Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the disclosure, are not intended to limit the disclosure.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, left, right" are used generally in the direction of the drawing figures, and "inner, outer" refer to the inner, outer of the relevant parts. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used merely to distinguish between descriptions and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present disclosure, it should also be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "disposed," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, integrally connected, directly connected, indirectly connected through an intermediary, or communicating between two elements. The specific meaning of the terms in this disclosure will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as the case may be.
Along with the development of intelligent electronic equipment, the demand of a touch pen is higher and higher, and the touch pen can drive fingers of a person to operate and write, so that the effect consistent with that on paper is realized.
The conductive part of the touch pen in the related art is only simply attached to the pressure sensing module 12, and because the conductive part and the pressure sensing module 12 may have tolerance on the surface during production and manufacture, a tiny gap can be generated after the conductive part and the pressure sensing module 12 are attached to each other, and the detection sensitivity of the pressure sensing module 12 is high, and the touch pen is used to cause sensitive offset, so that the problem of inaccurate touch control occurs, and the user experience is affected.
To this end, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an aspect of the present disclosure provides a stylus including a barrel 1, a touch part, and an elastic member 13.
The pen holder 1 is provided with a support 11 and a pressure sensing module 12, a touch control component is slidably connected to the support 11, and a first end of the touch control component is used for being in contact with a screen of the electronic equipment.
The support 11 is close to the one end of pressure sensing module 12 and has offered mounting groove 111, and elastic component 13 is located mounting groove 111, and elastic component 13 is connected with touch-control part and support 11 respectively, and elastic component 13 is used for driving the second end of touch-control part to remove to pressure sensing module 12 and with pressure sensing module 12 abutment.
It will be appreciated that, after the touch component contacts with the screen of the electronic device, as the user operates to write, the touch component interacts with the screen of the electronic device to generate a pressing force, and the pressing force is transmitted to the pressure sensing module 12, so that the thickness of the written line can be controlled. Regarding the specific operational form that can be realized, it is possible to set it according to the desired scene, and there is no limitation in this case.
It should be noted that, the detection sensitivity of the pressure sensing module 12 is very high, and after the touch control component contacts with the screen, it only moves to the pen holder 1 by a very small distance, so as to generate pressure to act on the pressure sensing module 12. In the calibration of the stylus, the second end of the touch component and the pressure sensing module 12 are kept in a propping state, so that the second end of the touch component generates a pressing force to the pressure sensing module 12 in the manufacturing process of the stylus, and therefore, when the stylus is not used, the propping state of the second end of the touch component and the pressure sensing module 12 is calibrated as an initial value, and when the stylus is used later, the pressing force is generated again on the basis of the initial value, so that corresponding operation control is realized.
In the above technical scheme, through the elastic component 13 that sets up, the second end that the elastic component 13 can promote the touch component removes to the pressure sensing module 12 to make the second end of touch component be in the same place with the surface atress extrusion of pressure sensing module 12, keep the state of close connection, do not have the clearance between the second end of touch component and the pressure sensing module 12, and then can avoid the problem of sensitive skew that appears along with the use of stylus, improve touch accuracy, so can improve user's actual operation experience greatly. The elastic piece 13 can be accommodated through the mounting groove 111, so that the space occupation of the elastic piece 13 can be reduced, the space utilization rate is improved, and meanwhile, the mounting groove 111 can also play a certain limiting role on the elastic piece 13, so that the elastic piece 13 can keep an integral form. The touch pen is connected with the elastic piece 13, the support 11 and the touch component, so that the support 11 generates supporting force on the elastic piece 13, the elastic piece 13 generates reacting force to push the second end of the touch component to the pressure sensing module 12, and the second end of the touch component is in a tight connection state with the surface of the pressure sensing module 12.
Optionally, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the touch component includes a pen head 2 and a conductive component 3, a first end of the conductive component 3 is connected with the pen head 2, a second end of the conductive component 3 abuts against the pressure sensing module 12, and the elastic component 13 is connected with the conductive component 3.
The pen head 2 is located at the outer side of the pen holder 1, and the pen head 2 is used for contacting with a screen of the electronic device, that is, the pen head 2 is located at one end of the pen holder 1 so as to be connected with the first end of the conductive component 3. The second end of the conductive component 3 cooperates with the pressure sensing module 12 to obtain pressure, and the second end of the conductive component 3 is tightly connected with the pressure sensing module 12 under the action of the elastic component 13. It can be understood that after the pen head 2 contacts with the screen of the electronic device, the generated pressing force is transmitted to the pressure sensing module 12 through the pen head 2 and the conductive component 3.
It should be noted that, a gap is left between the pen point 2 and the pen holder 1, that is, the pen point 2 and the pen holder 1 are not directly connected with each other, and the pen point 2 can slightly move toward the pen holder 1 through the set gap, so that the pressing force is transmitted when the pen point 2 contacts with the screen of the electronic device.
As shown in fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment of the present disclosure, the conductive assembly 3 includes a first electrode 31, a conductive connection 32, and a mating member 33.

The conductive connecting piece 32 is used for realizing connection between the first electrode 31 and the matching piece 33, the conductive connecting piece 32 can play a role in extending, so that the first electrode 31 is located outside the pen holder 1 and connected with the pen head 2, and the matching piece 33 can realize matching with the pressure sensing module 12. By the connection of the elastic member 13 with the fitting member 33, it is made possible to directly apply a pushing force to the fitting member 33, so that the fitting member 33 and the pressure-sensitive module 12 remain tightly connected.
In some examples, the first electrode 31 is a transmitting electrode, and the first electrode 31 can transmit a signal to a screen of the electronic device, so that the capacitance of the screen can be changed, and the position of the pen point 2 on the screen away from the tip of the pen holder 1 can be displayed, so that touch operation and writing can be performed better. In some examples, the pen head 2 and the conductive connecting piece 32 are integrally formed, so that the pen head 2 is easy to wear and drop and break during the use of the stylus, and therefore the pen head 2 can be replaced, and the service life of the stylus can be prolonged.
