4. A portable no-rinse shampoo cap according to claim 3 wherein each of the nonwoven fabric layers is provided with a plurality of openings, the openings on the nonwoven fabric layers being arranged in one-to-one correspondence or offset.
5. The portable no-rinse shampoo cap of claim 1 wherein the cap body has a collar channel at the collar edge, the elastic cord passing through the collar channel.
6. The portable no-rinse shampoo cap of claim 5 wherein the collar channel is provided with an opening through which the elastic cord passes, two ends of the elastic cord pass through the collar channel, and two ends of the elastic cord are provided with an anti-trip, the diameter of the anti-trip is larger than the diameter of the opening.
7. The portable no-rinse shampoo cap as set forth in claim 6 wherein a universal label is provided on the elastic cord near the end, and both ends of the elastic cord are fixedly attached by the universal label.
8. The portable no-rinse shampoo cap of claim 1 wherein the concentrated shampoo pack is secured inside the cap by a snap fit or adhesive.
9. The portable no-rinse shampoo cap of claim 1 wherein the concentrated shampoo packet comprises a film and a concentrated shampoo packaged within the film, the film being made of a polyethylene material, the film comprising a seal portion having a notch disposed therein.
10. The portable no-rinse shampoo cap of claim 1 wherein a hanging buckle or a hanging rope is provided at the top end of the exterior of the cap body.
