By adopting the embodiment of the disclosure, the first heat dissipation holes 201 are formed in the fixing plate 20, so that the liquid cooling plate 60 can exchange heat with the circuit board bracket through the first heat dissipation holes 201, and the condition that the temperature of one side of the circuit board towards the fixing plate 20 is too high is avoided. By arranging the second heat dissipation holes 412 on the wire arranging plate 40 and arranging the second heat dissipation holes 412 corresponding to the circuit board, the circuit board on the wire arranging plate 40 and the liquid cooling plate 60 can exchange heat through the second heat dissipation holes 412, so that the temperature of the circuit board towards one side of the wire arranging plate 40 is prevented from being too high.

Thus, by providing the main body 10 with the first opening and the second opening, the liquid cooling plate 60 can be taken from the first opening or the second opening, and the liquid cooling plate 60 can be easily attached and detached. By providing the slide rail 15 on the main body 10 and providing the slide groove on the end portion of the liquid cooling plate 60, the liquid cooling plate 60 can be slidably connected with the main body 10, so that the liquid cooling plate 60 can be conveniently mounted or dismounted from the main body 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12 of the main body 10 are provided with fixing holes, and the wall surfaces of the liquid cooling plate 60 corresponding to the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12 are provided with connecting holes, so that the liquid cooling plate 60 is fixedly connected with the main body 10 through a fastener, and the liquid cooling plate 60 is prevented from moving relative to the main body 10 when the main body 10 moves.
Optionally, the wire arranging plate 40 is arranged at the upper end of the liquid cooling plate 60 and is fixedly connected with the liquid cooling plate 60, the fixing plate 20 is arranged at one side of the wire arranging plate 40 and is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 20,
thus, when the electric cabinet is assembled, the wire arranging plate 40 and the liquid cooling plate 60 can be assembled firstly, then the fixing plate 20 and the wiring plate are assembled, and then the liquid cooling plate 60, the wire arranging plate 40 and the fixing plate 20 are pushed into the main body 10 for installation and fixation, so that the fixing convenience of the electric cabinet for the water chilling unit is improved.
Optionally, the main body 10 further includes a first cover plate 13 and a second cover plate, where the first cover plate 13 covers the first opening and is detachably connected to the main body 10, and the second cover plate covers the second opening and is detachably connected to the main body 10.
Thus, by providing the first cover plate 13 and the second cover plate, the first cover plate 13 can cover the first opening, and the second cover plate can cover the second opening, so that articles or dust and the like are prevented from falling into the main body 10 from the first opening and the second opening to affect the normal operation of the circuit board. By detachably connecting both the first cover plate 13 and the second cover plate to the main body 10, it is possible to facilitate removal of the components within the main body 10 from the first opening or the second opening.

The air-cooled water chiller adopting the embodiment of the present disclosure, because of comprising the electric cabinet for a water chiller according to any one of the embodiments, has the beneficial effects of the electric cabinet for a water chiller according to any one of the embodiments, and is not described herein.
Optionally, the air-cooled chiller further includes a first support seat 81 and a second support seat 82, where the first support seat 81 is disposed on one side of the bottom surface of the main body 10, and is connected to both the machine body 80 and the main body 10, and is used to connect the machine body 80 to one side of the main body 10; the second support seat 82 is disposed on one side of the bottom surface of the main body 10, and is connected to the main body 80 and the main body 10, for connecting the main body 80 to one side of the main body 10.
Thus, by providing the first support base 81 and the second support base 82, both sides of the main body 10 can be connected with the machine body 80, and thus, the connection stability of the electric cabinet and the machine body 80 can be improved. In addition, the first support seat 81 and the second support seat 82 can support the main body 10, so that the contact area between the main body 10 and the machine body 80 is reduced, the direct transmission of the acting force of the machine body 80 to the main body 10 during collision can be avoided, and the possibility of damage of the electric control element in the main body 10 due to collision is reduced.
Optionally, the first support seat 81 and the second support seat 82 are provided with positioning portions 83, and the main body 10 is provided with positioning structures 16 adapted to the positioning portions 83, so that the main body 10 is assembled with the first support seat 81 and the second support seat 82.
In this way, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, by providing the positioning portion 83 and the positioning structure 16, the positions of the main body 10 and the first support seat 81 and the main body 10 and the second support seat 82 can be positioned in advance to promote the convenience of installation of the main body 10.

Claims (10)

1. An electric cabinet for a chiller, comprising:
a main body defining an accommodation space;
the fixing plate is arranged in the accommodating space, is detachably connected with the main body and is used for fixing the circuit board;
the wire harness fixing rod is arranged on the fixing plate and extends from the first end of the fixing plate to the second end of the fixing plate, and is used for fixing the wire harness connected with the circuit board;
wherein, the pencil of being connected with the circuit board is fixed with the pencil dead lever along the length direction of pencil dead lever.
2. The electric cabinet for a water chiller according to claim 1, wherein the wire harness fixing lever comprises:
the first connecting part extends from the first end of the fixed plate towards the direction away from the circuit board;
a second connecting part extending from the second end of the fixed plate towards the direction away from the circuit board,
the fixed part is connected with the extending end of the first connecting part at the first end and connected with the extending end of the second connecting part at the second end;
the wire harness connected with the circuit board is fixed with the fixing part and extends along the setting direction of the fixing part.
3. The electric cabinet for a water chiller according to claim 2 wherein,
the fixing plate is longitudinally arranged in the accommodating space, and the wire harness fixing rod extends from the upper end of the fixing plate to the lower end of the fixing plate;
the number of the wire harness fixing rods is two, and the two wire harness fixing rods are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction side by side and used for fixing the strong wire harness and the weak wire harness.
4. The electric cabinet for a water chiller of claim 3, further comprising:
the wire arranging plate is arranged in the accommodating space and is positioned above the fixing plate, and the wire arranging plate is arranged in an extending manner along the interval direction of the two wire harness fixing rods;
the wire routing rod is arranged on the wire arrangement plate and extends from the first end of the wire arrangement plate to the second end of the wire arrangement plate, and the first end is opposite to the second end;
the wiring board and the wire arranging board enclose a wiring space so as to limit and fix the wire harness connected with the circuit board.
5. The electric cabinet for a water chiller according to claim 4, wherein the wire management plate comprises:
the first plate body is provided with a fixed column for fixing the circuit board;
the second plate body is arranged side by side with the first plate body and is provided with a first wiring groove and a second wiring groove, the notch of the first wiring groove and the notch of the second wiring groove face the first plate body, and the first wiring groove and the second wiring groove are used for fixing a wire harness connected with a circuit board of the first plate body;
the wire arrangement plate comprises a plurality of wire arrangement rods, wherein the plurality of wire arrangement rods are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the wire arrangement plate.
6. The electric cabinet for a water chiller according to claim 4 wherein,
the main body comprises a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall is opposite to the second side wall, the first side wall and the second side wall are provided with threading holes, and the threading holes are arranged corresponding to the wire arranging plates so that a wire harness connected with the circuit board extends out of the main body from the threading holes;
the wire arranging plate extends along the direction of the first side wall towards the second side wall.

the liquid cooling plate is arranged in the accommodating space, is positioned on one side of the fixing plate and below the wire arranging plate, and is used for radiating heat for the circuit board on the fixing plate and the circuit board on the wire arranging plate.
