Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the fixing member 3 further includes a connecting plate 36 and an extension plate 37 connected to each other, the extension plate 37 being connected to a side of the mounting plate 31 facing away from the limiting plate 32 and extending in a length direction of the mounting plate 31, the connecting plate 36 being cantilevered with respect to the mounting plate 31, and the second clamping structure being disposed on the connecting plate 36. The connecting plate 36 is L-shaped, one edge of the L-shaped plate is connected with the mounting plate 31 and the extending plate 37, and the elastic buckle 35 is arranged on the other edge, so that the extending plate 37 extends along the length direction of the mounting plate 31, the connection strength between the connecting plate 36 and the mounting plate 31 can be improved, and the connection part between the connecting plate 36 and the mounting plate 31 is prevented from being too weak to break. Further, the extension plate 37 reinforces the entire fixing member 3 in the longitudinal direction, preventing the fixing member 3 from being deformed.
Referring to fig. 4, 8 and 10, the maintenance cover 300 is provided with a first through hole 301, the mounting plate 31 of the fixing member 3 is provided with a second through hole 311, the second through hole 311 is located at one side of the elastic hook 34 away from the limiting plate 32, the connecting portion 4 is columnar, the connecting portion is provided with a threaded hole 41, and the fastener 1 sequentially passes through the first through hole 301 and the second through hole 311 and is screwed into the threaded hole 41. The fastener 1 is preferably a screw.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 7, the first socket 2 includes a bottom socket 21 extending in the length direction of the power panel 100, and two side sockets 22 located at both ends of the bottom socket 21 in the length direction, respectively, the side sockets 22 extending in the width direction of the power panel 100. That is, the bottom slot 21 and the two side slots 22 are surrounded to form a U-shaped slot structure for positioning and primarily fixing the power board 100. Specifically, the bottom edge of the power board 100 is inserted into the bottom slot 21, and the side edge of the power board 100 is inserted into the corresponding side slot 22.
Further, referring to fig. 8, the end of the side slot 22 remote from the bottom slot 21 is provided with a guide slot 221, and the cross-sectional area of the guide slot 221 gradually increases in a direction remote from the side slot 22. That is, the guide notch 221 is flared, so that the power board 100 can smoothly enter the side slot 22 when being inserted, and the power board 100 can be guided.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, first bosses 8 and second bosses 9 are provided in the installation chamber 200 at intervals.
The connecting portion 4 is arranged on the first boss 8, and the first clamping plate 5 is arranged on the first boss 8 and is connected with the side wall of the connecting portion 4, so that stability is improved. A reinforcing rib 42 (see fig. 6 and 12) is further disposed between the connecting portion 4 and the first boss 8, so that connection stability of the connecting portion 4 in the mounting chamber 200 is improved, and deformation is avoided. The side slot 22 engaged with the left edge of the power panel 100 is formed by two first side clamping plates arranged at intervals, and the two first side clamping plates are connected to the first boss 8.
The second clamping plate 6 is arranged on the second boss 9, the side slot 22 clamped with the right edge of the power panel 100 is formed by two second side clamping plates arranged at intervals, and the two second side clamping plates are connected with the second boss 9 and the second clamping plate 6, so that the connection of the second side clamping plates and the second clamping plate 6 in the installation cavity 200 is more stable.
Referring to fig. 12, an avoidance space 7 is provided between the power panel 100 and the cavity wall of the installation cavity 200, and the avoidance space 7 is used for avoiding a protruding portion on the power panel 100. The protruding portion on the power panel 100 includes a plurality of electronic components 101 and fillets 102 of the electronic components 101101 disposed on the power panel 100, and interference between the electronic components 101 and fillets 102 and the wall of the mounting chamber 200 can be avoided by disposing the avoiding space 7. The power panel 100 has a space 7 for accommodating the electronic component 101 and the solder tail 102 on the power panel 100.
Referring to fig. 13, a plurality of clamping protrusions 302 are disposed on one side of the maintenance cover 300 facing the installation cavity 200, the plurality of clamping protrusions 302 are all protruding toward the same direction, referring to fig. 14, a plurality of clamping cavities 201 are disposed at the cavity mouth of the installation cavity 200, and the plurality of clamping cavities 201 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of clamping protrusions 302. The maintenance cover 300 can slide along the protruding direction of the clamping protrusion 302 so that the clamping protrusion 302 is clamped with the corresponding clamping cavity 201, and the clamping fixation of the maintenance cover 300 at the cavity opening of the mounting cavity 200 is realized. In fig. 13, the plurality of engaging protrusions 302 are all protruding to the left, referring to fig. 4, after the maintenance cover 300 is fastened at the cavity opening of the mounting cavity 200, the maintenance cover 300 is pushed in the direction of the straight arrow in fig. 4, so that the plurality of engaging protrusions 302 are engaged with the plurality of engaging cavities 201 in a one-to-one correspondence. When the maintenance cover 300 is detached, the maintenance cover 300 is pushed in the opposite direction.
The present embodiment also provides a home appliance including a mounting base on which the mounting chamber 200 is provided, and a fixing structure of the power panel and the maintenance cover as described above. The fixing structure can fixedly mount the power panel 100 in the mounting chamber 200 and can fixedly mount the maintenance cover 300 at the mouth of the mounting chamber 200.
For example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the installation base of the water heater includes a housing 400 and a fixing plate 500, at least one inner container is provided in the housing 400, both ends of the inner container are respectively fixed by the two fixing plates 500, and the fixing plates 500 are fixed on the inner wall of the housing 400, providing stable support for the inner container. The mounting chamber 200 is formed between the fixing plate 500 and the housing 400, and further, the mounting chamber 200 is concavely provided with a receiving groove in which the power board 100 is fixedly mounted.
The water heater with the fixing structure can limit the power panel 100 to generate larger elastic deformation when the water heater drop test is carried out, the power panel 100 and the fixing piece 3 cannot be separated, the power panel 100 is ensured to be stably and firmly installed in the installation cavity 200, the power panel 100 is prevented from generating larger displacement to cause the installation reworking and even the power panel 100 to be directly damaged due to collision, and the drop test is ensured to be normally carried out. In addition, when the water heater is assembled, the maintenance cover 300 and the power panel 100 can be fixed only by one fastener 1, so that the labor cost is reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

the first slot (2) and the fixing piece (3) are respectively clamped with two opposite side edges of the power panel (100);
the installation cavity (200) is internally provided with a connecting part (4), and the fastener (1) penetrates through the maintenance cover (300) and the fixing piece (3) and is detachably connected with the connecting part (4).

The fixing structure of the power panel and the maintenance cover according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member (3) comprises a mounting plate (31), the mounting plate (31) extends along the length direction of the power panel (100), two limiting plates (32) are arranged on the mounting plate (31) at intervals, and a second slot (33) for clamping the power panel (100) is formed between the two limiting plates (32).

The fixing structure of the power panel and the maintenance cover according to claim 2, wherein a first clamping plate (5) and a second clamping plate (6) are provided in the installation chamber (200); the two ends of the mounting plate (31) are respectively provided with a first clamping structure which is clamped with the first clamping plate (5) and a second clamping structure which is clamped with the second clamping plate (6).
