In the handling or transferring of battery boxes, it is often necessary to clamp the battery boxes with a lifting appliance and to transport the battery boxes by means of a lifting machine. The lifting appliance is usually provided with a clamping part, and the clamping of the battery box is realized through the friction force between the clamping part and the battery box, however, the mode is easy to fall off in the transferring process.
Therefore, in order to solve the technical problem, the applicant provides a lifting appliance in the embodiment of the application, so that the stable positioning of the battery box can be realized, and the falling probability of the battery box is reduced.

It should be noted that, the diameter of the first rod 4111 is larger than the diameter of the second rod 4112, and the inner diameter of the elastic member 414 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second rod 4112 or the same as the outer diameter of the second rod 4112, so that the sleeve rod 415 and the first rod 4111 may have a compression effect on the elastic member 414 when the first rod 4111 moves upward.

Claims (10)

1. A spreader, the spreader comprising:
a frame assembly;
a connection assembly including a plurality of first connectors;
a hook assembly for connection with a lifting mechanism, the hook assembly being connected with the frame assembly by the plurality of first connectors; and
the clamping assembly comprises a plurality of clamping parts which are arranged on the frame assembly and used for clamping the battery box; the clamping portion comprises a hanging claw, and the hanging claw is used for positioning the battery box.
2. The spreader of claim 1, wherein the clamping portion further comprises a mounting frame having a clamping space formed therein for clamping the battery box;
the hanging claw can be inserted into the battery box in the clamping space.
3. The spreader of claim 2, wherein the hanging claw is provided on the mounting frame, and the hanging claw includes a first rod and a second rod connected to each other, the first rod having a diameter larger than that of the second rod, and the first rod being insertable into the battery box in the clamping space;
an elastic piece is sleeved on the periphery of the second rod;
the outside of elastic component is provided with the loop bar, the loop bar set up in on the mounting bracket, the both ends of elastic component respectively with the mounting bracket with first pole looks butt.
4. The spreader of claim 3, wherein the clamping portion further comprises a plug disposed at an end of the second rod remote from the first rod, and the plug is abuttable to the loop bar.
5. The spreader of claim 2, wherein the clamping portion further comprises a fixing member and a second connecting member, the fixing member being disposed on the frame assembly, and both ends of the second connecting member being connected to the fixing member and the mounting frame, respectively.
6. The spreader of claim 5, wherein the frame assembly comprises a first frame and a support frame disposed sequentially along a first direction, the support frame disposed on a side of the first frame facing the clamp assembly for supporting the first frame.
7. The spreader of claim 6, wherein the clamp assembly is movably disposed on the support frame.
8. The spreader of claim 6, wherein the support frame is movably disposed on the first frame.
9. The spreader of claim 6, wherein the first frame is a rectangular frame, a fixing portion is provided on the rectangular frame, and the plurality of first connection members are respectively connected with the fixing portion.
10. The spreader of any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a handle disposed on the frame assembly.
