Referring to fig. 1 to 5, several embodiments of the elbow joint restraint of the present utility model are illustrated below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the elbow joint restraining device according to the embodiment of the present utility model includes a restraining body 100, a fixing member 200 is provided inside the restraining body 100, and the fixing member 200 extends in a first direction. The fixing member 200 is used for fixing the limb of the patient so that the upper arm and the forearm at both ends of the elbow joint of the patient can be extended only in the first direction, preventing the elbow joint of the patient from being bent, and thus avoiding the phenomenon of self-pulling of the patient, as shown in fig. 2 and 5.
It will be appreciated that the exterior of the restraining body 100 includes a first connection end 310, a second connection end 320, a third connection end 330, and a fourth connection end 340, the first connection end 310 and the second connection end 320 being aligned along a first direction, and the third connection end 330 and the fourth connection end 340 being aligned along the first direction. The constraint body 100 is further provided with a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, the first connection end 310 and the fourth connection end 340 are aligned along the second direction, and the second connection end 320 and the third connection end 330 are aligned along the second direction, so that the first connection end 310, the second connection end 320, the third connection end 330 and the fourth connection end 340 of the constraint body 100 are rectangular and distributed, and the constraint body 100 is convenient to manufacture and form, as shown in fig. 1 to 3.
It will be appreciated that since the four connection ends are rectangular in shape, the fixing member 200 is located between the first connection end 310 and the fourth connection end 340, and between the second connection end 320 and the third connection end 330, as shown in fig. 2.
It can be understood that the connection structure between the first connection end 310 and the second connection end 320 is set as a first joint portion 410, the first joint portion 410 is an arc structure close to the fixing member 200, that is, the first joint portion 410 is concave arc-shaped; the connection structure between the third connection end 330 and the fourth connection end 340 is set as a second connection portion 420, and the second connection portion 420 has a circular arc structure close to the fixing member 200, that is, the second connection portion 420 has a concave circular arc shape. The first coupling portion 410 and the second coupling portion 420 are symmetrically disposed, and the symmetry axis is parallel to the first direction, as shown in fig. 1 to 4.
It is understood that the connection structure between the first connection end 310 and the fourth connection end 340 is provided as a straight line structure extending in the second direction; the connection structure between the second connection end 320 and the third connection end 330 is also provided as a straight line structure extending in the second direction.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the constraining body 100 is an hourglass shape having both ends large and the middle small in the first direction, as shown in fig. 1 to 3.
In this embodiment, the first connecting end 310 is connected to the fourth connecting end 340, the second connecting end 320 is connected to the third connecting end 330, the connected restraint body 100 surrounds the restraint cavity 110, the restraint cavity 110 is cylindrical, the restraint cavity 110 extends along the first direction and has two openings at two ends, so that the limbs at two ends of the elbow joint of the patient are placed in a straight line along the first direction, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
It can be appreciated that, since the fixing member 200 extends along the first direction, the two ends of the constraining body 100 along the first direction can only maintain a straight state and cannot be bent. The restraint chamber 110 is used for placing the elbow of the patient, and the first connecting end 310 and the fourth connecting end 340 are fixedly connected, and the second connecting end 320 and the third connecting end 330 are fixedly connected, so that the elbow joint is limited and fixed in the restraint chamber 110, and the two ends of the elbow joint can only keep a straight line state along the first direction, so that the elbow joint of the patient cannot bend, and the unplanned tube drawing is prevented.
In this embodiment, when the restraint body 100 is connected to form the restraint cavity 110, the first bonding portion 410 and the second bonding portion 420 are combined with each other to form the observation port 430, the observation port 430 is conducted to the restraint cavity 110, and when the elbow joint of the patient is located in the restraint cavity 110, the observation port 430 is opposite to the patient's fossa of the elbow so as to expose the patient's fossa of the elbow.
It will be appreciated that because of the large number of arterial, venous, neural, muscular structures covered in the fossa, the viewing port 430 opposite the fossa can avoid the restriction body 100 from compressing to critical arteriovenous structures, and the placement of the restriction body 100 affects the patient's blood flow.
It will be appreciated that when the restriction is long, the restriction is too tight, or the patient frequently twists or tears without the use of the restriction body 100, the restriction body 100 may affect the venous return of the patient, resulting in clinical manifestations of swelling, pi Wenfa cool, color anomalies, etc. in the patient. Because viewing port 430 and constraint cavity 110 are switched on each other, medical personnel can see the skin state of patient's constraint position through viewing port 430 fast, and after medical personnel sees relevant clinical manifestation, can in time relax patient's constraint position, avoid appearing ischemic necrosis.
It will be appreciated that, since the fossa cubital is exposed, the patient's median elbow vein is exposed in front of the eyes of the medical staff through the viewing port 430, and the vein of the median elbow vein is thick and straight, so as to facilitate blood sampling operation, the medical staff can directly sample the patient at the viewing port 430, and assist in diagnosis and treatment of diseases and blood pairing examination before transfusion.
It will be appreciated that existing restraint devices are generally fully wrapped, and thus, when used by a patient, tend to cause the patient's skin to sweat as a result of stuffy skin, resulting in eruption of the patient's skin at the restraint site. The observation port 430 exposes a portion of the skin of the patient's restriction site, and can prevent the skin of the patient's restriction site from sweaty perspiration, and prevent the inside of the restriction body 100 from being wet, thereby causing eruption of the patient.
In this embodiment, the first direction is a front-rear direction, and the second direction is a left-right direction, that is, the restraint chamber 110 is formed by connecting left and right ends of the restraint body 100.
In this embodiment, when the restraint body 100 is formed with the restraint chamber 110, the fixing member 200 and the viewing port 430 are located at opposite sides of the restraint chamber 110, respectively. Since the fixing element 200 is located between the first connecting end 310 and the fourth connecting end 340 and also located between the second connecting end 320 and the third connecting end 330, the fixing element 200 and the viewing port 430 which are disposed opposite to each other can avoid the contact between the fixing element 200 and the first and second combining portions 410 and 420 in the constraining body 100, and prevent the fixing element 200 from being exposed at the first and second combining portions 410 and 420. The fixing member 200 corresponds to the outer side of the patient's olecranon, and fixes the patient's olecranon so as to prevent the patient's elbow from bending.
It will be appreciated that the fixing member 200 may be mounted inside the restraint body 100 by embedding, pasting or sewing, etc. to stabilize the relative positions of the fixing member 200 and the restraint body 100, ensuring that the fixing member 200 extends in the front-rear direction at all times, providing support for the fixation of the elbow joint of the patient.
It will be appreciated that when the mount 200 is provided with only one, the high degree of twisting when the patient is constrained may result in deformation of the individual mount 200, the patient being able to bend the elbow joint and pull off the tube or line on the body, affecting treatment.
In this regard, the inside of the constraint body 100 may be provided with a plurality of fixing pieces 200, and the plurality of fixing pieces 200 are spaced apart along the second direction. The number of the fixing members 200 may be plural to enhance the stability of the constraining body 100 in the front-rear direction, so as to avoid bending the constraining body 100 in the front-rear direction. The plurality of fixing members 200 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction so that the formed binding chamber 110 can stably maintain a cylindrical shape in the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, three fasteners 200 are provided within the constraining body 100, as shown in FIG. 2.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 200 is made of aluminum alloy and has a vertical bar shape. The tensile strength of the aluminum alloy is good, the fixing piece 200 is not easy to deform, and the arm of a patient is difficult to bend; the weight is light, the whole weight of the constraint body 100 is small, and the use is light; the corrosion resistance is good, rust is not easy to generate, the fixing piece 200 can be reused, and the rust pollution of the constraint body 100 is prevented.
It will be appreciated that, when the left and right ends of the constraint body 100 are connected, the first connecting ends 310 and the fourth connecting ends 340 are connected in a staggered manner, and the second connecting ends 320 and the third connecting ends 330 are connected in a staggered manner, so that the concave arcs of the first coupling portion 410 and the second coupling portion 420 intersect, and thus the viewing port 430 is oval-shaped, as shown in fig. 4.
In this embodiment, the restraint body 100 is provided with a hook and loop fastener, so that the left and right ends of the restraint body 100 are bonded together to form a restraint cavity 110 for restraining the elbow joint of the patient. Specifically, the magic tapes include a male magic tape 510 and a female magic tape 520 that are adhered to each other, the first connecting end 310 and the second connecting end 320 are both provided with the male magic tape 510, and the third connecting end 330 and the fourth connecting end 340 are both provided with the female magic tape 520, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5.
It will be appreciated that the elbow joint restraint apparatus may be used to place a patient's elbow joint on the restraint body 100, to bond the male velcro 510 of the first connection end 310 to the female velcro 520 of the fourth connection end 340, and to bond the male velcro 510 of the second connection end 320 to the female velcro 520 of the third connection end 330, at which time the restraint body 100 forms the cylindrical restraint cavity 110.
It can be appreciated that the male and female velcro strips 510 and 520 are located on the upper and lower end surfaces of the constraining body 100, respectively, so that the male and female velcro strips 510 and 520 can be adhered and fixed along the curved end surfaces when the constraining body 100 is bent into a ring shape.
In this embodiment, the male velcro 510 is located on the lower end surfaces of the first connection end 310 and the second connection end 320, the female velcro 520 is located on the lower end surfaces of the third connection end 330 and the fourth connection end 340, when the male velcro 510 and the female velcro 520 are bonded, the first connection end 310 is located on the inner side of the fourth connection end 340, the second connection end 320 is located on the inner side of the third connection end 330, and the first connection end 310 and the second connection end 320 are both located in the binding cavity 110.
It can be appreciated that the male velcro 510 and the female velcro 520 extend in the left-right direction, and when the restraint body 100 is restrained, the medical staff can adjust according to the elbow circumference, the arm circumference, etc. of the patient, so that the restraint effect is better, and the patient cannot be too loose or too tight.
Further, the constraining body 100 is provided with a band assembly for enhancing the constraining function of the constraining body 100. The belt assembly includes a first belt 610, a second belt 620, a third belt 630 and a fourth belt 640, the first connecting end 310 is correspondingly connected with the first belt 610, the second connecting end 320 is correspondingly connected with the second belt 620, the third connecting end 330 is correspondingly connected with the third belt 630, and the fourth connecting end 340 is correspondingly connected with the fourth belt 640, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5.
It will be appreciated that when the first connecting end 310 and the fourth connecting end 340 are bonded, the first strap 610 and the fourth strap 640 may be tied and fixed to each other around the arm of the patient; when the second connecting end 320 and the third connecting end 330 are bonded, the second belt 620 and the third belt 630 can be mutually bound and fixed around the arm of the patient to strengthen the constraint function of the constraint body 100, and the bound belt assembly can be bound on the guard rail of the sickbed to limit the elbow and the movement range of the arm of the patient and further prevent the patient from pulling out the tube.
Since the first connecting end 310 and the fourth connecting end 340 are adhered to each other, the first connecting end 310 is located inside the fourth connecting end 340, and therefore the first strap 610 and the fourth strap 640 can only bind the restraint on the arm of the patient, and cannot bind the restraint body 100, and although the restraint effect of the restraint body 100 can be reinforced, the restraint on the arm of the patient is easily caused. Similarly, the binding constraint of the third band 630 and the fourth band 640 may also cause the patient's arm to be stained.
