Specifically, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the reinforcing iron 4 includes a first reinforcing member 41, a second reinforcing member 42, and a third reinforcing member 43, the first reinforcing member 41, the second reinforcing member 42, and the third reinforcing member 43 being integrally formed and extending in different directions, respectively, the first reinforcing member 41, the second reinforcing member 42, and the third reinforcing member 43 intersecting one another in space; wherein, the first reinforcement 41 extends along the thickness direction of the cabinet body 1 and is arranged at the corner of the shell 11 extending along the thickness direction of the cabinet body 1; the second reinforcing member 42 extends along the height direction of the cabinet 1 and is provided at a corner of the housing 11 extending along the height direction of the cabinet 1; the third reinforcing member 43 extends along the length direction of the cabinet 1 and is arranged at a corner of the outer shell 11 extending along the length direction of the cabinet 1; the second reinforcement 42 is connected to one end of the first reinforcement 41 in the thickness direction of the cabinet 1, and one end of the second reinforcement 42 away from the first reinforcement 41 extends toward the top of the cabinet 1; the third reinforcement 43 is connected to the second reinforcement 42 at the other end connected to the first reinforcement 41 and also connected to the first reinforcement 41; the end of the third reinforcement 43 remote from the second reinforcement 42 extends toward the right side of the cabinet 1; it should be noted that, in other embodiments, the second reinforcing members 42 and the third reinforcing members 43 are respectively configured in two, the two second reinforcing members 42 are disposed opposite to each other and are respectively located on the front and rear sides of the cabinet 1, the two third reinforcing members 43 are also disposed opposite to each other and are respectively located on the front and rear sides of the cabinet 1, and the two second reinforcing members 42 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the two third reinforcing members 43; one end of the first reinforcement 41 in the thickness direction of the cabinet 1 is connected with one of the second reinforcement 42 and one of the third reinforcement 43, and the other end of the first reinforcement 41 in the thickness direction of the cabinet 1 is connected with the other of the second reinforcement 42 and the other of the third reinforcement 43; the first reinforcing member 41 is disposed at a corner formed by connecting the bottom plate 115 and the first side plate 111, and the two second reinforcing members 42 are disposed at a corner formed by connecting the first side plate 111, the third side plate 113, and the fourth side plate 114; the two third reinforcing members 43 are correspondingly arranged at corners formed by connecting the third side plate 113, the fourth side plate 114 and the bottom plate 115.
Further, the first reinforcement 41 includes a first plate 411 and a second plate 412, the first plate 411 and the second plate 412 intersect and are connected, the first plate 411 is attached to the first side plate 111, and the second plate 412 is attached to the bottom plate 115; the second reinforcement 42 includes a third plate 421 and a fourth plate 422; the third plate 421 and the fourth plate 422 are intersected and connected, the third plate 421 is attached to the third side plate 113, and the fourth plate 422 is attached to the first side plate 111; the third reinforcement 43 includes a fifth plate 431 and a sixth plate 432, and the fifth plate 431 intersects and is connected with the sixth plate 432; the fifth plate 431 is bonded to the third side plate 113, and the sixth plate 432 is bonded to the bottom plate 115.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 19, the third plate 421 is provided with a first connection portion 4211, and the first connection portion 4211 extends toward the front side of the cabinet 1 in the thickness direction of the cabinet 1; the connection part of the third plate 421 and the fourth plate 422 is provided with a second connection part 4221, the second connection part 4221 is provided with two sides extending along the length direction of the cabinet body 1 and two sides extending along the thickness direction of the cabinet body 1, one side of the second connection part 4221 along the length direction of the cabinet body 1 is connected with the fourth plate 422, and the other side of the second connection part 4221 along the length direction of the cabinet body 1 extends towards the left side of the cabinet body 1; the second connection portion 4221 is connected to the third plate 421 along one side of the cabinet 1 in the thickness direction, and the second connection portion 4221 extends toward the front side of the cabinet 1 along the other side of the cabinet 1 in the length direction; the first connecting portion 4211, the second connecting portion 4221 and the third connecting portion 4222 are respectively connected with the foaming layer to hook the foaming layer from different directions, so that the stress of the first reinforcing member 41 is relieved, and the overall strength of the reinforced iron 4 is increased; note that, the first connecting portion 4211, the second connecting portion 4221, and the third connecting portion 4222 are respectively located at different heights; it should be further noted that the first connecting portion 4211 is located below the first bin plate 1162 to support and position the first bin plate 1162.
In other embodiments, the fourth plate 422 is provided with a force-receiving rib 44, and the force-receiving rib 44 extends along the height direction of the cabinet 1 to reduce stress concentration of the reinforcing iron 4 and increase the overall strength of the reinforcing iron 4.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 18, a reinforcing iron flanging 45 is disposed on a side, away from the first plate 411, of the second plate 412, and a reinforcing iron flanging 45 is disposed on a side, away from the fifth plate 431, of the sixth plate 432, the reinforcing iron flanging 45 extends along the height direction of the cabinet body 1, and the reinforcing iron flanging 45 can be inserted into the foaming layer to fix the foaming layer, and can facilitate transportation of the reinforcing iron 4 to prevent cutting staff.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 14-16 and 20, the sixth plate 432 is provided with a limiting portion 4321, and the limiting portion 4321 intersects the reinforcing iron flange 45 located on the sixth plate 432 and is disposed near the second bin plate 1163, so as to locate the connection position of the second bin plate 1163 and the reinforcing iron 4; the end of the limiting portion 4321 away from the sixth plate 432 extends toward the top of the cabinet 1, so that the limiting portion 4321 may be inserted into the foaming layer to fix the foaming layer.
It should be noted that, the first reinforcing member 41, the second reinforcing member 42 and the third reinforcing member 43 are integral, and the first reinforcing member 41, the second reinforcing member 42 and the third reinforcing member 43 may be welded together or formed by processing the same plate material through cutting and bending light technology; by designing the reinforcing iron 4 as one body, the overall strength of the reinforcing iron 4 can be increased.
It should be further noted that, the bottom plate 115 includes a first bottom plate 1151 and a second bottom plate 1152, the first bottom plate 1151 is disposed opposite to the first bin plate 1162, the second bottom plate 1152 is disposed opposite to the second liner bottom wall 1253, one end of the third reinforcing member 43 away from the second reinforcing member 42 extends to a connection between the first bottom plate 1151 and the second bottom plate 1152, and the third reinforcing member 43 may also be used to connect the first bottom plate 1151 and the second bottom plate 1152.
In addition, it should be noted that the reinforcing iron 4 is provided with a plurality of first connecting holes, the parts connected with the reinforcing iron 4 are correspondingly provided with second connecting holes, and the same bolts or screws and other fasteners are arranged in the first connecting holes and the corresponding second connecting holes to connect the reinforcing iron 4 with the corresponding parts, which belongs to conventional technical means and is not repeated herein. In the refrigerator, the working principle of the reinforcing iron 4 is as follows: the first reinforcement 41 is disposed at a corner formed by connecting the bottom plate 115 and the first side plate 111, and the first plate 411 is attached to the first side plate 111, and the second plate 412 is attached to the bottom plate 115, so as to increase the connection strength between the first side plate 111 and the bottom plate 115; the two second reinforcing members 42 are correspondingly arranged at corners formed by connecting the first side plate 111 with the third side plate 113 and the fourth side plate 114; the third plate 421 of one of the second reinforcing members 42 is attached to the third side plate 113, and the fourth plate 422 is attached to the first side plate 111 to increase the connection strength of the first side plate 111 and the third side plate 113; the third plate 421 of the other second reinforcement member 42 is attached to the fourth side plate 114, and the fourth plate 422 is attached to the first side plate 111 to increase the connection strength between the first side plate 111 and the fourth side plate 114; the two third reinforcing members 43 are correspondingly arranged at corners formed by connecting the third side plate 113, the fourth side plate 114 and the bottom plate 115; the fifth plate 431 of one of the third reinforcing members 43 is attached to the third side plate 113, and the sixth plate 432 is attached to the bottom plate 115 to increase the connection strength of the third side plate 113 to the bottom plate 115; the fifth plate 431 of the other third reinforcement 43 is attached to the fourth side plate 114, and the sixth plate 432 is attached to the bottom plate 115 to increase the connection strength of the fourth side plate 114 and the bottom plate 115.
The reinforced iron 4 is designed into an integrated structure in the refrigerator, so that the refrigerator is simple in structure, convenient to produce and process, low in production cost, high in overall strength, and convenient to transport, install and detach; the reinforcing iron 4 can be attached to the first side plate 111, the third side plate 113, the fourth side plate 114 and the bottom plate 115, so that the overall strength of the shell 11 is increased; and the production efficiency of refrigerator assembly is increased.

1. A refrigerator, comprising:
a housing;
the inner container is arranged in the shell and is used for limiting an installation space together with the shell, and the installation space is used for forming a foaming layer; the inner container is provided with a storage chamber; the storage chamber is provided with a storage chamber opening;
the door body is arranged at the opening of the storage chamber to open or close the storage chamber;
a bin plate provided in the installation space and defining a receiving chamber for installing the compressor together with the housing;
a reinforcing iron provided in the installation space; the reinforcing iron comprises a first reinforcing piece, a second reinforcing piece and a third reinforcing piece, wherein the first reinforcing piece, the second reinforcing piece and the third reinforcing piece are integrally formed, and extend longitudinally respectively and are intersected in a space in pairs; the first reinforcing member, the second reinforcing member and the third reinforcing member are respectively contacted with the side wall of the shell connected with the bin plate so as to increase the strength of the shell;
and the connecting part is arranged on the second reinforcing piece and positioned in the installation space, and is connected with the foaming layer so as to reduce stress concentration applied to the reinforcing iron by the foaming layer.
2. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the connection portion is configured in plural, and a plurality of the connection portions are located at one end of the second reinforcement member away from the first reinforcement member and extend in different directions, respectively.
3. A refrigerator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the second reinforcement is provided with a load-bearing rib extending longitudinally along the second reinforcement.
4. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a bottom plate, and the side edges of the bottom plate are correspondingly connected with a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate; the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate extend along the intersecting direction of the bottom plate respectively; the first side plate and the second side plate are correspondingly connected to two opposite side edges of the bottom plate; the third side plate and the fourth side plate are correspondingly connected to the other two opposite side edges of the bottom plate; the bin plate is connected to the first side plate, the third side plate, the fourth side plate and the bottom plate.

The refrigerator of claim 4, wherein the first reinforcement is connected to the first side plate and the bottom plate, respectively, and is located at the connection of the first side plate and the bottom plate; the second reinforcing piece is respectively connected with the first side plate and the third side plate and is positioned at the joint of the first side plate and the third side plate; the third reinforcing piece is respectively connected with the third side plate and the bottom plate and is positioned at the joint of the third side plate and the bottom plate.

The cooler of claim 4, wherein said first reinforcement is connected to said first side panel and said bottom panel and is located at the junction of said first side panel and said bottom panel; the second reinforcing piece is connected with the first side plate and the fourth side plate and is positioned at the connection part of the first side plate and the fourth side plate; the third reinforcing piece is connected with the fourth side plate and the bottom plate and is positioned at the joint of the fourth side plate and the bottom plate.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, 5 or 6, wherein the second reinforcing member and the third reinforcing member are respectively configured in two, the two second reinforcing members and the two third reinforcing members are respectively connected to both ends of the first reinforcing member in the longitudinal direction, and the two second reinforcing members and the two third reinforcing members are provided in one-to-one correspondence.
8. The cooler of claim 4, wherein said deck comprises a first deck and a second deck, said first deck intersecting said first side panel and being connected, said second deck being connected to an end of said first deck remote from said first side panel, said second deck being connected to said bottom panel.
9. The refrigerator of claim 8, wherein a side of the first side plate connected to the third side plate, a side of the second side plate connected to the third side plate, and a third side plate connected to the housing flange are each provided with a housing flange; the first bin plate is provided with a positioning opening, and the shell flange arranged on the first side plate is arranged in the positioning opening so as to position the connection position of the first bin plate and the shell.
10. The refrigerator of claim 8, wherein the third reinforcement is provided with a limit portion provided near a side of the second deck toward the first side plate to position a connection position of the second deck with the bottom plate.
