As shown in fig. 5 to 6, an abutment groove 26 is formed in the third shaft body 22 from the junction between the third arc surface 221 and the second plane 24, and one end of the abutment groove 26, which is close to the fourth shaft body 23, extends into the fourth shaft body 23 and is exposed to the fourth arc surface 231; a connection threaded hole 213 is formed in the abutting groove 26 toward the inside of the first shaft body 12, and one end of the connection threaded hole 213 away from the abutting groove 26 is exposed to the third arc surface 221.
A blade abutting portion 21 is provided in the circumferential direction of the second rotating shaft 2, the blade abutting portion 21 is mounted in the abutting groove 26, as shown in fig. 7, the blade abutting portion 21 includes an abutting surface 211 and an abutting portion screw hole 212, the abutting surface 211 is provided at an upper portion of the blade abutting portion 21 for abutting against an edge of the packaging bag; the abutment screw hole 212 is formed in the middle of the blade abutment 21, the axis of the abutment screw hole coincides with the central axis of the connection screw hole 213, the set screw 9 can be screwed into the abutment screw hole 212, the front end of the set screw 9 can be screwed into the connection screw hole 213, and the rear end of the set screw remains in the abutment screw hole 212. Therefore, when the set screw 9 is completely screwed in, the blade abutment portion 21 is fixed to the second rotation shaft 2.
Preferably, the abutment surface 211 of the blade abutment portion 21 is an outwardly convex arc surface, so as to avoid the abutment surface 211 from scratching the edge of the packaging bag and affecting the normal operation of the packaging machine.
Preferably, one side of the blade abutment portion 21 is closely attached to one end of the abutment groove 26 located inside the fourth shaft body 23, so as to ensure that the blade abutment portion 21 can abut against the edge of the package bag to be cut.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, a second groove 25 is formed at the junction between the fourth arc surface 231 and the second plane 24, a second gap L2 is formed between the edge of the second groove 25 and the edge of the blade abutting portion 21, and the length of the second gap L2 in the axial direction is the distance between one side of the second groove 25 near the third shaft body 22 and one end of the blade abutting portion 21 near the fourth shaft body 23; the second gap L2 is used for abutting against the first gap L1, so as to seal the gap between the packaging bag easy-tearing opening 84 and the discharge opening 83.
The first gap L1 and the second gap L2 have the same length in the axial direction.
In the process of sealing the packaging bag, the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2 rotate in opposite directions, and the remaining arc surfaces except the first groove 15 of the second arc surface 131 and the remaining arc surfaces except the second groove 25 of the fourth arc surface 231 are abutted to form a second sealing part 82 of the packaging bag; the position of the first groove 15 corresponds to the position of the second groove 25, that is, the projection of the first groove 15 on the second arc surface 131 overlaps with the projection of the second groove 25 on the fourth arc surface 231, and a discharge hole 83 of the packaging bag is formed in the abutting process.
The remaining arc surface except the first groove 15 on the second arc surface 131 is abutted against the remaining arc surface except the second groove 25 on the fourth arc surface 231, that is, the first gap L1 is abutted against the second gap L2 in the axial length.
The sum of the distance from the cutting edge 113 of the cutter portion 11 to the central axis of the first rotating shaft 1 and the distance from the contact surface 211 of the cutting edge contact portion 21 to the central axis of the second rotating shaft 2 is equal to the distance from the central axis of the first rotating shaft 1 to the central axis of the second rotating shaft 2, so as to ensure that the cutting edge 113 of the cutter portion 11 can contact with the contact surface 211 of the cutting edge contact portion 21 when the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2 rotate in opposite directions.
As shown in fig. 8, the tool holder shaft 3 is provided with an abutment bar 31, the abutment bar 31 is mounted in a clamping structure of the tool holder shaft 3, one side of the clamping structure is provided with a threaded hole 10, a set screw 9 matched with the threaded hole 10 is screwed into the threaded hole 10, and the front end of the set screw 9 abuts against the abutment bar 31 and is pressed in the clamping structure, so that the abutment bar 31 is clamped and fixed.
As shown in fig. 9, the cutter shaft 4 is provided with a flat cutter 41, the flat cutter 41 is mounted in a clamping structure of the cutter shaft 4, one side of the clamping structure is provided with a threaded hole 10, a set screw 9 matched with the threaded hole 10 is screwed into the threaded hole 10, and the front end of the set screw 9 abuts against the flat cutter 41 and is pressed in the clamping structure, so that the flat cutter 41 is clamped and fixed.
When the cutter supporting shaft 3 and the cutter shaft 4 work, the abutting strip 31 abuts against the flat cutter 41, and the sealing area of the packaging bag which is sealed by the shaft assembly and is connected up and down is cut off, so that a packaging bag finished product which can be used independently and is filled with traditional Chinese medicine decoction is produced.
As shown in fig. 10, the set screw 9 is preferably a hexagon socket set screw, because such a set screw can be completely screwed into the threaded hole 10 without taking up excessive space, and the space of the installation position of the set screw 9 in the packing machine is small, so that the operation is more convenient by adopting a hexagon spanner matched with the set screw.
In the above scheme, when the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2 work, the second arc surface 131 is abutted against the fourth arc surface 231, the arc length of the second arc surface 131 on the circumference of the second shaft body 13 is equal to the arc length of the fourth arc surface 231 on the circumference of the fourth shaft body 23, and the arc lengths are all C; as shown in fig. 12, after the second arc surface 131 abuts against the fourth arc surface 231, a sealing area with a width of C is formed, wherein the sealing area with a width of a is the second sealing portion 82 of the packaging bag, and the sealing area with a width of B is the second sealing portion 82 of the next packaging bag; when the flat cutter 41 of the cutter shaft 4 is abutted against the abutment bar 31 of the cutter supporting shaft 3, the flat cutter 41 cuts the sealing region with the width C between the two packaging bags which are vertically connected.
The extension length of the first groove 15 on the circumference of the second shaft body 13 is equal to the extension length of the second groove 25 on the circumference of the fourth shaft body 23, and the extension lengths are all D; when the second arc surface 131 abuts against the fourth arc surface 231, a discharge port with a longitudinal length D is left on the package bag as shown in fig. 12.
In the scheme, the working principle of the packaging machine is as follows: the raw materials of the packaging bag sequentially pass through the edge sealing shaft 5, the shaft assembly, the cutter supporting shaft 3 and the cutter shaft 4 from top to bottom. When passing through the edge sealing shaft 5, the edge sealing shaft 5 seals two sides of the packaging bag to form a first sealing part 81; when passing through the shaft assembly, the second arc surface 131 of the first rotating shaft 1 is abutted against the fourth arc surface 231 of the second rotating shaft 2 to form a second sealing part 82 below the packaging bag, after the packaging bag is filled with the packaged material, the second arc surface 131 of the first rotating shaft 1 is abutted against the fourth arc surface 231 of the second rotating shaft 2 again to form a second sealing part 82 above the packaging bag and a second sealing part 82 below the next packaging bag, meanwhile, the cutter part 11 is abutted against the cutting edge abutting part 21 to form an easy-tearing opening 84, and in addition, the projection of the first groove 15 on the second arc surface 131 is abutted against the projection of the second groove 25 on the fourth arc surface 231 to form a discharge opening 83; when passing through the cutter supporting shaft 3 and the cutter shaft 4, the abutting strip 31 abuts against the flat cutter 41, and cuts off the packaging bag sealing areas which are connected up and down, so as to produce a packaging bag finished product.

the first rotating shaft (1) and the second rotating shaft (2) rotate in opposite directions, so that the cutter part (11) is abutted with the blade abutting part (21) and is used for cutting the edge of the packaging bag to form an easy-tearing opening (84).
2. A packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said first rotation shaft (1) comprises:
the first shaft body (12) is arranged at one end of the first rotating shaft (1) and comprises a first arc surface (121);
the second shaft body (13) is connected with the first shaft body (12) and comprises a second arc surface (131);
the radius of the shaft body where the first arc surface (121) is located is smaller than the radius of the shaft body where the second arc surface (131) is located;
the cutter part (11) is arranged on the first arc surface (121), extends towards the inside of the second shaft body (13) in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft (1), and the cutting edge (113) of the cutter part (11) is exposed out of the second arc surface (131).

a fourth shaft body (23) connected with the third shaft body (22) and comprising a fourth arc surface (231);

the blade contact portion (21) is provided on the third arc surface (221), extends in the axial direction of the second rotating shaft (2) toward the inside of the fourth shaft body (23), and the contact surface (211) of the blade contact portion (21) is exposed to the fourth arc surface (231).

A packaging machine according to claim 5, wherein said second rotation axis (2) further comprises a second plane (24), said second plane (24) being provided on both sides of said third axis (22) and said fourth axis (23), connected to the edges of said third arc surface (221) and said fourth arc surface (231);
a second groove (25) is formed in the fourth arc surface (231), the second groove (25) is formed in the junction of the fourth arc surface (231) and the second plane (24), and a second gap L2 is formed between the edge of the second groove (25) and the edge of the cutting edge abutting part (21);
the first gap L1 and the second gap L2 have the same length in the axial direction.
7. A packaging machine according to claim 6, wherein said first rotation axis (1) and said second rotation axis (2) rotate towards each other, the position of said first recess (15) corresponding to the position of said second recess (25);
the remaining arc surface of the second arc surface (131) except for the first groove (15) is abutted against the remaining arc surface of the fourth arc surface (231) except for the second groove (25).

A packaging machine according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the sum of the distance of the cutting edge (113) of the cutter portion (11) to the centre axis of the first rotation shaft (1) and the distance of the abutment surface (211) of the cutting edge abutment portion (21) to the centre axis of the second rotation shaft (2) is equal to the distance of the centre axis of the first rotation shaft (1) to the centre axis of the second rotation shaft (2).
9. A packaging bag produced by a packaging machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, said packaging bag comprising:

second sealing parts (82) arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the packaging bag and used for sealing the upper side and the lower side of the packaging bag;
