When the air flow flows through the electric driving member 23, heat generated by the electric driving member 23 can be dissipated, so that the temperature of the electric driving member 23 in the operation process is reduced, and the heat dissipation effect on the electric driving member 23 is realized.
The protective cover 3 is provided with an intermediate heat dissipation hole 32 communicated between the first heat dissipation hole 222 and the second heat dissipation hole 121, that is, after the air flows out from the first heat dissipation hole 222, the air flows through the intermediate heat dissipation hole 32 to the second heat dissipation hole 121 to enter the second mounting cavity 14, so that the air flows from the first heat dissipation hole 222 to the second heat dissipation hole 121, in other words, the protective cover 3 is arranged so as not to influence the heat dissipation inside the electric driving piece 23, and the inside of the electric driving piece 23 can be effectively dissipated.
In some embodiments, the first heat dissipation holes 222, the middle heat dissipation holes 32 and the second heat dissipation holes 121 are all multiple, and the first heat dissipation holes 222, the middle heat dissipation holes 32 and the second heat dissipation holes 121 are directly opposite to each other along the axial direction of the electric driving member 23, so that the first heat dissipation holes 222, the middle heat dissipation holes 32 and the second heat dissipation holes 121 form multiple groups of heat dissipation channels, thereby facilitating the increase of the air flow between the air inlet holes 211 and the air outlet holes 123, and enhancing the effective heat dissipation of the electric driving member 23 and the coordination parts of the first coupling member 24 and the second coupling member 13.
As shown in fig. 5, an installation space is formed between the motor base 2 and the fan head 1, one side of the installation space is communicated with the first heat dissipation hole 222, the other side of the installation space is communicated with the second heat dissipation space, the first coupling piece 24 and the second coupling piece 13 are both located in the installation space and are in power coupling in the installation space, and meanwhile, the protective cover plate 3 is also installed in the installation space. In this way, after the air flow enters the installation space from the first heat dissipation hole 222, heat dissipation can be performed on the matching position of the first coupling piece 24 and the second coupling piece 13 in the installation space, so that the temperature of the matching position of the two coupling pieces is reduced, structural deformation caused by overhigh temperature of the coupling pieces is avoided, the stability and reliability of the structure are improved, and the air flow after heat dissipation can enter the second installation cavity 14 from the second heat dissipation hole 121, so that the air flow further flows out from the air outlet hole 123.
Therefore, the protective cover plate 3 solves the problems of exposing the electric driving piece 23 and avoiding the creepage phenomenon, does not influence the internal heat dissipation of the fan 100, and is beneficial to improving the safety and reliability of the fan 100.
In some embodiments, the number of the intermediate heat dissipation holes 32 is plural, and the plurality of intermediate heat dissipation holes 32 are distributed in a plurality of rows and columns on the protective cover plate 3, so that the air flow on the protective cover plate 3 can be increased, which is beneficial to realizing rapid heat dissipation.
As shown in fig. 8, the middle part of the protective cover plate 3 is provided with a penetrating hole 33, the penetrating hole 33 is used for penetrating the avoidance mounting boss 221, and the output shaft 231 of the electric driver 23 extends out from the penetrating hole 33. The number of the intermediate heat dissipation holes 32 is plural, and the plurality of intermediate heat dissipation holes 32 are distributed around the penetrating holes 33, as shown in fig. 8, the plurality of intermediate heat dissipation holes 32 are distributed in a plurality of rows in the circumferential direction of the protective cover plate 3 and in a plurality of rows in the radial direction of the protective cover plate 3, thereby well increasing the airflow flux of the protective cover plate 3 and ensuring the heat dissipation effect of the fan 100.
It should be noted that, the air inlet 211 is plural, and the air inlet 211 can be used for air inlet from different directions, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the air inlet 211 is provided on the left end face of the motor base 2, and the air inlet 211 is also provided on the bottom of the motor base 2, so as to simultaneously air from the left end and the bottom of the motor base 2, and increase the air inlet amount. Meanwhile, in the process of flowing the air flow from the first installation cavity 25 to the second installation cavity 14, the air flow can flow from different paths, such as the first heat dissipation hole 222, the middle heat dissipation hole 32 and the second heat dissipation hole 121, and also can flow from the hole where the output shaft 231 is located, the penetrating hole 33 and the hole where the second coupling piece 13 is located, so that two air flow paths are formed, the air flow is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the motor base 2 is provided with a first plug ring 224, the fan head 1 is provided with a second plug ring 122, the first plug ring 224 is in plug connection with the second plug ring 122 and defines an installation space, the first coupling piece 24 and the second coupling piece 13 are coupled and connected in the installation space, and the protective cover plate 3 is located in the installation space. As shown in fig. 2, a first inserting ring 224 is disposed at the right end of the motor base 2, a second inserting ring 122 is disposed at the left side surface of the fan head 1, the first inserting ring 224 and the second inserting ring 122 are in inserting fit, the outer diameter of the first inserting ring 224 can be larger than the outer diameter of the second inserting ring 122, namely, the first inserting ring 224 is used as an outer inserting ring, the second inserting ring 122 is used as an inner inserting ring, and after the first inserting ring 224 and the second inserting ring are in inserting fit, an installation space between the motor base 2 and the fan head 1 is formed in the first inserting ring 224.
In other words, one side of the installation space is communicated with the first heat dissipation hole 222, and the other side is communicated with the second heat dissipation space, and the first coupling piece 24 and the second coupling piece 13 are both located in the installation space and are in power coupling in the installation space, and meanwhile, the protective cover plate 3 is also installed in the installation space. In this way, after the air flow enters the installation space from the first heat dissipation hole 222, heat dissipation can be performed on the matching position of the first coupling piece 24 and the second coupling piece 13 in the installation space, so that the temperature of the matching position of the two coupling pieces is reduced, structural deformation caused by overhigh temperature of the coupling pieces is avoided, the stability and reliability of the structure are improved, and the air flow after heat dissipation can enter the second installation cavity 14 from the second heat dissipation hole 121, so that the air flow further flows out from the air outlet hole 123.

In some embodiments, the protective cover 3 is made of insulating material to prevent the current at the electric drive 23 from being led out of the protective cover 3, and increase the insulating thickness at the end face of the motor base 2, improving the safety of the fan 100.
In some embodiments, the motor base 2 includes a rear housing 21 and a front cover 22, as shown in fig. 2, the front cover 22 is connected to the front end of the rear housing 21, so that the front cover 22 and the front cover are connected together to be connected with the fan head 1, that is, an external plug ring is disposed on the front cover 22, so that the front cover 22 and the fan head 1 are detachably connected and fixed.

Therefore, the motor base 2 can be flexibly arranged on the placement surface directly, the placement of the desktop is realized, even the wall hanging arrangement is realized, or the overall height of the fan 100 is flexibly adjusted through the bases 4 with different heights, so that the motor base is beneficial to being suitable for different types of application scenes, and the use requirements of different types of users are met, wherein the placement surface can be the ground or the desktop.
As shown in fig. 5, an air inlet 211 is formed at the connection between the bottom of the motor base 2 and the upper end of the base 4, so as to increase the air intake of the fan 100.
In some embodiments, the fan head 1 is integrally and independently detachable relative to the motor base 2, so that the fan head 1 can be completely and independently detached from the motor base 2, and when the fan 100 is cleaned by a user, the fan head 1 can be independently cleaned, thereby not only improving the cleaning efficiency, but also facilitating the increase of the cleaning frequency by the user, ensuring that the fan 100 can always blow fresh and clean wind, and improving the user experience.

In some embodiments, the fan head 1 is provided with an air outlet, and the fan blades 11 are configured as axial flow fan blades, and the axial flow fan blades are adapted to drive the air flow in the fan head 1 to flow along the axial direction of the axial flow fan blades to the air outlet. It should be noted that, the fan head 1 may be provided with an air inlet hole, the air inlet hole may be located at the rear side of the fan head 1, and the air inlet hole may also be located at the outer side of the periphery of the fan head 1, and the oblique air inlet may both achieve the air inlet effect of the fan head 1, and the air flow entering into the fan head 1 may flow to the axial rear end of the axial flow fan blade, and then flow forward along the axial direction under the effect of the axial flow fan blade, and especially, the air inlet hole may be provided at the rear side of the fan head 1, and meanwhile, the motor base 2 may be provided with a heat dissipation flow channel, so that the heat dissipation flow channel is communicated with the air inlet hole, and then the air flow is driven to flow from the air inlet hole to the user after dissipating heat from the driving member and the like in the heat dissipation process under the driving effect of the axial flow fan blade, not only being beneficial to air supply, but also may achieve the internal heat dissipation of the motor base 2.
In some embodiments, the radial dimension of the fan head 1 is greater than or equal to two times the radial dimension of the motor base 2 at the position of the driving element, and/or the ratio of the radial dimension to the axial dimension of the fan head 1 is greater than or equal to 1. Therefore, the fan in the utility model is different from the traditional cross flow wind wheel, and it is required to be noted that the traditional tower fan uses the cross flow wind wheel, and the radial dimension of each position of the tower fan in the axial direction has no obvious change, while the radial dimension of the fan head 1 in the utility model is far greater than the radial dimension of the motor base 2 at the driving part.
Meanwhile, compared with the centrifugal fan blade, the axial flow fan blade is beneficial to more stably placing the fan head 1 and the motor base 2, and ensures the stability of the position state of the fan 100.
In some embodiments, the fan head 1 is adapted to be connected to the motor base 2 in a first direction in an initial position, the first direction intersecting the vertical direction. That is, when the fan head 1 is at the initial position relative to the motor base 2, the fan head 1 can be moved along the first direction relative to the motor base 2, so that the fan head 1 and the motor base 2 are connected and fixed, if the first direction is along the horizontal direction, the fan head 1 can be mounted at the front end of the motor base 2 from front to back along the horizontal direction, and connection and fixation of the two along the horizontal direction are realized.
The first direction may also form a certain inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction, and both the first direction and the first direction intersect with the vertical direction, that is, the first direction may incline upwards or downwards with respect to the horizontal direction, so that the installation of the fan head 1 is more flexible.

13. The fan of claim 1, further comprising a base adapted to be supported on a mounting surface, the motor mount being mounted on the base.
14. The fan of any one of claims 1-13, wherein the fan head is independently detachable with respect to the motor mount as a whole;
and/or the fan head is suitable for being connected with the motor base along a first direction when in an initial position, the first direction is intersected with a vertical direction, and the fan head can swing up and down and/or left and right relative to the motor base from the initial position.
15. The fan according to any one of claims 1-13, wherein the fan head is provided with an air outlet, the fan blade being configured as an axial flow fan blade adapted to drive an air flow in the fan head to flow in an axial direction of the axial flow fan blade towards the air outlet;
and/or the radial dimension of the fan head is greater than or equal to twice the radial dimension of the motor base at the position of the driving piece;
and/or the ratio of the radial dimension to the axial dimension of the fan head is greater than or equal to 1.
