Examples
In order to solve the technical problem that the exhaust hole of the water heater is easy to be blocked and the exhaust hole directly connects the inside of the water tank with the outside air, and the technical problem that the heat loss is larger, the embodiment provides an exhaust valve, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, comprising a valve body 11, a blocking part 12 and a valve cap 13, wherein the valve body 11 is provided with a valve cavity 110, the valve cavity 110 is provided with a top opening 111 and a bottom opening 112, and the blocking part 12 is movably arranged in the valve cavity 110 and is used for blocking or opening the bottom opening 112 of the valve cavity. The bonnet 13 is covered on the upper end of the valve body 11, the bonnet 13 is provided with an exhaust port 130, the top opening 111 is communicated with the exhaust port 130, and the top opening is communicated with the external atmosphere through the exhaust port 130.
The exhaust valve of this embodiment is used for setting up in the exhaust hole department of water heater, and bottom opening 112 and the exhaust hole intercommunication of the water tank of water heater, through setting up shutoff portion 12 in the valve pocket 110 activity, under the effect of shutoff portion 12 self gravity, it can be with bottom opening 112 shutoff, and then cuts off valve pocket 110 and the inside wall of water tank for the inside unable and outside atmosphere intercommunication of water tank play the heat retaining effect. When the pressure inside the water tank is increased and the gas pressure is greater than the gravity of the plugging portion, as shown in fig. 4, the plugging portion 12 is lifted up by the gas pressure, a gap capable of communicating the valve cavity 110 with the inside of the water tank is formed between the bottom opening 112 and the plugging portion 12, and then the inside of the water tank is communicated with the external atmosphere through the valve cavity 110, so that the purpose of exhausting and reducing the pressure inside the water tank is achieved. Therefore, the exhaust valve of the embodiment can simultaneously solve the technical problems of exhaust and heat preservation.
Since the solar water heater needs to be assembled in an outdoor non-shielding environment so as to be capable of fully receiving the irradiation of the sun to achieve the purpose of heating water, however, when rain and snow are in the weather, particularly in rainy days, rainwater easily enters the valve cavity 110 through the exhaust port 130, the rainwater is easily accumulated in the valve cavity 110 for a long time, water pressure can be formed at the position of the bottom opening 112 of the valve cavity, a pressure threshold for jacking up the blocking part 12 when the pressure in the water tank is increased, and even the blocking part cannot be jacked up at all, so that the exhaust function of the exhaust valve is lost. In order to solve the technical problem, in some embodiments, the exhaust valve further includes a water blocking ring 14, the water blocking ring 14 is disposed in the valve cavity 110, the water blocking ring 14 is in a horn shape with a small caliber at an upper end and a large caliber at a lower end, the bottom end of the water blocking ring 14 is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the valve body 11, and the water blocking ring 14 and the valve body 11 are clamped to form a water collecting cavity 15. So arranged, the rainwater entering through the exhaust port 130 falls into the water collecting cavity 15 and is collected by the water collecting cavity 15, so that a series of problems caused by the rainwater directly entering the valve cavity 110 can be avoided.
The water collecting chamber 15 has a certain receiving function, a small amount of rainwater can be collected therefrom, and the collected rainwater can be naturally evaporated and discharged to the outside natural world through the air outlet 130.
In order to prevent the water collecting chamber 15 from being filled with water, excessive rainwater still overflows into the valve chamber 110 through the upper end portion of the water blocking ring 14, and in some embodiments, the valve body 11 is provided with a water discharging hole 113 communicated with the water collecting chamber 15. When the water level of the water collecting chamber 15 reaches the height of the drain hole 113, the rainwater can be discharged from the drain hole 113 to the outside of the exhaust valve, and the problem that the collected rainwater overflows from the upper end part of the water retaining ring 14 to the valve chamber 110 is avoided.
In order to avoid that part of the rainwater flowing in from the side of the exhaust port 130 near the upper end of the water stop ring 14 falls into the valve chamber 110, the projection of the exhaust port 130 vertically downward falls into the water collecting chamber 15, i.e., at least the vertically falling rainwater entering from the exhaust port 130 will fall into the water collecting chamber 15, being collected by the water collecting chamber 15.
In order to improve the drainage degree of the water collecting cavity 15, in some embodiments, the drainage hole 113 is formed on the valve body 11 and is close to the lower end of the water collecting cavity 15, so as to reduce the water level line of the water collecting cavity 15, so that the water is drained out of the exhaust valve as timely as possible.
In some embodiments, a gap is formed between the upper end of the water blocking ring 14 and the valve cap 13, so that accumulated water in the water collecting cavity 15 evaporates into the air as soon as possible, and the water tank of the water heater is not influenced to be exhausted through the valve cavity 110 and the exhaust port 130 when the pressure is high.
Because the valve cap 13 is covered above the valve body 11, the top of the valve cap 13 is higher than the upper end edge of the valve body 11, in order to further improve the water storage capacity of the water collecting cavity 15, the rainwater accumulation speed is prevented from being too high in heavy rain, so that the rainwater cannot be discharged from the drain hole 113 in time, in some embodiments, the upper end of the water blocking ring 14 is not lower than the upper end of the valve body 11, and further, a part of the space between the valve cap 13 and the water blocking ring 14 is also included as a part of the water collecting cavity 15, so that the water storage capacity of the water collecting cavity 15 can be further improved.
In some embodiments, the bonnet 13 includes a tapered crown 131 and a downward turned bill 132, the bill 132 being positioned over the upper exterior of the valve body 11.
In some embodiments, the exhaust port 130 is formed in the cap top 131, and the air flow can be in a general downward and upward direction so as to ensure that the air flow discharged from the water tank is smooth.
In some embodiments, the valve body 11 includes a straight cylinder section 114, a necking section 115 connected to the lower end of the straight cylinder section 114, and a joint section 116 connected to the lower end of the necking section, the water retaining ring 14 is located in the straight cylinder section 114 and fixed to the inner surface of the straight cylinder section 114, at least part of the plugging portion 12 is located in the necking section 115, and the plugging portion 12 is a sphere with a diameter not smaller than that of the bottom opening 112, so that the sealing effect is better. When the gas pressure in the water tank is not greater than the gravity of the plugging part 12, the plugging part 12 plugs the bottom opening 112 at the bottom end of the necking section 115, and the joint section 116 is used for being fixedly connected with the exhaust hole of the water tank of the water heater.
In order to improve the reliability of the exhaust valve, to prevent the problem of losing the exhaust function of the exhaust valve when the exhaust port 130 is blocked, in some embodiments, the exhaust port 130 has a plurality of exhaust ports, and other exhaust ports still have the exhaust function when part of the exhaust ports 130 are blocked, so that the exhaust valve is more reliable. And when all the exhaust ports 130 can normally exhaust, the exhaust efficiency at this time is higher.
Similarly, in order to improve the drainage reliability of the exhaust valve, the problem that the drainage function of the exhaust valve is lost when the drainage hole 113 is blocked is prevented, in some embodiments, the drainage holes 113 are multiple, and other drainage holes 113 can still drain when part of the drainage holes 113 are blocked, so that the drainage function of the exhaust valve is more reliable. And when all the drain holes 113 can normally exhaust, the drain efficiency at this time is higher.
In order to improve the water-repellent performance of the bonnet 13, prevent rainwater from accumulating on the bonnet to block the exhaust port 130, the crown 131 is tapered, and the rainwater falling on the bonnet 13 can be guided down in time.
By opening the exhaust port 130 to the cap top 131 having a tapered shape, the cap top 131 can also prevent foreign matters from falling down, and the foreign matters can slide down under the action of gravity and cannot adhere to the surface of the cap top 131, so that the exhaust port 130 can be prevented from being blocked by the foreign matters.
Examples
The embodiment provides a solar water heater, as shown in fig. 5, which comprises a water tank 2, wherein the top of the water tank 2 is provided with an exhaust hole (not shown in the angle reason diagram), and an exhaust valve is arranged at the exhaust hole. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the exhaust valve includes a valve body 11, a blocking portion 12, and a valve cap 13, wherein the valve body 11 has a valve cavity 110, the valve cavity 110 has a top opening 111 and a bottom opening 112, and the blocking portion 12 is movably disposed in the valve cavity 110 for blocking or opening the bottom opening 112 of the valve cavity. The bonnet 13 is covered on the upper end of the valve body 11, the bonnet 13 is provided with an exhaust port 130, the top opening 111 is communicated with the exhaust port 130, and the top opening is communicated with the external atmosphere through the exhaust port 130.
The exhaust valve used in the solar water heater of this embodiment is used for setting up in the exhaust hole department of water tank, and bottom opening 112 and the exhaust hole intercommunication of the water tank of water heater, through setting up shutoff portion 12 in the valve pocket 110 activity, under the effect of shutoff portion 12 self gravity, it can be with bottom opening 112 shutoff, and then cuts off valve pocket 110 and the inside of water tank for the inside unable external atmosphere intercommunication of water tank plays the heat retaining effect. When the pressure in the water tank is increased and the gas pressure is greater than the gravity of the plugging part, the plugging part 12 is jacked up by the gas pressure, a gap which can be used for communicating the valve cavity 110 with the interior of the water tank is formed between the bottom opening 112 and the plugging part 12, and then the interior of the water tank is communicated with the external atmosphere through the valve cavity 110, so that the purpose of exhausting and reducing the pressure in the water tank is achieved. Therefore, the exhaust valve can solve the technical problems of exhaust and heat preservation at the same time.
In order to solve the technical problem, in some embodiments, the exhaust valve 1 further includes a water blocking ring 14, the water blocking ring 14 is disposed in the valve cavity 110, the water blocking ring 14 is in a horn shape with a small caliber at an upper end and a large caliber at a lower end, the bottom end of the water blocking ring 14 is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the valve body 11, and the water blocking ring 14 and the valve body 11 are clamped to form a water collecting cavity 15.
