Such spatially relative terms are intended to include different orientations of the quick release handle in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the quick release handle in the figure is flipped in position or changed in attitude or changed in motion, then the directivities are correspondingly changed, for example: an element described as "under" or "beneath" another element or feature would then be oriented "over" or "above" the other element or feature. Thus, the example term "below … …" may include both upper and lower orientations. The quick release handle may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or in other directions) and the spatial relative relationship descriptor used herein is interpreted accordingly.
In order to solve the technical problem that the handle in the rabbit-hutch protection frame is loaded down with trivial details in the prior art, the application provides a quick detach handle and protection device, can realize the quick dismantlement and the installation between handle and the protection device.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a quick-release handle according to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present application, where the quick-release handle includes: the handle assembly comprises a first jaw seat 1, a second jaw seat 2, a handle assembly 3 and a locking assembly 4, wherein the first jaw seat 1 is provided with a first sleeve part 11, and the axial direction of the first sleeve part 11 is parallel to a first direction; the second jaw seat 2 is arranged opposite to the first jaw seat 1, so that a clamping opening is formed between the first jaw 14 of the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw 23 of the second jaw seat 2; the second jaw seat 2 is provided with a second sleeve part 21, the second sleeve part 21 is circumferentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the first sleeve part 11, the first sleeve part 11 is in sliding connection with the second sleeve part 21, and the sliding direction is a first direction; the size of the clamping opening can be adjusted in the first direction by the relative sliding between the first sleeve part 11 and the second sleeve part 21, so that the first clamping jaw seat 1 and the second clamping jaw seat 2 can be conveniently taken down from the clamped protection frame 5, or the first clamping jaw seat 1 and the second clamping jaw seat 2 are clamped on the protection frame 5, and the disassembly and the assembly of the quick-disassembly handle can be quickly realized; the handle component 3 is arranged on the second sleeve part 21, so that the rabbit cage protection frame can be conveniently held by the handle component 3; the locking component 4 is respectively connected with the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 and is used for limiting and locking relative sliding between the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2, so that the position of the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 on the protection frame 5 can be conveniently fixed.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 3 and 5, in order to avoid the relative rotation between the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21 during the relative sliding, a first sliding groove 15 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the first sleeve portion 11, a protruding rib 24 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the second sleeve portion 21, the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21 cooperate with the first sliding groove 15 to realize the relative sliding through the protruding rib 24, and the first sliding groove 15 has a limiting effect on the protruding rib 24, so that the relative rotation between the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21 can be prevented.
It should be noted that, the locking assembly 4 may be a latch assembly, and a plurality of latch holes are formed in the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21 along the first direction, and the latch is inserted into different latch holes, so as to define the positions of the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 in the sliding process. However, the locking is performed in this way, which is simpler than the prior art in terms of bolt removal, but the automatic locking of the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 after the position adjustment cannot be realized.
The locking component 4 can also be an elastic piece connected between the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2, the axial direction of the elastic piece is parallel to the first direction, the elastic piece applies a tensile force to the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 respectively, so that the sliding limit of the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 is realized, meanwhile, the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 can be firmly clamped at the two sides of the protection frame 5 through the elastic force of the elastic piece, and the automatic locking of the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 after the position adjustment can be realized; but when holding rabbit-hutch protection frame through handle subassembly 3, because rabbit-hutch protection frame and shooting equipment all have certain weight, the gravity of rabbit-hutch protection frame and shooting equipment leads to the elastic component to appear stretching easily, and the centre gripping opening between first jack catch seat 1 and the second jack catch seat 2 can be forced to open to make rabbit-hutch protection frame and shooting equipment fall from the centre gripping opening, consequently need further optimize locking subassembly 4, avoid the quick detach handle to the centre gripping inefficacy of rabbit-hutch protection frame and shooting equipment.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2, 8 and 10, the locking assembly 4 includes a limiting assembly and a first elastic member 41 connected to each other, the first sleeve portion 11 has a first limiting portion 12, the second sleeve portion 21 has a second limiting portion 22, and at least part of the limiting assembly is disposed in contact with the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22, respectively. When the limiting component overcomes the elasticity of the first elastic component 41 and is separated from one of the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 22 or the contact position is changed, the first sleeve part 11 and the second sleeve part 21 can slide relatively, and when the first elastic component 41 applies elasticity to the limiting component to enable the limiting component to be abutted on the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 22, locking between the first sleeve part 11 and the second sleeve part 21 can be achieved, and therefore automatic locking between the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 is achieved. As long as the abutting state of the limiting component on the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 is not changed, the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 cannot move relatively, and the condition that the clamping of the quick-release handle fails can be avoided.
It should be noted that, because the telescopic state of the first elastic member 41 affects the locked state and the unlocked state between the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2, in order to avoid the interference of the external environment to the working state of the first elastic member 41, the first elastic member 41 needs to be disposed inside the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21.
In order to avoid the external object contacting the first elastic member 41 directly, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8 and 10, the first sleeve portion 11 has a hollow cavity, and the first elastic member 41 is abutted between an inner wall of the hollow cavity and the limiting component; in the locked state, the first elastic member 41 abuts against the limiting component, so that the limiting component contacts the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 respectively to achieve limiting, and when the limiting component overcomes the elasticity of the first elastic member 41 and is separated from one of the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 or changes the contact position, relative sliding can occur between the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21.
It should be noted that, if the unlocking state is required, the limiting assembly needs to squeeze the first elastic member 41, and when the limiting assembly moves towards the first elastic member 41, the limiting structure between the limiting assembly and the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 cannot affect the limiting assembly.
In order to avoid the influence of the limiting structure between the limiting assembly and the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 on the movement of the limiting assembly toward the first elastic member 41, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2, 8 and 10, the limiting assembly includes a sliding member 42 and a limiting member 43, where a first end of the sliding member 42 is slidably disposed inside the hollow cavity along the first direction; along the direction from the first jaw seat 1 to the second jaw seat 2, the sliding piece 42 is provided with a tapered section 421, the limiting piece 43 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tapered section 421, and at least part of the limiting piece 43 is in contact with the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 respectively. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface of the tapered section 421 includes an inclined surface or a conical surface, when the sliding member 42 moves toward the first elastic member 41, the limiting member 43 will displace inward in the radial direction along the outer peripheral surface of the tapered section 421, so as to release the relative sliding restriction between the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21, and the first jaw seat 1 will slide along the first direction under the pushing action of the first elastic member 41.
It should be noted that, since the limiting member 43 is mounted inside the second sleeve portion 21 and the first sleeve portion 11, in order to avoid that the limiting member 43 is completely separated from the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 and falls into the hollow cavity during movement, the next locking cannot be achieved, and it is necessary to ensure that at least one of the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 is always in contact with the limiting member 43, so that the limiting member 43 is prevented from falling into the hollow cavity completely.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the first limiting portion 12 includes limiting holes disposed along the circumference of the first sleeve portion 11; the second limiting part 22 comprises a groove which is arranged along the circumferential direction of the second sleeve part 21, the limiting piece 43 is inserted into the limiting hole and is in contact with the inner wall of the groove, in the locking state, the limiting piece 43 protrudes out of the outer circumferential surface of the first limiting part 12, the top of the limiting piece 43 is in contact with the inner wall with the largest diameter in the groove, the first limiting part 12 and the second limiting part 22 are locked through the limiting piece 43, when the sliding piece 42 moves towards the first elastic piece 41, the limiting piece 43 moves along the radial direction of the first sleeve part 11, and a space for relative movement is reserved for the first sleeve part 11 and the second sleeve part 21 in the first direction.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10, the limiting assembly includes three limiting members 43, the limiting members 43 are steel balls, three limiting holes for mounting the steel balls are circumferentially provided in the first sleeve portion 11, the diameter of each limiting hole is slightly larger than that of each steel ball, so that each steel ball can roll in each limiting hole, the groove is a ring groove provided along the inner circumferential surface of the second sleeve portion 21, the size of each groove is larger than that of each limiting hole in the first direction, in the locked state, the limiting members 43 are in contact with the left inner wall and the top inner wall of each groove, after the locking state, the limiting members 43 are only in contact with the left side wall of each groove due to the fact that the limiting members 43 move inwards in the radial direction of the first sleeve portion 11, and the contact area gradually decreases as the sliding members 42 move towards the first elastic members 41.
When the quick release handle is assembled, the first ends of the first elastic member 41 and the sliding member 42 are inserted into the hollow cavity of the first sleeve portion 11, and then the steel balls are placed in the limiting holes of the first limiting portion 12, so that the sliding member 42 should be pushed to compress the first elastic member 41 in order to avoid blocking interference of the limiting member 43 on the second sleeve portion 21 when the second sleeve portion 21 is sleeved on the first sleeve portion 11, the limiting member 43 should be moved along the tapered section 421 toward the axis of the first sleeve portion 11, the top of the limiting member 43 is not protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the first sleeve portion 11, the second sleeve portion 21 can be smoothly sleeved outside the first sleeve portion 11, the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22 are aligned in the radial direction, and then the sliding member 42 is released, so that the limiting member 43 is in contact with the first limiting portion 12 and the second limiting portion 22. In order to avoid that the top of the limiting member 43 does not protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the first sleeve portion 11 due to the excessive compression of the first elastic member 41 caused by the movement of the sliding member 42 during the use process, the limiting member 43 is completely separated from the second limiting portion 22, and the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 are completely separated due to the action of the first elastic member 41.
To avoid this during use, the sliding distance of the slider 42 needs to be limited. Referring to fig. 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the sliding member 42 includes a detachable positioning post 422, the first sleeve portion 11 has a second sliding slot 16 for inserting the positioning post 422, and the second sleeve portion 21 has a third sliding slot 25 for inserting the positioning post 422, specifically: the second sliding groove 16 is formed in the circumferential side wall of the first sleeve part 11, the third sliding groove 25 is formed in the circumferential side wall of the second sleeve part 21, the detachable positioning column 422 is arranged on the sliding piece 42, the positioning column 422 is inserted into the second sliding groove 16 and the third sliding groove 25 along the radial direction, the length direction of the second sliding groove 16 and the length direction of the third sliding groove 25 are parallel to the first direction, the sliding distance of the positioning column 422 can be limited by arranging the length of the second sliding groove 16 or the length of the third sliding groove 25, and therefore the sliding distance of the sliding piece 42 is limited, contact limiting exists between the limiting piece 43 and the second limiting part 22 all the time, and the situation that the first claw seat 1 and the second claw seat 2 are separated in the use process of the quick-dismantling handle is avoided.
In order to achieve the driving of the sliding member 42, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2, 8 and 10, the locking assembly 4 further includes a driving assembly 44, where the driving assembly 44 is connected to the second end of the sliding member 42, and is configured to push the sliding member 42 against the elastic force of the first elastic member 41, so as to achieve the sliding unlocking between the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21.
In order to avoid the situation of unlocking by mistake when the external object contacts the driving assembly 44, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8 and 10, the driving assembly 44 includes an operating member 441 and a second elastic member 442, the second end of the sliding member 42 is inserted into the second jaw seat 2, the operating member 441 is slidably connected to the accommodating portion 26 of the second jaw seat 2, and the second elastic member 442 is abutted between the operating member 441 and the second jaw seat 2. When the external force is insufficient to overcome the elastic force of the second elastic member 442, the operating member 441 does not drive the sliding member 42 to move, and thus, the false unlocking is not generated.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the operating member 441 is detachably connected to the second end of the slider 42 for facilitating the assembly of the quick release handle.
It should be noted that, when the handle is installed on rabbit-hutch protection frame, if the handle can realize rotatory, then the shooting angle of convenient adjustment equipment of photographer of being convenient for.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate adjustment of the photographing angle, the handle assembly 3 includes a handle sleeve 31 and a handle body 32 connected, and the handle sleeve 31 is rotatably disposed on the second sleeve part 21.
After the position adjustment of the handle body 32 is achieved, the position of the handle assembly 3 needs to be locked in order to avoid the relative position of the handle body 32 and the photographing apparatus from changing during photographing.
In order to achieve the position locking of the handle assembly 3, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 9, the first jaw seat 1 has a third limiting portion 13, and the handle sleeve 31 is provided with a fourth limiting portion 311 along a circumferential direction thereof, and the third limiting portion 13 and the fourth limiting portion 311 are in concave-convex fit. When the first jaw seat 1 is fixed relative to the second jaw seat 2 through the locking assembly 4, as shown in fig. 7, the third limiting portion 13 and the fourth limiting portion 311 cannot rotate circumferentially, and when the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 slide relative to each other, the third limiting portion 13 is far away from the fourth limiting portion 311 to reach a state shown in fig. 9, and at this time, the third limiting portion 13 cannot prevent the fourth limiting portion 311 from rotating circumferentially, so that the handle sleeve 31 reaches an unlocking state.
When both sides of the third limiting portion 13 and the fourth limiting portion 113 are vertical surfaces, it is difficult to achieve complete bonding between the third limiting portion 13 and the fourth limiting portion 113 due to a machining error, which may cause shaking between the handle sleeve 31 and the first jaw seat 1.
To solve the above-described problem, in some embodiments of the present application, one of the third and fourth stopper portions 13 and 311 includes positioning teeth provided along the circumferential direction of the handle sleeve 31. The effect of eliminating the fit clearance is achieved through the inclined planes on the two sides of the positioning teeth.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the fourth limiting portion 311 includes positioning teeth provided along the circumferential direction of the handle sleeve 31, and the limitation of the handle sleeve 31 in the circumferential and axial directions is achieved by the inclined surfaces of the positioning teeth coming into contact with the tooth groove inclined surfaces in the third limiting portion 13.
The second aspect of the present embodiment provides a protection device, please refer to fig. 11, including the quick-release handle described in the above embodiment, further including a protection frame 5, where the protection frame 5 has a limit groove 51, and one of the first jaw seat 1, the second jaw seat 2, the handle assembly 3 or the locking assembly 4 has a positioning portion configured to match with the limit groove 51, so as to implement positioning between the quick-release handle and the protection frame 5.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the positioning post 422 in the locking assembly 4 extends out of the second sleeve portion 21, when the quick-release handle is clamped to the clamping portion 53 of the protection frame 5, the positioning post 422 is disposed opposite to the protection frame 5, and the positioning post 422 can be used as a positioning portion for positioning with the protection frame 5.
When the driving assembly 44 presses the sliding member 42 to contact the relative sliding limitation between the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2, the positioning column 422 slides out of the limiting groove 51 and enters the fourth sliding groove 52, at this time, the quick-release handle can be removed from the protection frame 5, and the whole quick-release handle can also slide along the length direction of the clamping portion 53, at this time, the positioning column 422 can slide in the fourth sliding groove 52, and the whole quick-release handle is moved to the next clamping position on the protection frame 5 for shooting.
In some embodiments of the present application, the method for using the quick release handle and the protection device is as follows:
assembling a quick-release handle: inserting the first ends of the first elastic member 41 and the slider 42 into the hollow cavity of the first sleeve portion 11; placing the limiting piece 43 in the first limiting part 12, extruding the sliding piece 42 and the first elastic piece 41, enabling the top of the limiting piece 43 to be at least flush with the outer peripheral surface of the first sleeve part 11, sleeving the handle sleeve 31 and the second sleeve part 21 outside the first sleeve part 11, and enabling the limiting piece 43 to enter the second limiting part 22; a second elastic member 442 is disposed in the receiving portion 26 of the second jaw housing 2, and connects the operating member 441 with the second end of the slider 42; the positioning column 422 sequentially passes through the third chute 25 and the first chute 15 and is connected to the sliding piece 42, so that the assembly of the quick-release handle is completed.
And (3) mounting a quick-release handle: pressing the operating member 441 to push the sliding member 42 to move leftwards along the first direction and press the first elastic member 41, the limiting member 43 moves inwards in the radial direction of the first sleeve portion 11 along the tapered section 421 to release the relative sliding limitation between the first sleeve portion 11 and the second sleeve portion 21, the first jaw seat 1 is pushed by the first elastic member 41, the distance between the first jaw 14 and the second jaw 23 is increased, the first jaw seat 1 and the second jaw seat 2 can be arranged at the clamping portions 53 on two sides of the protection frame 5 at this time, the operating member 441 is released, the sliding member 42 moves rightwards along the first direction under the pushing action of the first elastic member 41, the tapered section 421 pushes the limiting member 43 to move outwards in the radial direction of the first sleeve portion 11 to lock the second limiting portion 22, and in this process, the second jaw seat 2 moves towards the first jaw seat 1 to realize automatic locking of the quick-release handle on the protection frame 5. When the quick release handle is removed from the protective frame 5, the operating member 441 is pressed to increase the distance between the first jaw 14 and the second jaw 23, and the quick release handle can be removed.
Position adjustment of the handle assembly: pressing the operating member 441 to push the first jaw seat 1 by the first elastic member 41, the first jaw seat 1 is far away from the second jaw seat 2, so that the third limiting portion 13 and the fourth limiting portion 311 are in locking contact, at this time, the handle sleeve 31 can rotate in the circumferential direction, after the handle sleeve 31 rotates in place, the third limiting portion 13 and the fourth limiting portion 311 are aligned one by one in the first direction, the operating member 441 is released, the second jaw seat 2 moves towards the first jaw seat 1, and the distance between the third limiting portion 13 and the fourth limiting portion 311 is gradually reduced and locking is achieved.
