In other words, the bottom case 11 and the cover unit 20 of the cosmetic packaging device can be reused to avoid waste and pollution, and the user only needs to purchase the inner container 12 containing the cosmetics when using the same type of product, obviously, the selling price of the inner container 12 containing the cosmetics is lower than that of the whole set of cosmetics, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the use cost of the user.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the liner 12 includes a liner body 123, a liner top edge 124, and at least one hanging tab 125, the liner space 121 and the liner opening 122 are formed in the liner body 123, and the liner top edge 124 integrally extends outwards from a position of the liner body 123 for defining the liner opening 122, where the position for defining the liner opening 122 refers to a plane where an upper end face of the liner body 123 is located, i.e., the liner top edge extends outwards from a top end of the liner body. The liner top edge 124 protrudes from the outer wall of the liner body 123, and the hanging lugs 125 integrally extend downwards from the liner top edge 124.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, two of the lugs 125 are provided, and the two lugs 125 are symmetrically distributed on opposite sides of the liner body 123. A gap 126 is formed between the inner wall of the hanging lug 125 and the outer wall of the liner body 123.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, at least one first locking element is formed on an inner wall of the hanging tab 125, and at least one second locking element 113 is provided on an outer wall of the bottom case 11 at a position of the bottom case 11 for defining the bottom case opening 112. The first locking element and the second locking element 113 can be locked with each other, so that the inner container 12 is fixed in the space of the bottom shell 11.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first locking member includes a first boss 1252 and a second boss 1253 formed at an inner wall of the hanger 125, the first boss 1252 and the second boss 1253 being adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction to form the locking groove 1251 between the first boss 1252 and the second boss 1253. The second locking member 113 is locked in the locking groove 1251.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, it can be appreciated that the lock grooves 1251 on the lugs 125 are located in the gap 126.
Accordingly, referring to fig. 6 and 7, two second locking elements 113 are provided on the outer wall of the bottom chassis 11, and the two second locking elements 113 are symmetrically distributed on opposite sides of the bottom chassis 11.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, each of the second locking elements 113 of the bottom case 11 is locked in the locking groove 1251 of each of the lugs 125 of the inner container 12, respectively, so that the inner container 12 is securely mounted in the bottom case space 111 of the bottom case 11.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the inner container 12 is received in the bottom case space 111 through the bottom case opening 112, the locking groove 1251 of the hanger 125 can be rotated to a position corresponding to the second locking element 113 of the bottom case 11 by driving the inner container 12 to rotate with respect to the bottom case 11, and the second locking element 113 of the bottom case 11 is locked in the locking groove 1251 of the inner container 12 to achieve the installation of the inner container 12 in the bottom case space 111 of the bottom case 11. Preferably, when the liner 12 is mounted in the bottom shell space 111 of the bottom shell 11, the liner top edge 124 is abutted against the top of the bottom shell 11, so that, on one hand, the container unit 10 can prevent an upwardly opening gap from being formed between the bottom shell 11 and the liner 12, and, on the other hand, the liner 12 can be suspended in the bottom shell space 111 of the bottom shell 11.
As can be appreciated, referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the inner container 12 is mounted to the bottom case space 111 of the bottom case 11 and the second locking member 113 of the bottom case 11 is locked to the locking groove 1251 of the hanger 125 of the inner container 12, the first boss 1252 and the second boss 1253 of the hanger 125 are located at opposite sides of the second locking member 113 of the bottom case 11, respectively, such that the second locking member 113 of the bottom case 11 is securely locked to the locking groove 1251 of the hanger 125 of the inner container 12.
As is apparent from fig. 6 and 7, when the liner 12 is removed from the bottom case 11, the liner 12 may be removed from the bottom case 11 by driving the liner 12 to rotate relative to the bottom case 11 to disengage the second locking element 113 from the locking groove 1251.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in this particular example of the cosmetic packaging device of the present application, the liner 12 is an injection-molded piece so that the liner 12 is integrally molded.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the outer wall of the bottom case 11 has at least one drop preventing member 114, the drop preventing member 114 is located above the second locking member 113, and when the second locking member 113 is locked in the locking groove 1251 of the inner container 12, the drop preventing member 114 is located above the first boss 1252 and/or the second boss 1253 to prevent the inner container 12 from moving in a height direction with respect to the bottom case 11, so that the inner container 12 is reliably mounted in the bottom case space 111 of the bottom case 11.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the outer wall of the bottom case 11 is provided with at least one groove 115 at a position for defining the bottom case opening 112, and the second locking member 113 and the anti-release member 114 are both positioned in the groove 115, in such a manner that the hanging lugs 125 can be prevented from protruding from the outer wall of the bottom case 11 after the liner 12 is mounted in the bottom case space 111, so that the cover unit 20 is mounted in the container unit 10.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the recess 115 is divided into a longitudinal portion 1151 and a lateral portion 1152, the longitudinal portion 1151 extends from the top to the bottom of the bottom shell 11, the lateral portion 1152 extends from the longitudinal portion 1151 in a circumferential direction, and the second locking element 113 is located at the lateral portion 1152 of the bottom shell 11.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, in mounting the inner container 12 in the bottom case space 111, first, the first boss 1252 and the second boss 1253 of the inner container 12 are corresponding to the longitudinal portion 1151 of the recess 115; and further, the inner container 12 is placed in the bottom case space 111 of the bottom case 11. Then, the inner container 12 is driven to rotate, so that the first boss 1252 and/or the second boss 1253 of the hanging ring 125 move below the anti-drop element 114, and the second locking element 113 is locked in the locking groove 1251, thereby installing the inner container 12 in the bottom shell space 111 of the bottom shell 11.
As will be understood, referring to fig. 6 and 9, during the rotation of the inner container 12, the lugs 125 may be slightly deformed so that the second locking member 113 can be smoothly inserted into the locking grooves 1251 of the lugs 125, and after the second locking member 113 is inserted into the locking grooves 1251, the lugs 125 of the inner container 12 are restored to an original state so that the second locking member 113 is securely locked to the locking grooves 1251 of the inner container 12.
In contrast, referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the inner container 12 is detached from the bottom case 11, firstly, the inner container 12 is rotated in the opposite direction to disengage the second locking member 113 of the bottom case 11 from the locking groove 1251 of the hanging tab 125, and to move the first boss 1252 and the second boss 1253 of the hanging tab 125 away from under the anti-release member 114 of the bottom case 11, and secondly, the inner container 12 is detached from the bottom case space 111 of the bottom case 11 by moving the inner container 12 upward in the height direction.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cover unit 20 includes a cover 21, a liner 22, and a gasket 23. The cap 21 includes caps 211 and Zhou Bei 212 and has a cap space 213, the Zhou Bei extending downward integrally from a periphery of the cap 211 to form the cap space 213 between the cap 211 and the Zhou Bei 212, wherein the liner 22 is fixedly disposed in the cap space 213 of the cap 21, preferably a connection between the liner 22 and the cap 211. Wherein the spacer 23 is laminated under the liner 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the packing unit 24 is disposed between the container unit 10 and the cover unit 20. When the Zhou Bei 212 of the cover 21 locks the top of the bottom case 11, the packaging unit 24 can be packaged on the liner top edge 124 in a manner of closing the liner opening 122.
In comparison with the prior art, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the gasket 23 is disposed on the liner 22, and thus, the liner 22 and the gasket 23 may have a larger bonding area, for example, the liner 22 and the gasket 23 may be bonded together by glue, so that the liner 22 and the gasket 23 have a larger bonding area. When the packaging unit 24 is packaged on the liner top edge 124 of the liner 12 by the electromagnetic induction principle, even if heat is conducted to the gasket 23. On the one hand, the bonding force between the inner liner 22 and the gasket 23 can reduce the deformation degree of the gasket 23; on the other hand, the liner 22 can prevent the spacer 23 from falling off, thereby improving the reliability of the cosmetic packaging device.
It should be noted that the manner in which the Zhou Bei 212 of the cover 21 is locked to the top of the bottom case 11 is not limited in the cosmetic packaging device of the present application.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the Zhou Bei and the outer wall of the bottom case 11 are provided with screw structures matched with each other, so that the Zhou Bei and the outer wall of the bottom case 11 can be screwed so that the cover 21 is locked to the top of the bottom case 11 by the screw connection of the Zhou Bei 212.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, since the hanging lugs 125 protrude from the outer wall of the bottom shell 11, when the Zhou Bei is smoothly screwed on the top of the bottom shell 11, the gasket 23 or the packaging unit 24 can abut against the liner top edge 124, so as to seal the liner 12.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cover 21 includes a first mounting member 214, the first mounting member 214 integrally extending downward from the top cover 211, and preferably the first mounting member 214 extends downward from the top cover 211 near the edge. The top of the liner 22 has an upwardly extending second mounting element 221, wherein the second mounting element 221 has an outer diameter dimension that matches the inner diameter dimension of the first mounting element 214. I.e. the inner diameter of the first mounting element 214 is equal to the inner diameter of the second mounting element 221, or the inner diameter of the first mounting element 214 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the second mounting element 221. Thus, the first mounting element 214 and the second mounting element 221 can generate a certain pretightening force when being mounted, and the lining 22 can be stably mounted on the top cover 211. In addition to this, the liner 22 may be fixedly installed in the cover space 213 of the cover 21 based on a frictional force generated between the inner wall of the first installation member 214 of the cover 21 and the outer wall of the second installation member 221 of the liner 22.
It will be appreciated that referring to fig. 2 and 3, the positioning element may further reliably mount the liner 22 in the cover space 213 of the cover 21, the positioning element includes a positioning groove formed on an inner wall of the first mounting element 214, and accordingly, an outer wall of the second mounting element 221 of the liner 22 may be provided with a positioning table, and the positioning table of the second mounting element 221 of the liner 22 may be positioned in the positioning groove of the first mounting element 214 of the cover 21.
Referring also to fig. 2 and 3, alternatively, in another embodiment, the second mounting member 221 is positioned outside of the first mounting member 214 in a manner similar to the structure of fig. 2 but not identical to the structure of fig. 2, and the second mounting member 221 has an inner diameter dimension that matches the outer diameter dimension of the first mounting member 214. And a certain pre-tightening force exists between the first mounting member 214 and the second mounting member 221, or a friction force exists between the outer wall of the first mounting member 214 and the inner wall of the second mounting member 221, so that the inner liner 22 can be fixedly mounted in the cover space 213 of the cover 21.
Referring to fig. 2, the top of the liner 22 has a supporting member 222 extending upward, and the top of the supporting member 222 extends to the bottom of the top cover 211 to prevent the top cover 211 of the cover 21 from collapsing, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the cosmetic packaging device.
Referring also to fig. 2 and not exactly the same structure as in fig. 2, alternatively, in another embodiment, the support member 222 may extend downward integrally from the top cover 211, and the bottom of the support member 222 extends to the top of the liner 22 to avoid collapsing of the top cover 211 of the lid 21.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the cosmetic product packaging device further includes a scoop 30 and a magnet assembly 40. The magnetic component 40 comprises a scoop magnetic component 41 and a cover magnetic component 42, wherein the scoop magnetic component 41 is arranged in the scoop 30, and preferably the scoop magnetic component 41 is embedded in the body of the scoop 30.
