Communication laboratory instrument accomodates frame
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of storage, in particular to a tool storage rack for a communication laboratory.
Background
The communication laboratory instrument storage rack is a rack for storing communication tools, and the use of the communication laboratory instrument storage rack can greatly save the occupied space of articles in the communication laboratory. The storage space of the conventional communication laboratory tool storage rack is mostly an area capable of storing various objects. Specifically, tools such as a buckle wire, an adapter, a radio frequency cable and the like in a communication laboratory are placed in an area on a shelf together, and a user cannot intuitively and rapidly find a required article when picking and placing the article, so that the picking and placing efficiency of the article can be reduced.
Therefore, the conventional communication laboratory tool storage rack has the problem that a user cannot intuitively and rapidly take and place required articles.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model aims to provide a communication laboratory tool storage rack, which enables users to intuitively and rapidly take and place required articles.
To solve the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a tool storage rack for a communication laboratory, including: a main body bracket; a first bottom plate and two clamping plates are arranged vertically, wherein the first bottom plate is arranged horizontally and protrudes from one side of the main body support in the length direction, and the two sides of the first bottom plate in the length direction of the main body support are respectively connected with the bottom sides of the two clamping plates to form a first storage area; the other side of the main body support in the length direction is also provided with a second bottom plate which is horizontally arranged and two connecting plates which are vertically arranged in a protruding mode, and the two sides of the second bottom plate in the length direction of the main body support are respectively connected with the bottom sides of the two connecting plates to form a second storage area; and, along the length direction of the main body support, the distance between two clamping plates is smaller than the distance between two connecting plates, the size of the first storage area in the length direction is smaller than the size of the second storage area in the length direction, and the size of the second storage area in the length direction is larger than the size of the second storage area in the length direction.
In contrast to the prior art, embodiments of the present utility model provide for a first storage area for items such as bars, rods, etc., and a second storage area for items such as blocks, balls, etc.; be provided with the storing district that is used for storing different types of article on this communication laboratory instrument storage rack to divide the article type of depositing on the communication laboratory instrument storage rack, and then make the user can directly perceivedly and get the required article of putting fast, thereby improve the efficiency that this communication laboratory instrument storage rack got and put article.
In addition, the first bottom plate and the two clamping plates are fixedly connected to the main body bracket; a first connecting part for connecting the two clamping plates is arranged between the two side edges of the clamping plates far away from the main body bracket. In this way, the first connecting part plays a certain supporting role between the two clamping plates, so that the stability of the frame structure of the first storage area is improved; and the first connecting part can also play a certain blocking role on the articles stored in the first storage area, so that the articles such as strip-shaped articles, rod-shaped articles and the like are prevented from falling off through the opening formed at one side, far away from the main body support, of the two clamping plates.
In addition, the first connecting part is arranged as a connecting strip, and two ends of the first connecting part along the length direction of the main body bracket are fixedly connected with the side edges of the two clamping plates, which are far away from the main body bracket, respectively; and the first bottom plate, the two clamping plates and the first connecting part are integrally formed. Therefore, the connecting strip is not in closed connection with one side of the two clamping plates far away from the main body support, namely, a gap is formed on one side of the two clamping plates far away from the main body support by the connecting strip, so that when a user takes and puts an article in the first storage area, the user can see the part structure of the article in the first storage area through the gap, and the intuitiveness of taking and putting the article by the user is further improved; and the weight of connecting strip is also less to can reduce the weight of the frame construction of first storing district, in order to the lightweight design of communication laboratory instrument storage rack.
In addition, the second bottom plate and the two connecting plates are fixedly connected to the main body bracket; and a second connecting part for connecting the two connecting plates is arranged between the two side edges of the connecting plates far away from the main body bracket. In this way, the second connecting part plays a certain supporting role between the two connecting plates, so that the stability of the frame structure of the second storage area is improved; and the second connecting portion can also play certain blocking effect to the article of accomodating in the second storing district, avoid the easy rolling article such as ball to keep away from the opening that one side formed of main part support through two connecting plates to drop.
In addition, the second connecting part is arranged as a connecting strip, and two ends of the second connecting part along the length direction of the main body bracket are fixedly connected with the side edges of the two connecting plates far away from the main body bracket respectively; and the second bottom plate, the two connecting plates and the second connecting part are integrally formed. Therefore, the connecting strip is not in closed connection with one side of the two connecting plates far away from the main body support, namely, a gap is formed on one side of the two connecting plates far away from the main body support by the connecting strip, so that when a user takes and puts an article in the second storage area, the user can see the partial structure of the article in the second storage area through the gap, and the intuitiveness of taking and putting the article by the user is further improved; and the weight of connecting strip is also less to can reduce the weight of the frame construction of second storing district, in order to the lightweight design of communication laboratory instrument storage rack.
In addition, the communication laboratory tool storage rack further comprises a plurality of separation plates; each partition plate is arranged between the two connecting plates at intervals along the height direction of the main body support and/or the width direction of the main body support so as to divide the second storage area into a plurality of sub storage areas. Like this, a plurality of division boards divide into a plurality of sub-storing areas with the second storing district secondary to the secondary of different article in the second storing district divides, thereby improves the intuitiveness and the rapidity when the user gets and puts the article.
In addition, a plurality of sliding grooves are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two connecting plates at intervals along the height direction of the main body support and/or the width direction of the main body support, and the separation plates are respectively connected in the corresponding sliding grooves in a sliding manner. The arrangement mode can facilitate the installation and the disassembly of each partition plate, so that the second storage area is divided into different combinations of a plurality of sub storage areas with different numbers and different sizes through different combinations of different partition plates, and the second storage area can be used more flexibly.
In addition, the first storage area and the second storage area are arranged at intervals; and a lap joint strip extending along the length direction of the main body support is arranged at a position between the first storage area and the second storage area on the main body support so as to lap joint the flexible article. Like this, this communication laboratory instrument is accomodate frame has add the storing district of overlap joint flexible article to increase the storing district kind on this communication laboratory instrument is accomodate frame, and then refined the division of the article kind on the communication laboratory instrument is accomodate frame, so that the user can further directly perceivedly and get and put required article fast, thereby further improve the efficiency that this communication laboratory instrument is accomodate frame and is got and put article.
In addition, the lap joint strip is provided with a first through groove and a plurality of second through grooves which extend along the length direction of the main body bracket; the second through grooves are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the main body support and are positioned below the first through grooves; and, along the length direction of the main body support, the size of the first through groove is larger than that of the second through groove. Like this, through set up first groove and the second groove of running through on the overlap joint strip, carry out the secondary to overlap joint region on the overlap joint strip and divide to overlap joint different flexible article in the region of overlap joint strip on the difference, thereby improve the user and got intuitiveness and the rapidity when putting article.
In addition, the main body bracket comprises a base and a supporting plate arranged on the base, wherein the bottom side of the supporting plate is fixedly connected to the base and is vertically arranged relative to the base; the clamping plate, the first bottom plate, the connecting plate and the second bottom plate are all vertically arranged on one side surface of the supporting plate; and holes or grooves are formed in the base, the supporting plate and the connecting plate.
