The embodiment provides an outdoor waterproof type power distribution cabinet which is used for solving the problem that the waterproof property of the power distribution cabinet in the prior art is poor.
According to an aspect of the application, an outdoor waterproof power distribution cabinet is provided, including the cabinet body, baffle and cabinet door, the inside fixedly connected with baffle of cabinet, baffle lateral wall and sealing strip fixed connection, cabinet body inner wall is articulated with the cabinet door, cabinet door lateral wall is connected with the sealing strip laminating, just cabinet door side and rubber strip fixed connection, the baffle inner wall is equipped with protruding muscle, the inside gomphosis of baffle is connected with the surrounding edge, surrounding edge and sealing washer fixed connection, the opening that is used for protruding muscle to match is all seted up at surrounding edge and sealing washer edge, just the sealing washer is connected with cabinet door lateral wall laminating.
Further, a U-shaped partition plate is arranged in the cabinet body, and sealing strips which are symmetrically distributed are respectively arranged at two ends of the partition plate.
Further, a space is arranged between the partition board and the cabinet body, and the partition board is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body through a plurality of reinforcing rods which are uniformly distributed.
Further, two cabinet doors are embedded in the cabinet body, rubber strips are arranged at adjacent ends of the cabinet doors, and the two rubber strips are mutually attached and connected.
Further, the inner wall of the partition plate is fixedly connected with the sleeve, the inside of the sleeve is movably sleeved with the movable rod, and the movable rod is connected with the inside of the sleeve through the spring.
Further, the edge of the surrounding edge is fixedly connected with a plurality of movable rods which are uniformly distributed, and the surrounding edge is of a square hollow structure.
Further, the top of the cabinet body is fixedly connected with the top plate through a connecting rod, and the top plate and the middle of the cabinet body are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of the filter screen.
Further, an air inlet hole is formed in the top of the cabinet body, the air inlet hole is located in the middle of the filter screen, and moisture-absorbing cotton is filled in the filter screen.
Further, the side wall of the partition plate is fixedly connected with the fan, the partition plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body through the baffle plate, and the fan is positioned in the baffle plate.
Further, a plurality of heat dissipation openings are formed in the outer wall of the cabinet body, and the heat dissipation openings are correspondingly formed in one side of the baffle plate.
Through this above-mentioned embodiment of application, the outdoor waterproof type switch board has been adopted, the relatively poor problem of switch board waterproof nature has been solved, can realize cabinet body protection through setting up the baffle, and set up the anticollision performance that a plurality of strengthening bars can improve the switch board, improve structural strength, can realize the cabinet door simultaneously and close the effective seal when, can realize the sealing of border position through setting up sealing strip and rubber strip, utilize mobilizable sealing washer can realize further sealedly simultaneously, be favorable to improving sealing performance, and set up filter screen and moisture absorption cotton in cabinet body department heat dissipation position, can avoid dust and moisture to get into, be favorable to improving the life of switch board.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an outdoor waterproof power distribution cabinet comprises a cabinet body 1, a partition plate 2 and a cabinet door 5, wherein the partition plate 2 is fixedly connected inside the cabinet body 1, the side wall of the partition plate 2 is fixedly connected with a sealing strip 3, the inner wall of the cabinet body 1 is hinged with the cabinet door 5, the side wall of the cabinet door 5 is in fit connection with the sealing strip 3, the side end of the cabinet door 5 is fixedly connected with a rubber strip 6, a convex rib 12 is arranged on the inner wall of the partition plate 2, a surrounding edge 10 is connected with the inner embedded part of the partition plate 2, the edge of the surrounding edge 10 is fixedly connected with a sealing ring 11, openings for matching the convex rib 12 are respectively formed in the edges of the surrounding edge 10 and the sealing ring 11, and the sealing ring 11 is in fit connection with the side wall of the cabinet door 5.
The cabinet is characterized in that a U-shaped partition plate 2 is arranged in the cabinet body 1, sealing strips 3 which are symmetrically distributed are respectively arranged at two ends of the partition plate 2, and the sealing strips 3 are used for attaching a cabinet door 5 to realize sealing; a space is arranged between the partition plate 2 and the cabinet body 1, the partition plate 2 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body 1 through a plurality of reinforcing rods 4 which are uniformly distributed, and the reinforcing rods 4 are used for improving the structural strength of the cabinet body 1; two cabinet doors 5 are embedded in the cabinet body 1, rubber strips 6 are arranged at adjacent ends of the two cabinet doors 5, the two rubber strips 6 are mutually attached and connected, and the rubber strips 6 are used for sealing and attaching the two cabinet doors 5; the inner wall of the partition plate 2 is fixedly connected with the sleeve 7, the inside of the sleeve 7 is movably sleeved with the movable rod 9, the movable rod 9 is connected with the inside of the sleeve 7 through the spring 8, and the spring 8 is used for pushing the movable rod 9 to move; the edge of the surrounding edge 10 is fixedly connected with a plurality of movable rods 9 which are uniformly distributed, the surrounding edge 10 is of a square hollow structure, and the surrounding edge 10 can drive the sealing ring 11 to be attached to the edge of the cabinet door 5; the top of the cabinet body 1 is fixedly connected with a top plate 14 through a connecting rod 13, the top plate 14 and the middle part of the cabinet body 1 are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of a filter screen 15, and the top plate 14 is used for playing a waterproof function of the filter screen 15; an air inlet hole is formed in the top of the cabinet body 1, the air inlet hole is positioned in the middle of the filter screen 15, and moisture-absorbing cotton 16 is filled in the filter screen 15, and the moisture-absorbing cotton 16 is used for absorbing moisture in air; the side wall of the partition plate 2 is fixedly connected with a fan 17, the partition plate 2 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body 1 through a baffle 18, the fan 17 is positioned in the baffle 18, and air in the cabinet body 1 can be discharged through the baffle 18; the outer wall of the cabinet body 1 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation openings 19, the heat dissipation openings 19 are correspondingly arranged on one side of the baffle 18, and the heat dissipation openings 19 are used for exhausting gas.
