In some embodiments, the beauty instrument 1000 may include a beauty instrument body and a top cover 300, and the beauty instrument body may include the electrode tip 100 and the main body 200, the electrode tip 100 being mounted at one end of the main body 200. Fig. 3 illustrates only a part of the exemplary structure, not all of the electrode tip 100 and the body 200.
In some embodiments, top cover 300 may be removably coupled to the body of the cosmetic device. For example, a magnetically attractive connection is possible. After the top cover 300 is connected with the beauty instrument main body, the outer surface of the butt joint part of the top cover 300 and the beauty instrument main body is in smooth transition, the whole machine forms an ellipsoid shape, and the hand feeling of a user is improved.
When using the beauty apparatus 1000, the user can directly pull out the top cover 300 to bring the surface of the electrode tip 100 into close proximity to or contact with the skin. After the use is completed, only the top cover 300 needs to be close to and cover the top side of the beauty instrument body, and the top cover 300 can be immediately adsorbed on the beauty instrument body and is not easy to fall off from the beauty instrument body. The magnetic connection facilitates the user to open and close the top cover 300 for use, and the connection mode has simpler structure at the joint of the top cover 300 and the main body of the beauty instrument, so that the structure is simpler; and the magnetic attraction connection is opened and closed, so that the loss of the joint of the top cover 300 and the main body of the beauty instrument is smaller, and the service life is longer.
Wherein the electrode head 100 is electrically connected with the host 200, the electrode head 100 has at least one electrode 20, the electrode 20 being for emitting radio frequency energy to a user. For example, the electrode tip 100 has 2 or more electrodes 20, and the electrodes 20 are arrayed on the surface of the electrode tip 100.

The embodiment of the application also provides a shell assembly, which comprises: the first housing 10, the second housing 30, the locked member 70, and the locking mechanism 60.
In some embodiments, the first housing 10 interfaces with the second housing 30. The first casing 10 is detachably connected with the second casing 30, so as to facilitate the disassembly of the first casing 10 and the second casing 30 according to the requirement.
The first case 10 may be one of the case of the electrode tip 100 or the case of the host 200, and the second case 30 may be the other of the case of the electrode tip 100 and the case of the host 200, for example. The electrode tip 100 is fixedly connected with the host 200 when in use, a user holds the host 200 and applies force to the host 200, so that the electrode tip 100 is pressed against or approaches the skin to realize the beauty function of the beauty instrument 1000; at this time, the electrode tip 100 should be closely coupled with the main body 200 for preventing water from entering the inside of the beauty instrument body on one hand and also preventing the user from erroneously touching the first housing 10 to open the beauty instrument 1000 or injuring himself. Meanwhile, when repairing or replacing parts of the main body of the beauty apparatus, it is necessary to separate the electrode tip 100 from the main body 200, and at this time, it is necessary to facilitate the maintenance personnel to remove the electrode tip 100 from the main body 200, and the electrode tip 100 and the main body 200 cannot be damaged.
Wherein, when the first housing 10 is the housing of the electrode tip 100, the second housing 30 is the housing of the host 200. The locking mechanism 60 is arranged at the inner side of the shell of the main machine 200, the locked piece 70 is arranged at the inner side of the electrode head 100, and when the locking piece 610 is locked with the locked piece 70, the shell of the main machine 200 can be locked with the shell of the electrode head 100, so that the electrode head 100 is locked with the main machine 200; similarly, after the locking member 610 is unlocked from the locked member 70, the housing of the main body 200 and the housing of the electrode tip 100 can be separated, and the electrode tip 100 and the main body 200 can be unlocked.
In addition, in another possible embodiment, when the first housing 10 is the housing of the host 200, the second housing 30 is the housing of the electrode tip 100. The locking mechanism 60 is arranged at the inner side of the shell of the electrode tip 100, the locked piece 70 is arranged at the inner side of the host 200, and when the locking piece 610 is locked with the locked piece 70, the shell of the host 200 can be locked with the shell of the electrode tip 100, so that the electrode tip 100 is locked with the host 200; similarly, after the locking member 610 is unlocked from the locked member 70, the housing of the main body 200 and the housing of the electrode tip 100 can be separated, and the electrode tip 100 and the main body 200 can be unlocked.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, in one embodiment, the first housing 10 includes a top housing 110 and a side housing 120. Illustratively, the side case 120 is coupled to the top case 110, and the side case 120 is disposed around the top case 110. The side case 120 and the top case 110 may be of a unitary structure for enhancing the overall strength of the first case 10 by injection molding. The side case 120 and the top case 110 may be separately provided, and the side case 120 and the top case 110 may be fixedly connected during assembly, for example, by injection molding, which is not particularly limited herein.
Wherein the outer surfaces of the top case 110 and the side case 120 may form the outer surface of the electrode head 100; while the outer surface of the electrode tip 100 may at least partially form part of the outer surface of the cosmetic instrument body.
Illustratively, the top case 110 of the first case 10 may be a plane, on which at least one mounting hole for mounting the electrode 20 is formed. When the number of mounting holes is large, the electrodes 20 may be distributed in an array on the top case 110, and at the same time, the electrodes 20 may be distributed in an array on the top case 110. The plurality of electrodes 20 may have a large area and may have a good cosmetic effect. The side case 120 of the first case 10 may have an arc-shaped structure, and an end of the side case 120 remote from the top case 110 has an annular end 121, and the annular end 121 is abutted with the second case 30. The top case 110 and the side cases 120 enclose an accommodating space, and each electrode 20 may be partially located in the accommodating space; the accommodating space may also accommodate other components for performing cosmetic functions, such as one or more of a circuit board, an infrared light source, a light homogenizing plate, and a sealing member, which are not particularly limited herein.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, in one embodiment, the second housing 30 interfaces with the first housing 10. For example, the second housing 30 may have an interface 301 that interfaces with the annular end 121 of the first housing 10. The shape of the butt joint 301 of the second housing 30 corresponds to the shape of the annular end 121, and the butt joint 301 may be coated outside the annular end 121. The interface of the second housing 30 and the first housing 10 is smoothly transitioned.
In one embodiment, the second housing 30 may be a split structure. For example, the second housing 30 may be formed by splicing a plurality of structural members, which may be plate-like members, but is not limited thereto. The second shell 30 formed by splicing the structural members can be provided with a more complex curved surface according to requirements, the more complex structure on the inner side of the second shell 30 is also convenient to set, and each individual structural member is relatively simple in manufacturing.
In one embodiment, the second housing 30 may enclose a structure having an internal cavity in which the battery 40 or the like may be placed.
In one embodiment, the second housing 30 has a mounting portion 50 thereon. The mounting portion 50 is used to mount the locking mechanism 60. Illustratively, the mounting portion 50 may be on the second housing 30 and disposed toward the interior cavity.
The second housing 30 includes a housing body 310 and a fixed cover 320. For example, the mounting portion 50 is fixed to the inside of the fixed cover 320 of the second housing 30, and the mounting portion 50 may be integrally formed with the fixed cover 320 at the time of production.
The housing body 310 may have a semi-open ellipsoidal structure, and the semi-open end thereof may be the interface 301, and the interface 301 may have an elliptical shape. A plurality of positioning grooves 3011 may be formed at the interface 301, and the positioning grooves 3011 are used to position the mounting of the fixed cover 320. The outer surface of the housing body 310 may be used, at least in part, to form part of the cosmetic appearance of the cosmetic device body.
Further, the housing body 310 may be a split structure. For example, the housing body 310 may further include a button or the like. Alternatively, the case body 310 may include an outer case body and an inner case body for mounting the battery 40 of the inner cavity, a control device, the flexible circuit board 80, etc., which may serve as a supporting structure; the outer shell main body is sleeved on the inner shell main body and is used for protecting the inner shell main body. But are not strictly limited thereto.
Wherein, the fixed cover 320 is fixedly connected with the housing body 310. The fixing cover 320 is used to close the half open end of the case body 310, but is not necessarily closed; for example, when the parts inside the internal cavity need to be extended to the electrode tip 100 outside the internal cavity, corresponding through holes may be opened on the fixing cover 320 to draw out the corresponding parts to the outside of the internal cavity. The fixed cover 320 may be located at the interface 301 of the housing body 310, i.e., the fixed cover 320 may be fixed at the interface 301. For example, the fixing cover 320 may be fixedly coupled with the housing body 310 by dispensing at the interface 301; alternatively, the fixing cover 320 may be fixed to the case body 310 by a screw. The fixed cover 320 is fixedly connected with the housing body 310, and then can better protect the structures such as parts of the internal cavity.
Further, the fixing cover 320 may have a plate-shaped structure, and the mounting portion 50 is fixedly disposed at a side of the fixing cover 320 facing the inner cavity. The mounting portion 50 is integrally provided with the fixed cover 320 to facilitate the improvement of the connection strength of the mounting portion 50 and the fixed cover 320.
Still further, the fixed cover 320 may have a positioning part 3201 thereon. The positioning portion 3201 is located at a side of the fixed cover 320, and corresponds to the positioning groove 3011 on the housing body 310. When the fixing cover 320 is mounted on the case body 310, the positioning portion 3201 can be locked into the positioning groove 3011, thereby realizing accurate locking of the fixing cover 320.
In other embodiments, the second housing 30 is also provided with a battery 40 and a flexible circuit board 80 inside.
It is understood that when the battery 40 is disposed inside the second housing 30, the battery 40 is located inside the housing main body 310. The housing body 310 has a groove adapted to the shape of the battery 40 therein, so that the battery 40 can be reliably fixed.
It can be appreciated that when the flexible circuit board 80 is disposed inside the second housing 30, the second avoidance hole 3204 may be formed on the fixing cover 320. The second avoidance hole 3204 is a through hole, and is used for avoiding the flexible circuit board 80 inside the housing body 310, and the flexible circuit board 80 can pass through the second avoidance hole 3204 and then be electrically connected with the circuit board inside the first housing 10, which is not limited herein.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, the locked member 70 is fixedly connected to the first housing 10.
Illustratively, the locked member 70 is located at the inner side of the first housing 10, which may be a side of the top case 110 facing the receiving space. The position of the locked member 70 corresponds to the position of the locking mechanism 60, facilitating locking with the locking mechanism 60.
In addition, the locked member 70 is fixedly connected to the inside of the first housing 10. For example, the locked member 70 may be inserted into the first housing 10 at the time of producing the first housing 10 by preliminary prefabricating the locked member 70. It will be appreciated that the material of the first housing 10 and the locked member 70 may be different, the material strength of the locked member 70 may be higher than that of the first housing 10, the material of the first housing 10 may be plastic, the material of the locking member 610 may be plastic with higher strength, or metal, and the present embodiment is not limited strictly. The first housing 10 is embedded with the locked member 70, so that the connection strength between the first housing and the locked member can be improved, and the structural strength of the locked member 70 can be improved. In addition, the locked member 70 and the first housing 10 may be fixedly connected by integral molding, which is not particularly limited herein.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, the locking mechanism 60 is mounted to the second housing 30.
In one embodiment, the locking mechanism 60 is mounted to the inside of the second housing 30. For example. The locking mechanism 60 is mounted on the mounting portion 50 of the stationary cover 320.
For example, when the housing body 310 is semi-ellipsoidal and the docking port 301 is elliptical, the locking mechanism 60 may be located below the major axis of the docking port 301 and proximate to one side inner wall of the housing body 310; the locking mechanism 60 is proximate the housing body 310 to facilitate unlocking.
In one embodiment, the locking mechanism 60 includes a locking member 610, an elastic member 620, and a magnetic member 630.
Wherein, the locking member 610 is movably connected to the second housing 30, and the locking member 610 locks the locked member 70. In normal use of the cosmetic apparatus 1000, the locking mechanism 60 needs to be locked with the locked member 70; when the first housing 10 and the second housing 30 need to be separated, the locking mechanism 60 needs to be capable of being unlocked from the locked member 70. Thus, the locking member 610 is movably connected to the second housing 30, and in a normal state, the locking mechanism 60 is not subjected to external force, and the locking member 610 and the locked member 70 maintain a locked state; when unlocking is needed, the locking piece 610 is moved by applying an external force, and the locked piece 70 is fixedly arranged, namely, the locking piece 610 moves relative to the locked piece 70, and the locking piece 610 and the locked piece 70 can be unlocked after a certain distance of movement.
For example, the locking member 610 and the locked member 70 may be a locking pin and a shackle. When the separating direction of the first housing 10 and the second housing 30 is the up-down direction, it is easy to understand that after the locking member 610 is locked with the locked member 70, the movement between the locking member 610 and the locked member 70 in the up-down direction is only required. For example, the locking member 610 may be linearly movable in a horizontal direction or may be rotationally movable in a vertical plane for locking; the present utility model is not limited thereto. The horizontal plane is parallel to the top surface, and the vertical plane is perpendicular to the top surface.
Wherein, the elastic member 620 is elastically connected between the mounting portion 50 and the locking member 610. The elastic member 620 is located between the mounting portion 50 and the locking member 610 for applying an elastic force to the locking member 610. The elastic member 620 may be mounted on the locking member 610, for example, the elastic member 620 is a spring, and the spring is inserted into a groove of the locking member 610 or inserted into a cylindrical protrusion of the locking member 610. The elastic force of the elastic member 620 constitutes a force with which the locking member 610 is locked with the locked member 70. In one possible embodiment, the elastic force of the elastic member 620 may be an elastic force generated by a compression spring; in another possible embodiment, the elastic force of the elastic member 620 may be a force generated by an extension spring.
The elastic member 620 may be a spring or a reed, which is not particularly limited herein.
Wherein the magnetic member 630 is fixed to a side of the locking member 610 facing away from the elastic member 620. The magnetic member 630 is fixed to the locking member 610 and is away from the elastic member 620, so that when the magnetic member 630 is subjected to an external magnetic force, the magnetic member 630 applies a pressing force to the locking member 610, the pressing force is used for resisting the elastic force of the elastic member 620, and when the pressing force is greater than the elastic force, the locking member 610 moves and is separated from the locking state until the locking member 610 is unlocked from the locked member 70.
For example, in one possible embodiment, the magnetic member 630 may be located in the direction of the elastic force of the elastic member 620, and when the magnetic member 630 is under the external magnetic force, the magnetic member 630 directly acts on the locking member 610 and resists the elastic force, and the magnetic member 630 is unlocked only by a small external magnetic force. In one possible embodiment, the magnetic member 630 may not be strictly located in the direction of the elastic force of the elastic member 620, such as located at a position inclined to the elastic force of the elastic member 620, but at least the component force of the magnetic member 630 on the locking member 610 is required to resist the elastic force of the elastic member 620 when the magnetic member 630 is subjected to the external magnetic force.
