Detailed Description
The conception, specific structure, and technical effects produced by the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments and the drawings to fully understand the objects, features, and effects of the present application. It is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments, and that other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present application are within the scope of the present application. In addition, all the coupling/connection relationships referred to in the patent are not direct connection of the single-finger members, but rather, it means that a better coupling structure can be formed by adding or subtracting coupling aids depending on the specific implementation. The technical features in the application can be interactively combined on the premise of no contradiction and conflict.
The infant all-cotton cool feeling mat shown in the figures 1-8 comprises a contact cool feeling layer 1, a dynamic temperature adjusting layer 2 and a ventilation stable layer 3 which are quilted together in sequence; the contact cool feeling layer 1 is a fabric finished by a contact cool feeling auxiliary agent. Therefore, the infant all-cotton cool mat is not connected between layers in a pasting mode, but quilting mode, improves the hand feeling, is safer and more environment-friendly, does not adopt waterproof films such as TPU and the like, is airtight, and is difficult to dry after washing.
In one embodiment, the contact cool feeling layer 1 is made of 60s tribute satin fabric, warp yarn: JC60s, weft: JC60s, gram weight 130g, width 210mm, and antibacterial cool feeling finishing. The specific antibacterial cool feeling finishing is finished by adopting the prior art. For example, the antibacterial agent adopts an organic polymer antibacterial auxiliary agent, has excellent antibacterial property and high washing fastness, and has no influence on the hand feeling of the fabric. The cool feeling auxiliary agent is prepared by adopting a PCM phase change microcapsule material with a high enthalpy value, and the enthalpy value is as follows: 6-10J/g, and has instant contact cool feeling. For example, the antibacterial cooling treatment can be performed with reference to the following steps:
(1) Selecting an antibacterial agent: the antibacterial agent is a key component of antibacterial finishing, and chemical substances with antibacterial performance need to be selected. Common antimicrobial agents include organic acids, inorganic salts, metal compounds, biological enzymes, and the like. The proper antibacterial agent is selected according to the requirement, and the dosage and the using method are determined.
(2) Preparing a fabric: selecting a fabric which needs to be subjected to antibacterial cool finishing, and performing pretreatment such as cleaning, dehydration and the like to remove grease, dirt and impurities.
(3) Preparing an antibacterial finishing liquid: and mixing the antibacterial agent with other assistants and solvents to prepare the antibacterial finishing liquid. Other functional aids, such as softeners, antistatic agents, and the like, may be added as desired.
(4) Coating the antibacterial finishing liquid on the fabric: the prepared antibacterial finishing liquid is uniformly coated on the selected fabric, and the methods of dipping, spraying, brushing and the like can be adopted.
(5) And (3) heat treatment: after the application of the antimicrobial finish, a heat treatment is required to promote penetration and fixation of the antimicrobial agent on the fabric. The temperature and time of the heat treatment depend on the material and thickness of the fabric and generally need to be maintained at a high temperature for a certain period of time.
(6) And (3) water washing treatment: after the heat treatment, the fabric needs to be washed with water to remove the unfixed or residual antimicrobial agent and other auxiliary agents. The water washing treatment can be carried out for a plurality of times until the fabric is washed.
(7) And (3) drying: after the water washing treatment, the fabric is dried, and methods such as natural airing or mechanical drying can be adopted.
As shown in fig. 2-4, in one embodiment, the dynamic temperature adjustment layer 2 includes a surface layer 21, a middle layer 22, and a bottom layer 23 that are quilted together in sequence. Quilted shapes include cross, heart, star.
Specifically, the surface layer 21 and the bottom layer 23 are made of double-layer gauze; or the surface layer 21 and the bottom layer 23 are made of knitted mesh structure fabric. The intermediate layer 22 is made of pure cotton flakes finished by phase-change cool microcapsules.
For example: the middle layer 22 is made of spun cotton with the weight of gram: 150g. The PCM phase-change microcapsule is also covered in the water-jet cotton in the middle layer 22, and the phase-change material is subjected to solid-state and liquid-state conversion according to the external temperature, so that the effects of absorbing heat and releasing heat are achieved, the cooling performance and the temperature regulation function are realized, and the temperature can be maintained at the most suitable 28-32 ℃. For example, PCM phase change microcapsule material is a microcapsule with a phase change function, and is generally composed of PCM material (Phase Change Material ) and a capsule shell. The material can absorb or release heat in a certain temperature range, thereby adjusting the temperature of the surrounding environment, and has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, reusability and the like. Common PCM phase change microcapsule materials comprise paraffin, polyethylene glycol, lipid and the like, and the materials can perform phase change in different temperature ranges, so that different application requirements are met.
In one embodiment, the breathable stable layer 3 is a fabric formed by interweaving low-count strand yarns and coarse-count strand yarns; the low-count strand yarns are interwoven in a plain weave mode, so that the gaps are large, and the air permeability is strong; the coarse strand yarns are interwoven in a plain weave mode, so that the friction coefficient of the fabric is large, and the fabric is not easy to slip.
Therefore, in the infant all-cotton cool feeling mat shown in fig. 5-7, quilting is adopted among the first layer (contact cool feeling layer), the second layer (dynamic temperature adjusting layer) and the third layer (breathable stable layer), and quilting is adopted among the links among the surface layer, the bottom layer and the middle layer of the second layer. Many summer sleeping mats in the market are stuck together by using TPU films and glue to prevent urine from penetrating through the bottom layer, but the whole summer sleeping mat is airtight by using TPU or other sticking modes, is difficult to dry after washing, and is easy to grow bacteria.
Specifically, the dynamic temperature adjusting layer is positioned on the second layer: the quilting mode of the double-layer gauze or the knitted mesh structure fabric and the spun-laced cotton adopts the quilting modes (cross, heart-shaped and star-shaped), so that the middle spun-laced cotton and the surface and bottom two-layer fabric are quilted together, and the quilting mode is free from layering and cotton running.
The quilting modes of the three layers can be quilted (cross, heart and star), so that the layers are tightly linked together, are not easy to delaminate, and are soft in overall hand feeling and not hardened.
Specifically, quilting as described herein may be accomplished using existing processes and equipment; quilting is to sew the textile with the interlayer by long needles, so that the cotton wool and the like in the quilting are fixed; taking a bedding as an example, the bedding generally consists of two parts of a padding material and a textile fabric on the appearance, wherein the padding material is divided into a wadding and loose fibers. The structure and shape of the loose fiber bedding core are not fixed, the loose fiber bedding core is easy to flow and shrink, and the thickness is uneven. In order to fix the outer textile fabric of the bedding and the inner core in a pasting manner, so that the thickness of the bedding is uniform, the outer textile fabric and the inner core are sewn (including stitch-bonding) in a side-by-side straight line or in a decorative pattern, the process for improving the aesthetic feeling and the practicability is called as a fiber seam, and the quilts or mattresses after being sewn are called as fiber seam quilts and fiber seam mats.
As shown in figure 8, the infant all-cotton cool feeling mat has a contact cool feeling coefficient of more than or equal to 0.15 before or after washing, and the maintaining temperature of the cool feeling mat is 28-32 ℃.
While the preferred embodiment of the present utility model has been described in detail, the present utility model is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model, and these equivalent modifications and substitutions are intended to be included in the scope of the present utility model as defined in the appended claims.
