheet 201 may include: when the second support A2 and the second magnet B2, the second magnet B2 in the second magnetic attraction piece 201 may be an electromagnet or a permanent magnet. The principle of the magnetic field generated when the second magnet B2 in the second magnetic attraction piece 201 is an electromagnet or a permanent magnet may refer to the principle of the magnetic field generated when the first magnet B1 in the first magnetic attraction piece 101 is an electromagnet or a permanent magnet, and will not be described in detail herein.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an exploded view of a first charging assembly and a second charging assembly according to another embodiment of the present application. One of the first magnetic sheet 101 in the first charging assembly and the second magnetic sheet 201 in the second charging assembly may include: in the case of the support a and the magnet B, the other of the first and second magnetic attraction pieces 101 and 201 may include: a metal sheet C capable of being attracted by the magnet B. By way of example, the first magnetic sheet 101 in the first charging assembly may include: the support a and the magnet B, the second magnetic sheet 201 in the second charging assembly may include: a metal sheet C that can be attracted by the magnet B in the first magnetic attraction sheet 101. Alternatively, the second magnetic sheet 201 in the second charging assembly may include: support a and magnet B, first magnetic attraction piece 101 in the first charging assembly may include: a metal sheet C that can be attracted by the magnet B in the second magnetic attraction sheet 201. It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the first magnetic attraction piece 101 in the first charging assembly includes the support member a and the magnet B, and the second magnetic attraction piece 201 in the second charging assembly includes the metal sheet C that can be attracted by the magnet B. Thus, when the first magnetic attraction piece 101 in the first charging assembly includes the support a and the magnet B, and the second magnetic attraction piece 201 in the second charging assembly includes the metal piece C that can be attracted by the magnet B, the metal piece C can be attracted to be magnetically attracted to be connected with the support a by the magnetic force of the magnet B after the cleaning apparatus 200 is moved to the target position. While the first charging contact 102 provided in the first charging assembly is in contact with the second charging contact 202 provided in the second charging assembly, so that the laundry appliance 100 can supply electric power to the cleaning appliance 200 through the first charging contact 102 and the second charging contact 202.
In the present application, the support member in the magnetic sheet may be a sheet-like structure made of a metal material, or may be a sheet-like structure made of another material (for example, plastic), which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, the first magnetic attraction piece 101 in the first charging assembly and the second magnetic attraction piece 201 in the second charging assembly may each include a metal piece made of a metal material, the first charging contact 102 in the first charging assembly may be disposed in an insulating manner with the first magnetic attraction piece 101, and the second charging contact 202 in the second charging assembly may be disposed in an insulating manner with the second magnetic attraction piece 201. In this way, a metal sheet can be provided in the first magnetic attraction sheet 101 in the first charging assembly, and a metal sheet can be provided in the second magnetic attraction sheet 201 in the second charging assembly, wherein the provided magnet in at least one magnetic attraction sheet can generate an attraction force to the metal sheet in the other magnetic attraction sheet, so that the two metal sheets are magnetically attracted and connected. The laundry device 100 then supplies electric power to the cleaning device 200 through contact with a first charging contact 102 (which may be provided insulated from both the metal sheet and the magnet in the first magnetic sheet) provided insulated from the first magnetic sheet 101, and a second charging contact 202 (which may be provided insulated from both the metal sheet and the magnet in the second magnetic sheet) provided insulated from the second magnetic sheet 201.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a part of a cleaning system according to an embodiment of the present application. The cleaning apparatus 200 in the cleaning system may further have an elastic support portion 203, one end of the elastic support portion 203 may be fixedly connected with the second magnetic attraction sheet 201 (for example, one end of the elastic support portion 203 may be fixedly connected with a side of the second magnetic attraction sheet 201 away from the second charging contact 202), and the other end of the elastic support portion 203 may be fixed on the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200. In this case, by providing the elastic support portion 203 at the side of the second magnetic sheet 201 facing away from the second charging contact 202, the end of the elastic support portion 203 facing away from the second magnetic sheet 201 is fixed to the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200. Thus, when the first magnetic attraction piece 101 and the second magnetic attraction piece 201 are connected under the action of magnetic force, the elastic supporting portion 203 can provide a certain buffer for the movement of the second magnetic attraction piece 201, so that the connection reliability of the first magnetic attraction piece 101 and the second magnetic attraction piece 201 is ensured. The elastic supporting portion 203 may be a spring or a shrapnel, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. In this application, in order to further secure the safety of the laundry apparatus when charging the cleaning apparatus, the elastic support portion 203 in the cleaning apparatus 200 may be disposed insulated from the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200, so as to prevent electric energy from being conducted to the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200 when electric leakage occurs.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the outer surface of the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200 may have a receiving hole a1, and an end of the elastic support portion 203 facing away from the second magnetic sheet 201 may be fixed in the receiving hole a 1. And after the second magnetic attraction piece 201 in the second charging assembly is separated from the first magnetic attraction piece 101 in the first charging assembly, at least part of the second magnetic attraction piece 201 may be located in the accommodating hole a1 in the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200. In this case, by fixing one end of the elastic support 203 facing away from the second magnetic sheet 201 into the accommodation hole a1 on the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200, the elastic support 203 can be stretched when the first magnetic sheet 101 and the second magnetic sheet 201 are attracted; when the cleaning device 200 is charged, after the first magnetic attraction piece 101 is separated from the second magnetic attraction piece 201, the elastic supporting portion 203 can drive the second magnetic attraction piece 201 to move in the process of recovering elastic deformation, so that at least part of the second magnetic attraction piece 201 can be located in the accommodating hole a1, and the appearance aesthetic degree of the cleaning device 200 is improved. For example, after the second magnetic sheet 201 is positioned in the receiving hole a1 on the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200, a surface of the second magnetic sheet 201 facing away from the elastic supporting portion 203 may be coplanar with an outer surface of the housing 204 of the cleaning apparatus 200, thereby further beautifying the appearance of the cleaning apparatus 200.
Optionally, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another cleaning system according to an embodiment of the present application. The cleaning system 000 can further include: the support base 300, the support base 300 may have a receiving cavity 301, an inlet 302 for the cleaning apparatus to enter and communicate with the receiving cavity, and an opening 303 for the first magnetic attraction sheet 101 to extend into and communicate with the receiving cavity 301. The laundry apparatus 100 may be located at a side of the support base 300 facing away from the accommodating cavity 301, and the first magnetic attraction sheet 101 in the first charging assembly may extend into the accommodating cavity 301 in the support base 300 through the opening 303 in the support base 300. In this case, by providing the support base 300, the cleaning apparatus 200 can be moved into the receiving chamber 301 in the support base 300 through the inlet 302 after the cleaning is completed, and the laundry apparatus 100 can be provided at a side of the support base 300 facing away from the receiving chamber 301. In this way, the degree of integration of the laundry device 100 and the cleaning device 200 is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, the cleaning system 000 may further include: a position sensor 400 fixed in the receiving chamber 301 in the support base 300, the position sensor 400 being connectable with the laundry apparatus 100. The laundry device 100 may be configured to: after detecting that the cleaning apparatus 200 is located in the accommodating cavity 301 in the supporting seat 300 by the position sensor 400, and the first charging contact 102 in the first charging assembly is in contact with the second charging contact 202 in the second charging assembly, the cleaning apparatus 200 is charged. In this case, the laundry apparatus 100 can detect that the cleaning apparatus 200 is located in the receiving cavity 301 in the supporting base 300 through the position sensor 400, and the power supply module in the laundry apparatus 100 supplies power to the cleaning apparatus 200 again after the first charging contact 102 in the first charging assembly is in contact with the second charging contact 202 in the second charging assembly. The first charging contact in the first charging assembly does not have electric energy even when the cleaning equipment is in the sweeping process, so that the use safety is ensured. It should be noted that, in other possible implementations, the first charging contact in the first charging assembly may be in a normal on state, and charging may be performed after the cleaning device moves to the target position so that the second charging contact contacts the first charging contact.
