The usb disk of claim 5, wherein the positioning portion includes a connecting plate and a plurality of baffles, the plurality of baffles are disposed around the connecting plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the mounting portion, the plurality of baffles and the connecting plate enclose to form a positioning slot, the fixing portion is mounted in the positioning slot, a fixture block is disposed on a side portion of the fixing portion in a protruding manner, a clamping slot is disposed on the baffle corresponding to the fixture block, and the fixture block is clamped in the clamping slot.
