In the present embodiment, the cleaning port 210 is located at one of the side end surfaces of the housing 200. The cleaning assembly 300 is rotatably mounted on two opposite side end surfaces of the cleaning opening 210, so that the relative rotation of the shaft 310 and the housing 200 can be realized, and the flexible scraping and sweeping member 320 can convey the chips outside the cleaning opening 210 into the collecting cavity 220, thereby completing the cleaning of the stains on the table surface.
In this embodiment, the cleaning opening 210 is located on the front end surface of the housing 200, the cleaning opening 210 is square, the shaft portion 310 extends in the left-right direction, the shaft portion 310 is rotatably mounted on the left end surface and the right end surface of the housing 200, the flexible scraping members 320 extend in the left-right direction, and the plurality of flexible scraping members 320 are circumferentially arranged along the shaft portion 310 extending in the left-right direction, and the collecting cavity 220 is cylindrical with an axis extending in the left-right direction, as shown in fig. 2 to 6.
In some embodiments, the flexible wiper 320 may be provided in one piece to facilitate installation and fabrication.
In this embodiment, the plurality of flexible scraping members 320 are provided, and when the driving member 400 drives the shaft portion 310 to rotate for one turn, the dirt on the table surface is driven into the collecting cavity 220 by the plurality of flexible scraping members 320 in sequence, so as to improve the cleaning efficiency.
In some embodiments, the flexible wiper 320 is a deformable plastic or silicone plate, saving production and installation steps; the end of the flexible wiper 320 remote from the shaft portion 310 may be gradually reduced to improve the deformability of the flexible wiper 320, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the flexible wiper 320.
In this embodiment, the flexible scraping member 320 is a bristle part, and a plurality of bristle parts are uniformly provided along the circumferential direction of the shaft part 310, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4.
It can be appreciated that when the desktop cleaner 100 is used, the driving member 400 is started, and the driving member 400 drives the shaft portion 310 to rotate relative to the housing 200, and the plurality of bristle portions are circumferentially arranged along the shaft portion 310, so that the plurality of bristle portions rotate around the shaft portion 310 and sequentially abut against the desktop, and the desktop dirt outside the cleaning opening 210 is scanned into the collecting cavity 220 by the action force of the bristle portions resisting deformation, so that the collection of the desktop dirt is realized, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the shaft 310 and the bristle part are fitted and connected. Specifically, the shaft 310 is provided with a plurality of fitting grooves 313 recessed along an outer side wall thereof, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the plurality of fitting grooves 313 are uniformly provided along an outer side wall of the shaft 310 in a circumferential direction, the fitting grooves 313 extend in an axial direction of the shaft 310 and communicate with both right and left end surfaces of the shaft 310, one end shape of the bristle part is matched with the shape of the fitting grooves 313, so that one end of the bristle part can be fitted into the fitting grooves 313 from a left end or a right end of the shaft 310 to fix the shaft 310 and the bristle part relatively, and the bristle part can be separated from the fitting grooves 313 to facilitate replacement of an old bristle part.
It is understood that the fitting groove 313 may be a T-shaped groove.
In this embodiment, the shaft portion 310 is a spline housing 311 and a spline shaft 312 which are sleeved and connected, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, one ends of the spline housing 311 and the spline shaft 312 which are far away from each other are respectively connected with the left end face and the right end face of the housing 200 in a rotating manner, and the fitting groove 313 is provided on the spline housing 311, so that the cleaning assembly 300 and the housing 200 which are connected in a rotating manner are convenient to disassemble.
In this embodiment, the bristle part is a bristle plate, and the bristle plate includes a fixing strip 321 and a plurality of brush strips 322 that are fixedly connected, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the fixing strip 321 extends along the axial direction of the shaft 310, that is, the fixing strip 321 extends along the left-right direction, the fixing strip 321 may be embedded in the embedded groove 313, the brush strips 322 extend along the radial direction of the shaft 310, and the plurality of brush strips 322 may be fixed on the fixing strip 321 along the left-right direction by means of connection such as adhesion and clamping.
It will be appreciated that the brush bar 322 is easily bent after a period of use because the brush bar 322 is rotated against the table top and moves the table top dirt into the collection chamber 220 to clean the table top. At this time, since the bristle plate is fitted and connected to the shaft portion 310, the shaft portion 310 and the housing 200 are easily detached, and thus the bristle plate bent inside the housing 200 is easily replaced. The brush bar 322 may be made of soft plastic or wool.
It will be appreciated that since dirt such as debris and dust enters the collection chamber 220 through the cleaning opening 210, the distance between the lower end of the cleaning opening 210 and the shaft portion 310 is smaller than the length of the bristle portion in the radial direction of the shaft portion 310, so that the rotating brush bar 322 is ensured to abut against the table top and drive the table top dirt to move into the collection chamber 220, thereby completing table top cleaning.
With the above arrangement, the length of the brush bar 322 in the radial direction of the shaft portion 310 is longer than the distance between the inner bottom surface of the housing 200 and the shaft portion 310, and when the dirt is swept into the collecting chamber 220, the brush bar 322 still rotates to abut against the inner bottom surface of the housing 200, driving the dirt to the end of the collecting chamber 220 away from the cleaning opening 210, and preventing the dirt from escaping from the collecting chamber 220 from the distance between the inner bottom surface of the housing 200 and the shaft portion 310.
Further, the length of the brush bar 322 in the radial direction of the shaft portion 310 is further greater than the distance between the inner top surface of the housing 200 and the shaft portion 310, so that when the brush bar 322 rotates above the shaft portion 310, the brush bar 322 abuts against the inner top surface of the housing 200, and dirt, such as dust, which is easy to fly, is prevented from escaping from the collecting chamber 220 from the distance between the inner top surface of the housing 200 and the shaft portion 310.
It will be appreciated that since the bristle parts are uniformly disposed and provided in plurality, when the brush bar 322 below the shaft part 310 is rotated to abut against the inner bottom surface of the housing 200, the brush bar 322 above the shaft part 310 can be rotated to abut against the inner top surface of the housing 200, preventing dirt from escaping from the collecting chamber 220 through the cleaning opening 210.
In some embodiments, the driving member 400 may be a motor, and may electrically drive the shaft portion 310 to rotate, thereby achieving tabletop cleaning, and people only need to grasp the tabletop cleaner 100 and move to the dirt position of the tabletop, which is time-saving and labor-saving.
In this embodiment, the driving member 400 is a crank handle, and as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the crank handle is rotated to drive the shaft portion 310 to rotate, so that the tabletop cleaning is achieved, the structure is simple, a placing space for a motor is not required, and the tabletop cleaner 100 is sized appropriately.
It will be appreciated that the crank handle is rotatably connected to the left end face of the housing 200 and is in driving connection with the spline housing 311.
In some embodiments, the crank handle and the shaft portion 310 are coaxially disposed. Specifically, the crank handle is fixedly connected with the spline housing 311, and when a person rotates the crank handle, the spline housing 311 rotates relative to the housing 200 along with the fixedly connected crank handle.
However, the above embodiment is applicable only to crank handles having a radius of rotation less than the length of the bristle plate, and the radius of rotation of the crank handle also needs to be less than the spacing of the lower end surface of the housing 200 from the shaft portion 310. Because the crank handle needs to leave cylindricality rotation space around its axis when rotating, if crank handle and shaft part 310 coaxial setting, and the radius of rotation of crank handle is greater than the length of bristle board, then in cleaning process, the crank handle can rotate the butt and arrive the desktop, at this moment, need lift up desktop cleaner 100, bypass the scope of its butt desktop with the crank handle, just can carry out desktop cleaning again, the operation is inconvenient, cleaning efficiency is low.
In this regard, in the present embodiment, the crank handle and the shaft portion 310 are not coaxially disposed, that is, the crank handle and the shaft portion 310 are eccentrically coupled, so that a rotational space is provided for the crank handle, and the crank handle is ensured to be rotated at all times, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
It will be appreciated that the tabletop cleaner 100 further includes an eccentric assembly 500, the eccentric assembly 500 includes a driving tooth 510 and a driven tooth 520, as shown in fig. 4, the crank handle is fixedly connected with the driving tooth 510, and the crank handle and the driving tooth 510 are respectively rotatably connected with the left outer end surface and the left inner end surface of the housing 200, the driven tooth 520 is sleeved on the shaft 310, that is, the driven tooth 520 is sleeved on the spline housing 311, and the driving tooth 510 and the driven tooth 520 are fixedly connected with each other in a meshed manner.
It will be appreciated that as the crank handle rotates, the driving teeth 510, which are fixedly attached thereto, rotate and drive the engaged driven teeth 520 to rotate, and thus the cleaning assembly 300, so that the brush bar 322 sweeps dirt from the table top into the collection chamber 220.
In this embodiment, the radius of the driving teeth 510 is smaller than the radius of the driven teeth 520, as shown in FIG. 4. Because the driving teeth 510 and the driven teeth 520 are in meshed connection, and the driving teeth 510 drive the driven teeth 520 to rotate, a user can save more labor when rotating the crank handle to clean the tabletop.
Further, a placing cavity 230 is further provided in the interior of the housing 200, the placing cavity 230 is used for communicating the cleaning opening 210 and the collecting cavity 220, and the eccentric assembly 500 and the shaft portion 310 are both positioned in the placing cavity 230, as shown in fig. 4 to 6. Specifically, the interior of the housing 200 is, in order from front to back, a cleaning opening 210, a placement cavity 230, and a collection cavity 220, and the rotating brush bar 322 drives the dirt on the table top from front to back through the cleaning opening 210, the placement cavity 230, and is collected in the collection cavity 220.
It will be appreciated that the housing 200 includes a floor 250 positioned below the placement cavity 230, as shown in fig. 4-6, such that the floor 250 abuts the table top when the table top cleaner 100 is placed on the table top; the end of the bottom plate 250 facing the cleaning opening 210 is provided with a collecting edge 251, that is, the collecting edge 251 is located at the front end of the bottom plate 250, the collecting edge 251 extends along the left-right direction, and the collecting edge 251 is used for enabling stains on the desktop to be driven to the upper end surface of the bottom plate 250 by the brush bar 322 more easily, and enabling the stains to be driven into the collecting cavity 220 by the brush bar 322 more easily.
In some embodiments, the collection edge 251 is a hypotenuse that transitions from bottom to top, i.e., the front face of the bottom panel 250 is angled rearwardly and upwardly.
In this embodiment, the collecting edge 251 is an edge that transitions from a lower to an upper arc, as shown in fig. 3 to 6. Specifically, the front and upper end surfaces of the bottom plate 250 arc transition to facilitate the movement of debris and dust from the table top into the collection chamber 220.
It will be appreciated that the housing 200 is provided with a pouring spout 240, and as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the pouring spout 240 is in communication with the collection chamber 220, and the pouring spout 240 is configured to pour dirt such as debris, dust, etc. from the collection chamber 220 to clean the collection chamber 220.
Correspondingly, the cover 600 is connected to the housing 200, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cover 600 is engaged with the pouring opening 240, so that the pouring opening 240 is closed, at this time, the collecting cavity 220 only has a channel for entering dirt such as chips and dust, so as to prevent the chips and dust from flying out of the collecting cavity 220 from the open pouring opening 240 when the tabletop cleaner 100 is in a working state, thereby causing a messy tabletop problem.
Further, the cover 600 is hinged to the housing 200, and the hinge shaft extends in a left-right direction, so that the cover 600 can be opened by rotating along an axis extending in the left-right direction to expose the pouring opening 240, and the hinged cover 600 is used for tightly connecting the cover 600 to the housing 200, so that the cover 600 is prevented from being lost, and the cover 600 is prevented from being lost when a user pulls out the cover 600 and pours out stains in the collecting cavity 220.
In some embodiments, the pouring spout 240 is located below or to the side of the collection chamber 220, i.e., the pouring spout 240 opens into the lower or side end face of the housing 200. However, when dirt such as chips and dust is accumulated in the collecting chamber 220, the dirt easily falls out of the collecting chamber 220 from the gap between the pouring opening 240 and the cover 600, so that the dirt remains on the table after cleaning, resulting in poor cleaning effect of the table cleaner.
In this embodiment, the pouring opening 240 is located above the collecting cavity 220, that is, the pouring opening 240 is opened on the upper end surface of the housing 200, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, when the tabletop cleaner 100 is in a working state, dirt such as debris, dust, etc. entering the collecting cavity 220 is in a splash state, and the dirt is blocked by the inner sidewall of the housing 200 and the cover 600, falls to the bottom of the collecting cavity 220 under the action of gravity, is collected uniformly, and prevents the dirt from falling out of the collecting cavity 220 from the gap between the pouring opening 240 and the cover 600.
It will be appreciated that the side of the closure 600 remote from the collection chamber 220 is provided with a pull-out portion 610, as shown in fig. 1-6, the pull-out portion 610 facilitates the user to separate the engaged closure 600 and housing 200 from one another to reveal the pouring spout 240. The pulling-out portion 610 and the covering member 600 are integrally formed, so that the pulling-out portion 610 and the covering member 600 are fixedly connected, and a user drives the covering member 600 to move when pulling out the pulling-out portion 610.
In this embodiment, the cover 600 is fixedly connected to the extracting portion 610, and an end of the extracting portion 610 away from the cover 600 is hinged to the housing 200.
It will be appreciated that the number of the pulling-out portions 610 is two, and the pulling-out portions 610 are disposed at intervals in the left-right direction, so that the pulling-out portions 610 are conveniently hinged to the housing 200. The drawing part 610 is concavely provided along the left and right end surfaces thereof, so that a user can easily and laborsaving draw the drawing part 610, and the material used for the drawing part 610 can be saved, the production cost can be reduced, and the weight of the tabletop cleaner 100 can be reduced.
While the preferred embodiments of the present utility model have been illustrated and described, the present utility model is not limited to the embodiments, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model, and these are intended to be included in the scope of the present utility model as defined in the appended claims.
