Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides an intelligent sound box, which includes a housing 10 and an acoustic module 20 disposed in the housing 10, where the acoustic module 20 includes a sound cavity bracket 21, a sound outlet module 22, and a sound guide tube 23. The sound cavity support 21 is installed in the housing 10, and the sound cavity support 21 and at least part of the housing 10 enclose a sound cavity 24. The sound emitting module 22 is mounted on the sound cavity bracket 21. The sound guide tube 23 is connected to the sound cavity bracket 21 in the vertical direction Y and is located in the sound cavity 24. The two ends of the sound guide tube 23 are respectively provided with a first opening 231 and a second opening 232, the first opening 231 is communicated with the sound cavity 24, and the second opening 232 is communicated with the outside air, so that the sound cavity 24 is communicated with the outside air. Alternatively, the sound emitting module 22 may be a horn. The housing 10, the sound cavity bracket 21 and the sound guide tube 23 may be made of ABS.

The sound cavity 24 is communicated with the outside air through the sound guide tube 23, so that the acoustic requirements (bass effect and the like) are realized, and the air convection is good, thereby being beneficial to heat dissipation.
In some alternative embodiments, the sound cavity bracket 21 and the sound guide tube 23 are integrally formed. Therefore, auxiliary materials such as glue, a ventilation film, a sealing strip 30 and an ultrasonic process are not needed, the connection between the sound guide tube 23 and the sound cavity bracket 21 can be realized, the cost is saved, and the assembly is simplified.
In some alternative embodiments, the sound emitting module 22 and the sound guiding tube 23 are arranged along the horizontal direction X, so as to fully utilize the lateral space of the sound cavity bracket 21.
Further, the sound emitting module 22 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the center of the sound cavity bracket 21, so as to provide an installation space for the sound guide tube 23. The sound guide tube 23 is close to the side end of the sound cavity support 21, and the sound emitting module 22 and the sound guide tube 23 are located at two sides of the center of the sound cavity support 21, so that the stress at two sides of the sound cavity support 21 is relatively balanced, and the durability of the sound cavity support 21 is improved. It can be understood that the sound emitting module 22 may be disposed at the center of the sound cavity bracket 21, so as to reserve a space for the sound guide tube 23. The shell 10 can be cylindrical, has a concise and elegant appearance, and is also beneficial to the sound guide tube 23 to realize the up-and-down flow of air. Optionally, the sound emitting module 22 is assembled to the sound cavity bracket 21 by a screw locking manner.
In this embodiment, the cavity support 21 has a concave cavity structure, and the concave cavity of the cavity support 21 faces the top of the housing 10, so that the acoustic volume of the cavity 24 can be further increased.
In some alternative embodiments, the housing 10 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12 assembled with the first housing 11, and the first housing 11 is assembled above the second housing 12. The sound cavity support 21 and the first housing 11 enclose to form the sound cavity 24, the sound cavity support 21 and the second housing 12 enclose to form the accommodating cavity 13, the accommodating cavity 13 is communicated with the second opening 232 of the sound guide tube 23, and the accommodating cavity 13 can be used for accommodating other components of the intelligent sound box. Optionally, the housing 10 may further include a base 14 that may be mounted to the bottom of the second housing 12 by fasteners 15 such as screws. It can be understood that the number of the sound outlet holes 121 is plural and is uniformly arranged in the second housing 12. Further, the side wall of the second housing 12 may be provided with a cloth net support with a cloth net, or may be directly provided with a cloth net, so as to play a role in dust prevention.
In some alternative embodiments, the sound guide 23 is disposed along the vertical direction Y, the first opening 231 is located near the top end of the first housing 11, and the second opening 232 is located near the bottom end of the sound chamber support 21. Thus, the flow of the air flow is more facilitated.
Further, the distance between the end (i.e., upper end) of the sound guide tube 23 where the first opening 231 is provided and the top wall of the first housing 11 is not less than 15mm. The distance between the end (i.e., lower end) of the sound guide tube 23 where the second opening 232 is provided and the bottom wall of the second housing 12 is between 20mm and 30 mm. A better air flow effect can be achieved. In practical applications, the length, diameter, and distance between the sound guide tube 23 and the inner wall of the housing 10 may be set according to practical needs, which is not limited in this specification.
Referring to fig. 2, in some alternative embodiments, the first housing 11 and the voice-cavity bracket 21 may be fixed by means of dispensing or screw locking. A sealing strip 30 is arranged between the first shell 11 and the sound cavity bracket 21, so that a better sealing effect can be achieved. The first housing 11 and the second housing 12 may be fixed by dispensing or screwing. The sealing strip 30 is arranged between the first shell 11 and the second shell 12, so that a better sealing effect can be achieved. The wall thickness of the first shell 11 can be about 2.5mm, and the first shell is sealed with the second shell 12 by attaching the sealing strip 30 with the width of about 2mm, so that the main body of the upper sound cavity is saved, and the cost is saved. Alternatively, the sealing tape 30 may be made of EVA material. The width of the sealing strip 30 between the first housing 11 and the sound cavity bracket 21 may be around 2 mm.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some alternative embodiments, the smart speaker may further include a main board 40 and a keypad 50, where the keypad 50 is provided with keys 51. It is understood that the keys 51 may include a volume key, a play/pause key, a switch key, and other function keys, and the user may input a control command to the smart speaker through the keys 51. The key board 50 is disposed on the first housing 11, and the main board 40 is disposed on the second housing 12. The main board 40 and the key sheet 50 are connected by a first flat cable 61, and the main board 40 and the sound emitting module 22 are connected by a second flat cable (not shown, but understood to be a horn wire). Alternatively, the first flat cable 61 may employ an FPC (flexible circuit board) flat cable. The inner wall of the first housing 11 may be provided with a groove 111, and the end of the key sheet 50 is disposed in the groove to fix the key sheet 50. The top wall of the first shell 11 can be provided with a key hole 112, and the key 51 can be a touch key, is contained in the key hole 112 and is flush with the top wall of the first shell 11, so that the appearance of the intelligent sound box product is smooth. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the main board 40 is disposed within the second housing 12.
Further, the sealing strip 30 is disposed between the keypad 50 and the first housing 11, so as to achieve a better sealing effect. The intelligent sound box can further comprise a radiating fin 41 arranged on the main board 40 and can play a role in radiating heat to the main board 40. A charging socket (not shown) may also be disposed on the motherboard 40, and is used for charging the smart speaker through connection with an external power source. Alternatively, the sealing strip 30 may be made of EVA, and has a width of about 2 mm.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, further, a gap 16 is provided between the sound cavity supporter 21 and the housing 10. One end of the first flat cable 61 is connected to the key board 50, and the other end of the first flat cable 61 passes through the slit portion 16 and extends along the inner wall edge of the housing 10 to be connected to the main board 40. In this way, the first flat cable 61 is disposed as close to the inner wall of the housing 10 as possible, occupies as little space as possible of the acoustic cavity 24, and reduces the influence on the acoustic cavity 24.
Referring to fig. 6, in some alternative embodiments, the smart speaker may further include an antenna 70, and one end of the antenna 70 is connected to the motherboard 40. The sound cavity bracket 21 is provided with a first through hole 211, and the other end of the antenna 70 extends into the sound cavity 24 after passing through the first through hole 211. Optionally, the antenna 70 and the sound cavity bracket 21 are fixed by dispensing.
In some alternative embodiments, the smart speaker may further include a light guide 80 disposed on the second housing 12. The main board 40 may be provided with an electric lamp, and the light guide 80 may guide external light into the housing 10, and the electric lamp may be a color light lamp, so as to play a role of the color light lamp.
Referring to fig. 7, in some alternative embodiments, the smart speaker may further include a main board 40 and a charging stand 42, where a key 51 is disposed on the main board 40, the main board 40 is disposed on the first housing 11, and the charging stand is disposed on the second housing 12. The main board 40 and the sound emitting module 22 are connected by a second flat cable 62, and the main board 40 and the charging socket are connected by a third flat cable 63.
Referring to fig. 8, the sound cavity bracket 21 is provided with a second through hole 212, one end of the third flat cable 63 is connected to the main board 40, and the other end of the third flat cable 63 extends to be connected to the charging socket after passing through the second through hole 212. Optionally, the third flat cable 63 is fixed to the sound cavity bracket 21 by dispensing.
Further, the sealing strip 30 is disposed between the main board 40 and the first housing 11, so as to achieve a better sealing effect. Alternatively, the sealing strip 30 may be made of EVA, and has a width of about 2 mm. The smart speaker may further include an antenna 70, where the antenna 70 is located in the sound cavity 24 and is connected to the motherboard 40. In this way, the main board 40 is located in the first housing 11, and the antenna 70 and the main board 40 can be connected without opening holes in the sound cavity bracket 21 or sealing with glue.
It will be appreciated that the present embodiment shown in fig. 7 differs from the example shown in fig. 3 in that in the example shown in fig. 3, the main board 40 is provided in the second housing 12. In this embodiment, the key pad and the main board are integrated, the main board 40 is disposed in the first housing 11, the charging holder 42 is disposed in the second housing 12, and the main board 40 and the charging holder are connected by the third flat cable 63. Optionally, the third flat cable 63 may be connected to the charging socket 42 by dispensing. In this way, the first flat cable arranged between the key board and the main board in the example shown in fig. 3 can be omitted, thereby saving the cost.
It can be appreciated that, because the sound cavity 24 in the present specification is directly formed by enclosing the sound cavity bracket 21 and the first housing 11, the acoustic volume and the space are larger, the better air fluidity is achieved, and the heat dissipation effect is also better, so that the key board and the main board are integrated, the main board 40 is arranged in the first housing 11, the acoustic effect can be ensured, the number of parts assembled in the second housing 12 can be reduced, the parts and the cost are reduced, and the assembly is simplified and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the smart speaker may further include a controller and a voice receiving module, both disposed in the housing 10. The controller is electrically connected with the sounding module 22 and the voice receiving module, the voice receiving module is used for receiving a voice command and sending the voice command to the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the sounding module 22 to play audio according to the voice command.
