Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
In the technical field of household appliances, such as refrigerators, water dispensers and the like, a water box is often arranged for supplying water. In the related art, a water box provided on a refrigerator is generally detachable. However, the detachable water box is less stable in connection with the refrigerator, resulting in easy loosening of the water box, thereby affecting the user's use experience.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a liquid supply device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the present application provides a liquid supply apparatus 100, where the liquid supply apparatus 100 may include at least one of a water dispenser, an atomizer, and a humidifier, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
The liquid supply device 100 may be applied to a refrigerator, may be applied to other devices, or may be used independently, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The liquid supply apparatus 100 may include a mounting base 12 and a liquid container 11. The mounting base 12 has two storage boxes 121 arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction. The liquid container 11 is clamped between the two storage boxes 121. It will be appreciated that since the storage boxes 121 are also relatively large in volume, in general, in order to increase the volume, the liquid supply apparatus 100 may further have the advantage of stable and reliable installation of the liquid container 11 on the basis of high space utilization by multiplexing two storage boxes 121 with the chucking liquid container 11.
With continued reference to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an exploded view of the liquid supply apparatus shown in fig. 1. In some embodiments, the outer wall of the storage box 121 may be provided with a first stopper 1211, so that the liquid container 11 is stopped by the first stopper 1211.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 3 is an exploded view of the liquid container of the liquid supply apparatus shown in fig. 2. In some embodiments, the mounting base 12 further includes a brace 122 connected between two storage boxes 121. The liquid container 11 includes a base 1111, and the base 1111 is supported by the supporting portion 122, so that the mounting base 12 can also provide a good supporting effect for the liquid container 11.
In some embodiments, two storage boxes 121 are spaced apart along the first direction. The supporting portion 122 is provided with a first limiting portion 1221. The base 1111 has an annular structure, and the liquid container 11 further includes a second limiting portion 1112 located inside the base 1111. The inner wall of the base 1111 and the second limiting portion 1112 are respectively abutted to different sides of the first limiting portion 1221 along the second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
Then, taking the case that the first direction is the left-right direction as an example, the second direction may be the front-rear direction, and further, the front, rear, left, and right limitation of the liquid container 11 may be achieved by the engagement of the second limitation portion 1112 and the storage case 121. Of course, the first direction may be the front-rear direction and the second direction may be the left-right direction, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The number of the first stopper 1221 may be one, or may be plural, such as two, three, four, or five, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, a first clamping groove 1113 is further formed on a side of the liquid container 11 away from the supporting portion 122; alternatively, it is also understood that the top of the liquid container 11 is provided with a first clamping groove 1113. The mounting base 12 further includes a connection portion 123 connected between the two storage boxes 121, and the connection portion 123 is vertically connected to the supporting portion 122. The connecting portion 123 has a locking tongue 1231 at a side facing away from the supporting portion 122, and the locking tongue 1231 is locked to the first locking groove 1113.
Therefore, taking the first direction as the left-right direction as an example, after the liquid container 11 is mounted on the mounting base 12, the two storage boxes 121 clamp the liquid container 11 from the left and right sides, so as to avoid the liquid container 11 from tilting left and right, and the engagement of the latch 1231 and the first slot 1113 can prevent the liquid container 11 from tilting backward, so as to ensure the reliability of the mounting of the liquid container 11.
In some embodiments, the liquid container 11 may include a case 111 and a case cover 112. The box 111 is provided with a first accommodating cavity 1114 and a first water outlet 1115 which are communicated. The first water outlet 1115 is located at an upper side of the first housing 1114 in the gravity direction. The cover 112 covers the case 111 to close the first accommodating cavity 1114.
Thus, after the liquid container 11 is removed, the cap 112 may be opened to add a target liquid such as drinking water or beverage into the first receiving chamber 1114. And, the liquid container 11 can pour out the liquid through the first water outlet 1115, so that the liquid container 11 can be independently used after being removed.
The base 1111 and the second limiting portion 1112 may be disposed on a side of the case 111 opposite to the case cover 112, or disposed on a bottom side of the case 111.
In some embodiments, the cassette 111 is further provided with a first handle 1116 to facilitate gripping the cassette 111.
In some embodiments, the lid 112 may be provided with a second handle 1121 to facilitate gripping the lid 112.
With continued reference to fig. 4 to 6, fig. 4 is a front view of the liquid supply apparatus shown in fig. 1, fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the liquid supply apparatus shown in fig. 4 taken along the direction A-A, and fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view at X in fig. 5. In some embodiments, the cartridge 111 is further provided with a second water outlet 1117. The second water outlet 1117 is communicated with the lower side of the first accommodating cavity 1114 along the gravity direction. The liquid supply device 100 is further provided with a first sealing member 13. The first sealing member 13 is used to open or close the second water outlet 1117. The mounting base 12 is provided with a liquid outlet channel 124, and the liquid outlet channel 124 is connected to the second water outlet 1117.
It will be appreciated that, on the one hand, when the liquid container 11 is detached, the second water outlet 1117 of the liquid container 11 may be sealed by the first sealing member 13, so that the liquid in the first accommodation chamber 1114 is prevented from leaking out after the liquid container 11 is removed. On the other hand, after the liquid container 11 is mounted, the second water outlet 1117 may be opened by the first sealing member 13. Therefore, the liquid supply device 100 of the embodiment of the application is not easy to leak on the detachable basis, so that a user is not required to clean the leak, and the liquid supply device 100 of the embodiment of the application has the advantages of easy maintenance and disassembly.
In some embodiments, the first sealing part 13 may include a piston 131, a support rod 132, and an elastic member 133. The piston 131 is at least partially disposed within the first housing chamber 1114. The supporting rod 132 is arranged through the second water outlet 1117, and the supporting rod 132 is fixedly connected with the piston 131. The elastic member 133 is disposed outside the first accommodating chamber 1114, and the elastic member 133 is configured to push the supporting rod 132 to move outside the first accommodating chamber 1114, so that the piston 131 closes the second water outlet 1117.
Therefore, after the liquid container 11 is removed from the mounting base 12, the supporting rod 132 and the piston 131 can automatically close the second water outlet 1117 of the liquid container 11 under the driving of the elastic member 133, so as to avoid liquid leakage during the process of removing the liquid container 11.
For example, please further combine fig. 6 and fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the first sealing member shown in fig. 6. The liquid container 11 may further comprise a first annular portion 1118, the first annular portion 1118 being arranged around the second water outlet 1117. The first sealing member 13 may further include an annular body 134 and a connection rib 135. The annular body 134 is slidably mounted to an inner wall of the first annular portion 1118. One end of the connecting rib 135 is connected with the annular main body 134, the other end of the connecting rib 135 is connected with the supporting rod 132, and the elastic piece 133 is abutted between the outer wall of the first accommodating cavity 1114 and the connecting rib 135. Thereby realizing the automatic sealing of the first sealing member 13 to the second water outlet 1117.
In some embodiments, the outer surface of the piston 131 may include a first chamfer 1311. The first inclined surface 1311 is located on the side of the piston 131 facing the second water outlet 1117. Wherein, along the direction of the second water outlet 1117 towards the outside of the first accommodating cavity 1114, the first inclined surface 1311 is inclined towards the direction close to the axis of the second water outlet 1117. Further, when the support rod 132 moves toward the outside of the first receiving chamber 1114, the piston 131 may be wedge-fastened at the second water outlet 1117 by the first inclined surface 1311, so that the sealing of the piston 131 is more stable and reliable.
In some embodiments, the outer surface of the piston 131 may include a second chamfer 1312. The second inclined surface 1312 is located on a side of the piston 131 facing away from the second water outlet 1117. Wherein, along the direction of the second water outlet 1117 towards the inside of the first accommodating cavity 1114, the second inclined plane 1312 is inclined towards the direction close to the axis of the second water outlet 1117. Further, the liquid in the liquid container 11 can more reasonably apply the water pressure to the piston 131 by the second inclined surface 1312 so that the piston 131 can more firmly seal the second water outlet 1117.
Specifically, the outer surface of the piston 131 may be provided with only the first inclined surface 1311, only the second inclined surface 1312, or both the first inclined surface 1311 and the second inclined surface 1312.
In some embodiments, the liquid container 11 may further comprise a second sealing member 14, the second sealing member 14 being at least partially disposed within the liquid outlet channel 124. The second sealing member 14 is used for sealing the gap between the outlet channel 124 and the second outlet 1117.
Therefore, after the liquid container 11 is mounted, the second water outlet 1117 may be opened by the first sealing member 13, and the gap between the liquid outlet passage 124 and the second water outlet 1117 may be sealed by the second sealing member 14 to prevent leakage of liquid during the supply of liquid from the liquid container 11. Therefore, the liquid supply device 100 of the embodiment of the application is not easy to leak on the detachable basis, so that a user is not required to clean the leak, and the liquid supply device 100 of the embodiment of the application has the advantages of easy maintenance and disassembly.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 12 may include a second annular portion 125, the second annular portion 125 being disposed around the second water outlet 1117 to enclose at least a portion of the liquid outlet channel 124, the second sealing member 14 being mounted to the second annular portion 125.
For example, the second sealing member 14 is compressively interposed between the inner wall of the second annular portion 125 and the outer wall of the first annular portion 1118, thereby achieving sealing.
In some embodiments, the mounting base 12 is further provided with an abutment 15, the abutment 15 comprising a mounting portion 151 and a push rod 152. The mounting portion 151 is fixedly provided on the inner wall of the liquid outlet channel 124. The push rod 152 is connected to the mounting portion 151, and the push rod 152 is configured to abut against the first sealing member 13 to open the second water outlet 1117.
Therefore, after the liquid container 11 is inserted into the mounting base 12 to be mounted, the second water outlet 1117 of the liquid container 11 can be automatically pushed up by the push rod 152, so that the liquid in the liquid container 11 can be discharged through the second water outlet 1117 and the liquid outlet channel 124. It can be appreciated that the liquid supply apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present application has an advantage of more convenient use because the second water outlet 1117 does not need to be opened manually after the liquid container 11 is inserted into the mounting base 12.
Continuing to incorporate the first sealing member 13 described above including the support rod 132, the push rod 152 may be abutted against the support rod 132 after the liquid container 11 is mounted on the mounting base 12 such that the support rod 132 moves toward the inside of the first receiving chamber 1114, thereby compressing the elastic member 133, and such that the piston 131 opens the second water outlet 1117.
In some embodiments, the liquid supply 100 further includes a valve body assembly 16. The valve body assembly 16 communicates with the liquid outlet passage 124 for outputting the liquid in the first accommodation chamber 1114.
With continued reference to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Embodiments of the present application also provide a refrigerator, which may include any of the liquid supply apparatuses 100 described above.
The refrigerator may include a cabinet 200 and a door 300. The cabinet 200 is provided with a refrigerating compartment.
