Specifically, the first groove 14 and the second groove 18 may be oppositely disposed in the up-down direction, the intermediate chamber 16 may be intermediate the first groove 14 and the second groove 18, the outer chamber 15 and the inner chamber 17 may be oppositely disposed in the inner-outer direction (left-right direction or front-rear direction), and the intermediate chamber 16 may be located between the outer chamber 15 and the inner chamber 17. The inner chamber 17, the first groove 14, the outer chamber 15, and the second groove 18 may be sequentially connected in the circumferential direction of the intermediate chamber 16, so that a closed-loop enclosing structure may be formed at the circumferential side of the intermediate chamber 16.
The overall shape of the bite portion 1 may be identical to the arrangement shape of the teeth 200 of the oral cavity of the human body, for example, the bite portion 1 may be generally L-shaped so that the bite portion 1 may be bite-fixed between the upper and lower rows of teeth 200 and 200 of the human body so that the shape of the bite portion 1 is identical to the half teeth 200 of the human body. When care is required for the other teeth half 200, the occlusal portion 1 may be turned upside down and engaged between the teeth of the other teeth half 200 and the teeth of the lower teeth half 200. At this time, in order to enhance the fit to the teeth 200 of different sides of the face, the first groove 14 and the second groove 18 may be mirror-symmetrically arranged in the up-down direction.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the bite portion 1 may be generally U-shaped or the like so as to be bite matched with all of the teeth 200 in the mouth.
The inner cavity 17, the intermediate cavity 16, the outer cavity 15, the first groove 14, and the second groove 18 all extend along the extending direction of the occlusal portion 1, so as to match the use requirement of the arrangement of the plurality of teeth 200 in the oral cavity.
The inner chamber 17, the intermediate chamber 16 and the outer chamber 15 are all communicated with the first tank 14 and the second tank 18, for example, the top side of the inner chamber 17 may be communicated with the first tank 14 through a through hole, the bottom side of the inner chamber 17 may also be communicated with the second tank 18 through a through hole, and similarly, the top sides of the intermediate chamber 16 and the outer chamber 15 may be communicated with the first tank 14 through a through hole, and the bottom sides of the intermediate chamber 16 and the outer chamber 15 may also be communicated with the second tank 18 through a through hole.

The oral track 100 of the embodiment of the utility model simplifies oral care operation, improves the condition of stimulating gums or cheeks caused by improper operation in the related art, and realizes space-limited operation of oral appliances and the like, namely, the oral appliances can only reciprocate in the inner cavity 17, the middle cavity 16 and the outer cavity 15, compared with the condition of moving in a free space in the prior art, the oral track has definite target, ensures control accuracy, reduces uncomfortable feeling and enhances the friendliness to children.
In some embodiments, the bite portion 1 includes a housing 11, a first partition 12 and a second partition 13, one side of the housing 11 is recessed inward to define a first groove 14, the other side of the housing 11 is recessed inward to define a second groove 18, the first partition 12 and the second partition 13 are each provided inside the housing 11 and partition an inner space of the housing 11 into an inner chamber 17, an intermediate chamber 16 and an outer chamber 15, and the intermediate chamber 16 is located between the first partition 12 and the second partition 13.
For example, the material of the engaging portion 1 may be silica gel, and the housing 11, the first partition portion 12, and the second partition portion 13 may be integrally formed. Wherein the housing 11 may be generally tubular and an upper side of the housing 11 may be recessed downwardly and form a first slot 14 and a lower side of the housing 11 may be recessed upwardly and form a second slot 18. As shown in fig. 2, the first and second partitions 12 and 13 may be provided inside the housing 11 and may be arranged at intervals in parallel in the inner and outer directions, wherein the first partition 12 may be located outside the second partition 13.
The outer chamber 15 may be located outside the first partition 12, the intermediate chamber 16 may be between the first partition 12 and the second partition 13, and the inner chamber 17 may be located inside the second partition 13. Thus, on the one hand, the first and second dividing portions 12, 13 serve to divide the space within the housing 11, thereby simplifying the overall structure and achieving separation of the outer chamber 15, the intermediate chamber 16 and the inner chamber 17.
On the other hand, the first partition part 12 and the second partition part 13 can play a supporting role in use, so that the biting part 1 can bear the biting force of a human body without collapsing, the use requirements of assembly and movement of the oral appliance are met, and the function of protecting the oral appliance is also played.
In some embodiments, the first groove 14 has oppositely disposed first and second sidewalls 141 and 142, each of the first and second sidewalls 141 and 142 being disposed obliquely and in opposite directions, a space between the first and second sidewalls 141 and 142 being gradually smaller along a groove depth direction of the first groove 14.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the opposite side walls of the first groove 14 form a first sidewall 141 and a second sidewall 142, respectively, the first sidewall 141 may be an outer groove wall of the first groove 14, and the second sidewall 142 may be an inner groove wall of the first groove 14. Wherein the first sidewall 141 may be disposed obliquely in a direction from the outside to the inside, and the second sidewall 142 may be disposed obliquely in a direction from the inside to the outside. Thus, the cross section of the first groove 14 may be made generally trapezoidal, i.e., the groove width dimension of the first groove 14 becomes gradually smaller in the top-to-bottom direction.
The width of the notch of the first groove 14 is larger on the one hand, so that the teeth 200 can be conveniently inserted into the first groove 14 in a biting way, a certain guiding effect can be achieved by means of the inclined arrangement of the first side wall 141 and the second side wall 142, the teeth 200 can be conveniently guided towards the middle position of the first groove 14 in a centering way, the accuracy of the biting assembly can be ensured, and the adaptability to the types of the teeth 200 of different human bodies is improved.
On the other hand, the first side wall 141 and the second side wall 142 have projection components in both horizontal and vertical directions, wherein the projection components in the horizontal direction facilitate the through-connection of the first slot 14 and the inner cavity 17 in the up-down direction and also facilitate the through-connection of the first slot 14 and the outer cavity 15 in the up-down direction. The projected component in the vertical direction may then be opposite the inner or outer side of the tooth 200, thereby facilitating the care of the inner and outer sides of the tooth 200.
In addition, the first and second sidewalls 141 and 142, which are obliquely arranged, may also function to guide transmission of the bite force, that is, the bite force may be transmitted to the first and second partitions 12 and 13 via the first and second sidewalls 141 and 142, respectively, so that the squeezing action on the inner and outer cavities 17 and 15 may be reduced, the deformation amounts of the inner and outer cavities 17 and 15 may be reduced, and movement of the oral appliance within the outer and inner cavities 15 and 17 may be facilitated.
In some embodiments, the first slot 14 has a first bottom wall 143 connected between the first and second side walls 141, 142, and the first bottom wall 143, the first and second side walls 141, 142 are each provided with a plurality of first holes 144 spaced apart along the extension direction of the bite portion 1, the first holes 144 being for the oral appliance to extend into the first slot 14.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the first bottom wall 143 is a bottom wall of the first groove 14, and the first bottom wall 143, the first side wall 141, and the second side wall 142 may be formed by a plurality of first links arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the engaging portion 1, and a first hole 144 may be formed between any two adjacent first links. In use, the oral appliance within the inner cavity 17, intermediate cavity 16 and outer cavity 15 may extend into the first slot 14 through the corresponding first aperture 144 so that care of the teeth 200 within the first slot 14 may be achieved.
The arrangement form of the first connecting rod can enable the first hole 144 to extend along the inner and outer directions on one hand, so that the oral appliance can care the teeth 200 in an inner and outer swinging mode in use, and convenience and flexibility of operation are improved; on the other hand, the first connecting rod has better elastic deformation effect, and the aperture of the first hole 144 can be enlarged through the deformation of the first connecting rod, so that the oral appliance can pass through the first hole 144 and care the teeth 200 conveniently.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first bottom wall 143, the first side wall 141 and the second side wall 142 may be provided with only one first hole 144, and the first hole 144 may be a long hole and may be arranged to extend along the extending direction of the engaging portion 1.
In some embodiments, the second groove 18 has third and fourth sidewalls 181 and 182 disposed opposite to each other, each of the third and fourth sidewalls 181 and 182 being disposed obliquely and in opposite directions, the space between the third and fourth sidewalls 181 and 182 being gradually smaller along the groove depth direction of the second groove 18.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the opposite side walls of the second groove 18 form a third side wall 181 and a fourth side wall 182, respectively, the third side wall 181 may be an outer wall of the second groove 18, and the fourth side wall 182 may be an inner wall of the second groove 18. Wherein the third side wall 181 may be obliquely arranged in a direction from the outside down to the inside up, and the fourth side wall 182 may be obliquely arranged in a direction from the inside down to the outside up. Thereby, the cross section of the second groove 18 may be made generally trapezoidal, i.e., the groove width dimension of the second groove 18 becomes gradually smaller in the bottom-to-top direction.
The width of the notch of the second groove 18 is larger by the design on one hand, so that the teeth 200 of the lower row can be conveniently meshed and inserted into the second groove 18, a certain guiding effect can be achieved by the inclined arrangement of the third side wall 181 and the fourth side wall 182, the teeth 200 can be conveniently guided towards the middle position of the second groove 18 in a centering manner, the accuracy of meshed assembly can be ensured, and the adaptability to the types of the teeth 200 of different human bodies is improved.
On the other hand, the third side wall 181 and the fourth side wall 182 have projection components in both the horizontal and vertical directions, wherein the projection components in the horizontal direction facilitate the through-connection of the second groove 18 and the inner cavity 17 in the up-down direction and also facilitate the through-connection of the second groove 18 and the outer cavity 15 in the up-down direction. The projected component in the vertical direction may then be opposite the inner or outer side of the tooth 200, thereby facilitating the care of the inner and outer sides of the tooth 200.
In addition, the third and fourth sidewalls 181 and 182, which are obliquely arranged, may also function to guide the transmission of the bite force, that is, the bite force may be transmitted to the first and second partitions 12 and 13 via the third and fourth sidewalls 181 and 182, respectively, so that the squeezing action on the inner and outer cavities 17 and 15 may be reduced, the deformation amounts of the inner and outer cavities 17 and 15 may be reduced, and the movement of the oral appliance within the outer and inner cavities 15 and 17 may be facilitated.
In some embodiments, the second slot 18 has a second bottom wall 183 connected between the third and fourth side walls 181, 182, and a plurality of second holes 184 spaced apart along the extension direction of the bite portion 1 are provided in each of the second bottom wall 183, the third and fourth side walls 181, 182, the second holes 184 being for the oral appliance to extend into the second slot 18.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the second bottom wall 183 is a bottom wall of the second groove 18, and the second bottom wall 183, the third side wall 181, and the fourth side wall 182 may be formed by a plurality of second links arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the engaging portion 1, and a second hole 184 may be formed between any two adjacent second links. In use, the oral appliance within the inner cavity 17, intermediate cavity 16 and outer cavity 15 may extend into the second slot 18 through the corresponding second aperture 184, thereby allowing for the treatment of the teeth 200 within the second slot 18.
The arrangement of the second connecting rod can enable the second hole 184 to extend along the inner and outer directions on one hand, so that the oral appliance can care the teeth 200 in an inner and outer swinging mode in use, and convenience and flexibility of operation are improved; on the other hand, the second connecting rod has better elastic deformation effect, and the aperture of the second hole 184 can be enlarged through the deformation of the second connecting rod, so that the oral appliance can pass through the second hole 184 and care the teeth 200.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the second bottom wall 183, the third side wall 181 and the fourth side wall 182 may be provided with only one second hole 184, and the second hole 184 may be a long hole and may be arranged to extend along the extending direction of the engaging portion 1.
In some embodiments, the housing 11 includes oppositely disposed inner and outer side walls 112, 111, with the inner chamber 17, intermediate chamber 16, outer chamber 15, first and second slots 14, 18 each being located between the inner and outer side walls 112, 111, and the outer chamber 15 being located between the first and outer partitions 12, 111, and the inner chamber 17 being located between the second and inner partitions 13, 112.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner side wall 112 and the outer side wall 111 may have a substantially plate-like structure, and the inner side wall 112 and the outer side wall 111 may extend along the extending direction of the engaging portion 1, the inner side wall 112 is located inside the outer side wall 111, and in use, the inner side wall 112 faces toward the inside of the oral cavity, and the outer side wall 111 faces toward the outside of the oral cavity.
The arrangement of the inner side wall 112 and the outer side wall 111 can play a role in protecting, wherein the inner side wall 112 can stop the oral cavity device in the inner cavity 17, so that the condition that the oral cavity device stretches out of the inner cavity 17 to easily damage the tongue can be avoided, the outer side wall 111 can stop the oral cavity device in the outer cavity 15, the condition that the oral cavity device stretches out of the outer cavity 15 to easily damage the cheek can be avoided, and the use safety is improved.
In addition, the inner side wall 112 and the outer side wall 111 have relatively high structural strength, so that the inner side wall 112 and the outer side wall 111 can play a supporting role simultaneously with the first partition part 12 and the second partition part 13, the deformation of the biting part 1 during biting is reduced, and the use requirement of smooth movement of the oral appliance in the inner cavity 17, the middle cavity 16 and the outer cavity 15 is ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the cross sections of the inner side wall 112, the outer side wall 111, the first partition 12, and the second partition 13 are arc-shaped, and may be specifically arc-shaped, where the outer side wall 111, the first partition 12, and the second partition 13 each protrude toward the outer side (left side in fig. 5) of the oral cavity rail 100, and the inner side wall 112 protrudes toward the inner side (right side in fig. 5) of the oral cavity rail 100.
During occlusion, the outer side wall 111, the first partition 12, and the second partition 13 are deformed to protrude outward from the oral appliance, and the inner side wall 112 is deformed to protrude inward from the oral appliance. Therefore, the overall deformation of the oral appliance during occlusion tends to the outer side, the design of human body is met, the extrusion of the cavity inside the oral cavity can be reduced, the comfort during occlusion can be improved, and the discomfort is further reduced.
Secondly, the arc-shaped design is convenient for realizing smooth connection on one hand, thereby having the function of eliminating concentrated stress, and on the other hand, having the function of enhancing structural strength and elastic performance, thereby fully meeting the use requirement.
In addition, the arc-shaped design can form a structure similar to a guide groove on the concave surfaces of the inner side wall 112, the outer side wall 111, the first partition part 12 and the second partition part 13, so that the moving guidance of the oral appliance can be improved, and the constraint effect is enhanced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the cross-sectional (vertical cross-section) profile of the outer sidewall 111 is located on the first ellipse 4, the cross-sectional (vertical cross-section) profile of the first partition 12 is located on the second ellipse 5, the cross-sectional (vertical cross-section) profile of the second partition 13 and the cross-sectional (vertical cross-section) profile of the inner sidewall 112 are located on the third ellipse 6, and the centers of the first ellipse 4, the second ellipse 5, and the third ellipse 6 are all located on the same plane, for example, the centers of the first ellipse 4, the second ellipse 5, and the third ellipse 6 may be located in the same horizontal plane.
This makes the overall structure of the engaging portion 1 vertically symmetrical, and ensures that the outer side wall 111, the first partition portion 12, the second partition portion 13, and the inner side wall 112 have substantially the same deformation amount on the upper and lower sides when the engaging portion is fixed, thereby ensuring vertical consistency.
In some embodiments, the direction of extension of the major axis of the second ellipse 5 coincides with the direction of spacing of the first and second partitions 12, 13, and the direction of extension of the major axis of the first ellipse 4 and the direction of extension of the major axis of the third ellipse 6 are both orthogonal to the direction of extension of the major axis of the second ellipse 5.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the major axis of the second ellipse 5 may extend substantially in the left-right direction, and both the major axis of the first ellipse 4 and the major axis of the third ellipse 6 may extend in the up-down direction. The matching design is convenient for limiting the first groove 14 and the second groove 18 on one hand, and on the other hand, the short axis of the first ellipse 4 and the short axis of the second ellipse 5 can be positioned horizontally, so that the overall transverse dimension of the oral cavity guide rail can be reduced, the matching in the oral cavity is convenient, and the effect of further improving the occlusal comfort is also achieved.
In addition, since the minor axis of the second ellipse 5 extends in the up-down direction, the second ellipse 5 has a strong structural strength in the up-down direction, thereby fully satisfying the use requirement of bearing the biting action of the teeth 200. Meanwhile, the distance between the upper teeth 200 and the lower teeth 200 during occlusion can be reduced, and the effect of improving the occlusion comfort can be further achieved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the major axis of the first ellipse 4 may be 26mm and the minor axis may be 10mm. The pitch of the first and second partitions 12 and 13 in the left-right direction may be 15mm. The major axis of the third ellipse 6 may be 20mm and the minor axis 13mm.
In some embodiments, the oral track 100 comprises a guide portion 2, the guide portion 2 being connected to the bite portion 1, at least part of the guide portion 2 being adapted to extend outside the oral cavity of the person, and the guide portion 2 being provided with a guide hole 211, the guide hole 211 being adapted to guide an oral appliance into the inner cavity 17, the intermediate cavity 16 or the outer cavity 15.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the guide portion 2 may be integrally formed with the bite portion 1, the guide portion 2 may have a generally tubular structure, and the inner space of the guide portion 2 may form the guide hole 211. As shown in fig. 2, the guide hole 211 may be opposite to the inlet of the inner chamber 17, the inlet of the intermediate chamber 16, and the inlet of the outer chamber 15, and the width dimension L1 of the guide hole 211 in the inner-outer direction may be matched with the overall width dimension L2 of the inner chamber 17, the intermediate chamber 16, and the outer chamber 15 in the inner-outer direction, for example, the width dimension L1 may be substantially identical with the width dimension L2.
When in use, as shown in fig. 4, the engaging part 1 can be engaged and fixed in the oral cavity, the guiding part 2 can extend out from the mouth and can be positioned outside the human body, the oral cavity appliance can be inserted from the guiding hole 211, and then the oral cavity appliance can be respectively inserted into the outer cavity 15, the middle cavity 16 and the inner cavity 17, thereby facilitating the assembly of the oral cavity appliance, and simultaneously, the oral cavity appliance has a protective effect, namely, the situation that the oral cavity appliance is easy to touch the mouth and is easy to cause damage in use is avoided.
In some embodiments, the guide part 2 includes a tube body 21, a first connection plate 22 and a second connection plate 23, the first connection plate 22 and the second connection plate 23 are oppositely arranged in a direction orthogonal to a spacing direction of the first groove 14 and the second groove 18, and the first connection plate 22 and the second connection plate 23 are smoothly connected between the tube body 21 and the bite part 1, and the guide hole 211 is provided in the tube body 21.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, each of the first connection plate 22 and the second connection plate 23 may be arc-shaped long plates, the pipe body 21 may be substantially square-tube-shaped, one end of the first connection plate 22 may be connected to the outside (left side) of the pipe body 21, the other end of the first connection plate 22 may be smoothly connected to the outer side wall 111 of the housing 11, one end of the second connection plate 23 may be connected to the inside (right side) of the pipe body 21, and the other end of the second connection plate 23 may be smoothly connected to the inner side wall 112 of the housing 11.
The arrangement of the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 23 can enhance the overall length of the guide part 2 on one hand, so that the extension amount of the guide part 2 extending to the outer side of the oral cavity can be increased, and on the other hand, the first connecting plate 22 and the second connecting plate 23 have good elastic deformation capability, so that the orientation and the azimuth of the tube body 21 can be adaptively adjusted in use, and the use comfort is further improved.
In some embodiments, the oral track 100 includes a stop 3, the stop 3 being blocked at the outlet end of the inner lumen 17, intermediate lumen 16, outer lumen 15 to prevent the oral appliance from extending out of the bite 1 from the inner lumen 17, intermediate lumen 16, outer lumen 15.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the limiting portion 3 may be integrally formed at the tail end of the engaging portion 1, and the limiting portion 3 may be in a plate structure, so that the limiting portion 3 may plug the outlet ends of the inner cavity 17, the middle cavity 16 and the outer cavity 15, thereby avoiding the situation that the oral appliance extends from the outlet end of the corresponding cavity, playing the limiting effect on the oral appliance, also avoiding the situation that the oral appliance extending to the outer side of the engaging portion 1 is easy to damage the human body, and further improving the safety protection.
