Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the base 12, the flexible light source board 22, and the PC board 23 are also provided with openings corresponding to the left eye, the right eye, and the mouth, and a nose cover portion having a nose gap 132 with the base 12; therefore, after the base 12, the flexible light source board 22, the PC board 23 and the transparent cover 13 are integrally mounted and sealed to form the mask body 1, openings are provided on the mask body 1 corresponding to the left eye and the right eye, respectively, and at this time, the left eye support and the right eye support are mounted to the corresponding openings, respectively, so that the opening edge of the mask body 1 is clamped in the mounting groove 41.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 17 and 18, the mask body 1 is detachably provided with a strap 5 on both sides; two surfaces of the binding band 5 are respectively provided with a HOOK-face magic tape 51 and a LOOP-face magic tape 52; i.e. one side of the trapezoid area outside the binding band in figure 17 is provided with HOOK and LOOP tape 51, the back is provided with a LOOP surface magic tape 52; in fig. 18, a LOOP-faced magic tape 52 is provided on one side of the trapezoid area with the outside binding band, and a HOOK-faced magic tape 51 is provided on the back side; in other embodiments, the trapezoid area may be circular, triangular, or other shapes, and the strap 5 may be an elastic strap.
Therefore, when the belt is worn, the binding belts 5 on the left side and the right side can be stuck at different upper and lower positions, so that the problem of upper and lower placement is not needed to be considered when the belt is worn, and the belt can be better adapted to the habit of a user.
Wherein in this embodiment the strap 5 has at least one connection 53 for connection with the base body 12; the edge of the base body is provided with a mounting opening 122 for the connecting end 54 of the connecting part to pass through; a first connection area 55 close to the connection end 54 and a second connection area 56 far away from the connection end 54 are arranged on one side of the connection part 53, the connection end 54 is folded back after passing through the mounting opening 122, so that the first connection area 55 is connected with the second connection area 56, and the length of the second connection area 56 in the first direction is longer than that of the first connection area 55; the first direction is the direction in which the connecting end 54 points toward the end of the strap away from the base, and the direction of arrow a in fig. 17 is the first direction. It should be noted that, each pair of the first connection regions 55 and the second connection region 56 corresponds to a specific first direction. In this embodiment, the first connection region 55 and the second connection region 56 are a HOOK surface and a LOOP surface, respectively, and are bonded after press-contact.
The length of the second connecting area 56 is longer than that of the first connecting area 55, so that the pasting position of the first connecting area 55 on the second connecting area 55 can be adjusted, thereby adapting to users with various head circumferences or users with different tightness requirements.
Wherein in a preferred embodiment, the connection end 54 folded back through the mounting opening 122 is located on the exposed side of the strap 5, which is the side of the strap 5 away from the wearer's head, when the light cosmetic instrument is worn. That is, when the light beauty apparatus is worn, the connection end 54 is exposed, so that the user can conveniently and easily fine-adjust the attaching position of the first connection area 55 on the second connection area 55 by uncovering the connection end 54 in the case that the LOOP-face velcro 52 and the HOOK-face velcro 51 are already fixed.
In other embodiments, the implementation of the strap 5 may be a buckle-adjusting type, in which a plurality of fastening interfaces are designed on one strap 5, and one buckle is designed on the other strap 5, and the adjustment of the length and the fixation of the two straps 5 are achieved through the cooperation of the buckle and the fastening interfaces.
In this embodiment, the base 12 and the mask body 1 are made of silica gel, which is nontoxic and odorless, has high adsorption performance, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, high mechanical strength, and the like. The flexible photocosmetic instrument manufactured by using the silica gel is good in softness, comfortable and light in wearing experience, meanwhile, the face can be attached to the face, the uniformity and the intensity of illumination are improved, and the effect is better.
Example 2
In this example, the following modifications were made on the basis of example 1:
the transparent cover 13 is removed, and the light source structure 2 is sealed and fixed on one surface of the base body 12 through glue injection. That is, after the light source structure 2 integrated with the flexible light source board 22 and the PC board 23 is fixed in the installation space of the base 12 through the positioning hole 221, a sealing body is directly formed by injecting glue and leveling into the installation space.
At this time, the groove 121 where the base 12 and the boss 131 are matched may be omitted or may be reserved, and when the groove 121 is reserved, the groove 121 may further play a role of plastic and reinforcing edge sealing.
Example 3
The mask body 1 has a first surface in contact with the face, which is provided as a number of protective layers that are removable. In some embodiments of the present application, a specific number of (say 100) protective layers may be integrally fixed in a form of edge welding or ultrasonic welding, so as to form an independent replaceable protective layer structure, and the protective layer on one side of the bottom may be fixed by being clamped with the outer surface of the transparent cover 13; when one set of protective layers is used up, the other set of protective layers can be replaced for continuous use.

Claims (12)
1. A flexible light cosmetic instrument, comprising:
a mask body having a base made of a flexible material;
the light source structure is hermetically arranged in the mask body, a power supply connecting part is arranged at the edge of the light source structure, and a power supply connecting piece is connected to the power supply connecting part;
the power supply connecting part extends out of the mounting hole to expose the power supply connecting piece;
and the sealing piece is inserted into the mounting hole and positioned at one side of the power supply connecting part, and seals the mounting hole through glue.
2. The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least one side of the seal is provided with at least one glue reservoir;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the seal includes a first seal portion located within the mask body and a second seal portion located within the mounting aperture; and the joint of the first sealing part and the second sealing part forms a matching surface which is attached to the end face of the insertion end of the mounting hole.

The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of claim 1 wherein the light source structure comprises a flexible light source board mounted with a light source; the middle part of any surface of the base body is concavely formed into an installation space, a positioning column is arranged on the bottom surface of the installation space, and the flexible light source plate is fixedly connected to the base body in a matching way through a positioning hole.
4. A flexible light cosmetic instrument according to claim 3, wherein the positioning column is provided with a limit boss structure, and/or the positioning column is a hollow structure, and the wall thickness of the positioning column is the same as the thickness of the substrate.
5. The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of any one of claims 3-4 wherein the mask body further comprises a transparent cover; a boss is arranged on one surface of the transparent cover close to the edge line, and a groove matched with the boss is arranged on one surface of the base body; the substrate and the transparent cover are sealed by injecting glue in the groove; and the end face and/or the side face of the boss is/are provided with a glue overflow structure.
6. The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of claim 5 wherein an end of the positioning post abuts a surface of the transparent cover.
7. The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of any one of claims 1-4 wherein the light source structure is sealed to one side of the substrate by glue injection.
8. The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of any one of claims 1-4 wherein the mask body has a first surface that contacts the face, the first surface being provided with at least one removable protective layer.
9. The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising an eye support, wherein a through window is provided in a middle portion of the eye support; the outer wall of the eye support is provided with a circle of mounting grooves for mounting the mask body.
10. A flexible light cosmetic apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein straps are provided on both sides of the mask body; the two sides of the binding band are respectively provided with a HOOK-face magic tape and a LOOP-face magic tape.
11. A flexible light cosmetic apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein straps are provided on both sides of the mask body; the strap having at least one connection for connection with the base; the edge of the base body is provided with a mounting opening for the connecting end of the connecting part to pass through; a first connecting area close to the connecting end and a second connecting area far away from the connecting end are arranged on one side of the connecting part, the connecting end is folded back after penetrating through the mounting opening, so that the first connecting area is connected with the second connecting area, and the length of the second connecting area in the first direction is longer than that of the first connecting area; the first direction is the direction that the connecting end points to one end of the binding belt far away from the basal body.
12. The flexible light cosmetic apparatus of claim 11 wherein the connection end folded back through the mounting opening is located on an exposed side of the strap, the exposed side being a side of the strap remote from the wearer's head when the light cosmetic apparatus is worn.
