As shown in the drawings, the present application provides an electronic device 1, which includes: the motor comprises a shell 11, a first magnetic component 12, a fixed seat 13, a motor coil 14, a fixed plate 15, a second magnetic component 16, a bracket component 17, a vibration component 18 and a voice coil 19. The housing 11 has a receiving groove 111. The first magnetic component 12 is disposed in the accommodating groove 111. The fixing base 13 is disposed on the first magnetic component 12. The motor coil 14 is disposed on the fixing base 13, the motor coil 14 is disposed corresponding to the first magnetic component 12, and the first magnetic component 12 is configured to act on the motor coil 14. The fixing plate 15 is located on the motor coil 14. The second magnetic component 16 is disposed on the fixing plate 15, and the second magnetic component 16 is fixed to the fixing plate by an adhesive. The second magnetic assembly 16 is disposed corresponding to the motor coil 14, the second magnetic assembly 16 being configured to act on the motor coil 14. The bracket assembly 17 is disposed on the housing 11, and the bracket assembly 17 is disposed on the second magnetic assembly 16. The vibration assembly 18 is disposed above the support assembly 17. Referring to fig. 5 and 6 together, fig. 5 is an exploded view of a lower part of the electronic device of the present application and fig. 6 is an exploded view of another lower part. As shown in the drawing, in the present embodiment, the housing 11 is made of a metal material. The fixing base 13 is made of tungsten steel or heavy material, and the fixing base 13 is used for stabilizing the actuation state of the electronic device 1, such as up-and-down vibration or left-and-right displacement. Furthermore, the electronic device 1 further includes two elastic components 21, the two elastic components 21 are respectively disposed at two sides of the fixed base 13, and two ends of each elastic component 21 respectively abut against the inner wall of the housing 11 and the fixed base 13, so that the fixed base 13 is maintained in the middle of the accommodating groove 111 of the housing 11 due to the abutting of the elastic components 21 at two sides. In the present embodiment, the elastic component 21 has a V-shaped or U-shaped bending structure, and the elastic component 21 is made of bendable metal. When the fixing base 13 is pressed by vibration toward the elastic component 21 on one side, the two ends of the elastic component 21 are pressed to approach each other, the elastic component 21 generates a reactive elastic restoring force due to the pressing, so as to push the fixing base 13 to the middle position of the accommodating groove 111, and the two ends of the elastic component 21 on the other side are pulled to be away from each other, so that the elastic component 21 generates a reactive elastic restoring force due to the pulling, and the fixing base 13 is pulled back to the middle position of the accommodating groove 111. The two second magnetic elements 122 of the two first magnetic elements 12 are disposed at the bottom of the fixed seat 13, and the two second magnetic elements 122 are located at the outer sides of the two first magnetic elements 12 away from each other, so that the two second magnetic elements 122 are disposed at the outer sides of the two motor coils 14 away from each other below, and the second magnetic poles B of the two second magnetic elements 122 correspond to the bottoms of the outer sides of the two motor coils 14 away from each other. Further, taking fig. 4 as an example, fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a partial area of the left side of the electronic device 1, and the motor coil 14 is divided into a left side and a right side by using a vertical line in which the voice coil 19 extends downward as a boundary, wherein the left side of the motor coil 14 is an outer side and the right side of the motor coil 14 is an inner side.
In addition, the fixing base 13 further has a first groove 131 and a second groove 132, the first groove 131 is located at the bottom of the fixing base 13, the second groove 132 is located at the top of the fixing base 13, and the position of the first groove 131 corresponds to the position of the second groove 132. The number of first grooves 131 corresponds to the number of first magnetic components 12, and the number of second grooves 132 corresponds to the number of motor coils 14. In the present embodiment, the electronic device 1 further includes a magnetic conductive sheet 23, the magnetic conductive sheet 23 is disposed on the fixing base 13, and the magnetic conductive sheet 23 is located at one side of the motor coil 14. Wherein, the number of the magnetic conductive sheets 23 is two, the two magnetic conductive sheets 23 are located between the two motor coils 14, two sides of each magnetic conductive sheet 23 respectively correspond to two sides of the motor coils 14, and two side contours of each magnetic conductive sheet 23 correspond to contours of inner side edges of the motor coils 14. The magnetic conductive sheet 23 can thus enhance the magnetic field acting on the motor coil 14. Furthermore, the fixing base 13 further has two third grooves 133, two third grooves 133 are located at the top of the fixing base 13, and two third grooves 133 are located between two second grooves 132. The fixing plate 15 includes a plate body 151 and a plurality of connecting portions 152, the plurality of connecting portions 152 being located on the peripheral side of the plate body 151, and the plurality of connecting portions 152 being fixed to the inner wall of the housing 11. The support assembly 17 is arranged on the shell 11, the support assembly 17 is fixed on the notch of the accommodating groove 111, the support assembly 17 is provided with a support member 171 and a secondary magnetic conductive member 172, the support member 171 is arranged on the secondary magnetic conductive member 172, wherein the support assembly 17 is made of plastic, the secondary magnetic conductive member 172 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 1720, the support member 171 is fixed on the secondary magnetic conductive member 172 in an injection molding mode, the inside of the support member 171 penetrates through the plurality of fixing holes 1720 of the secondary magnetic conductive member 172, and the structure of the support member 171 is fixed on the inner side and the outer side of the secondary magnetic conductive member 172. The housing 11 has a second fastening portion 112, and the second fastening portion 112 is located on the notch peripheral side of the accommodation groove 111. The first fastening portion 1721 of the bracket member 171 of the bracket assembly 17 is fixed to the second fastening portion 112 of the housing 11 (refer to fig. 2). The first fastening portion 1721 of the bracket 171 and the second fastening portion 112 of the housing 11 can be used to limit the rotation in the horizontal direction, and the first fastening portion 1721 and the second fastening portion 112 are fixed by welding, so that the bracket assembly 17 is fixed on the housing 11.
As mentioned above, the auxiliary magnetic conductive member 172 of the bracket assembly 17 has an opening 173, and the opening 173 corresponds to the main magnetic member 161. The auxiliary magnetic member 162 is located at the peripheral side of the opening 173, and in the bracket assembly 17, the magnetically conductive portion 1722 of the bracket member 171 is fixed to the auxiliary magnetic member 162. The magnetically permeable portion 1722 helps concentrate the magnetic field lines of the secondary magnetic element 162. The voice coil 19 passes through the opening 173, and the voice coil 19 is located between the main magnetic member 161 and the plurality of sub magnetic members 162. The bracket assembly 17 has a vent 174, the vent 174 being located around the opening 173, and the vent 174 being communicated with the opening 173. The bracket assembly 17 divides the accommodating groove 111 into a first sound cavity 1111 and a second sound cavity 1112, wherein the first sound cavity 1111 is located below the bracket assembly 17, and the second magnetic assembly 16 is disposed in the first sound cavity 1111. Above the support assembly 17 is a second acoustic chamber 1112, the second acoustic chamber 1112 having a vibration assembly 18 therein. In addition, the opening 173 and the vent 174 of the bracket assembly 17 are in communication between the first acoustic chamber 1111 and the second acoustic chamber 1112. Voice coil 19 is located in the space of both first acoustic chamber 1111 and second acoustic chamber 1112.
As mentioned above, the electronic device 1 further includes the main magnetic conductive member 24, and the main magnetic conductive member 24 is located in the opening 173 of the auxiliary magnetic conductive member 172. The main magnetic conductive member 24 is disposed on the main magnetic member 161, and the main magnetic member 24 helps to concentrate magnetic lines of force of the main magnetic member 161. The holder member 171 of the holder assembly 17 has a sound outlet 175, and the sound outlet 175 communicates with the second sound chamber 1112 of the accommodation groove 111. Further, the electronic device 1 further includes a dust cover 26, and the dust cover 26 is disposed at the sound outlet 175 of the bracket 171.
In the present embodiment, the vibration unit 18 is provided on the bracket unit 17. The vibration assembly 18 includes a sound membrane member 181 and a middle paste 182, the periphery of the sound membrane member 181 is disposed on the support assembly 17, and the sound membrane member 181 and the support assembly 17 can be fixed in an integral injection molding or adhesive bonding manner. The sound membrane member 181 is disposed on the peripheral side of the middle patch 182, and the sound membrane member 181 and the middle patch 182 can be integrally injection molded, glued or PSA fixed. The voice coil 19 is disposed under the middle paste 182, the voice coil 19 and the middle paste 182 can be fixed by dispensing, and the voice coil 19 is located inside the diaphragm member 181, wherein the middle paste 182 is made of a high-strength material such as a foam. The acoustic membrane member 181 is a single layer or a composite material, such as a silica gel or a Peek composite membrane. The bottom of the voice coil 19 passes through the opening 173 of the spider assembly 17, and the bottom of the voice coil 19 is located between the primary magnetic member 161 and the secondary magnetic member 162. Meanwhile, the bottom of the voice coil 19 is also located between the main magnetic conductive member 24 and the sub magnetic conductive member 172.
In addition, the electronic device 1 further includes a cover plate 27, the cover plate 27 is disposed on the bracket assembly 17, and the cover plate 27 covers the vibration assembly 18. The cover plate 27 covers the open space above the vibration assembly 18, so that the sound generated by the vibration of the vibration assembly 18 and the voice coil 19 is concentrated and transmitted into the first sound cavity 1111 and the second sound cavity 1112, and after the sound resonates in the first sound cavity 1111 and the second sound cavity 1112, the sound is emitted from the sound outlet 175.
Referring back to fig. 4 to 6, in the present embodiment, the structure of the lower portion of the electronic device 1 is a motor structure. The electronic device 1 introduces power to the two motor coils 14 through the other end of the electrical component 22 to change the magnetic fields of the two motor coils 14. The lower inner sides of the two motor coils 14 correspond to the first magnetic poles a of the two first magnetic pieces 121, and the lower outer sides of the two motor coils 14 correspond to the second magnetic poles B of the two second magnetic pieces 122, so that the two groups of first magnetic components 12 respectively form complete magnetic fields under the two motor coils 14. Furthermore, the upper inner sides of the two motor coils 14 correspond to the second magnetic poles B of the main magnetic member 161, and the upper outer sides of the two motor coils 14 correspond to the first magnetic poles a of the two sub magnetic members 162, so that the main magnetic member 161 and the plurality of sub magnetic members 162 form a complete upper magnetic field corresponding to the upper sides of the two motor coils 14. Further, the motor coil 14 further assists the concentrated magnetic field lines of the magnetic field of the motor coil 14 by the magnetic conductive sheet 23. The fixed plate 15 above the motor coil 14 not only assists the magnetic field of the motor coil 14, but also assists in concentrating the magnetic field lines of the second magnetic assembly 16.
In the present embodiment, the motor coil 14 changes the magnetic field by an electrical manner, and generates opposite attraction and repulsion effects on the magnetic fields of the surrounding first magnetic component 12 and the surrounding second magnetic component 16, so that the motor coil 14 acts on the fixing base 13 to generate a laterally-moving linear displacement, so that the electronic device 1 generates a vibration state, wherein the two elastic components 21 serve as a displacement buffering structure.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, in the present embodiment, the upper part of the electronic device 1 is configured as a speaker. The electronic device 1 further includes a conductive member 20, the conductive member 20 is disposed on the support assembly 17, the voice coil 19 is connected to the conductive member 20, wherein the power member 20 exposed on the outer surface of the support assembly 17 is connected to an external power source. The electronic device 1 is also electrically connected to the voice coil 19 through an external power source, and the voice coil 19 generates attraction and repulsion effects by changing the magnetic field relative to the magnetic field of the second magnetic assembly 16 on the periphery. The fixing plate 15 disposed under the structure formed by the main magnetic element 161 and the plurality of auxiliary magnetic elements 162 can be used as an auxiliary to concentrate the magnetic force lines below. Meanwhile, the main magnetic element 24 located on the main magnetic element 161 and the plurality of auxiliary magnetic elements 172 located in the supporting assembly 17 on the plurality of auxiliary magnetic elements 162 may act as magnetic lines of force above the auxiliary concentration. In this way, the magnetic force lines of the second magnetic assembly 16 can be concentrated through the fixing plate 15, the main magnetic member 24 and the plurality of auxiliary magnetic members 172, so that the vibration effect of the voice coil 19 under the magnetic field effect is better.
In the present embodiment, the voice coil 19 changes the magnetic field by an electrical manner, and generates a relative attraction and repulsion effect to the magnetic field of the surrounding second magnetic component 16, so that the voice coil 19 acts on the vibration component 18, and the sound generated by the vibration component through up-down vibration is transferred to the first sound cavity 1111 and the second sound cavity 1112, and after the sound resonates in the first sound cavity 1111 and the second sound cavity 1112, the sound is emitted from the sound outlet 175.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a perspective view of an externally hung speaker of the electronic device of the present application. As shown in the embodiment, the electronic device 1 further includes an external speaker 28, the external speaker 28 is disposed on one side of the housing 11, the housing 11 has a sound hole 113 corresponding to the external speaker 28, and the sound hole 113 is communicated with the first sound cavity 1111 and the inside of the external speaker 28, so that the sound colors in the first sound cavity 1111 and the second sound cavity 1112 can be balanced and saturated.
In summary, the present application provides an electronic device, which uses the structural design of the voice coil and the motor coil to share the second magnetic component, so as to effectively reduce the internal space of the electronic device occupied by the combination of the speaker structure and the motor structure, and further increase the usable space of other parts, which can be used to improve the structural design of other parts, so as to improve the performance of the electronic device. Or directly reduces the whole volume of the electronic device, and is more convenient to store.

Claims (17)
1. An electronic device, comprising:
a housing having a receiving groove;
the two first magnetic components are arranged in the accommodating groove;
the fixed seats are arranged on the two first magnetic assemblies;
the two motor coils are arranged on the fixing seat, the two motor coils are arranged corresponding to the two first magnetic assemblies, and the two first magnetic assemblies are configured to act on the motor coils;
a fixed plate positioned on the two motor coils;
the second magnetic assembly is arranged on the fixed plate and corresponds to the two motor coils, and the two second magnetic assemblies are configured to act on the motor coils;
the bracket component is arranged on the shell and is positioned on the second magnetic component;
the vibration assembly is arranged on the bracket assembly; and
the voice coil is arranged below the vibration assembly, passes through the bracket assembly, is positioned in the second magnetic assembly and is connected to the conductive piece;
the fixing seat is the gravity center position of the electronic device.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising two elastic components, wherein the two elastic components are respectively disposed at two sides of the fixing base, and two ends of each elastic component respectively abut against the housing and the fixing base.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the holder further comprises two first grooves and two second grooves, the two first grooves are located at the bottom of the holder, the two second grooves are located at the bottom of the holder, the two first magnetic components are located in the two first grooves, and the two motor coils are located in the two second grooves.
4. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the second magnetic assembly further comprises a main magnetic member and a plurality of auxiliary magnetic members, the plurality of auxiliary magnetic members being located on a peripheral side of the main magnetic member, the main magnetic member corresponding to an upper adjacent inner side of the two motor coils, the auxiliary magnetic members corresponding to an upper outer side of the two motor coils.
5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein each of the first magnetic assemblies includes a first magnetic member corresponding to an adjacent inner side below two of the motor coils and a second magnetic member corresponding to an outer side below the motor coils.
6. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the bracket assembly has a bracket member and a secondary magnetic member, the bracket member is disposed on the secondary magnetic member, wherein the bracket member is made of plastic material, the secondary magnetic member has a plurality of fixing holes, the bracket member is fixed on the secondary magnetic member by injection molding, the bracket member has an opening through the plurality of fixing holes of the secondary magnetic member, the opening corresponds to the primary magnetic member, the secondary magnetic member is disposed outside the opening, the bracket member is fixed on the secondary magnetic member, the voice coil passes through the opening, and the voice coil is disposed between the primary magnetic member and the plurality of secondary magnetic members.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the bracket member of the bracket assembly has a sound outlet that communicates with a space in the receiving groove having the voice coil.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, further comprising a dust cap disposed at the sound outlet of the bracket assembly.
9. The electronic device according to claim 6, wherein the inner side of the auxiliary magnetic member has a magnetic conductive portion fixed to the auxiliary magnetic member, the outer side of the auxiliary magnetic member has a first clamping portion, the housing has a second clamping portion located on a notch peripheral side of the accommodating groove, and the first clamping portion of the holder member is fixed to the second clamping portion of the housing.
10. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the bracket assembly has a vent opening located around the opening, the vent opening communicating with the opening.
11. The electronic device of claim 4, further comprising a main magnetic member, the main magnetic member being disposed on the main magnetic member.
12. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising a magnetic sheet disposed on the fixing base, the magnetic sheet being located at one side of the motor coil, the magnetic sheet being located under the fixing plate.
13. The electronic device of claim 12, wherein the holder further comprises a third recess, the third recess being located at a top of the holder, the third recess being located between the two motor coils, the magnetically permeable sheet being located in the third recess.
14. The electronic device according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the fixing plate has a plate body portion and a plurality of connecting portions, the plurality of connecting portions being located on a peripheral side of the plate body portion, the plurality of connecting portions being respectively fixed to an inner wall of the housing.
15. The electronic device of any one of claims 1-13, wherein the vibration assembly comprises a diaphragm member and a center mount, a peripheral side of the diaphragm member is disposed on the bracket assembly, the diaphragm member is disposed on the peripheral side of the center mount, the voice coil is disposed under the center mount, and the voice coil is located inside the diaphragm member.
16. The electronic device according to any one of claims 1-13, further comprising an electrical component disposed on the fixing base, wherein one end of the electrical component is electrically connected to the motor coil, and the other end of the electrical component passes through the housing from the accommodating groove.
17. The electronic device of any one of claims 1-13, further comprising a cover plate disposed on the bracket assembly, the cover plate covering the vibration assembly.
