The cup 101 may be of any type of shape for holding water, liquid or other beverage. The side wall of the inner lid 130 is provided with a pivot portion 140, and the middle lid 120 and the outer lid 110 are hinged to the inner lid 130 through the pivot portion 140. The side wall of the inner lid 130 is further provided with a latch part 133 for respectively cooperating with the lid latches 111 of the outer lid 110 and the middle lid 120 to keep the cup in a closed state; the latch part 133 comprises a first side latch 133A and a second side latch 133B, the outer cover 110 is provided with a first cover latch 111A matched with the first side latch 133A, the middle cover 120 is provided with a second cover latch 111B matched with the second side latch 133B, and the first cover latch 111A is combined with or separated from the first side latch 133A to enable the outer cover 110 to be located at the buckling position or the opening position respectively; the second cover latch 111B engages with or disengages from the second side bar 133B to place the middle cover 120 in the engaged or open position, respectively.
In this embodiment, the side wall of the inner cover 130 is further provided with a slide lock 160, which includes a lock groove and a lock catch, wherein the lock groove is disposed adjacent to the latch portion 133, and the lock catch is installed in the lock groove and has a locking position and an unlocking position relative to the lock groove; the shackle moves along the keyway between the locked and unlocked positions. When the slide lock 160 is positioned at the locking position, the outer cover 110 and the middle cover 120 cannot be opened, so that stable buckling of the cup cover 100 and the cup body 101 is ensured, and liquid leakage caused by opening of the cup cover due to misoperation is avoided; when drinking is needed, the sliding lock 160 is slid to the unlocking position, and then the first side latch 133A or the second side latch 133B is operated to open the corresponding first drinking spout 121 or second drinking spout 131.
The first drinking spout 121 of the present embodiment may be an elongated slot, a rectangular spout, a circular spout, or a polygonal spout; the second drinking spout 131 is preferably a round or oval orifice. A straw 150 may be disposed in the second drinking port 131, a top 151 of the straw 150 penetrates through and protrudes out of the second drinking port 131, a bottom of the straw 150 extends into the cup body 101, and a bottom surface of the middle cover 120 is provided with a concave portion corresponding to the second drinking port 131; when the middle cover 120 is at the fastening position, the top 151 of the straw 150 is abutted and accommodated in the concave part. In another embodiment, a clamping portion 122 is further disposed corresponding to the recess, the inner cover 130 is provided with a groove 134 corresponding to the clamping portion 122, and when the middle cover 120 is located at the fastening position, the clamping portion 122 cooperates with the groove 134 to clamp the water outlet of the suction tube 150 to avoid leakage of liquid.
The outer cover 110 of the present embodiment is provided with a sealing boss 112 adapted to the first drinking spout 121. Wherein the first water intake 121 is located near the edge of the middle cap 120, the second water intake 131 is located near the edge of the inner cap 130, and an included angle is formed between the first water intake 121 and the second water intake 131, and the included angle may be preferably 180 degrees. That is, the first drinking spout 121 and the second drinking spout 131 are respectively located at both sides of the center line of the cap 100, the outer cap 110 is opened such that the first drinking spout 121 is exposed while the second drinking spout 131 is closed by the middle cap 120, and the second drinking spout 131 is opened while the first drinking spout 121 is closed when the middle cap 120 is opened. Preferably, the latch portion 133 is disposed corresponding to the first drinking spout 121, and the pivot portion 140 is disposed corresponding to the second drinking spout 131.

The main difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiment is that the side latch 133 protrudes from the outer wall of the inner cover 130, the side latch 133 includes a first side latch 133A and a second side latch 133B, the outer cover 110 is provided with a corresponding flange 113 corresponding to the side latch 133, when the outer cover 110 is in the fastened position, the flange 113 and the side latch 133 form a closing boss together, and the first cover latch 111A is disposed inside the flange corresponding to the first side latch 133A; the second cover latch 111B is disposed at an edge of the middle cover 120 corresponding to the second side bar 133B. The drinking grid 132 may also be a through hole, which is disposed on the inner cover 130 and immediately below the first drinking port 121, so that the beverage flows through the drinking grid 132 into the first drinking port 121. The cup cover is characterized by comprising an outer cover, a middle cover and an inner cover which are sequentially sleeved, wherein the middle cover is provided with a first water drinking port; the inner cover is provided with a second drinking port and a drinking grid, and is provided with a connecting part for detachably connecting with the cup body; the first water drinking port is communicated with the inside of the cup body through the water drinking grid; the second water inlet is communicated with the inside of the cup body, and the sizes and/or shapes of the first water inlet and the second water inlet are different; the outer cover and the middle cover are respectively provided with an opening position and a buckling position relative to the inner cover; when the outer cover is positioned at the opening position and the middle cover is positioned at the buckling position, the first water drinking port is exposed to dispense beverage, and the second water drinking port is closed through the middle cover; when the outer cover and the middle cover are both positioned at the opening position, the second water drinking port is exposed to dispense beverage.

The lid of claim 2, wherein a latch is provided on a sidewall of the inner lid, the latch comprising a first side latch and a second side latch, the outer lid being provided with a first lid latch that mates with the first side latch, the middle lid being provided with a second lid latch that mates with the second side latch, the first lid latch engaging or disengaging the first side latch to place the outer lid in the closed or open position, respectively; the second cover latch engages with or disengages from the second side bar to place the middle cover in the fastened or open position, respectively.

The lid of claim 3, wherein the side wall of the inner lid further comprises a slide lock comprising a lock groove and a catch, the lock groove being disposed proximate the latch, the catch being mounted in the lock groove and having a locked position and an unlocked position relative to the lock groove, respectively; the shackle moves along the keyway between the locked and unlocked positions.
5. The lid of claim 3, wherein the latch is disposed corresponding to the first drinking port and the pivot is disposed corresponding to the second drinking port.
6. A cap according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a straw is provided in the second drinking port, the top of the straw extending through and protruding beyond the second drinking port, the bottom of the straw extending into the cup, the bottom of the middle cap being provided with a recess corresponding to the second drinking port; when the middle cover is positioned at the buckling position, the top of the suction pipe is propped against and accommodated in the concave part.
7. The lid of claim 6, wherein a bottom surface of the middle lid is provided with a grip portion corresponding to the recess, and the inner lid is provided with a groove corresponding to the grip portion; when the middle cover is positioned at the buckling position, the clamping part and the groove are matched to clamp the water outlet of the suction pipe so as to prevent liquid leakage.
8. A cap according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the outer cover is provided with a sealing boss adapted to the first drinking spout.
9. The lid of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the first drinking port is located proximate to a rim of the middle lid and the second drinking port is located proximate to a rim of the inner lid.
10. A cup comprising a cup body and a cap, the cap being removably connected to the cup body, wherein the cap is a cap as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
