In some implementations of the present embodiment, a case 10 adjusting device is provided for the case 10, and referring to fig. 8, 9, and 12, the case 10 adjusting device includes a first mounting hole 401, a first mounting seat 72, a first adjusting member 74, and a first fastening member 71, wherein the first mounting hole 401 is provided on the hinge bracket at a position corresponding to the case 10, so as to mount the case 10 adjusting device on the case 10; the first mounting seat 72 is arranged on one side of the hinge bracket away from the box body 10, and the first mounting seat 72 is provided with a second mounting hole 721; the first adjusting member 74 is disposed between the first mounting seat 72 and the hinge bracket, and is detachably provided with one or a plurality of third mounting holes 741, and one end of the first fastening member 71 may be coupled in the first mounting hole 401 after passing through the second mounting hole 721 and the third mounting hole 741 along the first direction. Specifically, referring to fig. 12, the number of the first adjustment members 74, the first mounting holes 401, and the second mounting holes 721 corresponds to each other, and 3 are shown. It is to be understood that the number of the first adjusting members 74 may be 4, five, etc. as needed or desired.
In the present embodiment, the relative distance between the first mount 72 and the bottom surface 101 of the case 10 can be adjusted by setting the number of the first adjusting members 74 to achieve the purpose of stable placement of the four corners of the case 10. It will be appreciated that the first adjustment member 74 may be provided in a variety of different sizes and that the thickness of different first adjustment members 74 may be provided differently to accommodate adjustment in different shapes.
The first direction is set to be upward along the longitudinal direction of the case 10 or upward in the vertical direction.
Through the arrangement, the technical scheme is used on the basis that the double-shaft orbital transfer hinge is used in the refrigerator, and the problem that the door opening and closing of the door body 30 is affected due to the single-side inclination of the double-shaft orbital transfer hinge caused by the foaming problem is effectively solved. In addition, the problem that the opening and closing state of the door body 30 is not affected in the foaming problem is solved, but the upper part or the lower part of the door body 30 is not neat is solved.
The hinge brackets are adjusted to the proper positions by setting the proper quantity and thickness of the first adjusting pieces 74, upward force is applied to the bottom surface 101 of the refrigerator body 10 by the first adjusting pieces 74, the relative position between the hinge brackets and the bottom surface 101 is changed, the phenomenon that the refrigerator body 10 is unstable and the refrigerating effect of the refrigerator is affected due to uneven mounting positions of the refrigerator is avoided.
In some embodiments, the roller 73 is disposed at an end of the first mounting seat 72 remote from the cabinet 10, and the roller 73 contacts with a placement platform of the refrigerator, so that the refrigerator can be mounted horizontally and smoothly.
In some implementations of this embodiment, the end surface of the first mounting seat 72 away from the hinge bracket is provided with a mounting space 721 recessed in the direction of the hinge bracket, the roller 73 is mounted in the mounting space 721, and the roller 73 protrudes out and is disposed in the mounting space 721, so that the refrigerator can slide under the support of the roller 73.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, the mounting space 721 is defined by a protrusion 722 protruding from an end surface of the first mount 72 remote from the hinge bracket. Referring to fig. 12, the protrusions 722 enclose a rectangular shape, four corners of which are provided in a circular arc structure. By providing the projection 722 on the end surface of the first mount 72 remote from the hinge bracket, the strength and rigidity of the first mount 72 itself can be improved in addition to the mounting space 721 of the roller 73.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, the protrusion 722 includes a first mounting edge 723, a second mounting edge 724, and a third mounting edge 725, the first mounting edge 723 being disposed as an annular protrusion 722 of the first mount 72 away from the hinge bracket, the annular protrusion 722 enclosing a mounting space 721 of the roller 73, the second mounting edge 724 being disposed at an end of the first mounting edge 723 away from the first mount 72, the second mounting edge 724 being configured to mount an end of the roller 73; the third mounting edge 725 is disposed at an end of the second mounting edge 724 remote from the first mounting seat 72, and the third mounting edge 725 is configured to be mounted at another end of the roller 73. Specifically, referring to fig. 12, the roller 73 includes a roller shaft and a roller, the roller is sleeved on the roller shaft, and both ends of the roller shaft are provided with members having a fixing function, the diameter of which is larger than that of the roller shaft.
The first mounting edge 723 is arranged along the front-rear direction of the refrigerator, and the second mounting edge 724 is also arranged along the front-rear direction of the refrigerator in the same way in cooperation with the first mounting edge 723, through holes are formed in positions corresponding to the first mounting edge 723 and the second mounting edge 724 and are used for mounting two ends of a roller, and the diameter of each through hole is slightly larger than the rotating diameter of the roller inside the roller 73 so as to ensure that the roller 73 can not deviate by a large angle while normally rolling and ensure the moving stability of the refrigerator.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the hinge bracket includes a first portion 7221 coupled with the case 10, a second portion 7222 coupled with the door body 30, and a third portion 7223 for connecting between the first portion 7221 and the second portion 7222, the third portion 7223 being provided with an arc portion, a horizontal line of the second portion 7222 being higher than a horizontal line of the first portion 7221 to achieve a height difference between the hinge bracket-coupled case 10 and the door body 30. Specifically, referring to fig. 11, the third portion 7223 includes a first connection portion connected to the first portion 7221, a second connection portion connected to the second portion 7222, and a third connection portion located between the first connection portion and the second connection portion, wherein outer circumferential profiles of the first connection portion and the second connection portion are provided in an arc shape to achieve smooth connection with adjacent components.
It is also an object of providing the third portion 7223 with an arc portion to improve the toughness of the hinge bracket when the foaming expansion protrusion 722 of the case 10 or the door 30 is performed, and to avoid the problem of deformation or breakage of the hinge bracket due to the respective regulating members.
In some implementations of this embodiment, the door 30 adjusting device is further provided for the door 30, and the door 30 adjusting device also uses a hinge bracket, and achieves the effect on the door 30 by moving relative to the hinge bracket, so as to solve the effect of foaming expansion of the door 30.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the door 30 adjusting device includes a fourth mounting hole 7224 provided on the second portion 7222 and a second adjusting member 75 penetratable in the fourth mounting hole 7224, the second adjusting member 75 being capable of penetrating the fourth mounting hole 7224 in a first direction and moving in the first direction relative to the second portion 7222 under the abutment of the second adjusting member 75 when the door 30 is coupled thereto. Specifically, referring to fig. 10, the hinge mount 80 is installed in the lower frame 301 of the door body 30 to facilitate installation of the main hinge shaft 41, the auxiliary hinge shaft 42, and reception of movement of the second adjuster 75. The main hinge shaft 41 and the auxiliary hinge shaft 42 and the hinge mount 80 are provided to maintain a stable opened and closed state between the door 30 and the cabinet 10, and adjust the surface of the door 30 at the hinge position by the second adjusting member 75.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the second regulating member 75 includes a rotating portion 751 and an operating portion 752, the rotating portion 751 being movable in a first direction through the fourth mounting hole 7224; the operating portion 752 is provided at an end of the rotating portion 751 remote from the door body 30, and an operator can rotate the rotating portion 751 through the operating portion 752 to adjust a relative positional relationship between the second regulating member 75 and the door body 30, thereby changing a problem of uneven bottom of the door body 30.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, since the bottom of the case 10 is not hinged at both corners near the rear wall, its adjusting means is different from the adjusting means provided at both corners near the front opening as described above. The position adjusting means functions as a hinge bracket by providing a fixing member 76.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 13-14, the position adjustment device further includes a fixing member 76, a second mounting seat 77, a second fastening member 78, and a third adjustment member 79, wherein the fixing member 76 is connected to the bottom of the case 10, and a fifth mounting hole 761 is provided in the fixing member 76; the second mounting seat 77 is arranged at one end of the fixing piece 76 far away from the box body 10, a sixth mounting hole 771 is formed in the second mounting seat 77, and a roller 73 is arranged at one end of the second mounting seat 77 far away from the box body 10 so as to be matched with the roller 73 at the front end to realize placement of a mobile refrigerator;
the third adjusting member 79 is disposed between the fixing member 76 and the second mounting seat 77 and is detachably provided with one or a plurality of seventh mounting holes 791, and one end of the second fastening member 78 can pass through the sixth mounting holes 771 and the seventh mounting holes 791 along the first direction and then be matched in the fifth mounting holes 761;
in the above structure, one end of the second fastener 78 may be mounted and coupled to the case 10 through the sixth mounting hole 771 and the fifth mounting hole 761; by setting the number of the third regulating members 79, the relative distance between the second mounting seat 77 and the bottom surface 101 of the case 10 is regulated so that the support positions of the bottom surface 101 of the case 10 are on the same horizontal plane, realizing stable placement of the case 10.
In the above embodiment, the refrigerator in the present application includes the case 10 having two opposite side walls, the door 30 for opening or closing the case 10, the hinge provided on the case 10 and close to the side walls, the hinge having the hinge bracket, the main hinge shaft 41 and the auxiliary hinge shaft 42, the end of the door 30 close to the hinge being provided with the first track slot engaged with the main hinge shaft 41, the second track slot engaged with the auxiliary hinge shaft 42, the main hinge shaft 41 moving relative to the first track slot and the auxiliary hinge shaft 42 moving relative to the second track slot during the rotation of the door 30 opening or closing, so that the door 30 does not exceed a set distance relative to the side of the case 10 when opening; the refrigerator further comprises a first mounting hole 401, a first fastening piece 71, a first mounting seat 72 and a first adjusting piece 74, wherein the first mounting hole 401 is formed in the hinge bracket and corresponds to the position of the refrigerator body 10, the first mounting seat 72 is provided with a second mounting hole 721, one end of the first mounting seat 72, which is far away from the refrigerator body 10, is provided with a roller 73 so as to prevent the refrigerator from moving, the first adjusting piece 74 is arranged between the first mounting seat 72 and the hinge and is detachably arranged in one or a plurality of the first mounting holes, the first adjusting piece 74 is provided with a third mounting hole 741, and one end of the first fastening piece 71 can pass through the second mounting hole 721 and the third mounting hole 741 along a first direction and then is matched in the first mounting hole 401; the above arrangement can adjust the relative distance between the first mounting seat 72 and the bottom surface 101 of the box 10 by changing the number of the first adjusting members 74, so that the four corners of the box 10 are stably placed, on the other hand, due to the effect of the first adjusting members 74, when other structures are unchanged, the first adjusting members 74 can apply force to the box 10 in the first direction, so that the bottom surface 101 of the box 10 can move in the first direction relative to the first adjusting members 74, and the problem of uneven bottom caused by foaming at the bottom of the box 10 is solved to a certain extent.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the refrigerator still adopts a dual-axis track-changing hinge, and the structure thereof is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, the hinge bracket of the refrigerator includes a first portion 7221 mounted on the case 10, a second portion 7222 mounted on the door body 30, and a third portion 7223 for connecting the first portion 7221 and the second portion 7222;
in addition, in order to adjust the door body 30, the refrigerator is provided with a fourth mounting hole 7224 and a second adjusting member 75 which can pass through the fourth mounting hole 7224 on the second portion 7222, and the second adjusting member 75 passes through the fourth mounting hole 7224 along the first direction and can be abutted on the door body 30 to adjust the relative position between the second adjusting member 75 and the box body 10, and apply a force in the first direction to the box body 10, so as to solve the problem of uneven surface caused by foaming expansion of the door body 30.
Although the hinge at the bottom is described in the present application, the adjustment of the door body 30 is equally applicable to the hinge at the top.
In some implementations of the present embodiment, to make surface adjustments to the box 10 portion of the hinge bracket, the refrigerator further includes a first mounting hole 401, a first fastener 71, a first mount 72, and a first adjuster 74, wherein:
the first mounting hole 401 is provided on the hinge bracket at a position corresponding to the case 10; the first mounting seat 72 is provided with a second mounting hole 721, and one end of the first mounting seat 72 away from the refrigerator body 10 is provided with a roller 73 so as to be convenient for placing a movable refrigerator; the first adjusting member 74 is detachably mounted between the first mounting seat 72 and the hinge bracket, the first adjusting member 74 is provided in one or a plurality of pieces, the specific number of the first adjusting member 74 is set according to the requirement, and the first adjusting member 74 is provided with a third mounting hole 741.
One end of the first fastener 71 may pass through the second mounting hole 721, the third mounting hole 741 in the first direction and then be coupled in the first mounting hole 401; by setting the number of the first regulating members 74, the relative distance between the first mounting seat 72 and the bottom surface 101 of the case 10 is regulated so that the four corners of the case 10 are smoothly placed.
In the above embodiment, the refrigerator in the present application includes the case 10 having two opposite side walls, the door 30 for opening or closing the case 10, the hinge provided on the case 10 and close to the side walls, the hinge having the hinge bracket, the main hinge shaft 41 and the auxiliary hinge shaft 42, the end of the door 30 close to the hinge being provided with the first track slot engaged with the main hinge shaft 41, the second track slot engaged with the auxiliary hinge shaft 42, the main hinge shaft 41 moving relative to the first track slot and the auxiliary hinge shaft 42 moving relative to the second track slot during the rotation of the door 30 opening or closing, so that the door 30 does not exceed a set distance relative to the side of the case 10 when opening;
the hinge bracket of the refrigerator may be divided into a first portion 7221 mounted on the case 10, a second portion 7222 mounted on the door 30, and a third portion 7223 for connecting the first portion 7221 and the second portion 7222; the refrigerator is further provided with a fourth mounting hole 7224 located on the second portion 7222 and a second adjusting member 75 which can pass through the fourth mounting hole 7224, the second adjusting member 75 passes through the fourth mounting hole 7224 along a first direction and can be abutted on the door body 30 to adjust the relative position between the second adjusting member 75 and the refrigerator body 10, force in the first direction is applied to the refrigerator body 10 to solve the problem of uneven surface caused by foaming expansion of the door body 30, thereby realizing adjustment of the door body 30,
it is understood that simple and arbitrary combinations of technical features of the technology in the above embodiments are also within the scope of the technical solutions of the present application.
According to the above, the door 30 and the box 10 are not necessarily adjusted at the same time, and a suitable technical scheme can be selected according to the requirement to solve the problem of expansion deformation of the refrigerator appearance caused by foaming.

Claims (10)

1. A refrigerator, comprising:
the box body comprises a front opening, a rear wall and two side walls, wherein the front opening and the rear wall are oppositely arranged;
a door body for opening or closing the case;
the hinge is arranged on the box body and is close to one side wall, the hinge is provided with a hinge bracket, a main hinge shaft and an auxiliary hinge shaft, and the hinge bracket is connected with the box body and the door body;
the first track groove is arranged at the end part of the door body, which is close to the hinge, and is matched with the main hinge shaft;
the second track groove is arranged at the end part of the door body, close to the hinge, and is matched with the auxiliary hinge shaft, the main hinge shaft moves relative to the first track groove in the process of rotating and opening or closing the door body, and the auxiliary hinge shaft moves relative to the second track groove, so that the door body cannot exceed a set distance relative to the side surface of the box body when being opened;
the first mounting hole is arranged on the hinge bracket and is positioned at a position corresponding to the box body;
a first fastener;
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat, wherein the refrigerator body is provided with a refrigerator opening, the refrigerator opening is provided with a refrigerator opening, and the refrigerator opening is provided with a refrigerator opening;
the first adjusting piece is arranged between the first mounting seat and the hinge bracket and is detachably provided with one or a plurality of third mounting holes, and one end of the first fastening piece can pass through the second mounting holes and the third mounting holes along a first direction and then is matched in the first mounting holes;
and adjusting the relative distance between the first mounting seat and the bottom surface of the box body by adjusting the number of the first adjusting pieces.
2. The refrigerator of claim 1, comprising:
the end face, far away from the hinge support, of the first mounting seat is provided with a mounting space which is sunken in the direction of the hinge support, the roller is mounted in the mounting space, and the roller protrudes out of the mounting space.
3. The refrigerator of claim 2, wherein the installation space is defined by a protrusion protruding from an end surface of the first installation seat away from the hinge bracket.
4. The refrigerator of claim 3, wherein the protrusion comprises:
the first mounting edge is arranged as an annular bulge of the first mounting seat far away from the hinge bracket;
the second installation edge is arranged at one end of the first installation edge away from the first installation seat and is used for installing one end of the roller;
the third installation edge is arranged at one end, far away from the first installation seat, of the first installation edge, and the third installation edge is used for installing the other end of the roller.
5. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the hinge bracket comprises:
a first portion coupled with the case;
a second portion coupled with the door body;
and the third part is used for connecting the first part and the second part, the third part is provided with an arc-shaped part, and the horizontal line of the second part is higher than that of the first part.
6. The refrigerator of claim 5, further comprising:
a fourth mounting hole provided on the second portion;
and the second adjusting piece penetrates through the fourth mounting hole along the first direction and is matched with the door body, and when the second adjusting piece abuts against the door body, the door body moves towards the first direction relative to the second portion.
7. The refrigerator of claim 6, wherein the second regulating member comprises:
a rotating part which can pass through the fourth mounting hole along the first direction and can move along the first direction;
and an operation part which is arranged at one end of the rotation part far away from the door body and rotates the rotation part through the operation part.
8. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein a bottom portion of the refrigerator near the rear wall is provided as an adjusting means:
the adjusting device further includes:
the fixing piece is connected with the bottom of the box body, and a fifth mounting hole is formed in the fixing piece;
the second mounting seat is arranged at one end of the fixing piece, which is far away from the refrigerator body, and is provided with a sixth mounting hole, and one end of the second mounting seat, which is far away from the refrigerator body, is provided with a roller so as to be convenient for placing and moving the refrigerator;
one end of the second fastening piece can pass through the sixth mounting hole and the fifth mounting hole and then be mounted and connected on the box body in a matching way;
the third adjusting piece is arranged between the fixing piece and the second mounting seat and is detachably provided with one or a plurality of mounting holes, a seventh mounting hole is formed in the third adjusting piece, and one end of the second fastening piece can penetrate through the sixth mounting hole and the seventh mounting hole along the first direction and then is matched and connected in the fifth mounting hole;
and the relative distance between the second mounting seat and the bottom surface of the box body is adjusted by setting the number of the third adjusting pieces, so that the four corners of the box body are stably placed.
9. A refrigerator, comprising:
the box body comprises a front opening, a rear wall and two side walls, wherein the front opening and the rear wall are oppositely arranged;
a door body for opening or closing the case;
the hinge is arranged on the box body and is close to one side wall, the hinge is provided with a hinge bracket, a main hinge shaft and an auxiliary hinge shaft, and the hinge bracket is connected with the box body and the door body;
the first track groove is arranged at the end part of the door body, which is close to the hinge, and is matched with the main hinge shaft;
the second track groove is arranged at the end part of the door body, close to the hinge, and is matched with the auxiliary hinge shaft, the main hinge shaft moves relative to the first track groove in the process of rotating and opening or closing the door body, and the auxiliary hinge shaft moves relative to the second track groove, so that the door body cannot exceed a set distance relative to the side surface of the box body when being opened;
the hinge bracket comprises a first part arranged on the box body, a second part arranged on the door body and a third part used for connecting the first part and the second part;
a fourth mounting hole provided on the second portion;
the second adjusting piece passes through the fourth mounting hole along the first direction and can be abutted on the door body so as to adjust the relative position between the second adjusting piece and the box body.
10. The refrigerator of claim 9, further comprising:
the first mounting hole is arranged on the hinge bracket and is positioned at a position corresponding to the box body;
a first fastener;
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat, wherein the refrigerator body is provided with a refrigerator opening, the refrigerator opening is provided with a refrigerator opening, and the refrigerator opening is provided with a refrigerator opening;
the first adjusting piece is arranged between the first mounting seat and the hinge bracket and is detachably provided with one or a plurality of third mounting holes, and one end of the first fastening piece can pass through the second mounting holes and the third mounting holes along a first direction and then is matched in the first mounting holes;
the relative distance between the first mounting seat and the bottom surface of the box body is adjusted by setting the number of the first adjusting pieces, so that the four corners of the box body are stably placed.
