The structure of the lamp connector 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 1, and in this embodiment, the lamp connected to the lamp connector 1 is a lamp strip 2, as shown in fig. 2. The lamp connector 1 includes a columnar body portion 11. The outer peripheral side of the main body 11 is provided with a first groove 13 and a second groove 14. In this embodiment, the main body 11 is cylindrical, and the first groove 13 and the second groove 14 are both annular and encircle the outer side of the main body 11. When the light bar 2 is connected with the lamp connector 1, the first socket 2202 is inserted into the first groove 13, the supporting portion 2201 is disposed at the connection opening 15, and the light body of the light bar 2 radiates outwards from the lamp connector 1 along the supporting portion 2201.
Since the first groove 13 is annular, the light bar 2 can be disposed at an arbitrary position on the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 11, and the end portion of the light bar 2 can be rotated along the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 11 to thereby change positions. When the outer peripheral surface space is accommodated, a plurality of light bars 2 may be provided, and each light bar 2 is connected to be radial around the light bar connector 1, as shown in fig. 7. In other preferred embodiments, the main body may be other types of columns, such as triangular prisms, or prisms with a cross section that is much deformed, so that the connection positions of the light bar 2 and the light bar connector 1 are not as much as those of the columns, but can still be connected with the surfaces of the prisms, so as to realize more connection combinations than the conventional connectors.
Besides the mechanical connection with the light bar 2, the light bar connector 1 needs to be electrically connected with the light bar 2 to ensure the normal operation of the light bar 2. In the conventional art, the light bar 2 generally includes an electrical connection terminal 23, and a terminal insertion port having a shape matching with the electrical connection terminal 23 is provided in the connector, and the electrical connection terminal 23 is electrically connected after insertion. In this application, since the number and the positions of the light bars 2 are not fixed, the conventional plug interface cannot meet the requirements. The second groove 14 in the light bar connector 1 provided in the present application is an electrical connection portion, and the conductive component 16 is disposed in the second groove 14. The second recess 14 is also annular and includes a groove bottom and an outer groove face 1401. The conductive assembly 16 includes an insulating strip 1601 laid at the bottom of the second groove 14, and the specific structure of the insulating strip 1601 is shown in fig. 3 and 4, where the conductive electrodes are disposed on the insulating strip 1601, and three conductive electrodes including a live wire conductive electrode 1602, a ground wire conductive electrode 1604, and a neutral wire conductive electrode 1603 are disposed on the insulating strip 1601. In order to insulate and isolate the three electrodes, the insulating strip 1601 is provided with a plurality of protruding strips 1605 protruding toward the notch 1402 of the second groove 14, the three electrodes are respectively disposed on different sides of the protruding strip 1302, and the number and the disposed positions of the electrodes can be set according to specific connection requirements, for example, a data line is further added, or a plurality of protruding strips 1605 for insulating and isolating are disposed, which is not limited in this application. The insulating strip 1301 and the conductive electrode are shaped to conform to the shape of the second recess 14 and are likewise annular. The electrical connection terminal 23 can be electrically connected to any point on the annular conductive electrode after being inserted into the second recess 14 through the notch 1402 of the second recess 14. The design breaks through the position limitation of the original fixed plug-in interface, the conductive component 16 and the annular opening 18 which are integrally annular can accept the insertion of a plurality of electric connection terminals 201 of a plurality of lamp strips 2, and any point on the annular can realize electric connection, so that the connection position of the lamp strips 2 is not required to be considered.
In some preferred embodiments, the electrical connection terminals 23 are connected to the light bars 2 by wires, but this is not aesthetically pleasing and the wires are easily wrapped and not easily assembled when more light bars 2 are connected to the light fixture connector 1. Therefore, the present embodiment provides a connection structure that is more compact and easy to assemble. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a second socket 2203 for mating with the second groove 14 is further provided on the connection portion 22, and the second socket 2203 extends from the support portion 2001 in a direction away from the first socket 2202. The electrical connection terminal 23 is disposed at an end of the second socket 2203, and when the second socket 2203 is inserted into the second groove 14, the electrical connection terminal 23 is inserted in a direction facing a bottom of the second groove 14 and contacts the conductive member 16 to form an electrical connection. The electrical connection terminals 23 are configured to mate with the conductive members 16 and include a live conductive contact 2302, a ground conductive contact 2304, and a neutral conductive contact 2303. Meanwhile, in order to match the annular second groove 14 with the annular conductive component 16, the terminal head of the electric connection terminal 23 is arc-shaped, and can slide along the second groove 14 after being inserted into the second groove 14.
The connection portion 22 is generally T-shaped, as shown in fig. 2, after the first socket 2202 is inserted into the first groove 13 and the second socket 2203 is inserted into the second groove 14, the supporting portion 2201 is disposed in the connection opening 15 between the outer groove wall 1301 of the first groove 13 and the outer groove wall 1402 of the second groove 14. The connection 22 of the "T" shaped structure cannot be directly inserted into the first recess 13 and the second recess 14 via the connection opening 15 to achieve connection. The lamp connector 1 further includes a cover 12 provided on one side of the end portion of the main body 11, and the cover 12 is detachably connected to the main body 11. In this embodiment, the second recess 14 is formed in the cover 12, the cover 1201 of the cover 12 forms the bottom of the second recess 14, and the outer side edge of the cover 1201 protrudes toward the main body 11 to form the outer side groove wall 1402 of the second recess 14. The middle portion of the cover 12 is protruded with a screw connection structure 1202 to screw-connect with the main body 11.
When the light bar 2 and the lamp connector 1 are assembled, the first inserting blocks 2202 of the plurality of light bars 2 are inserted into the first grooves 13, and then the cover 12 is covered, so that the second grooves 14 cover the second inserting blocks 2203, the electric connecting terminals 16 are attached to the conductive assemblies 16 after the cover is screwed, and the connection between the light bar 2 and the lamp connector 1 is completed. The connecting mode is simple and reliable, mechanical connection and electric connection can be simultaneously realized, and as the first groove 13 and the second groove 14 are annular, the connecting part 22 can be arranged at any annular position and can simultaneously accommodate a plurality of connecting parts 22, and flexible combination of a plurality of lamps can be realized. In other preferred embodiments, the first recess 13 may be provided on the cover 12 and the second recess 14 may be provided on the main body 11, as long as both the first recess 13 and the second recess 14 are provided on two detachably connected components, respectively. Other detachable connection modes such as a buckle, a screw and the like can be adopted for the connection mode, and the application is not limited to the detachable connection mode.
With the lamp connector 1 of the above embodiment, a plurality of lamp strips 2 may be connected to form a lighting system, and fig. 7 shows a schematic structural diagram of a connection node in the lighting system. Four lamp strips 2 are connected to the lamp connector 1, the end parts of the lamp strips 2 are connected to the outer peripheral side of the lamp connector 1, and two ends of a connecting part 22 of each lamp strip 2 are respectively inserted into the annular first groove 13 and the annular second groove 14, so that electric connection and mechanical connection are realized. After the light bar 2 is connected to the light bar connector 1, the connection portion 22 can be rotated in the first groove 13 and the second groove 14 along the outer peripheral surface of the main body 11, and the light bar 2 can be rotated in the first groove along the outer peripheral surface of the light fixture connector 1. For convenience of installation and positioning, in this embodiment, the surface of the end surface 1101 of the main body 11 is also provided with an angle scale, so that the angle between the adjacent light bars 2 can be conveniently set.
In order to keep each light bar 2 in a relatively fixed position after the light bar 2 and the light fixture connector 1 are assembled, a protruding block 2204 protruding toward the end cover 21 is further provided on the first socket 2202.
