本实用新型是一种利用空气作抛射剂的罐体可 重复使用的气雾杀虫罐。它在罐体的上部连接喷雾 头，内部安装柔性的内胆，内胆的上端与喷雾头连接， 在内胆与罐体之间有空腔，在罐底有可以与该空腔连 通的充气阀。

Description

本实用新型涉及杀灭害虫的器械，具体地说一种利用空气作抛射剂的罐体可重复使用的气雾杀虫罐。
现有的气雾杀虫罐大多用氟里昂或丁烷醇作罐中抛射剂。其中前者因氟里昂价格昂贵，且有破坏大气层之虞，已逐步淘汰，而后者则属易燃易爆物品，并有臭味，若进行脱臭处理，则需一套脱臭装置，还需储气钢瓶、危险品仓库等设施，资金投入较大。其次，所用的罐体多为簿铁皮制作，灌入药液后，由于药液对罐壁有一定腐蚀性，有的产品会出现漏液、爆炸等现象，安全性较差，第3，所用罐体在里面的药液用完后，即丢弃，浪费较大。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种新型的气雾罐，以解决原有产品中价格昂贵、安全性差及浪费等问题。
本实用新型的主要技术方案是在罐体（2）的上部安装外购的喷雾头（1），内部有柔性的内胆（3），内胆（3）的端部与喷雾头（1）连接，在罐体（2）的底部有充气阀门（5），阀门（5）的排气口与罐体（2）和内胆（3）之间的空腔连通，充气阀门（5）的进气端位于罐体（2）之外。
这种结构的特点是1、罐中抛射剂用压缩空气代替，压缩空气可由气泵或气筒于充气阀处充入，费用极低，2、利用柔性的内胆装药液，在罐中气、液分存，避免药液接触罐壁，揿下喷雾阀喷雾时，气压对内胆持续加压，药液始终在较强的压力下喷雾至药液喷完，气压压力变化不大，3、由于罐壁与药液不接触，罐壁不受腐蚀，因此，当药液用完时，可用液体罐装机再次加液，再次成为产品。

如图所示：在罐体（2）的上端安装外购的喷雾头（1），罐体的内部安装柔性的内胆（3），内胆（3）的上端与喷雾头的进口连通，在内胆（3）与罐体（2）之间有呈封闭状的空腔，罐体（2）的底部安装外购的充气阀（5），充气阀的出口与上述空腔连通，进口位于罐体外面。
使用时，将压缩空气注入空腔内，揿动喷雾头，在压缩空气的作用下内胆内的药液便会经喷雾头成雾状喷出。若在使用过程中发现喷雾压力不够，则可重新充气，直至将药液全部用尽为止。

1、一种充气复用气雾罐，包括连接在罐体(2)上的喷雾头(1)，其特征是在罐体(2)内有柔性内胆(3)，内胆(3)的端部与喷雾头(1)连接，在罐体(2)的底部有充气阀门(5)，阀门(5)的排气口与罐体(2)与内胆(3)之间的空腔连通，充气阀门(5)的进气端位于罐体(2)外。
