1. A connection device, comprising:
the first connecting part comprises a first contact type communication end;
the second connecting part comprises a second contact communication end, and the second contact communication end is detachably connected with the first contact communication end so that the first connecting part is detachably connected with the second connecting part;
the limiting assembly is arranged between the first connecting part and the second connecting part and used for limiting the position relation between the first connecting part and the second connecting part;
when the limiting assembly is in a first state, the first connecting part and the second connecting part cannot be separated;
when the limiting assembly is in a second state, the first connecting part and the second connecting part can be separated;
the first connecting part is used for being connected with the first substrate, the first contact type communication end is electrically connected with the first substrate, the second connecting part is used for being connected with the second substrate, and the second contact type communication end is electrically connected with the second substrate.
2. The connection device according to claim 1, wherein,
when the first contact communication end is connected with the second contact communication end and meets a first position relation, the limit component can be switched to the first state;
and when the first contact communication end and the second contact communication end do not meet the first position relation, the limiting assembly is in the second state.
3. The connection device according to claim 2, wherein,
the spacing subassembly includes: the first limiting unit and the second limiting unit;
the first limiting unit is arranged on the first connecting part, and the second limiting unit is arranged on the second connecting part;
the first limiting unit is matched with the second limiting unit to enable the limiting assembly to be in the first state or the second state.

the first limiting unit is provided with a clamping piece, and the second limiting unit is provided with a clamping groove;
when the first contact communication end is connected with the second contact communication end and meets a first position relation, the clamping piece stretches into the clamping groove, and the limiting component can be switched to the first state;
when the first contact communication end and the second contact communication end do not meet the first position relation, the clamping piece does not extend into the clamping groove, and the limiting assembly is in the second state.

the second connecting part is provided with a movable space, the clamping groove can slide in the movable space, the clamping groove is positioned at a first position under the condition of not receiving external force, and the clamping groove can slide to a second position under the condition of receiving external force;
when the clamping piece is clamped with the clamping groove and the clamping groove is located at the first position, the clamping piece and the clamping groove cannot be separated, and the limiting assembly is in the first state;
and under the condition that the clamping groove is positioned at the second position, the clamping piece and the clamping groove can be separated, and the limiting assembly is positioned in the second state.
6. The connection device of claim 5, further comprising:
and the reset piece is connected with the clamping groove and used for providing reset force for the clamping groove, and the reset force is used for enabling the clamping groove to move towards the first position.
7. The connection device according to claim 5, wherein,
the clamping groove further comprises: the force receiving part is used for receiving the external force;
under the condition that the clamping groove is located at the first position, the force receiving portion extends out of the opening of the movable space, the force receiving portion is arranged towards a first direction, and the first direction is the same as the direction pointing to the first position from the second position.

one end of the clamping piece, which faces the clamping groove, is provided with an inclined transition structure and/or,
one end of the clamping groove, which faces the clamping piece, is provided with an inclined transition structure,
the inclined transition structure is used for enabling the clamping piece and the clamping groove to be clamped more smoothly.

and the guiding structure is used for guiding the first contact type communication terminal to be connected with the second contact type communication terminal.

when the limiting assembly is in a first state, the first substrate and the second substrate cannot be separated;
when the limiting assembly is in the second state, the first substrate and the second substrate can be separated.
