Specifically, the lower side of the front surface 12 of the base has a first wire groove 141, and the lower side of the back surface 28 of the cover plate has a first wire hole 251 corresponding to the first wire groove 141. Thus, when the cover plate 2 is hinged to the upper side 15 of the base, the switch socket protection box 100 can be vertically installed according to practical situations, and when the cover plate 2 is closed relative to the base 1, the first wiring groove 141 is communicated with the first wiring hole 251 to form the first wiring channel 6. When it is desired to open the cover plate 2, the cover plate 2 is flipped up from below about the hinge point.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 9, 10 and 14, the cover 2 is hinged to the right side 16 of the base, the wire groove 14 includes a second wire groove 142, the wire hole 25 includes a second wire hole 252, the left side of the front 12 of the base has the second wire groove 142, the edge of the cover 2 is provided with the second wire hole 252, and when the cover 2 is closed relative to the base 1, the second wire groove 142 is connected with the second wire hole 252 to form the second wire through channel 6.
Specifically, the left side of the front 12 of the base has a second wire slot 142, and the right side of the back 28 of the cover has a second wire hole 252 corresponding to the second wire slot 142. Thus, when the cover plate 2 is hinged to the right side 16 of the base, the switch socket protection box 100 can be vertically or transversely installed according to practical situations, and when the cover plate 2 is closed relative to the base 1, the first wiring groove 141 is communicated with the first wiring hole 251 to form the second wiring channel 6.
In other embodiments, the cover 2 may have a first threading hole 251 and a second threading hole 252, and the base 1 may have a first wiring groove 141 and a second wiring groove 142, and then the hinge condition of the base 1 and the cover 2 may be determined according to the actual use condition.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, the cover 2 is hinged to the left side of the base 1, the wire groove 14 includes a third wire groove 14, the wire hole 25 includes a third wire hole 25, the right side of the front 12 of the base has the third wire groove 14, the edge of the cover 2 (i.e. the left side of the back 28 of the cover) is provided with the third wire hole 25, and when the cover 2 is closed relative to the base 1, the third wire groove 14 is communicated with the third wire hole 25.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 10 and 14, the base 1 is provided with a first water blocking outer edge 13 at the periphery of the socket accommodating cavity 11, the first water blocking outer edge 13 protrudes out of the front face 12 of the base, and a second water blocking outer edge 24 corresponding to the water blocking outer edge is provided in the cover plate 2, and when the cover plate 2 is closed relative to the base 1, the second water blocking outer edge 24 is located outside the first water blocking outer edge 13.
The second water blocking outer edge 24 is provided on the back surface 28 of the cover plate, whereby, when the cover plate 2 is closed with respect to the base 1, the second water blocking outer edge 24 is located outside the first water blocking outer edge 13, thereby preventing external water or moisture from entering the inside of the switch socket protection box 100 from the cover joint gap.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the cover plate 2 is hinged to one side of the base 1 by a pin 4. Thus, the pin 4 has high strength and high impact resistance, and is convenient for the cover plate 2 to be hinged with the base 1 safely and is convenient for the cover plate 2 to rotate around the pin 4.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the movable accommodation component 3 is made of transparent material; or the movable receiving member 3 is provided with a transparent window 34. Thus, the use condition of the socket is convenient for a user to observe.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the connector 32 is optionally heat staked to the extension limiter plate 33. In this way, the movable accommodation component 3 is conveniently connected and conveniently installed on the cover plate 2. Specifically, at the time of actual installation, the compression limiter plate 31 is first connected with the connector 32, then the connector 32 is installed in the installation groove 21 from front to back, and finally the extension limiter plate 33 is thermally fused at the periphery of the opening 321.
The working principle of the switch socket protection box 100 is as follows: the switch socket protection box 100 is first installed at a designated position, at this time, the cover plate 2 is closed with respect to the base 1, and the plug receiving cavity 35 is hidden in the cover plate 2. When the plug is required to be inserted into the socket, firstly, the cover plate 2 is opened relative to the base 1, secondly, the movable accommodation assembly 3 is pushed out manually, the plug accommodation chamber 35 is protruded from the front surface 23 of the cover plate, and again, the plug is inserted into the socket (after the plug is inserted into the socket, since the whole protruded state of the plug accommodation chamber 35 is not limited, the bottom of the compression limiting plate 31 may be in contact with the plug, and the plug accommodation chamber 35 is only partially protruded), and finally, the cover plate 2 is closed relative to the base 1. When the plug is required to be pulled out, the cover plate 2 is opened relative to the base 1, then the plug is pulled out of the socket, and the movable accommodating assembly 3 can be pressed downwards again, so that the plug accommodating cavity 35 is hidden in the cover plate 2, and finally the cover plate 2 is closed relative to the base 1. Or when the plug needs to be pulled out, the cover plate 2 can be opened relative to the base 1, then the plug is pulled out from the socket, and the cover plate 2 is closed relative to the base 1, and finally the movable accommodating assembly 3 is pressed downwards, so that the plug accommodating cavity 35 is hidden in the cover plate 2.
