Detailed Description
Embodiments of the utility model are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
the trimming blade is an important component of hair trimming tools such as hair trimmers, shavers and the like. The trimming blade is divided into a static blade and a movable blade, and the movable blade is driven by the driving mechanism to swing back and forth along the static blade to trim hair. The trimming blade in the technical scheme is a static blade in the actual use process, but the structure, the characteristics and the like in the technical scheme are not only suitable for the static blade, but also can be directly applied to a movable blade according to actual needs, and can be applied to trimming blades in tools such as a hair clipper, a shaver and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, in order to solve the technical problem that the cutting teeth 2 of the existing trimming blade are formed by grinding wheel cutting, so that the tooth tips of the cutting teeth 2 are sharp to puncture or cut skin, the trimming blade with spherical tooth tips comprises a blade body 1, a plurality of cutting teeth 2 are arranged on the blade body 1 at intervals, cutting tooth grooves 3 with openings are formed between adjacent cutting teeth 2, and the cutting tooth grooves 3 are used for separating and guiding hair.
In order to improve the use safety of the trimming blade, the trimming blade further comprises a segment body 4, the diameter R1 of the segment body 4 is larger than the width H1 and the height H2 of the tooth tip end part of the cutting tooth 2, and the bottom surface 41 of the segment body is level with the cutting working surface 21 of the cutting tooth 2; the tip end of the cutting tooth 2 is inserted into the segment body 4, so that protrusions higher than the side surfaces are formed on at least two side surfaces except the cutting working surface 21 around the tip end of the cutting tooth 2; the addition of the spherical segment 4 at the tooth tip of the cutting tooth 2 has better protective performance to the skin and higher use safety compared with the direct chamfering passivation treatment of the tooth tip of the cutting tooth 2. The conventional trimming blade is basically made of metal materials, the cutting teeth 2 on the blade body 1 are mostly formed by cutting with a grinding wheel, and then the edges of the cutting teeth 2 are passivated by a roll polishing process. In the roll-polishing passivation process, the cutting edges on both sides of the cutting tooth 2 are also passivated, and correspondingly, the cutting sharpness of the cutting tooth 2 is reduced. At this time, the cutting face 21 of the cutting tooth 2 needs to be ground by a grinding device to raise the sharpness of the edge on one side or both sides of the cutting tooth 2, so that the hair trimming benefit of the cutting tooth 2 can be raised, but a sharp acute angle is formed at the point where the tip of the cutting tooth 2 intersects with the cutting face 21, so that the skin is easily pierced or cut. Therefore, the segment 4 is added to the tip end portion of the cutting tooth 2, and the segment 4 is centered along the tip end portion of the cutting tooth 2 after the cutting face 21 and the segment bottom face 41 are kept flat at the same level. Since the diameter R1 of the segment body 4 is larger than the tooth tip width H1 and the tooth tip height H2 of the cutting tooth 2, when the tooth tip of the cutting tooth 2 is inserted into the segment body 4, the spherical surface of the segment body 4 can be completely higher than the rest surface of the cutting tooth 2 except the cutting face 21 and the corresponding side surface of the cutting tooth 2 can be formed into an arc-shaped protrusion. The flatness of the segment bottom surface 41 against the cutting face 21 ensures the sharpness of the edge of the cutting tooth 2 during hair cutting. In cutting tooth 2 inserts hair cluster, the protruding of surpassing cutting tooth 2 side can contact skin in advance cutting tooth 2 side all around, like this under the effect of the arc sphere of sphere defect body 4 slick and sly, can effectively prevent cutting tooth 2's sharp-pointed tip because of too sharp and puncture or cut skin, promotes trimming blade's safety in utilization.
Secondly, substantially only two faces of the cutting tooth 2 of the trimming blade may be in direct contact with the skin during trimming of hair. As shown in fig. 4, one of them is that the outer surface 22 of the cutting tooth 2, which is disposed opposite to the cutting face 21 of the cutting tooth 2 and faces the skin, is in direct contact with the skin. Secondly, the cutting blade may directly contact the tip end surface 23 of the cutting tooth 2 of the skin when inserted into the hair bundle, the tip end surface 23 being located directly in front of the cutting tooth 2 for connecting the cutting face 21 and the outer surface 22 of the cutting tooth 2. Therefore, when the tip end of the cutting tooth 2 is inserted into the segment body 4, the cutting tooth 2 and the tip end face 23 (i.e., at least two side faces of the cutting tooth 2 except the cutting working face 21) are guaranteed to form protrusions (i.e., the spherical surface of the segment body 4) higher than the corresponding faces, so that the cutting tooth 2 and the skin can be isolated, the skin can be protected, the cutting tooth 2 can be effectively prevented from puncturing or cutting the skin under the smooth arc spherical surface of the segment body 4, and the use safety of the trimming blade is improved.
Since the sides of the cutting teeth 2 on the left and right sides of the cutting face 21 are not in direct contact with the skin during hair trimming, whether the arc-shaped spherical surface of the segment body 4 is higher than the sides of the cutting teeth 2 can be determined according to the requirements of customers. However, in order to enhance the hair trimming effect, in this embodiment, the segment body 4 preferably extends completely beyond the rest of the face except the cutting face 21 of the cutting tooth 2, so that the tooth tip portion of the cutting tooth 2 forms an arc-shaped protrusion extending beyond the left and right sides of the cutting tooth 2, and the opening width of the cutting tooth slot 3 between adjacent cutting teeth 2 is relatively reduced. After the hair enters the tooth slot 3, the arc-shaped bulges on the left side and the right side of the cutting tooth 2 are higher than the spherical segment 4, so that the effect of blocking the hair is achieved, the time that the hair slides out of the opening of the tooth slot 3 is delayed, the time is strived for by the movable cutter for cutting the hair in cooperation with the cutting blade, and the hair cutting benefit of the cutting blade is improved.
The trimming blade is produced according to the prior conventional process, the segment body 4 can only adopt a split structure, and then welding or bonding and the like are carried out to connect the segment body 4 and the cutting teeth 2 into a whole. In order to ensure the hair trimming effect, the thickness of the existing trimming blade is generally not more than 0.5cm, for example, the spherical segment body 4 and the tooth tip end of the cutting tooth 2 are welded and fixed, so that the positioning welding is not easy due to the small size of the spherical segment body 4 and the cutting tooth 2, and the tooth tip end of the cutting tooth 2 is easy to deform. If the segment 4 and the cutting tooth 2 are in an integral structure, the cutting tooth 2 cannot be formed due to the fact that the diameter R1 of the segment 4 is larger than the width H1 and the height H2 of the tooth tip of the cutting tooth 2. In view of the above technical drawbacks, the segment body 4 and the corresponding cutting tooth 2 in the present embodiment are integrally formed with the blade body 1, respectively, and the segment body 4, the cutting tooth 2 and the blade body 1 are formed into an integral structure by using a metal powder injection molding technique. Compared with the prior conventional grinding wheel cutting process for forming the cutting teeth 2, the integrated forming of the segment body 4 and the cutting teeth 2 is obviously more beneficial to the production and processing, and the connection firmness of the segment body 4 and the cutting teeth 2 is convenient. Of course, other processes such as die casting may be adopted to realize the integral molding of the segment body 4 and the corresponding cutting tooth 2 and blade body 1, but the metal powder injection molding process has the advantages of easy mass production and the like, which is a preferred implementation of the embodiment.
It is specifically noted that the provision of the segment 4 at the tip end portion of the cutting tooth 2 is not limited to the shape of the segment 4, but a special term selected for convenience of description is only required as long as it is ensured that the cutting tooth 2 has a convex-like structure such as a spherical band shape or an irregular convex shape or the like having a higher side surface than the cutting face 21 at the end face of the tip end portion of the cutting tooth 2 and at least two faces of the outer surface of the cutting tooth 2 facing away from the cutting face 21.
In order to exert the protective effect of the segment 4 to the maximum extent and prevent the tip portion of the cutting tooth 2 from puncturing or cutting the skin, the segment diameter R1 needs to be proportional to the tip portion height H2 of the cutting tooth 2 (also referred to as the thickness of the tip portion of the cutting tooth 2) with reference to the tip portion height H2 of the cutting tooth 2, and will vary with the variation of the tip portion height H2 of the cutting tooth 2. When the tooth tip height H2 of the cutting tooth 2 becomes large, the diameter R1 of the segment 4 becomes large as well. As the tooth tip height H2 becomes smaller, the diameter R1 of the segment 4 becomes smaller. When the spherical segment 4 is arranged at the tooth tip end part of the cutting tooth 2, the spherical segment 4 can be higher than the rest side surfaces of the cutting tooth 2 except the cutting working surface 21.
When the grinding equipment of the cutting working surface 21 of the cutting tooth 2 and the segment bottom surface 41 are processed to be in the same horizontal plane, an acute included angle is formed between the spherical surface of the segment bottom surface 41 and the segment bottom surface 41 by taking the segment bottom surface 41 as a reference, the possibility of puncturing or cutting skin is possibly existed during hair trimming, a chamfer arc R2 integrally formed with the segment bottom surface 41 is arranged at the edge of the segment bottom surface 41 to furthest improve the use safety of the trimming blade, the edge of the segment bottom surface 41 can be contracted towards the center of the segment 4 by utilizing the arc chamfer R2, the distance D between the edge of the segment bottom surface 41 and the vertical tangent line of the spherical surface of the segment 4 is increased, and when the spherical surface of the segment 4 contacts with skin, the edge of the segment bottom surface 41 which is relatively farther away from the skin surface can not cause damage to the skin, so that the use safety of the trimming blade is improved. In actual production, the circular arc chamfer R2 may be formed after the bottom surface 41 of the segment body is ground together with the cutting surface 21, or may be formed integrally with the segment body 4 before grinding, but since the circular arc chamfer R2 is added before the segment body 4 is formed, the processing cost of the manual chamfer can be effectively reduced, and therefore, the circular arc chamfer R2 and the segment body 4 are formed integrally into a preferred embodiment.
The arc chamfer R2 is additionally arranged at the edge of the sphere-segment bottom surface 41, so that the edge of the sphere-segment bottom surface 41 can shrink inwards, the distance D between the edge of the sphere-segment bottom surface 41 and the spherical vertical tangent line of the sphere-segment body 4 is increased, and the damage to the skin caused by the edge of the sphere-segment bottom surface 41 is avoided. Therefore, on the basis of adding the circular arc chamfer R2 to the edge of the bottom surface 41 of the segment, the segment height H3 is only required to be larger than the tooth tip height H2 of the cutting tooth 2, and the segment is not required to be specifically limited, and the segment can play a role in protection no matter being smaller than the radius of the segment 4 or larger than the radius of the segment 4.
Of course, the circular arc chamfer R2 may not be provided on the edge of the segment bottom surface 41, but the segment height H3 must be limited, and it is required that the segment height H3 is not less than half of the segment diameter R1. If the height H3 of the segment is less than or equal to half the diameter R1 of the segment 4, as shown in fig. 5, in a plane, the lower semicircle of the segment 4 extends gradually upwards and outwards, so that the edge of the segment bottom surface 41 directly overlaps the widest part of the sphere of the segment 4, and when hair is cut, the edge of the segment bottom surface 41 directly contacts the skin, which is easily broken or cut by the edge of the segment 4. Therefore, the segment height H3 must be greater than half the segment 4 diameter R1 without providing the circular arc chamfer R2. As shown in fig. 6-8, in a plane, the upper semicircle of the circle is gradually folded upwards and towards the center along the two ends of the horizontal axis, and when the height H3 of the segment is greater than half the diameter R1 of the segment, the edge of the bottom surface 41 of the segment will necessarily be located inside the vertical tangent line of the sphere of the segment 4, so that a certain distance D is formed between the edge of the bottom surface 41 of the segment and the skin surface. When hair is trimmed, the spherical surface of the segment body 4 is contacted with the skin, the edge of the bottom surface 41 of the segment body can keep a certain distance from the surface of the skin, and the segment body cannot directly contact with the skin, so that the use safety of the trimming blade is improved. If the distance D between the edge of the bottom surface 41 of the segment and the skin surface is increased, the proportion of the segment height H3 to the segment diameter R1 can be increased. As can be seen from fig. 6-8, the greater the proportion of segment height H3 to segment diameter R1, the wider and proportional the distance D between the edge of segment bottom surface 41 and the perpendicular tangent to the segment 4 sphere. Fig. 6 shows three fifths of the segment height H3 as the segment diameter R1, fig. 7 shows two thirds of the segment height H3 as the segment diameter R1, and fig. 8 shows three quarters of the segment height H3 as the segment diameter R1. Therefore, to avoid contact of the edge of the segment bottom surface 41 with the skin to the greatest extent, it is preferable that the segment height H3 occupies three-fourths of the segment diameter R1. In addition, it should be noted that the arc chamfer R2 and the segment height H3 are not two options, and may be set at the same time, for example, when the segment height H3 occupies three quarters of the segment diameter R1, the arc chamfer R2 is set at the edge of the segment bottom surface 41. But may be set independently, for example, when the segment height H3 occupies three fourths of the segment diameter R1, the circular arc chamfer R2 is not provided on the edge of the segment bottom surface 41, and the specific setting may be according to market demands or customer demands.
From the above embodiment, it is known that the addition of the segment body 4 to the tip end portion of the cutting tooth 2 has a more reliable skin protection performance. Therefore, in order to improve the use safety of the trimming blade, the number of the segment bodies 4 is equal to the number of the cutting teeth 2, and the tooth tip portions of the cutting teeth 2 are respectively inserted into the segment bodies 4 to be integrally formed with the segment bodies 4. Of course, the number of the spherical segment bodies 4 can be smaller than the number of the cutting teeth 2 according to the requirements of customers, and the spherical segment bodies 4 are arranged at intervals at the tooth tip parts of the cutting teeth 2 and integrally formed with the cutting teeth 2. The spherical segment bodies 4 are arranged at the tooth tip parts of the cutting teeth 2, and the widths of the tooth cutting grooves 3 of the adjacent cutting teeth 2 are relatively smaller, and the spherical segment bodies 4 are arranged at intervals at the tooth tip parts of the cutting teeth 2, so that the effect of protecting the skin can be realized, but the spherical segment bodies 4 are arranged at the tooth tip parts of each cutting tooth 2, so that the overall aesthetic feeling of the trimming blade can be greatly improved, and the trimming blade is a preferred embodiment.
Because the diameter R1 of the segment body is larger than the width H1 and the height H2 of the cutting teeth, when hair is trimmed and contacted with skin, the contact area is relatively larger, and although the skin protection performance is better, the skin feel of the trimming blade is relatively reduced, and in order to improve the skin feel when the trimming blade is contacted with the skin, at least one contact 42 protruding out of the spherical surface is arranged on the spherical surface of the segment body 4, and the contact 42, the segment body 4, the cutting teeth 2 and the blade body 1 are integrally formed. By using at least one contact 42 arranged on the segment body 4 to contact with the skin, each contact 42 can play the role of a comb, stimulate the head nerve, accelerate the blood circulation and blood oxygen supply of the skin of the head, thereby generating more comfortable skin feel and improving the use comfort of the trimming blade.
However, in view of the technical purpose to be achieved and the technical effect to be expected, the contact 42 is provided with one, and the contact 42 is provided on the spherical surface of the segment body 4 and is integrally structured with the segment body 4 and faces the skin, as shown in fig. 9 or 10, when seen from the orthographic projection direction of either end of the blade body 1, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and may be specifically determined according to the requirements of the user. Of course, in order to improve the skin feel of the trimming blade when contacting the skin to the greatest extent, the contacts 42 may be provided with a plurality of contacts uniformly spaced along the spherical surface of the segment body 4 and integrally formed with the segment body 4. As shown in fig. 11, a plurality of contacts 42 are arranged on the sphere of the segment body 4 at uniform intervals, and when hair is cut, the contact 42 on the sphere of the segment body 4 can directly contact the skin no matter which direction the cutting blade contacts the skin, so that the skin is protected, and the effect of improving the skin feel can be achieved.
Compared with the contact 42 arranged on the sphere of the segment body 4, as shown in fig. 12-13, a groove 43 or a plurality of grooves 43 uniformly distributed with an integral sphere can be arranged on the sphere of the segment body 4, and during hair trimming, the grooves 43 can be filled with vaseline and other substances playing a role in moisturizing, moisturizing and hair care so as to expand the use scene of the trimming blade, such as the medical emergency scene of head trauma and the like.
Because a plurality of cutting teeth 2 are arranged at one side of the blade body 1 at intervals, in order to prevent deformation in the hair trimming process, the two ends of the blade body 1 are respectively provided with edge teeth 11, a plurality of cutting teeth 2 are arranged between the edge teeth 11 at intervals, and the width of the edge teeth 11 is larger than that of the cutting teeth 2. The cutter blade has the advantages that the side teeth 11 with larger width are arranged on the two sides of the cutter blade body 1, the bending strength of the cutting teeth 2 is improved by utilizing the two side teeth 11, the cutting teeth 2 are prevented from deforming in the using process, and the hair trimming benefit is ensured. In order to prevent the skin from being scratched or cut when the edge tooth 11 is in contact with the skin, an arc-shaped protruding part 12 higher than the outer surface in contact with the skin is arranged at the end part of each edge tooth 11, one end of the arc-shaped protruding part 12 is flush with the side surface of the edge tooth 11 facing outwards, and the other end of the arc-shaped protruding part exceeds the side surface of the edge tooth 11, which is close to the cutting tooth 2. The end parts of the two side teeth 11 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped protruding part 12 protruding from the upper surface of the side tooth 11, and one end of the arc-shaped protruding part 12 extends beyond the side surface of the side tooth, so that the arc-shaped protruding part 12 can also play the role of the spherical segment body 4, but the side tooth 11 is wider, so that the arc-shaped protruding part 12 forms a semi-cylindrical shape at the end part of the side tooth 11 and cannot form the spherical segment shape, but the action and the purpose of the arc-shaped protruding part are the same as those of the spherical segment body 4 at the tooth tip part of the cutting tooth 2, and the arc-shaped protruding part 12 is not repeatedly described.
In order to facilitate the discharge and the separation of hair and the leading-in of the tooth groove 3, the cross section of the blade body 1 is in a right triangle shape, a plurality of downward concave sub-guide grooves 13 are arranged on the inclined plane of the blade body 1, the width of each sub-guide groove 13 is equal to the width of the tooth groove 3 and is connected with the bottom of the tooth groove 3, and the other end extends to the right-angle side of the blade body 1 and penetrates through the outer surface of the blade body 1. The blade body 1 is triangular, so that the tooth tip parts of the cutting teeth 2 form sharp teeth, and the cutting teeth 2 are more beneficial to being inserted into hair clusters in the hair trimming process. The inclined surface of the blade body 1 is provided with the dividing groove 13, and the dividing groove 13 not only can separate hairs, but also is more beneficial to discharging the cut broken hairs.
The trimming blade is combined with the movable blade into a whole before leaving the factory, in order to reduce friction resistance between the trimming blade and the movable blade and reduce temperature rise of the trimming blade and the movable blade, a continuous wavy splitter box 14 is arranged above tooth roots of the cutting teeth 2 on a cutting working face 21 of the blade body 1, a groove wall 141 of the splitter box 14, which is close to one side of the cutting teeth 2, is an inclined face which is inclined outwards, the groove bottom surface of the splitter box is lower than the cutting working face 21, wave troughs 142 of the splitter box 14 are respectively arranged above tooth roots of the cutting teeth 2, and wave crests 143 of the splitter box are respectively arranged above the tooth cutting grooves 3. By adding the splitter box 14 on the cutting working surface 21 of the blade body 1, the solid lubricant can be added into the splitter box 14 before the trimming blade is assembled, and after the trimming blade is combined with the movable blade into a whole, the movable blade can limit the solid lubricant in the splitter box 14 to prevent the solid lubricant from sliding out of the trimming blade. When the movable cutter is used, the movable cutter can reciprocate along the trimming blade to melt the solid lubricant to form liquid, and the liquid lubricant can flow into the cutting working surface 21 along the inclined groove wall 141 at the trough 142 of the shunt groove 14 to reduce friction resistance between the movable cutter and the trimming blade, reduce temperature rise of the trimming blade and the movable cutter, and improve use comfort of the trimming blade.
The trimming blade is combined with the movable blade into a whole before leaving the factory, and in order to reduce friction resistance between the trimming blade and the movable blade and reduce temperature rise of the trimming blade and the movable blade, the cutting working surfaces 21 of the cutting teeth 2 are respectively provided with a water drop-shaped oil storage groove 15, and the oil storage grooves 15 are respectively arranged at the center of the cutting working surfaces 21 of the cutting teeth 2. The drop-shaped oil reservoir 15 is an optimal shape selected according to the shape of the cutting face 21 of the cutting tooth 2, and of course, it is not meant to be limiting to select only the drop-shaped oil reservoir 15, but other shapes, such as an elongated shape, an S-shape, etc., may be employed. And limited by the width of the cutting teeth 2, the water drop-shaped oil storage tank 15 is arranged in the middle of the cutting teeth 2, so that the strength of the cutting edges on two sides of the cutting teeth 2 can be ensured, the cutting edges on two sides of the cutting teeth 2 are prevented from breaking when cutting hair, and the service life of the cutting edges on two sides of the cutting teeth 2 is prolonged. The oil storage tank 15 is added, so that solid lubricant can be added before leaving the factory, meanwhile, liquid lubricant added through the diversion tank 14 after the solid lubricant is exhausted can flow into the oil storage tank 15 through the trough 142 for temporary storage, and the time interval for adding the lubricant to the trimming blade is prolonged.
The trimming blade is combined with the movable blade into a whole before leaving the factory, and the diversion groove 14 and the oil storage groove 15 arranged in the cutting working surface 21 of the blade body 1 are added with solid lubricant before leaving the factory, and after the trimming blade is used for a period of time, the solid lubricant in the diversion groove 14 and the oil storage groove 15 is exhausted. The movable knife and the trimming blade are limited by the combination of the movable knife and the trimming blade, and certain difficulty exists in removing the movable knife to add the solid lubricant by a user, so that friction resistance between the movable knife and the trimming blade is led, the temperature rise of the trimming blade and the movable knife is improved, and the use comfort of the trimming blade is reduced. For this purpose, the cutting surface 21 of the blade body 1 is provided with an oil addition groove 16, and the groove bottom surface of the oil addition groove 16 is lower than the groove bottom surface of the diversion groove 14 provided on the cutting surface 21 of the blade body 1, and communicates with the diversion groove 14 through an inclined groove edge 161. Because the blade body 1 has certain width, when the user adds liquid lubricating oil, at most only can carry out the cutting tooth 2 of both sides limit portion, and the cutting tooth 2 that is in the middle zone then can't carry out the operation of adding oil, leads to the middle zone frictional resistance of pruning blade and movable knife to increase, has improved the temperature rise of pruning blade. The oil adding groove 16 is arranged on the cutting working surface 21 of the blade body 1, so that liquid lubricating oil can extend into the oil adding groove 16 through a guide pipe to extrude the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil can flow into the splitter box 14 through the inclined groove edge 161 under the action of self gravity, then, one part of the lubricating oil can be pushed out of the cutting teeth 2 by the reciprocating swing of the driven knife, and the other part of the lubricating oil can be temporarily stored in the oil storage groove 15 through the inclined groove wall 141 at the trough 142 of the splitter box 14, so that the time interval for adding the lubricating oil is prolonged, and the hair trimming performance of the trimming blade is ensured.
In order to facilitate the installation and fixation of the trimming blade and reduce the friction resistance between the movable blade and the trimming blade and reduce the temperature rise of the trimming blade, a fastening part 5 is arranged on one side of the blade body 1 opposite to the cutting teeth 2, the width of the fastening part 5 is smaller than that of the blade body 1, and the bottom end surface of the fastening part is leveled with a cutting working surface 21 on the blade body 1; the fastening part 5 is provided with a plurality of fastening screw holes 51 and a lubrication groove 52, and the plurality of fastening screw holes 51 can fix the trimming blade when in use; and lubricating substances can be added into the lubricating groove 52, so that when the movable cutter is jointed with the fastening part 5 and swings back and forth along the cutter body 1 and the fastening part 5, the friction resistance between the movable cutter and the surface of the fastening part 5 can be reduced by the lubricating substances in the lubricating groove 52, thereby reducing the temperature rise of the trimming cutter and the matched movable cutter and improving the use comfort of the trimming cutter.
