Technical Field
The utility model relates to a food processor comprising a food processor base unit with a pot holding part and a preparation pot which can be accommodated in the pot holding part. The food processor features an isolation cover that can be fastened to the food processor base unit and fit over the preparation pot to reduce noise emissions.
Furthermore, the utility model relates to an insulating cover for reducing noise emissions of a food processor, wherein the food processor comprises a food processor base unit with a pot holding part and a preparation pot receivable in the pot holding part. The screen is characterized in that it can be fastened to the base unit of the food processor and slipped onto the preparation pot.
Background
Using a food processor, the cooking process, baking process, mixing process, chopping process, or general preparation/processing process of the food product may be automated or partially automated.
It is known that food processors comprise a drive unit for a rotating unit (e.g. a stirring unit, a chopping unit, a mixing unit, etc.) arranged in a pan. The rotation unit arranged in the pan can be moved, in particular rotated, by means of the drive unit. The pan may comprise a pan base arranged at the lower end of the pan, a pan housing adjoining the pan base and optionally a pan cover, wherein the pan upper opening opposite the pan base may be closed with the pan cover.
The actual working unit may be integrated into the base unit of the food processor (food processor base unit) on or in which the pan may be placed. To this end, the food processor base unit may include a pan holder. The rotation unit may be arranged close to the pot base, i.e. at the lower end of the pot, wherein the pot base may comprise an opening through which the shaft of the drive unit may protrude and may be mechanically coupled to the rotation unit. Such food processors (food processor base unit and pan) are used, for exampleIs sold under the name of (a).
The small noise emissions are a disadvantage of such known food processors, which users feel to some extent that they need to optimise or "noise too much". The pot and base unit of the food processor may emit noise and sound in the sense of loudspeakers, which noise and sound propagates in the room. Another disadvantage of such food processors is the relatively high heat loss from the pan, which results in an adverse effect on the energy efficiency of the food processor. Furthermore, the cooking time is thereby prolonged.
It is therefore the underlying problem of the present utility model to provide a food processor which reduces the above-mentioned drawbacks and improves the noise and/or energy performance of the food processor. The same problem is faced with the same cage as proposed by the present utility model.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve this problem, a food processor and a cage are proposed.
It should be noted that the features listed in the claims individually may be combined with each other (also beyond the boundaries between the categories) in any technically appropriate way and instruct other embodiments of the utility model. It should also be noted that the conjunctions and "and/or" used herein between and linking two features with each other are always to be construed such that only a first feature may be present in a first embodiment, only a second feature may be present in a second embodiment, and both the first and second features may be present in a third embodiment according to the subject matter of the present utility model.
A food processor for solving the problems of the prior art includes a food processor base unit having a pot holding portion and a preparation pot receivable in the pot holding portion. The food processor features an isolation cover which can be fastened to the food processor base unit and fit over the preparation pan to reduce noise emissions.
Means may be provided in the pan for stirring, chopping (e.g. in the form of a mixing knife) the food product. It is well known that food processors may include a number of different functions and accessories, however these are not intended to be the subject of the present utility model. The food processor may for example comprise heating and cooking functions. When using a food processor, components belonging to the food processor may emit noise, which may be regarded as interference with surrounding areas. With the screen, noise emissions can be reliably and effectively reduced, so that the latter is considered less disturbing in the surrounding area of the food processor. Thus, the insulation cover can be used as a sound-proof cover (noise or sound absorber). Furthermore, the shield can be used to reduce heat loss from the pan to the outside. Also, the shielding can reduce the external heat influence on the pan, such as the influence of sunlight on the pan. The isolation cover can play a role of heat insulation. The insulation cover may be configured to insulate sound and/or heat.
The above-described fastening of the screen to the food processing base unit enables a safe arrangement and positioning of the screen, thereby ensuring that the arrangement of the screen coincides with the correct position, maintaining the insulating properties even when the food processing base unit is in motion.
In the state in which the cover is put over the pan, the pan is covered, and preferably some parts of the base unit of the food processor are also covered. The cage is preferably configured such that noise emanating from the pan (or a component disposed in the pan) and the food processor base unit is captured or absorbed by the cage.
Other embodiments of the food processor according to the present utility model will be described below. The following description includes design features indicated in the sub-claims, but is not limited to these design features. It should be explicitly mentioned that the features described below with reference to the food processor proposed by the present utility model may also easily be the design features of the screen proposed by the present utility model and vice versa.
According to a first embodiment of the food processor according to the utility model, it may be provided that the screen comprises sound insulation material, in particular sound insulation or sound absorbing sound insulation material. The sound insulating material may be a textile material, a plastic, a natural material, a metal or a combination of the classes of materials. The insulation cover may comprise other materials in addition to the sound insulating material.
According to a further embodiment of the proposed food processor, it may be provided that the screen is formed by one or more material layers, wherein in case of a plurality of material layers at least one of the plurality of material layers comprises a sound insulating material. In the case of a plurality of material layers, it is thereby possible to arrange such that only a partial number of the material layers comprise sound-insulating material, but all material layers can also be sound-insulating material. The different material layers may comprise different sound insulating materials or the same sound insulating material.
According to another embodiment of the proposed food processor according to the utility model, it may be provided that the screen is formed by three material layers, an inner material layer and two outer material layers embedded in the inner material layer. The material layers may constitute a sandwich structure. The inner material layer may preferably be different from the outer material layer. The outer material layer may preferably be washable and moisture resistant. The inner material layer is also preferably moisture resistant.
In an advantageous embodiment, the insulation cover is heat-resistant, has a hygienic, smooth surface and can be cleaned. The surface may be formed from an outer material layer.
According to another embodiment of the food processor according to the utility model, it may be provided that at least one of the three material layers comprises a sound insulating material. The plurality of material layers may also include sound insulating material.
According to another embodiment of the proposed food processor according to the utility model, it may be provided that the inner material layer comprises a foam material and the outer material layer comprises PVC.
According to a further embodiment of the proposed food processor, it may be provided that the screen comprises a sliding sleeve opening, with which the screen can be slipped onto the preparation pot, wherein the sliding sleeve opening is delimited by a Zhou Yuanzuo rim, wherein the seating rim abuts against the food processor base unit with the preparation pot accommodated in the pot holder and the screen slipped onto the preparation pot. By seating the seating edge on the food processor base unit, particularly effective isolation is ensured.
According to a further embodiment of the food processor according to the utility model, it may be provided that the seating edge abuts against the food processor base unit in a sound-proof manner with the preparation pan accommodated in the pan holder and the cover being slipped over the preparation pan.
According to a further embodiment of the food processor according to the utility model, it may be provided that the seating edge abuts against the food processor base unit in a self-adhesive or self-sticking manner with the preparation pan accommodated in the pan holder and the cover being slipped onto the preparation pan. Thus, the seating edge may be formed of a self-adhesive material (e.g., silicone), or include such material adhered to a surface of the food processor base unit (e.g., to a housing thereof). The seating edge may also be formed of or include a self-adhesive material. The self-adhesive material may be, for example, glue (adhesive), such as a pressure sensitive adhesive (re-adhesive).
According to another embodiment of the food processor as set forth in the present utility model, it may be arranged such that the barrier shield may include a shield sheath, a shield roof adjacent the shield sheath, and a shield base opposite the shield roof and adjacent the shield sheath. Other geometries are also conceivable.
According to a further embodiment of the proposed food processor, it may be provided that the screen comprises fastening tabs, with which the screen may be fastened to the food processor base unit. The fastening tabs may be an integral part of the cage or may be fastened (e.g., sewn) to the cage.
According to a further embodiment of the proposed food processor, it may be provided that the fastening tab comprises a first fastening tab end and a second fastening tab end opposite the first fastening tab end, wherein the first fastening tab end is fastened to the screen, wherein the first fastening element is arranged on the second fastening tab end, wherein the fastening tab for fastening to the food processor base unit is windable around a structural element of the food processor base unit, in particular a bracket, and the second fastening element arranged on the screen side is fastenable to the first fastening element arranged on the second fastening tab end. The first fastening element and the second fastening element may for example consist of a push button connection (wherein the push button and the push button positioner provide the fastening elements) or a velcro connection. A plurality of first and second fastening elements may be provided, comprising for example a plurality of push button connections or velcro connections. The first and second fastening elements may each be formed by magnets (e.g. permanent magnets) which are opposite poles to each other. Furthermore, only one of the first fastening element and the second fastening element may be formed of a magnet (e.g., a permanent magnet), while the fastening element corresponding thereto is formed of a ferromagnetic material and attracted by the magnet.
As previously mentioned, the above-mentioned problems are also solved by a screen for reducing noise emissions from a food processor, wherein the food processor comprises a food processor base unit having a pot holding portion and a preparation pot receivable in the pot holding portion, characterized in that the screen is fastenable to the food processor base unit and is sleeved onto the preparation pot. Advantageous embodiments and developments of the proposed screen are given in the dependent claims. Furthermore, all of the features of the cage described above have been described in detail in the description of the food processor. These features may of course be advantageous embodiments and developments of the claimed screen.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a food processor comprising a food processor base unit B with a pot holder a and a preparation pot 1 which can be accommodated in the pot holder a. The screen is fastened to the food processor base unit B and is fitted over the preparation pot 1 to reduce noise emissions.
As can be seen from fig. 4, the screen 2 comprises a sliding sleeve opening 3 through which the screen 2 can be slid onto the preparation pot 1, wherein the sliding sleeve opening 3 is delimited by a circumferential seating edge extending around the circumference, wherein the seating edge 4 abuts against the food processor base unit B when the preparation pot 1 is received in the pot holder a and when the screen 2 is slid onto the preparation pot 1.
The shield 2 includes a cover sheath 5, a cover top 6 adjoining the cover sheath 5, and a cover base 7 opposite the cover top 6 and adjoining the cover sheath 5.
The cage 2 includes a fastening tab 8, and the cage 2 may be fastened to the food processor base unit B using the fastening tab 8. The fastening tab 8 comprises a first fastening tab end 11 and a second fastening tab end 12 opposite the first fastening tab end 11, wherein the first fastening tab end 11 is fastened to the screen 2, wherein a first fastening element 21 is arranged on the second fastening tab end 12, wherein the fastening tab 8 for fastening to the food processor base unit B can be wound around a structural element of the food processor, in particular the bracket 9, and a second fastening element 22 arranged on the screen side can be fastened to the first fastening element 21 arranged on the second fastening tab end 12. By being fastened to the bracket 9 in this way, the screen can be turned around the bracket, for example from a state of being slipped onto the preparation pot 1 (fig. 1 to 3) to a state of not being slipped onto the preparation pot 1 (fig. 4).
Claims (25)
1. A food processor comprising a food processor base unit (B) with a pot holding part (A) and a preparation pot (1) which can be accommodated in the pot holding part (A),
it is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of,
-a screen (2) which can be fastened to the food processor base unit (B) and which is fitted over the preparation pot (1) to reduce noise emissions.
2. Food processor according to claim 1, characterized in that the screen (2) comprises a sound insulating material, which comprises a sound insulating or sound absorbing sound insulating material.
3. Food processor according to claim 2, characterized in that the screen (2) is formed by one or more material layers, wherein in case of a plurality of material layers at least one of the plurality of material layers comprises a sound insulating material.
4. Food processor according to claim 2, characterized in that the screen (2) is formed by three material layers, an inner material layer and two outer material layers embedded in the inner material layer.
5. The food processor of claim 4 wherein at least one of the three layers of material comprises a sound insulating material.
6. The food processor of claim 4 or 5, wherein the inner material layer comprises a foam material and the outer material layer comprises PVC.

Food processor according to claim 1, characterized in that the screen (2) comprises a sliding sleeve opening (3), with which the screen (2) can be slid onto the preparation pot (1), wherein the sliding sleeve opening (3) is delimited by a Zhou Yuanzuo setting edge (4), wherein the setting edge (4) abuts against the food processor base unit (B) with the preparation pot (1) accommodated in the pot holder (a) and the screen (2) being slid onto the preparation pot (1).
8. Food processor according to claim 7, characterized in that the seating edge (4) abuts against the food processor base unit (B) in a sound-proof manner with the preparation pan (1) accommodated in the pan holder (a) and the shielding cage (2) being slipped over the preparation pan (1).

Food processor according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the seating edge (4) abuts against the food processor base unit (B) in a self-adhesive or self-sticking manner, with the preparation pan (1) received in the pan holder (a) and the shielding cage (2) being slipped onto the preparation pan (1).
10. Food processor according to claim 1, characterized in that the shield (2) comprises a shield sheath (5), a shield roof (6) adjoining the shield sheath (5), and a shield base (7) opposite the shield roof (6) and adjoining the shield sheath.
11. Food processor according to claim 1, characterized in that the screen (2) comprises fastening tabs (8), which can be used by the screen (2) to fasten to the food processor base unit (B).

Food processor according to claim 11, characterized in that the fastening tab (8) comprises a first fastening tab end (11) and a second fastening tab end (12) opposite the first fastening tab end (11), wherein the first fastening tab end (11) is fastened to the screen (2), wherein a first fastening element (21) is arranged on the second fastening tab end (12), wherein a fastening tab (8) for fastening to the food processor base unit (B) is windable around a structural element of the food processor base unit, and a second fastening element (22) arranged on the screen side is fastenable to the first fastening element (21) arranged on the second fastening tab end (12).

16. The screen (2) according to claim 15, wherein the screen (2) is formed from one or more material layers, wherein in case of a plurality of material layers at least one of the plurality of material layers comprises a sound insulating material.
17. The screen (2) according to claim 15, characterized in that the screen (2) is formed of three material layers, an inner material layer and two outer material layers embedded in the inner material layer.
18. The insulation cover (2) according to claim 17, characterized in that at least one of the three material layers comprises sound-insulating material.
