Hinge for power distribution cabinet and power distribution cabinet
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of electrical equipment, and more particularly, to a hinge for a power distribution cabinet and a power distribution cabinet including the hinge.
Background
The power distribution cabinet is the final equipment of a power distribution system and is generally used in the occasions with relatively dispersed loads and relatively small number of loops. The power distribution cabinet can distribute the electric energy in the power distribution equipment of the previous stage to nearby loads, and meanwhile can realize the functions of protecting loads, monitoring loads, controlling loads and the like.
The cabinet body and the cabinet door of the power distribution cabinet are generally connected through a hinge. However, the conventional hinge has the disadvantages of high production cost, poor installation stability, inconvenient assembly, unattractive appearance and the like, so that the design needs to be optimized.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a hinge for a power distribution cabinet and a power distribution cabinet comprising the hinge to at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems.
In a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a hinge for a power distribution cabinet adapted to be connected between a cabinet body and a cabinet door of the power distribution cabinet, the hinge comprising: the cabinet body fixing piece comprises a mounting part and a connecting part, wherein the mounting part is arranged on one side of the cabinet body fixing piece facing the cabinet body and used for being connected to the cabinet body, and the connecting part is arranged on one side of the cabinet body fixing piece facing the cabinet door; a hinge post fixedly connected to the connection portion; and a cabinet door fixing member including a main body portion for connection with the cabinet door and a pair of bent portions rotatably connected to the hinge post.
According to the hinge of the embodiment of the disclosure, the hinge can be reliably connected between the cabinet body and the cabinet door by adopting the bending part on the cabinet door fixing piece to rotate the hinge post fixedly connected to the cabinet body fixing piece.
In some embodiments, the mounting includes a plate-like portion and a fastener disposed perpendicular to the plate-like portion and connectable with the cabinet. In such embodiments, the mounting portion and the cabinet can be reliably connected together by using the fastener.
In some embodiments, the connecting portion is bent towards the mounting portion to form a first mounting hole through which the hinge post passes, and the pair of bent portions is respectively bent to form a second mounting hole through which the hinge passes, and the second mounting holes are coaxially arranged with the first mounting holes. In such an embodiment, the hinge post can be stably fixed in the connection portion.
In some embodiments, the first mounting hole is located between two of the second mounting holes. In such an embodiment, the cabinet mount and the cabinet door mount can be reliably connected together by employing the hinge post penetrating between the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole.
In some embodiments, the main body portion includes a first portion, a second portion, and a curved connection portion, where the first portion and the second portion are disposed in parallel, the curved connection portion is connected between the first portion and the second portion, the pair of bending portions are disposed on a side of the first portion opposite to the second portion, and a mounting groove for inserting the cabinet door along a mounting direction is formed between the first portion and the second portion. In such an embodiment, the cabinet door and the main body portion can be reliably connected together by using the mounting groove.
In some embodiments, the end of the first portion is provided with a pair of bending limiting parts for being matched with the cabinet door, a notch is arranged at a position corresponding to the mounting groove on the first portion, a protruding part is arranged at a position corresponding to the notch on the second portion, the protruding part protrudes towards the corresponding notch, and the protruding part and the corresponding notch are used for being connected with the cabinet door. In such an embodiment, the door can be reliably secured in a predetermined position by employing the projection-engaging notch.
In some embodiments, each of the pair of bend-limiting portions is U-shaped. In such an embodiment, the use of a U-shaped bending stop enables the cabinet door to be reliably inserted into the mounting groove in the mounting direction.
In some embodiments, two of the notches are provided on the first portion, and two of the protrusions corresponding to the two notches are provided on the second portion. In such an embodiment, the cabinet door can be reliably fixed in a predetermined position with respect to the main body portion by employing the protruding portion protruding into the notch.
In a second aspect of the present disclosure, a power distribution cabinet is provided, comprising a cabinet body; a cabinet door; and a hinge according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, connected between the cabinet body and the cabinet door.
In some embodiments, the cabinet door includes a plurality of mounting tabs that are inserted into the cabinet door fixture along a mounting direction. In such an embodiment, the cabinet door and the cabinet door fixture can be reliably connected together by inserting the cabinet door fixture with the mounting tab.

Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The term "comprising" and variations thereof as used herein means open ended, i.e., "including but not limited to. The term "or" means "and/or" unless specifically stated otherwise. The term "based on" means "based at least in part on". The terms "one example embodiment" and "one embodiment" mean "at least one example embodiment. The term "another embodiment" means "at least one additional embodiment". The terms "first," "second," and the like, may refer to different or the same object.
As described hereinabove, hinges are commonly used to connect between a cabinet body and a cabinet door of a power distribution cabinet. However, the conventional hinge has the disadvantages of high production cost, poor installation stability, inconvenient assembly, unattractive appearance and the like, so that the design needs to be optimized. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a hinge for a power distribution cabinet in which a hinge can be reliably connected between a cabinet body and a cabinet door by employing a bent portion on a cabinet door mount to rotate a hinge post connected to a cabinet body mount fixedly connected thereto. Hereinafter, the principles of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
Fig. 1 illustrates a structural schematic of a hinge according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the hinge 1 described herein generally includes a cabinet mount 11, a hinge post 12, and a cabinet door mount 13. The hinge post 12 is fixedly connected to the cabinet fixing member 11, and the cabinet door fixing member 13 is rotatably connected to the hinge post 12. The hinge 1 is adapted to be connected between a cabinet body and a cabinet door of a power distribution cabinet. The cabinet mount 11 is adapted to be connected to a cabinet. The cabinet door fixing 13 is adapted to be connected to a cabinet door.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural view of the cabinet mount 11 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cabinet fixture 11 includes a mounting portion 111 and a connection portion 112. The mounting portion 111 is provided at a side of the cabinet fixing 11 facing the cabinet for connection to the cabinet. The connecting portion 112 is provided on a side of the cabinet fixing member 11 facing the cabinet door. The cabinet door fixing 13 includes a main body portion 131 for connection with the cabinet door, and a pair of bent portions 132 rotatably connected to the hinge post 12. The cabinet door fixing piece 13 can be connected with a cabinet door and drives the cabinet door to rotate around the hinge post 12 relative to the cabinet body connected with the cabinet body fixing piece 11.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting portion 111 includes a plate-like portion 1111 and a fastener 1112. The fastener 1112 is disposed perpendicular to the plate-like portion 1111 and is capable of being connected to the cabinet. The connection portion 112 is bent toward the mounting portion 111 to form a first mounting hole 1121 through which the hinge post 12 passes. The plate-like portion 1111 is capable of securing the fastener 1112 in a predetermined position such that the fastener 1112 can be reliably connected with a corresponding portion of the cabinet. In one embodiment, fasteners 1112 are fastening screws. It should be understood that other fasteners may be envisioned by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the teachings provided herein, and such implementations fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic structural view of a hinge post 12 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the hinge post 12 includes a middle portion 121 located in the middle of the post and end portions 122 located at the ends of the post.
Fig. 4 shows an assembly view of the cabinet mount 11 and the hinge post 12 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a portion of the intermediate portion 121 can be secured within the connection 112 by an interference fit with the first mounting hole 1121. The other portions of the intermediate portion 121 and the end portions 122 can be outside the connection 112 for connection to the cabinet door fixture 13.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural view of a cabinet door fixture 13 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the pair of bent portions 132 of the cabinet door fixing member 13 are respectively bent to form second mounting holes 1321 through which the hinge posts 12 pass. The second mounting holes 1321 are disposed coaxially with the first mounting holes 1121, and the first mounting hole 1121 is located between the two second mounting holes 1321, so that the cabinet door fixing member 13 can connect the cabinet door and drive the cabinet door to rotate around the hinge post 12 relative to the cabinet body to which the cabinet body fixing member 11 is connected.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the body portion 131 includes a first portion 1311, a second portion 1312, and a curved connection 1313. The first portion 1311 is disposed in parallel with the second portion 1312. The curved connection 1313 is connected between the first portion 1311 and the second portion 1312. The pair of folds 132 are provided on a side of the first portion 1311 facing away from the second portion 1312. A mounting groove 7 is formed between the first portion 1311 and the second portion 1312 for insertion of the cabinet door.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a pair of bending stoppers 4 for cooperating with the cabinet door is provided at an end of the first portion 1311, and each bending stopper 4 of the pair of bending stoppers 4 has a U shape. The first portion 1311 is provided with a notch 5 at a position corresponding to the mounting groove 7. The second portion 1312 is provided with a boss 6 at a position corresponding to the notch 5.
Fig. 6 shows a side view of the door mount 13 shown in fig. 5. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, one of the pair of bend limiters 4 is disposed on a first end of the first portion 1311, the other of the pair of bend limiters 4 is disposed on a second end of the first portion 1311, one of the pair of notches 5 is disposed adjacent to the first end of the first portion 1311, the other of the pair of notches 5 is disposed adjacent to the second end of the first portion 1311, one of the pair of protrusions 6 is disposed adjacent to the first end of the second portion 1312 on a side of the second portion 1312 adjacent to the first portion 1311, and the other of the pair of protrusions 6 is disposed adjacent to the second end of the second portion 1312 on a side of the second portion 1312 adjacent to the first portion 1311.
Fig. 7 shows a cross-sectional view taken along section line A-A shown in fig. 6. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the protrusions 6 protrude towards the respective slots 5, the protrusions 6 and the respective slots 5 being used for connecting the cabinet door.
Fig. 8 shows an assembly view of the hinge 1 and the cabinet door 2 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 9 shows an assembly view of the hinge 1 and the mounting tab 8 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the cabinet door 2 comprises a plurality of mounting tabs 8, the plurality of mounting tabs 8 being insertable into the cabinet door fixture 13 along the mounting direction X. The mounting piece 8 is provided with a mounting opening 9 corresponding to the position of each boss 6. The size of the mounting opening 9 corresponds to the size of the protruding portion 6 such that the protruding portion 6 can extend into and catch the mounting opening 9 such that the mounting opening 9 cannot move relative to the protruding portion 6 after the protruding portion 6 extends into. In other embodiments, the number of mounting tabs 8 may be greater or lesser, and such implementations are within the scope of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the pair of U-shaped bending stoppers 4 can guide the mounting pieces 8 to be inserted into the mounting grooves 7 in the mounting direction X when the cabinet door 2 is mounted with the hinge 1, and the protrusions 6 can pass through the mounting openings 9 to fix the mounting pieces 8 at a predetermined position, thereby enabling the cabinet door 2 to be reliably coupled with the hinge 1. In other embodiments, the mounting plate 8 and the door fixing member 13 may be connected by a bolt connection, a rivet connection, or the like. It should be understood that based on the teachings provided in this disclosure, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize other ways of connecting the mounting tabs to the cabinet door securing members described above, all falling within the scope of this disclosure.

1. Hinge (1) for a power distribution cabinet, adapted to be connected between a cabinet body and a cabinet door (2) of the power distribution cabinet, characterized in that the hinge (1) comprises:
the cabinet body fixing piece (11) comprises a mounting part (111) and a connecting part (112), wherein the mounting part (111) is arranged on one side of the cabinet body fixing piece (11) facing the cabinet body and is used for being connected to the cabinet body, and the connecting part (112) is arranged on one side of the cabinet body fixing piece (11) facing the cabinet door (2);
-a hinge post (12) fixedly connected to the connection portion (112); and
the cabinet door fixing piece (13) comprises a main body part (131) used for being connected with the cabinet door (2) and a pair of bending parts (132) rotatably connected to the hinge post (12).
2. Hinge (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said mounting portion (111) comprises a plate-like portion (1111) and a fastener (1112), said fastener (1112) being arranged perpendicular to said plate-like portion (1111) and being connectable with said cabinet.
3. Hinge (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said connecting portion (112) is folded towards said mounting portion (111) to form a first mounting hole (1121) for said hinge post (12) to pass through, said pair of folded portions (132) are respectively folded to form a second mounting hole (1321) for said hinge post (12) to pass through, said second mounting holes (1321) being arranged coaxially with said first mounting hole (1121).
4. A hinge (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that said first mounting hole (1121) is located between two of said second mounting holes (1321).
5. Hinge (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said main body (131) comprises a first portion (1311), a second portion (1312) and a curved connection (1313), said first portion (1311) being arranged in parallel with said second portion (1312), said curved connection (1313) being connected between said first portion (1311) and said second portion (1312), said pair of folds (132) being arranged on a side of said first portion (1311) facing away from said second portion (1312), said first portion (1311) and said second portion (1312) forming between them a mounting groove (7) for the insertion of said cabinet door (2) along a mounting direction (X).
6. Hinge (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that said first portion (1311) is provided at its end with a pair of bending stops (4) for cooperating with said cabinet door (2), said first portion (1311) being provided with notches (5) in positions corresponding to said mounting slots (7), said second portion (1312) being provided with protrusions (6) in positions corresponding to said notches (5), said protrusions (6) protruding towards respective said notches (5), said protrusions (6) and respective said notches (5) being used for connecting said cabinet door (2).
7. Hinge (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that each bending limiter (4) of said pair of bending limiters (4) is U-shaped.
8. Hinge (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that said first portion (1311) is provided with two said notches (5) and said second portion (1312) is provided with two said projections (6) corresponding to two said notches (5).
9. A power distribution cabinet, characterized in that the power distribution cabinet comprises:
a cabinet body;
a cabinet door (2); and
hinge (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, connected between said cabinet and said cabinet door (2).
10. The power distribution cabinet according to claim 9, characterized in that the cabinet door (2) comprises a plurality of mounting tabs (8), which mounting tabs (8) are inserted into the cabinet door fixture (13) in a mounting direction (X).
