And the two ends of the handle seat 310 and the handle cover 320 in the length direction form limiting structures respectively, and the two ends of the handle cover 320 are firmly arranged on the handle seat 310 through the matching of the limiting flange 315 and the limiting section 3222, so that the mounting structure is simple and the mounting is convenient.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 15, the edges of the pull cup 320, the recess formed between the protruding section 3221 and the limiting section 3222 of the fourth limiting portion 322 are adapted in size to the limiting flange 315, so that the limiting flange 315 may be accommodated therein. Meanwhile, the edge of the opening 311 is complementary to the edge surface of the handle cover 320, so that the handle cover 320 can be almost seamlessly covered in the opening 311, the assembly adaptability of the handle cover 320 and the handle seat 310 is improved, and the aesthetic property of the handle 300 is improved.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 11-22, a positioning post 323 is further disposed on the inner surface of the handle cover 320 near the buckle 321, and an inner hollow positioning portion 316 is disposed on the reinforcing plate 312 corresponding to the positioning post 323, where the positioning post 323 can extend into the positioning portion 316. In the process of installing the handle cover 320 on the handle seat 310, the positioning column 323 can be aligned with the positioning portion 316 and extend into the positioning portion 316 to initially position the installation position of the handle cover 320, so that the positions of the buckle 321 and the clamping portion 312 are easier to align and install, and the handle cover 320 is convenient to install.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 20-22, protruding positioning ribs 324 are further provided at two side edges of the handle cover 320 in the length direction, the distance between the two side positioning ribs 324 is adapted to the size of the opening portion 311 and can extend into the opening portion 311, and during the installation of the handle cover 320, the positioning ribs 324 extend into the handle seat 310 and can limit the displacement of the handle cover 320 in the width direction.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 11, the handle 300 includes a grip portion 301 and mounting portions 302 disposed at both ends of the grip portion 301 in the length direction, the mounting portions 302 are mounted on the opening and closing side of the door 200, that is, the mounting portions 302 are mounted on the first door side plate 212 of the door 200, so that the handle seat 310 is mounted on the door 200.
The grip 301 is used for a user to grip so as to conveniently apply an external force to the door 200 to control the opening and closing of the door 200. The grip 301 occupies a substantial portion of the length of the handle socket 310, thereby providing a sufficient force-exerting structure for the user.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 11, 16 and 17, a side surface of the grip portion 301 facing the door 200 is provided as a circular arc surface having a semicircular cross section in the thickness direction of the handle holder 310. The circular arc-shaped holding surface is more convenient for a user to hold, so that the user can feel more comfortable when holding the handle 300, and the tactile experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, the refrigerator further includes a locking assembly, as shown in fig. 8-19, the locking assembly includes a lock cylinder 410, the handle seat 310 further includes a lock seat 317 disposed under one of the mounting portions 302 in a height direction, a lock cylinder mounting portion 318 adapted to the lock cylinder 410 is disposed on a side of the lock seat 317 facing the refrigerator door 200, and the lock cylinder 410 is mounted in the lock cylinder mounting portion 318. The handle seat 310 provides the installation function of the lock cylinder 410 in addition to the function of the handle 300, so that components for installing the lock cylinder 410 do not need to be additionally arranged at other positions on the door 200, and the utilization rate of the handle seat 310 and the attractiveness of the door 200 are improved.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, the surface of the lock base 317 facing the user is a vertical shielding surface, and the lock cylinder 410 is installed behind the shielding surface, so that the lock cylinder 410 can be shielded in front, and the aesthetic property is improved. Through holes are formed in the shielding surface corresponding to the lock cylinder 410, and lock holes of the lock cylinder 410 can be exposed through the through holes, so that the lock cylinder is convenient for a user to open and lock.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, the lock cylinder mounting portion 318 is disposed on the back surface of the shielding surface and is hollow inside to form a hollow portion, the through hole faces the hollow portion of the lock cylinder mounting portion 318, and the lock cylinder 410 is inserted into the hollow portion of the lock cylinder mounting portion 318 to be mounted. The lock cylinder mounting part 318 not only can accommodate the lock cylinder 410 to realize the mounting of the lock cylinder 410, but also can provide protection for the lock cylinder 410 at the outside, reduce the possibility that the lock cylinder 410 is damaged at the outside, and improve the safety of the locking assembly.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 23-33, the locking assembly further includes a lock ring 431 disposed on an outer surface of the case 100 and a lock hook 420 disposed on the lock cylinder 410, the lock hook 420 is configured to rotate with the lock cylinder 410 to be hooked into the lock ring 431 or to be separated from the lock ring 431, the locking assembly further includes a lock box 440, the lock box 440 is covered on an outer portion of the lock ring 431, and the lock box 440 is provided with a avoidance portion 441 corresponding to a movement stroke of the lock hook 420. The lock of the refrigerator door 200 is achieved through the lock hook 420 and the lock ring 431, the lock box 440 is arranged on the outer cover of the lock ring 431, when the refrigerator door 200 is opened, the lock box 440 can hide the lock ring 431 inside, the attractiveness of a refrigerator is improved, the lock box 440 can protect the lock ring 431 outside, the condition that the lock hook 420 cannot be hooked into the lock ring 431 smoothly due to damage or deformation of the lock ring 431 outside is avoided, the lock assembly is disabled, and the safety of the lock assembly is improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 27 and 28, the lock case 440 includes an accommodating cavity 442 capable of accommodating the locking ring 431, the avoidance portion 441 is disposed at the top of the lock case 440 and is in communication with the accommodating cavity 442, and the lock case 440 can avoid on the movement stroke of the locking hook 420 through the avoidance portion 441, so as to avoid the influence of the lock case 440 on the locking process.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, one side of the locking ring 431 is provided with a locking ring mounting portion 432, and the locking ring 431 is mounted on the outer surface of the case 100 through the locking ring mounting portion 432. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 23 to 26, two mounting holes 4321 are formed in the lock ring mounting portion 432, and the lock ring 431 is mounted on the outer surface of the case 100 by using a fastener such as a screw at the position of the mounting hole 4321.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 23-33, opposite ends of the lock ring mounting portion 432 extend toward the inside of the accommodating cavity 442 and are respectively bent toward two sides to form first engaging portions 4322, surfaces of the first engaging portions 4322 facing the case 100 are first engaging surfaces, inner walls of two sides of the accommodating cavity 442 are respectively provided with a protruding second engaging portion 443, surfaces of the second engaging portions 443 facing the bottom of the accommodating cavity 442 are second engaging surfaces, and the first engaging surfaces are opposite to the second engaging surfaces to limit movement of the lock case 440 in a direction away from the lock ring 431. The lock ring 431 is positioned in the accommodation chamber 442 by engaging the lock cover with the lock ring mounting portion 432 by the engagement of the first engaging portion 4322 and the second engaging portion 443.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 33, a shape of the locking ring 431 is adapted to a shape of the receiving cavity 442 of the lock case 440, one end of the locking ring 431 is connected to the locking ring mounting portion 432, a side of the locking ring 431 opposite to the end is inclined to the locking ring mounting portion 432 to form an inclined portion 4311, an end portion of the inclined portion 4311 is formed as a free end 4312, the locking ring 431 is made of a material having elasticity, an inner wall surface of the lock case 440 on the same side as the inclined portion 4311 is provided with a protrusion 444, and the protrusion 444 is opposite to the inclined portion 4311 to restrict movement of the inclined portion 4311 away from the receiving cavity 442.
In the above embodiment, the locking ring 431 is made of a material having elasticity, when the lock case 440 is mounted outside the locking ring 431, the locking ring 431 is deformed after being pressed due to the protrusion 444, and when the lock case 440 is mounted, the protrusion 444 is in pressing contact with the locking ring 431 and performs a limiting function against the inclined portion 4311.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 28, the positions of the inner walls on two sides of the lock case 440 near the second engaging portions 443 are provided with the openings 445 penetrating the inner wall of the lock case 440 inwards from the edges of the accommodating cavity 442, during the installation of the lock case 440, the lock ring mounting portion 432 and the first engaging portions 4322 on two ends are extruded into the openings of the accommodating cavity 442, the second engaging portions 443 on the inner walls on two sides of the accommodating cavity 442 can block the first engaging portions 4322 to a certain extent, in order to enable the lock case 440 to be installed smoothly, the openings 445 are provided on the inner walls on two sides provided with the second engaging portions 443, so that the deformability of the inner walls on two sides can be increased, and during the installation of the lock case 440, the inner walls on two sides can be deformed adaptively under the action of the openings 445, so that the lock ring mounting portion 432 and the first engaging portions 4322 on two ends of the lock ring mounting portion 432 smoothly enter the accommodating cavity 442, and the second engaging portions 443 after the deformation release have a limiting effect on the movement of the first engaging portions 4322 out of the accommodating cavity 442.
The refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the application improves the structure of the locking component of the refrigerator, and improves the safety and the aesthetic property of the locking component.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the refrigerator provided in the second aspect of the present application further includes a locking assembly including a lock cylinder 410 provided on the handle 300, a locking hook 420 provided on the lock cylinder 410 and rotatable with the lock cylinder 410, and a locking member 430 provided on an outer surface of the case 100 corresponding to the locking hook 420, the locking member 430 including a locking ring 431, the locking ring 431 being configured to allow the locking hook 420 to extend therein to limit movement of the opening and closing side of the door 200 in a direction away from the case 100. With further reference to fig. 27-33, the locking assembly further includes a lock case 440, the lock case 440 includes a receiving cavity 442 capable of receiving the locking ring 431, the lock case 440 is covered on the outside of the locking ring 431, and the lock case 440 is provided with a recess 441 corresponding to a movement stroke of the locking hook 420.
According to the refrigerator provided by the embodiment, the lock box 440 is arranged outside the lock ring 431, when the refrigerator door 200 is opened, the lock box 440 can hide the lock ring 431 inside, so that the attractiveness of the refrigerator is improved, the lock box 440 can protect the lock ring 431 outside, and the problem that the lock hook 420 cannot be smoothly hooked into the lock ring 431 due to damage or deformation of the lock ring 431 outside is avoided, so that a locking component fails, and the safety of the locking component is improved.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, the locking piece 430 further includes a locking ring mounting portion 432 provided at one side of the locking ring 431, and the locking ring 431 is mounted on the outer surface of the case 100 through the locking ring mounting portion 432. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 23 to 26, two mounting holes 4321 are formed in the lock ring mounting portion 432, and the lock ring 431 is mounted on the outer surface of the case 100 by using a fastener such as a screw at the position of the mounting hole 4321.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 23-33, opposite ends of the lock ring mounting portion 432 extend toward the inside of the accommodating cavity 442 and are respectively bent toward two sides to form first engaging portions 4322, surfaces of the first engaging portions 4322 facing the case 100 are first engaging surfaces, inner walls of two sides of the accommodating cavity 442 are respectively provided with a protruding second engaging portion 443, surfaces of the second engaging portions 443 facing the bottom of the accommodating cavity 442 are second engaging surfaces, and the first engaging surfaces are opposite to the second engaging surfaces to limit movement of the lock case 440 in a direction away from the lock ring 431. The lock ring 431 is positioned in the accommodation chamber 442 by engaging the lock cover with the lock ring mounting portion 432 by the engagement of the first engaging portion 4322 and the second engaging portion 443.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 33, the shape of the locking ring 431 is adapted to the shape of the receiving cavity 442 of the lock case 440, one end of the locking ring 431 is connected to the locking ring mounting portion 432, a side of the locking ring 431 opposite to the end is inclined to the locking ring mounting portion 432 to form an inclined portion 4311, an end portion of the inclined portion 4311 is formed as a free end 4312, the locking ring 431 is made of a material having elasticity, an inner wall surface of the lock case 440 on the same side as the inclined portion 4311 is provided with a protrusion 444, and the protrusion 444 is opposite to the inclined portion 4311 to restrict movement of the inclined portion 4311 away from the receiving cavity 442.
In the above embodiment, the locking ring 431 is made of a material having elasticity, when the lock case 440 is mounted outside the locking ring 431, the locking ring 431 is deformed after being pressed due to the protrusion 444, and when the lock case 440 is mounted, the protrusion 444 is in pressing contact with the locking ring 431 and performs a limiting function against the inclined portion 4311.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 28, the openings 445 penetrating the inner wall of the lock case 440 inwards from the openings of the accommodating chambers 442 are opened at the positions of the inner walls of the two sides of the lock case 440 near the second engaging portions 443, during the installation of the lock case 440, the lock ring mounting portions 432 and the first engaging portions 4322 at the two ends are squeezed into the openings of the accommodating chambers 442, the second engaging portions 443 on the inner walls of the two sides of the accommodating chambers 442 can block the first engaging portions 4322 to a certain extent, in order to enable the lock case 440 to be installed smoothly, the openings 445 are opened on the inner walls of the two sides provided with the second engaging portions 443, so that the deformability of the inner walls of the two sides can be increased, and during the installation of the lock case 440, the inner walls of the two sides can be deformed adaptively under the action of the openings 445, so that the lock ring mounting portions 432 and the first engaging portions 4322 at the two ends smoothly enter the accommodating chambers 442, and the second engaging portions 443 play a limiting role in restricting the movement of the first engaging portions 4322 out of the accommodating chambers 442 after the deformation release.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 11, the handle seat 310 includes a grip portion 301 and mounting portions 302 provided at both ends of the grip portion 301 in the length direction, and the mounting portions 302 are mounted on the opening and closing side of the door 200, i.e., on the first door side plate 212 of the door 200, so that the handle seat 310 is mounted on the door 200.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 8-19, the handle holder 310 further includes a lock holder 317 disposed below one of the mounting portions 302 in a height direction, and a lock cylinder mounting portion 318 adapted to the lock cylinder 410 is provided at a side of the lock holder 317 facing the door 200, and the lock cylinder 410 is mounted in the lock cylinder mounting portion 318. The handle seat 310 provides the installation function of the lock cylinder 410 in addition to the function of the handle 300, so that components for installing the lock cylinder 410 do not need to be additionally arranged at other positions on the door 200, and the utilization rate of the handle seat 310 and the attractiveness of the door 200 are improved.

The lock cylinder mounting part 318 not only can accommodate the lock cylinder 410 to realize the mounting of the lock cylinder 410, but also can provide protection for the lock cylinder 410 at the outside, reduce the possibility that the lock cylinder 410 is damaged at the outside, and improve the safety of the locking assembly.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 18 to 22, at least one reinforcing plate 312 is disposed inside the handle seat 310 along the length direction of the handle seat 310, at least one clamping portion 312 is disposed at a middle position of the reinforcing plate 312 near the length direction, and the clamping portion 312 protrudes toward a side wall of the handle seat 310; the surface of the handle cover 320 facing the opening portion 311 is the inner surface of the handle cover 320, at least one buckle 321 is provided on the inner surface of the handle cover 320 corresponding to the clamping portion 312, the buckle 321 includes an extension segment 3211 extending toward the interior of the handle seat 310 and a clamping segment 3212 located at the end of the extension segment 3211, and the clamping segment 3212 is bent relative to the extension segment 3211. When the handle cover 320 is mounted on the handle seat 310, the inner surface of the handle cover 320 and the clamping section 3212 are respectively located at two sides of the clamping portion 312, and the clamping section 3212 is opposite to the clamping portion 312 to limit the movement of the handle cover 320 away from the handle seat 310. The catch 321 is formed on the inner surface of the handle cover 320 and the catching section 3212 of the end of the catch 321 may be caught on the catching portion 312, so that the handle cover 320 is caught on the handle seat 310 at the middle portion.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 10 and fig. 14-15, two sidewalls of the handle seat 310 in the length direction are recessed inward to form a recess 314 near the edge of the opening 311, a limit flange 315 is formed between the recess 314 and the edge of the opening 311, two ends of the handle cover 320 in the length direction extend into the handle seat 310 to form an extension section 3221, an end of the extension section 3221 extends into the recess 314 to form a limit section 3222, and the limit section 3222 and the limit flange 315 are opposite to each other in the thickness direction of the handle 300 to limit the movement of two ends of the handle cover 320 away from the handle seat 310. And the two ends of the handle seat 310 and the handle cover 320 in the length direction form limiting structures respectively, and the two ends of the handle cover 320 are firmly arranged on the handle seat 310 through the matching of the limiting flange 315 and the limiting section 3222, so that the mounting structure is simple and the mounting is convenient.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 11-22, a positioning post 323 is further disposed on the inner surface of the handle cover 320 near the buckle 321, and an inner hollow positioning portion 316 is disposed on the reinforcing plate 312 corresponding to the positioning post 323, where the positioning post 323 can extend into the positioning portion 316. In the process of installing the handle cover 320 on the handle seat 310, the positioning column 323 can be aligned with the positioning portion 316 and extend into the positioning portion 316 to initially position the installation position of the handle cover 320, so that the positions of the buckle 321 and the clamping portion 312 are easier to align and install, and the handle cover 320 is convenient to install.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 20-22, protruding positioning ribs 324 are further provided at both side edges of the handle cover 320 in the length direction, the distance between the two side positioning ribs 324 is adapted to the size of the opening 311 and can extend into the opening 311, and during the installation of the handle cover 320, the positioning ribs 324 extend into the handle seat 310 and can limit the displacement of the handle cover 320 in the width direction.

Claims (10)
1. A refrigerator, comprising:
A case defining a refrigeration compartment therein;
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a refrigerator door and a refrigerator door, wherein one side of the refrigerator door is rotatably arranged on the refrigerator body to form an installation side, the other side of the refrigerator door opposite to the installation side is an opening and closing side, and the refrigerator door can be opened or closed by the opening and closing side; and
the handle, it locates on the chamber door, the handle includes:
the handle seat is arranged on the opening and closing side of the box door, the interior of the handle seat is hollow, one side, facing away from the box door, of the handle seat is opened towards the outside to form an opening part, at least one reinforcing plate is arranged in the handle seat along the length direction, at least one first limiting part is arranged in the middle position, close to the length direction, of the reinforcing plate, and second limiting parts are arranged at the edges of the two ends of the opening part along the length direction; and
the handle cover can be installed in the opening part and is closed the opening part, the surface of the handle cover facing the opening part is the inner surface of the handle cover, at least one third limiting part is arranged on the inner surface of the handle cover corresponding to the first limiting part, the two ends of the handle cover in the length direction are provided with fourth limiting parts corresponding to the second limiting parts, the third limiting parts can be matched with the first limiting parts to limit the handle cover to move away from the handle seat at a position close to the middle, and the second limiting parts can be matched with the fourth limiting parts to limit the handle cover to move away from the handle seat at two ends.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the first limiting portion is a clamping portion protruding from the reinforcing plate toward a side wall of the handle seat, the third limiting portion is a buckle disposed on an inner surface of the handle cover, the buckle includes an extension section extending toward the interior of the handle seat and a clamping section located at an end of the extension section, the clamping section is bent with respect to the extension section, and when the handle cover is mounted on the handle seat, the inner surface of the handle cover and the clamping section are located on two sides of the clamping portion and the clamping section and the clamping portion are opposite to each other to limit movement of the handle cover away from the handle seat.
3. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein both side walls in the handle seat length direction are recessed inward at positions close to edges of the opening portions to form recessed portions, the second limit portion is a limit flange formed between the recessed portions and the edges of the opening portions, the fourth limit portion includes protruding sections that extend into the handle seat from both ends in the handle cover length direction and limit sections that extend into the recessed portions from ends of the protruding sections, respectively, the limit sections and the limit flange are opposed in a thickness direction of the handle to limit movement of both ends of the handle cover away from the handle seat.
4. The refrigerator according to claim 2, wherein a positioning post is further provided on an inner surface of the handle cover adjacent to the buckle, and an internally hollow positioning portion is provided on the reinforcing plate corresponding to the positioning post, the positioning post being extendable into the positioning portion.
5. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the handle includes a grip portion and mounting portions provided at both ends in a length direction of the grip portion, the mounting portions being mounted on the opening and closing side of the door, a side surface of the grip portion facing the door being provided as a circular arc surface having a semicircular cross section in a thickness direction of the handle seat.
6. The refrigerator according to claim 5, further comprising a locking assembly including a lock cylinder, wherein the handle base further comprises a lock base provided under one of the mounting portions in a height direction, wherein a lock cylinder mounting portion adapted to the lock cylinder is provided at a side of the lock base facing the door, and wherein the lock cylinder is mounted in the lock cylinder mounting portion.
7. The refrigerator according to claim 6, wherein the locking assembly further comprises a locking hook arranged on the lock cylinder, a locking ring arranged on the outer surface of the refrigerator body, and a lock box, the locking hook is arranged to rotate along with the lock cylinder to be hooked into the locking ring or separated from the locking ring, the lock box is covered on the outer portion of the locking ring, and the lock box is provided with a avoiding portion corresponding to the movement stroke of the locking hook.
8. A refrigerator, comprising:
a case defining a refrigeration compartment therein;
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a refrigerator door and a refrigerator door, wherein one side of the refrigerator door is rotatably arranged on the refrigerator body to form an installation side, the other side of the refrigerator door opposite to the installation side is an opening and closing side, and the refrigerator door can be opened or closed by the opening and closing side;
the handle is arranged on the opening and closing side of the box door;
a locking assembly, comprising:
the lock core is arranged on the handle;
the lock hook is arranged on the lock cylinder and can rotate along with the lock cylinder;
the locking piece is arranged on the outer surface of the box body corresponding to the lock hook and comprises a lock ring which is arranged to allow the lock hook to extend into the lock ring so as to limit the opening and closing side of the box door to move in a direction away from the box body; and
the lock box comprises an accommodating cavity capable of accommodating the lock ring, the lock box is covered outside the lock ring, and the lock box is provided with an avoiding part corresponding to the movement stroke of the lock hook.
9. The refrigerator of claim 8, wherein the locking piece further comprises a locking ring mounting part provided at one side of the locking ring, and the locking ring is mounted to an outer surface of the case through the locking ring mounting part.
