Therefore, the utility model provides a vehicle, which aims to solve the problem that the length of a rear bucket of a vehicle such as a pick-up type does not meet the size of goods in the process of transporting the goods.
In an embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the vehicle 100 includes a rear bucket 200, a tail gate 300 matched with the rear bucket 200, and a protection member 400, wherein the protection member 400 is disposed on the tail gate 300 in a reversible manner, and has a first position and a second position, and in the first position, the tail gate 300 is in an open state, and the protection member 400 blocks the cargo 700 from being separated in a direction of the rear bucket 200 toward the opening 210 of the tail gate 300; in the second position, the guard 400 is attached to the tailgate 300.
The guard 400 can be arranged on the vehicle 100 with the rear bucket 200, such as a pickup truck, a light truck and the like, with the increase of the multi-element configuration function of the rear bucket 200 of the pickup truck in China, the cancellation of the urban limitation and the like, the pickup truck is upgraded from the attribute of the truck to the riding, the attractive degree, the light weight and the multifunctional application scene are more and more emphasized, the pickup truck container realizes the multi-element scene application of the container for the outdoor lovers, and with the increasing perfection of the power taking function, the pickup truck and the like with the object carrying function of the vehicle 100 become the selection of people who like the pickup truck and like to like the travel, in the actual process, the customers always need to load the vehicle with the object carrying function exceeding the length of the original rear bucket 200, so the guard 400 can be overturned relative to the rear door plate 300 by the arrangement of the guard 400 on the rear door plate 300, after the rear door plate 300 is opened, the original customer loading length of the pickup truck can be expanded to exceed the original container length after the rear door plate 300 is positioned at the first position, the container space can be conveniently expanded, all use scenes of the users can be covered, and the customer satisfaction degree and the overall texture of the pickup truck can be promoted.
Referring to fig. 4, it can be understood that when the protection member 400 is not required to be used, the protection member 400 is turned over to be attached to the tail gate plate 300, after the tail gate plate 300 is closed, the protection member 400 is not exposed, and the protection member 400 does not encroach on the cargo space, and the protection member 400 is arranged on the tail gate plate 300 of the vehicle 100 when leaving the factory, so that the user does not need to install the protection member by himself or herself, and the appearance of the whole vehicle is not affected, thereby improving the customer satisfaction and the overall texture of the pick-up truck.
In one embodiment, the guards 400 are provided in multiple segments in sequence, in which case a user may flip different numbers of guards 400 depending on the size of the cargo.
In another embodiment, the guard 400 is a single segment that is parallel to the direction of the opening 210, and better blocks the cargo 700 from escaping along the direction of the opening 210.
Specifically, one end of the guard 400 is rotatably connected to the free end of the tailgate 300, and the turning direction of the guard 400 is the same as the turning direction of the tailgate 300. Therefore, the expanding space can be increased to the greatest extent, and the carrying capacity is improved.
In order to avoid the overturning transition of the guard 400, the vehicle 100 further includes a limiting structure, where the limiting structure is disposed at a connection between the guard 400 and the tailgate 300, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the overturning of the guard 400 relative to the tailgate 300.
In an embodiment, the limiting structure is a pull rod, the pull rod is arranged on one side of the guard 400 close to the rear bucket 200, the pull rod is foldable, one end of the pull rod is connected with the guard 400, the other end of the pull rod is connected with the tail gate 300, and when the guard 400 is opened, the pull rod limits the guard 400; on one hand, the rotation of the protection piece 400 is limited, the interference between the hinge joint of the protection piece 400 and the tail gate 300 is avoided, and the service life is prolonged; on the other hand, in a scene where the vehicle 100 starts or climbs a slope, the protector 400 is pulled, and the bearing capacity of the protector 400 is improved.

In order to ensure the service life of the guard 400 and avoid interference with the tail gate 300, the angle between the guard 400 and the tail gate 300 is A, which is less than or equal to 100 degrees. The angle between the guard 400 and the tailgate 300 should not be too large, e.g., greater than 100 °, and the ability of the guard 400 to block the cargo 700 from escaping in the direction of the opening 210 of the tailgate 300 may be reduced or may even be disabled. The included angle a between the guard 400 and the tail gate 300 is less than or equal to 100 °, so that the space at the joint of the guard 400 and the tail gate 300 is enough to meet most hinge structures, the interference problem is reduced, and the service life of the guard 400 can be prolonged.
When the guard 400 is used to expand the space of the rear bucket 200, if the expanded space is larger, the guard 400 is closer to the edge of the rear door panel 300 because the guard 400 needs to be fitted to the rear door panel 300 when not in use, so that the guard 400 has a substantially planar structure, the distance between the end and the opening 210 of the rear bucket 200 increases as the expanded space increases, and although the effect is not great when carrying the large cargo 700, some small cargo 700 may fall from the gap between the guard 400 and the rear bucket 200.
For this purpose, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the vehicle 100 further includes an auxiliary side plate 500, and the auxiliary side plate 500 is engaged with the opening 210 of the rear bucket 200 in cooperation with the guard 400 and the tailgate 300.
In one embodiment, the auxiliary side panel 500 is slidably disposed on the tank side of the rear bucket 200, and in use, the auxiliary side panel 500 is pulled out of the tank side to engage the guard 400 to enclose a gap therebetween.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, the auxiliary side plates 500 include two auxiliary side plates 500 rotatably coupled to opposite sides of the guard 400, respectively, so as to be attachable to the guard 400 or overlap with the tank side of the rear bucket 200.
In the above embodiment, the turning direction of the auxiliary side plate 500 may be from the outside to the inside, and finally overlap the outside of the rear bucket 200; alternatively, the auxiliary side plate 500 is provided at a side of the guard 400 facing the rear bucket 200, so that the auxiliary side plate 500 can be shielded by the guard 400 when not in use; and the rotation of the auxiliary side plate 500 can be restricted by the overlap of the auxiliary side plate 500 and the inner side of the rear bucket 200, thereby improving the bearing capacity of the auxiliary side plate 500.
Further, in order to enhance the capability of the guard 400 to block the cargo 700 from being detached, the structural strength of the guard 400 in the first position is enhanced, and a locking structure (not shown) is provided between the auxiliary side plate 500 and the rear bucket 200, and the locking structure is used to fix or release the auxiliary side plate 500. In the locked state, the auxiliary side plate 500 corresponds to an "arm", the guard 400 corresponds to a "trunk", and the two "arms" grasp the box side of the rear bucket 200, so that the guard 400 can be kept stable in structure and is not easy to deform if the cargo 700 hits the guard 400.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, further, the auxiliary side plate 500 is a grill frame 600 for the convenience of weight reduction. The grill frame 600 herein refers to a frame structure in which the auxiliary side plates 500 are formed by connecting a plurality of plates or pipes in a horizontal and vertical direction, so that the weight can be reduced while the structural strength is ensured.
For easy storage, the grill frame 600 includes a first sub-frame 610 and a second sub-frame 620, the second sub-frame 620 is telescopically disposed with respect to the first sub-frame 610, and the second sub-frame 620 may overlap with the box side of the rear bucket 200.
In use, the first sub-frame 610 is turned over from the guard 400, and then the second sub-frame 620 is pulled out, and the second sub-frame 620 is fixed to the rear bucket 200 by a locking structure, which may be a hook structure, a latch structure, or the like.
In order to improve the overall appearance, the guard 400 is a plate, and a composite material is used, and the guard 400 and the tail gate 300 are both made of a composite material. Therefore, the guard 400 is located at the second position, that is, when the guard 400 is attached to the tail gate 300, the guard 400 and the tail gate 300 are made of the same material, and are not abrupt in appearance, so that customer satisfaction and overall texture of the pick-up truck are improved. And the weight of the whole composite material is low, so that the weight is convenient to lighten.
Referring to fig. 4, further, in order to improve the integrity of the appearance and also to avoid the penetration of the shielding member 400 into the space of the cargo box, the tailgate 300 is adapted with a plurality of placement grooves (not shown) accommodating the shielding member 400 and the auxiliary side plate 500, or the tailgate is provided with a mounting groove accommodating the auxiliary side plate 500, and the tailgate 300 is provided with a placement groove accommodating the shielding member 400; in this way, in the second position, the exposed surface of the tailgate 300 may be approximately flush with the surface of the tailgate 300, and the overall pick-up truck may have a good texture when not in use.
In summary, when the user loads the goods beyond the length of the cargo box in different application scenes, the rear part of the goods 700 is not blocked by the fence in the transportation process, the problem that the goods 700 fall off easily to cause hidden danger of road traffic is solved by arranging the protection piece 400 on the tail gate 300, the protection piece 400 can be hidden and does not appear abrupt when not used, so that the customer satisfaction and the overall texture of the pick-up truck are improved, when the goods 700 beyond the length of the rear bucket 200 are transported in the rear bucket 200, the user can open the tail gate 300 and open the protection piece 400 hidden in the tail gate 300, and the carrying capacity of the rear bucket 200 is effectively increased.
