As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment discloses a multifunctional waterproof heat-insulating roof panel, which includes: the fixed layer 100, the waterproof substrate layer 200 that sets up on the fixed layer, the stainless steel foil layer 300 that sets up on the waterproof substrate layer, the fixed layer 100 has firm surface to make waterproof substrate layer can firmly bond and fix with fixed layer and stainless steel foil layer, form lasting waterproof protection architecture. The thickness of the fixing layer is 0.3mm, the thickness of the waterproof base material layer is 0.8mm, and the thickness of the stainless steel foil layer is 0.02mm. At such a thickness, the stainless steel foil layer absorbs far less heat than the heat emitted even in hot summer, the roof temperature varies little with respect to the ambient temperature, has an excellent heat-insulating effect, and forms a good heat-insulating layer together with the waterproof substrate layer.
Fig. 2 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 1, in which the waterproof substrate layer 200 and the stainless steel foil layer 300 are laid together on the fixing layer in the form of a first strip 400 by means of edge bonding, so as to form an edge joint 410. The roof panel further includes a second strip 500 of stainless steel tape laid over the edge seam 410 to further seal the edge seam, the second strip 500 of stainless steel tape comprising: the width of the first strip 400 is greater than the width of the second strip 500 by a factor of 3, and the waterproof substrate layer 200 directly in contact with the edge seam 410 and the stainless steel foil layer 300 not directly in contact with the edge seam. The fixing layer 100 is further provided with a backing layer 600 on a side opposite to the waterproof substrate layer 200, and the backing layer includes an adhesive layer and a release film layer, so that self-adhesive adhesion can be realized. The width of the first strip 500 is 30cm and the width of the second strip is 5cm.
The fixing layer 100 is a color steel plate layer, and the waterproof base material layer 200 is made of butyl rubber. The butyl rubber has excellent elasticity and cohesiveness, can effectively repair leakage and prevent cracking, effectively prevents leakage, and has a damping effect. The stainless steel foil layer is made of 300 series stainless steel. The stainless steel foil layer can effectively resist weathering and ageing caused by wind and sun exposure besides being free of rust, and the waterproof substrate layer is protected, so that the waterproof substrate layer is durable and cannot be aged. The stainless steel foil layer has high tensile strength, is not easy to scratch and wear-resistant, can effectively resist the damage of stress generated by cracking and deformation of the base material layer to a waterproof system, thereby producing a durable waterproof protection effect, and has the advantages of noise reduction, antibiosis, no pollution to rainwater, wear resistance, treading resistance, root puncture resistance and planting resistance, and the service life is longer than 30 years.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, wherein the first strip-shaped and second strip-shaped waterproof base material layers are made of polyurethane, and the stainless steel foil layer is made of 201 stainless steel. Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the roof board is not provided with a gum layer, and the roof board can be directly fixed on a roof through nails.
Example 3
In this embodiment, the difference between the multifunctional waterproof heat-insulating roof board and embodiment 1 is that the roof board does not include a second strip-shaped stainless steel adhesive tape, the waterproof substrate layer and the stainless steel foil layer are laid on the fixing layer together in a first strip-shaped form in an edge overlapping manner to form an edge joint, and the overlapping width of two adjacent first strips is one fourth of the width of the first strips. Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the roof board is not provided with a gum layer, and the roof board can be directly fixed on a roof through nails.
Data detection
The roof waterproof structure formed by the multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof boards in the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 of the application and the roof waterproof structure in the prior art are subjected to waterproof performance comparison of accelerated aging under extreme environments, and the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material paved on the cement roof in the prior art is used as a comparison, wherein the thickness is 5mm.
The specific accelerated aging test protocol is as follows: and continuously carrying out strong light irradiation on the local roof until the surface temperature reaches more than 40 ℃ and is maintained for one week, carrying out leakage test on the local roof for one week by adopting 5% saline, observing the waterproof tightness of the local roof, and if no leakage occurs, carrying out a new round of strong light irradiation and 5% saline leakage test until the roof leaks, and recording the experiment times. The experimental results are as follows: the waterproof roof of example 1 still has no water leakage after 10 rounds of accelerated aging test (after 5 months), the waterproof performance is excellent, the waterproof roof of example 2 has slight water leakage after 6 rounds of accelerated aging test, the waterproof roof of example 3 has slight water leakage after 5 rounds of accelerated aging test, the waterproof performance is good, the roof waterproof structure of SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is paved on the cement roof as a comparison, the serious water leakage phenomenon occurs in the middle of the 5% saline soaking test of the 1 st round, and the water leakage still occurs in the 5% saline soaking test of the 2 nd round after repair. The waterproof roof waterproof structure prepared by the technical scheme has the thickness of about one fifth of that of a control, but has better waterproof performance, longer service life and durability, and brings durable and stable waterproof protection effect, which is far superior to the waterproof protection scheme in the prior art.
In addition, to adopting the multi-functional waterproof thermal-insulated roof boarding of this application and adopting SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, survey roof surface temperature under the highlight irradiation respectively, under the same irradiation intensity, the temperature of the multi-functional waterproof thermal-insulated roof boarding of this application reaches 48 degrees centigrade, and the temperature of SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane reaches more than 70 degrees centigrade, and ambient temperature is 46 degrees centigrade this moment. The multifunctional waterproof heat-insulating roof board has excellent heat-insulating effect.

Claims (21)

1. A multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel, comprising: the waterproof substrate layer is arranged on the fixing layer, the stainless steel foil layer is arranged on the waterproof substrate layer, and the fixing layer is provided with a firm surface, so that the waterproof substrate layer can be firmly bonded and fixed with the fixing layer and the stainless steel foil layer, and the thickness of the stainless steel foil layer is less than or equal to 0.04mm.
2. A multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing layer is a sheet material layer, optionally comprising one selected from the group consisting of: wood layer, color steel plate layer.
3. A multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 2, wherein the waterproof substrate layer and the stainless steel foil layer are laid together in a first strip-like form on the fixing layer by means of edge overlapping to form an edge joint.
4. A multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 3, further comprising a second strip of stainless steel tape laid over the edge joint to further seal the edge joint, the second strip of stainless steel tape comprising: the waterproof substrate layer directly contacted with the edge joint and the stainless steel foil layer not directly contacted with the edge joint, wherein the width of the first strip is larger than that of the second strip.
5. A multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the waterproof substrate layers are each independently made of any one of the following materials in each occurrence: bitumen, polyurethane, plastics, butyl rubber, epoxy.
6. A multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein each occurrence of the stainless steel foil layer is made of at least one material selected from the group consisting of: 200 series stainless steel, 300 series stainless steel, 400 series stainless steel, 500 series stainless steel, 600 series stainless steel.
7. The multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof board according to claim 1, wherein a back adhesive layer is further arranged on the side, opposite to the waterproof base material layer, of the fixing layer, and the back adhesive layer comprises an adhesive layer and a release film layer.
8. The multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 1, wherein the sum of the thicknesses of the fixing layer, the waterproof base material layer and the stainless steel foil layer is 0.8mm or more and 3mm or less; or, the thickness of the fixing layer is more than or equal to 0.3mm and less than or equal to 1.5mm, and the thickness of the waterproof substrate layer is more than or equal to 0.3mm and less than or equal to 1.5mm.
9. The multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the stainless steel foil layer is 0.01mm or more and 0.04mm or less.
10. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 4, wherein the width of the first strip is 3 times or more the width of the second strip.
11. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 4, wherein the width of the first strip is 4 times or more the width of the second strip.
12. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 4, wherein the width of the first strip is 5 times or more the width of the second strip.
13. The multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof panel according to claim 1, wherein the sum of the thicknesses of the fixing layer, the waterproof base material layer and the stainless steel foil layer is 1.2mm or more and 2mm or less; or,
the thickness of the fixing layer is more than or equal to 0.35mm and less than or equal to 0.5mm, and the thickness of the waterproof substrate layer is more than or equal to 0.5mm and less than or equal to 1mm.
14. A multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure, comprising: a roof substrate, a fixing layer disposed on the roof substrate, a waterproof substrate layer disposed on the fixing layer, a stainless steel foil layer disposed on the waterproof substrate layer, the fixing layer having a firm surface and being fixedly connected with the roof substrate, thereby enabling the waterproof substrate layer to be firmly bonded and fixed with the fixing layer and the stainless steel foil layer to form a durable waterproof protective structure, wherein the fixing layer comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of: sand-fixing agent layer, cement slurry layer, wood layer and color steel plate layer.
15. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure according to claim 14, wherein the fixing layer is laid on the roof base in a flat manner; the waterproof substrate layer and the stainless steel foil layer are laid on the fixing layer together in a first strip-shaped mode in an edge lap joint mode to form an edge joint.
16. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure of claim 15, further comprising a second strip of stainless steel tape laid over the edge seam to further seal the edge seam, the second strip of stainless steel tape comprising: the waterproof substrate layer directly contacted with the edge joint and the stainless steel foil layer not directly contacted with the edge joint, wherein the width of the first strip is larger than that of the second strip.
17. The multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure according to claim 14, wherein the sum of the thicknesses of the fixing layer, the waterproof base material layer and the stainless steel foil layer is 0.8mm or more and 3mm or less; or,
the thickness of the fixing layer is more than or equal to 0.3mm and less than or equal to 1.5mm, and the thickness of the waterproof substrate layer is more than or equal to 0.3mm and less than or equal to 1.5mm.
18. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure according to claim 16, wherein the width of the first strip is 3 times or more the width of the second strip.
19. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure according to claim 16, wherein the width of the first strip is 4 times or more the width of the second strip.
20. The multi-functional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure according to claim 16, wherein the width of the first strip is 5 times or more the width of the second strip.
21. The multifunctional waterproof and heat-insulating roof structure according to claim 14, wherein the sum of the thicknesses of the fixing layer, the waterproof base material layer and the stainless steel foil layer is 1.2mm or more and 2mm or less; or,
the thickness of the fixing layer is more than or equal to 0.35mm and less than or equal to 0.5mm, and the thickness of the waterproof substrate layer is more than or equal to 0.5mm and less than or equal to 1mm.
